一种毛线加工装置,包括机架(1)、固定于机架(1)上的烘烫拉直装置、剪线装置、绕线装置、绕线输送装置;机架(1)上设有用于固定毛线衣的"T"型固定架(3);烘烫拉直装置包括电源线(4)、插头(5)、注水管(6)、注水孔(7)、出气孔(8)、第一支撑杆(9)、进线电热管(10)和烘烫箱(11),用于熨烫拉直毛线;剪线装置包括第一驱动电机(12)、第一转轴(12-1)、凸块(12-2)和剪刀(13),实现毛线自动剪切;绕线装置包括第二驱动电机(16)、第二转轴(16-1)、冗余驱动电机(17)、第三转轴(17-1)、第一辊棍(16-2)、绕线轮(18)、皮带(19)和第四支撑杆(20);绕线输送装置包括第五支撑杆(21)、主动对射传感器(22)、被动对射传感器(23)、电动云台(24)、PLC控制器(25),实现绕线轮(18)线满更换,同时将成品毛线输送至成品盒(32)。该装置体积小、功能多、自动化程度高、加工出来的毛线不弯曲、提高拆线效率、毛线不易缠绕打结。

Description

毛线加工装置 技术领域
本发明涉及毛线加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种毛线加工装置。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对服装要求越来越高。以毛线衣为代表的服装,深受人群喜爱。手工编织的毛线衣经常出现袖管、衣领或衣身尺寸问题,致使手工编织者手工拆线重织,并且拆开来的毛线不直。另外,对于旧的毛线衣弃之浪费,拆线却又耗力麻烦,且拆开来的毛线不平整、显弯曲。若用开水烫毛线,可致使毛线损伤或褪色;若用拆下来的弯曲的毛线重新编织,则织出来的毛线衣不平整且表面不光滑。
目前针对上述存在的部分问题,中国专利号201510062147.8公开了一种家用毛线熨直机,包括箱体、上盖、电热管、接头、电线和插头;箱体的内腔上端敞口,上盖的内腔下端敞口,上盖盖在箱体上;上盖的内顶部设有多根毛线支撑棒;接头密封固定在箱体上;电热管设置在箱体内,并与接头的内端固定连接;电线的一端与接头的外端固定连接,另一端与插头固定连接。该发明利用电加热冷水并使之气化、通过水蒸汽对弯曲的毛线进行熨烫。尽管该发明使用安全方便,能够实现毛线熨烫的效果,但是同时存在以下问题:
一、只实现毛线熨烫功能,未实现毛线拉直功能;
二、未涉及拆线装置,毛线衣拆线仍需手动拆线,未解放双手,拆线消耗体力;
三、毛线熨烫后未做出有效整理,熨烫后的毛线易缠绕打结。
为了克服上述缺陷,本领域技术人员积极创新研究,以期创设出一种毛线加工装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种毛线加工装置,使用该装置 后,毛线衣被自动拆线,从烘烫拉直装置出来的毛线柔软光滑、平整不弯曲且不出现断裂现象,同时使用剪线装置实现毛线自动剪切,利用绕线输送装置实现绕线轮自动更换、毛线成品自动输送至成品盒内,该装置自动化水平高,解放编织者的双手,拆出来的毛线平整光滑。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种毛线加工装置,包括机架、固定于所述机架上的烘烫拉直装置、剪线装置、绕线装置、绕线输送装置;
所述机架上固定有轴承,所述轴承与“T”型固定架的下端转动连接,毛线衣套于所述“T”型固定架;
所述烘烫拉直装置包括电源线、插头、注水管、注水孔、出气孔、第一支撑杆、进线电热管和烘烫箱,所述电源线的一端与插头电连接,所述电源线的另一端与进线电热管电连接,所述进线电热管横亘所述烘烫箱,所述烘烫箱设有所述注水孔和所述出气孔,所述注水孔与所述注水管固定连接,所述注水孔与所述注水管连接处设有流量阀,所述注水孔与所述进线电热管固定连通,所述出水孔与所述进线电热管固定连通,所述支撑杆的一端固定于所述烘烫箱的底部的外表面,所述支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架的底部的上表面;
