具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1-9所示,本发明的实施方式涉及一种新型车载冰箱,包括冰箱箱体2和上箱盖1,所述的冰箱箱体2的内部安装有冷藏内腔6,所述的冷藏内腔6的上端一侧通过限位转动座3与上箱盖1转动相连,所述的限位转动座3的下端插入固定在冰箱箱体2上端内部,所述的上箱盖1的内部安装有阻尼轴15,该阻尼轴15的转轴16伸出到限位转动座3上端一侧并通过螺钉与限位转动座3上端横向布置的连接孔17相连,所述的冰箱箱体2的一侧安装布置有安装内腔5,所述的冷藏内腔6的中部竖向插入有分隔板4,所述的安装内腔5内居中安装有压缩机7,该压缩机7的两侧分别安装有冷凝器11和控制器12,该冷凝器11的外侧安装有风扇,所述的安装内腔5的内侧靠近冷藏内腔6的侧壁上安装有集线盒13,所述的冷凝器11和控制器12的连接线均集中到集线盒13内,所述的冷藏内腔6的下端位于分隔板4的下方安装有干簧管9,所述的分隔板4的下端安装有与干簧管9相对应的干簧管磁铁50, 所述的冷藏内腔6两侧侧壁上均布置有一个蒸发器8。
所述的上箱盖1的一侧边缘安装有弹性扣板20,所述的冰箱箱体2的上端一侧对应的布置有凸起扣条21,在上箱盖1合上时弹性扣板20会与凸起扣条21自动扣合,使用非常方便。
所述的安装内腔5的内侧壁上侧两端对称布置有穿线孔14,方便集线盒13中的线束从穿线孔14穿过进入到冰箱箱体2内部。
所述的分隔板4包括隔板主体41和盖板42,所述的隔板主体41呈方形板状,其一侧可拆卸安装有盖板42,所述的隔板主体41的两端对称布置有插条43,所述的隔板主体41的两端均并排布置有若干个凹槽腔44,所述的插条43的一侧布置有若干个插入到对应的凹槽腔44中的插接座45,所述的凹槽腔44内布置有与插接座45相顶的弹簧46,在隔板上安装有插条43,插条43在插入的时候会变形与冷藏内腔6的侧壁相挤压,防止隔板轻易被抽出,隔板主体41的下端安装有干簧管9,与干簧管磁铁50相对应,当隔板抽取时,断开干簧管9,冰箱的冷藏箱变成单箱状态,同时,冰箱外部的显示模块就成单个显示,干簧管9控制单个显示或两腔时两个显示,抽出隔板就单个显示,不抽出就双个显示,可以改变冰箱的内腔容积,当物品大于隔板分在两个腔的状态时,可以抽出隔板,使两个内腔变为一个内腔,同时外部有显示从两个变成一个。
所述的插条43的外侧居中布置有条状凹槽48,所述的隔板主体41的底部安装有干簧管磁铁50。
所述的条状凹槽48的一端封闭,一端开口,且开口端布置有锥形开口部47。
所述的冰箱箱体2的两端侧壁上均布置有隐藏式提手19。
本发明通过控制器、分隔板和干簧管相配合来控制单双箱的自动切换,能大大节约能源,上箱盖具有限位结构和阻尼结构,防止出现不必要的撞击,使用效果好。
作为本发明的另一种实施例,在使用的时候,在启动冰箱时,提高压缩机的转速,通过两个蒸发器压缩机会集中先工作制冷腔,实现快速制冷,当制冷腔快速制冷后,再对冰箱全体工作,再根据分隔板的插拔情况,如果分 隔板4处于插入状态,则干簧管9处于接通状态,则控制器可以根据分隔板4两侧内腔中是否有冷藏物品来驱动对应侧的蒸发器8进行工作,一旦分隔板4取出,则干簧管9断开,两个蒸发器8同时工作。
条状凹槽48与冷藏内腔6内侧壁上的凸起相对应。
本发明结构简单,具有两个蒸发器,实现速冷功能,在启动冰箱时,提高压缩机的转速,压缩机会集中先工作制冷腔,实现快速制冷,当制冷腔快速制冷后,再对冰箱全体工作;并且通过分隔板的插拔和干簧管的配合实现冷藏内腔的单双腔的切换,通过控制器控制两个蒸发器工作,实现节能。