所述剪线装置包括第一驱动电机、第一转轴、固定于所述第一转轴上的凸块、剪刀、第二支撑杆和第三支撑杆,所述第二支撑杆的一端固定于所述第一驱动电机,所述第二支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架的底部的上表面,所述第三支撑杆的一端固定于所述剪刀的刀刃的背面,所述第三支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架的底部的上表面,所述凸块与所述剪刀的剪刀柄接触连接;
所述绕线装置包括第二驱动电机、第二转轴、冗余驱动电机、第三转轴、第一辊棍、绕线轮、皮带和第四支撑杆,所述第二驱动电机与所述第二转轴转动连接,所述冗余驱动电机与所述第三转轴转动连接,所述第二转轴与所述第三转轴通过所述皮带转动连接,所述第一辊棍的一端垂直固定于所述第二转轴上,所述第一辊棍的另一端由所述绕线轮套进,所述第四支撑杆的一端固定于第二驱动电机的底部,所述第四支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架上;
所述绕线输送装置包括第五支撑杆、主动对射传感器、被动对射传感器、 电动云台、PLC控制器、机械臂、抓斗、第三驱动电机、第六支撑杆、第二辊棍、第三辊棍、传送带、成品盒、串口-WIFI转换模块和手持操控器,所述第五支撑杆的一端设有一个所述主动对射传感器,所述第五支撑杆的另一端固定于机架上,所述第二驱动电机的外壳上端设有一个所述被动对射传感器,所述机械臂的下端固定于所述电动云台,所述机械臂的另一端设有所述抓斗,所述PLC控制器位于所述电动云台的内部,所述第三驱动电机通过所述第六支撑杆固定于所述机架上,所述第三驱动电机设有所述第二辊棍,所述第二辊棍与所述第三辊棍通过传送带转动连接,所述传送带的端部设有成品盒,所述第一驱动电机、所述第二驱动电机、所述冗余驱动电机、所述第三驱动电机分别与所述PLC控制器通过第一线缆、第二线缆、第三线缆、第四线缆电连接,所述PLC控制器设有所述串口-WIFI转换模块,所述串口-WIFI转换模块与手持操控器无线连接。
进一步地说,所述进线电热管的内壁直径D1为1.5mm~2mm,所述注水孔的直径D2为1mm~1.5mm,所述出气孔的直径D3为2mm~3mm。
进一步地说,所述进线电热管的两端的端口的边缘设有硅胶防滑层,所述进线电热管的内壁铺设有硅酸铝导热泥、硅酸镁导热泥或硅酸钙导热泥。
进一步地说,所述抓斗的下端为圆形,所述圆形的尺寸与所述绕线轮的尺寸一致,所述抓斗的上端固定有转轴,所述转轴与所述机械臂转动连接,所述抓斗围绕所述转轴张合。
进一步地说,所述烘烫箱为圆柱体、长方体和正方体中的一种。
进一步地说,所述第五支撑杆为倒“L”型,所述主动对射传感器与所述被动对射传感器位于同一条垂线上。
进一步地说,所述剪刀设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端固定于所述剪刀的一手柄内侧,所述弹簧的另一端固定于所述剪刀的另一手柄的内侧。
进一步地说,所述传送带的两侧设有护板,所述护板由四根固定杆固定于所述机架上,每两个所述固定杆通过承压杆横向固定连接。
进一步地说,所述机架的侧面设有推把,所述推把上刻有波浪形防滑纹路,所述机架的底部设有万向轮,所述万向轮的数量为四个。
进一步地说,所述第一辊棍上设有圆形挡板,所述圆形挡板位于所述第二转轴与所述绕线轮之间。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、本发明的毛线加工装置带有毛线衣拆线功能,机架上固定有轴承,轴承与“T”型固定架的下端转动连接,“T”型固定架由毛线衣套住,在拆线的过程中,毛线衣在拉力作用下,可实现跟随转动,避免毛线衣不规律地摇摆晃动导致毛线缠绕毛线衣,提高拆线效率,解放拆线人员的双手;
二、本发明的烘烫拉直装置的电源线的一端与插头电连接,电源线的另一端与进线电热管电连接,进线电热管横亘烘烫箱,烘烫箱设有注水孔和出气孔,注水孔与注水管固定连接,注水孔与进线电热管固定连通,注水孔与出水孔之间设有流量阀,出水孔与进线电热管固定连通,进线电热管的内壁铺设有硅酸铝导热泥、硅酸镁导热泥或硅酸钙导热泥,通过流量阀控制注水管加水的水量,进线电热管加热后通过水分蒸腾作用对毛线进行熨烫,同时出气孔进行排气,预防毛线烫损,进线电热管的两端的端口的边缘设有硅胶防滑层,提高毛线摩擦阻力,实现毛线拉直;
三、本发明的绕线装置的第二驱动电机与第二转轴转动连接,冗余驱动电机与第三转轴转动连接,第二转轴与第三转轴通过皮带转动连接,第一辊棍的一端垂直固定于第二转轴上,第一辊棍的另一端由绕线轮套进,从进线电热管出来的毛线可自动缠绕于绕线轮上,避免毛线缠绕打结,提高毛线绕线速度,若第二驱动电机出现故障,无法运作,可启动冗余驱动电机通过皮带带动第二驱动电机转动,提高绕线效率;
四、本发明设有主动对射传感器和被动对射传感器,当绕线轮上的毛线的厚度达到能够遮住主动对射传感器发射的红外信号程度时,PLC控制器控制第一驱动电机进行脉冲旋转,此时第一驱动电机的第一转轴上的凸块接触剪刀的剪刀柄并将其往上顶,促使剪刀剪切毛线,剪切完成后,PLC控制器控制电动云台旋转,使机械臂位于绕线轮上端,抓斗张开进行抓取,抓取完毕后,将缠满毛线的绕线轮放到传送带上,输送至成品盒中,实现自动剪切毛线、自动抓取绕线轮及成品输送的功能,另外通过PLC控制器的串口-WIFI转换模块与无 线控制器建立通讯,从而实现远程控制PLC控制器,自动化程度高,节省体力。

本发明的工作过程和工作原理如下:
将毛线衣固定于“T”型固定架上,“T”型固定架的下端与轴承转动连接,在 拆线的过程中,毛线衣在拉力作用下,可实现跟随转动,手动选取毛线衣上足够长的毛线,毛线的线头穿过进线电热管,并固定于绕线轮上;给烘烫拉直装置供电,电源线的一端与插头电连接,电源线的另一端与进线电热管电连接,进线电热管横亘烘烫箱,烘烫箱设有注水孔和出气孔,注水孔与注水管固定连接,注水孔与注水管的连接处设有流量阀,注水孔与进线电热管固定连通,出水孔与进线电热管固定连通,进线电热管的内壁铺设有硅酸铝导热泥、硅酸镁导热泥或硅酸钙导热泥,通过流量阀控制注水管的加水流量,进线电热管加热后使流经的水蒸腾,对毛线进行熨烫,同时出气孔进行排气,预防毛线烫损,进线电热管的两端的端口的边缘设有硅胶防滑层,提高毛线摩擦阻力,实现毛线拉直;绕线装置的第二驱动电机与第二转轴转动连接,冗余驱动电机与第三转轴转动连接,第二转轴与第三转轴通过皮带转动连接,第一辊棍的一端垂直固定于第二转轴上,第一辊棍的另一端由绕线轮套进,从进线电热管出来的毛线可自动缠绕于绕线轮上,避免毛线缠绕打结,提高毛线绕线速度,若第二驱动电机出现故障,无法运作,可启动冗余驱动电机通过皮带带动第二驱动电机转动,提高绕线效率;绕线输送装置的第五支撑杆的一端设有一个主动对射传感器,第二驱动电机的外壳上端设有一个被动对射传感器,当绕线轮上的毛线的厚度达到能够遮住主动对射传感器发射的红外信号程度时,PLC控制器控制第一驱动电机进行脉冲旋转,此时第一驱动电机的第一转轴上的凸块接触剪刀的剪刀柄并将其往上顶,促使剪刀剪切毛线,剪切完成后,PLC控制器控制电动云台旋转,使机械臂位于绕线轮上端,抓斗张开进行抓取,抓取完毕后,将缠满毛线的绕线轮放到传送带上,输送至成品盒中,实现自动剪切毛线、自动抓取绕线轮及成品输送的功能,另外通过PLC控制器的串口-WIFI转换模块与无线控制器建立通讯,从而实现远程控制PLC控制器,自动化程度高,节省体力。

    所述烘烫拉直装置包括电源线(4)、插头(5)、注水管(6)、注水孔(7)、出气孔(8)、第一支撑杆(9)、进线电热管(10)和烘烫箱(11),所述电源线的一端与所述插头电连接,所述电源线的另一端与所述进线电热管电连接,所述进线电热管横亘所述烘烫箱,所述烘烫箱设有所述注水孔和所述出气孔,所述注水孔与所述注水管固定连接,所述注水孔与所述注水管连接处设有流量阀(43),所述注水孔与所述进线电热管固定连通,所述出水孔与所述进线电热管固定连通,所述支撑杆的一端固定于所述烘烫箱的底部的外表面,所述支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架的底部的上表面;