作为发明的又一种实施例,通过在隔板上安装有插条43,插条43在插入的时候会变形与冷藏内腔的侧壁相挤压,防止隔板轻易被抽出,隔板主体41的下端安装有干簧管,与干簧管磁铁50相对应,当隔板抽取时,断开干簧管,冰箱的冷藏箱变成单箱状态,同时,冰箱外部的显示模块就成单个显示,干簧管控制单个显示或两腔时两个显示,抽出隔板就单个显示,不抽出就双个显示,可以改变冰箱的内腔容积,当物品大于隔板分在两个腔的状态时,可以抽出隔板,使两个内腔变为一个内腔,同时外部有显示从两个变成一个。
所述的隔板主体41的两侧上端均布置有长条形浅槽49,方便将隔板往上提出。
本发明结构简单,两端的插条通过弹性结构与分隔板主体相连,方便隔板插入到车载冰箱中,通过干簧管磁铁与车载冰箱底部的干簧管相接触,实现电路接通,从而可以传递信号给车载冰箱的控制系统切换单双箱制冷。
如图12所示,本发明的一种单双箱自动切换的车载冰箱控制系统,包括控制器和电源模块,所述的控制器与温度检测模块、压缩机驱动模块和散热风扇模块相连,所述的压缩机驱动模块与直流压缩机相连,所述的控制器还与电源模块以及单双箱自动切换控制模块相连。
所述的单双箱自动切换控制模块包括与安装在冰箱内侧中部分隔板相连的干簧管以及安装在分隔板上的磁铁,冰箱默认为双箱状态,两个箱中间用隔板隔开。分隔板可拆卸,分隔板放置到位,冰箱自动识别为双箱状态,显示界面输出双箱显示模块;分隔板抽出,冰箱自动识别为单箱状态,显示界 面输出单箱显示模块。实现方式:分隔板安装磁铁,冰箱安装干簧管,用磁控开关来实现此功能。
所述的控制器与操作面板以及单箱显示模块和双箱显示模块相连。
所述的控制器与控制冰箱内部的照明模块相连。
所述的控制器与通讯模块相连,该通讯模块通过蓝牙或2G或4G或WIFI与手机端相连通。
本发明通过控制器和单双箱自动切换控制模块来控制单双箱的自动切换,能大大节约能源。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种新型车载冰箱,包括冰箱箱体(2)和上箱盖(1),其特征在于,所述的冰箱箱体(2)的内部安装有冷藏内腔(6),所述的冷藏内腔(6)的上端一侧通过限位转动座(3)与上箱盖(1)转动相连,所述的限位转动座(3)的下端插入固定在冰箱箱体(2)上端内部,所述的上箱盖(1)的内部安装有阻尼轴(15),该阻尼轴(15)的转轴(16)伸出到限位转动座(3)上端一侧并通过螺钉与限位转动座(3)上端横向布置的连接孔(17)相连,所述的冰箱箱体(2)的一侧安装布置有安装内腔(5),所述的冷藏内腔(6)的中部竖向插入有分隔板(4),所述的安装内腔(5)内居中安装有压缩机(7),该压缩机(7)的两侧分别安装有冷凝器(11)和控制器(12),该冷凝器(11)的外侧安装有风扇,所述的安装内腔(5)的内侧靠近冷藏内腔(6)的侧壁上安装有集线盒(13),所述的冷凝器(11)和控制器(12)的连接线均集中到集线盒(13)内,所述的冷藏内腔(6)的下端位于分隔板(4)的下方安装有干簧管(9),所述的分隔板(4)的下端安装有与干簧管(9)相对应的干簧管磁铁(50),所述的冷藏内腔(6)两侧侧壁上均布置有一个蒸发器(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型车载冰箱,其特征在于:所述的上箱盖(1)的一侧边缘安装有弹性扣板(20),所述的冰箱箱体(2)的上端一侧对应的布置有凸起扣条(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型车载冰箱,其特征在于:所述的安装内腔(5)的内侧壁上侧两端对称布置有穿线孔(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型车载冰箱,其特征在于:所述的分隔板(4)包括隔板主体(41)和盖板(42),所述的隔板主体(41)呈方形板状,其一侧可拆卸安装有盖板(42),所述的隔板主体(41)的两端对称布置有插条(43),所述的隔板主体(41)的两端均并排布置有若干个凹槽腔(44),所述的插条(43)的一侧布置