    所述剪线装置包括第一驱动电机(12)、第一转轴(12-1)、固定于所述第一转轴上的凸块(12-2)、剪刀(13)、第二支撑杆(14)和第三支撑杆(15),所述第二支撑杆的一端固定于所述第一驱动电机,所述第二支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架的底部的上表面,所述第三支撑杆的一端固定于所述剪刀的刀刃的背面,所述第三支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架的底部的上表面,所述凸块与所述剪刀的剪刀柄(13-1)接触连接;
    所述绕线装置包括第二驱动电机(16)、第二转轴(16-1)、冗余驱动电机(17)、第三转轴(17-1)、第一辊棍(16-2)、绕线轮(18)、皮带(19)和第四支撑杆(20),所述第二驱动电机与所述第二转轴转动连接,所述冗余驱动电机与所述第三转轴转动连接,所述第二转轴与所述第三转轴通过所述皮带转动连接,所述第一辊棍的一端垂直固定于所述第二转轴上,所述第一辊棍的另一端由所述绕线轮套进,所述第四支撑杆的一端固定于第二驱动电机的底部,所述第四支撑杆的另一端固定于所述机架上;
    所述绕线输送装置包括第五支撑杆(21)、主动对射传感器(22)、被动对射传感器(23)、电动云台(24)、PLC控制器(25)、机械臂(26)、抓斗(27)、第三驱动电机(28)、第六支撑杆(29)、第二辊棍(28-1)、第三辊棍(30)、传 送带(31)、成品盒(32)、串口-WIFI转换模块(25-1)和手持操控器(33),所述第五支撑杆的一端设有所述主动对射传感器,所述第五支撑杆的另一端固定于机架上,所述第二驱动电机的外壳上端设有所述被动对射传感器,所述机械臂的下端固定于所述电动云台,所述机械臂的另一端设有所述抓斗,所述PLC控制器位于所述电动云台的内部,所述第三驱动电机通过所述第六支撑杆固定于所述机架上,所述第三驱动电机设有所述第二辊棍,所述第二辊棍与所述第三辊棍通过传送带转动连接,所述传送带的端部设有成品盒,所述第一驱动电机、所述第二驱动电机、所述冗余驱动电机、所述第三驱动电机分别与所述PLC控制器通过第一线缆(39)、第二线缆(40)、第三线缆(41)、第四线缆(42)电连接,所述PLC控制器设有所述串口-WIFI转换模块,所述串口-WIFI转换模块与所述手持操控器无线连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的毛线加工装置,其特征在于:所述进线电热管的内壁直径D1为1.5mm~2mm,所述注水孔的直径D2为1mm~1.5mm,所述出气孔的直径D3为2mm~3mm。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的毛线加工装置,其特征在于:所述抓斗的下端为圆形,所述圆形的尺寸与所述绕线轮的尺寸一致,所述抓斗的上端固定有转轴(27-1),所述转轴与所述机械臂转动连接,所述抓斗围绕所述转轴张合。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的毛线加工装置,其特征在于:所述第五支撑杆为倒“L”型,所述主动对射传感器与所述被动对射传感器位于同一条垂线上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的毛线加工装置,其特征在于:所述剪刀设有弹簧(13-2),所述弹簧的一端固定于所述剪刀的一手柄内侧,所述弹簧的另一端固定于所述剪刀的另一手柄的内侧。