有若干个插入到对应的凹槽腔(44)中的插接座(45),所述的凹槽腔(44)内布置有与插接座(45)相顶的弹簧(46)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型车载冰箱,其特征在于:所述的插条(43)的外侧居中布置有条状凹槽(48)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型车载冰箱,其特征在于:所述的条状凹槽(48)的一端封闭,一端开口,且开口端布置有锥形开口部(47)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型车载冰箱,其特征在于:所述的冰箱箱体(2)的两端侧壁上均布置有隐藏式提手(19)。
  8. 一种单双腔快速制冷车载冰箱,包括冰箱箱体(2)和上箱盖(1),其特征在于,所述的冰箱箱体(2)的内部安装有冷藏内腔(6),所述的冷藏内腔(6)的上端一侧通过转动座(3)与上箱盖(1)转动相连,所述的冰箱箱体(2)的一侧安装布置有安装内腔(5),所述的冷藏内腔(6)的中部竖向插入有分隔板(4),所述的安装内腔(5)内居中安装有压缩机(7),该压缩机(7)的一侧冷凝器和控制器,该冷凝器的外侧安装有风扇,所述的冷藏内腔(6)的下端位于分隔板(4)的下方安装有干簧管(9),所述的分隔板(4)的下端安装有与干簧管(9)相对应的干簧管磁铁(50),所述的冷藏内腔(6)两侧侧壁上均布置有一个蒸发器(8)。
  9. 一种车载冰箱的隔板,其特征在于:所述的隔板(4)包括隔板主体(41)和盖板(42),所述的隔板主体(41)呈方形板状,其一侧可拆卸安装有盖板(42),所述的隔板主体(41)的两端对称布置有插条(43),所述的隔板主体(41)的两端均并排布置有若干个凹槽腔(44),所述的插条(43)的一侧布置有若干个插入到对应的凹槽腔(44)中的插接座(45),所述的凹槽腔(44)内布置有与插接座(45)相顶的弹簧(46)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车载冰箱的隔板,其特征在于:所述的插条(43)的外侧居中布置有条状凹槽(48),所述的隔板主体(41)的底部安装有磁铁(50)。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的车载冰箱的隔板,其特征在于:所述的隔板主体(41)的两侧上端均布置有长条形浅槽(49)。
  12. 一种单双箱自动切换的车载冰箱控制系统,包括控制器和电源模块,其特征在于,所述的控制器与温度检测模块、压缩机驱动模块和散热风扇模块相连,所述的压缩机驱动模块与直流压缩机相连,所述的控制器还与电源模块以及单双箱自动切换控制模块相连。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的单双箱自动切换的车载冰箱控制系统,其特征在于:所述的单双箱自动切换控制模块包括与安装在冰箱内侧中部的隔板相连的干簧管以及安装在隔板上的磁铁。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的单双箱自动切换的车载冰箱控制系统,其特征在于:所述的控制器与操作面板以及单箱显示模块和双箱显示模块相连。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的单双箱自动切换的车载冰箱控制系统,其特征在于:所述的控制器与控制冰箱内部的照明模块相连。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的单双箱自动切换的车载冰箱控制系统,其特征在于:所述的控制器与通讯模块相连,该通讯模块通过蓝牙或2G或4G或WIFI与手机端相连通。
