Description

一种双用钳 技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种双用钳。
背景技术
随着脊柱内固定手术的发展,使用脊柱钉棒固定系统对脊柱损伤及脊柱疾病进行复位矫正得到越来越广泛的应用,在手术过程中需要使用大量椎弓根螺钉对脊椎进行固定,需借助医用钳对螺钉位置进行调整。现有的医用钳仅具有撑开或加压中某一项功能,而实际手术过程中需要不断的变换不同功能的医用钳来对螺钉位置进行调整。这样一来,不但使得操作繁琐,而且增加了手术中的医用钳数量,进而增加了医疗成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种结构简单、可以方便、快捷地在撑开和加压两种功能之间进行自由切换的双用钳。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明涉及了一种双用钳,包括:第一钳体,该第一钳体包括第一手持部、第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部,在第一手持部与第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部过渡区域分别设置有第一加压连接部和第一撑开连接部;还包括第二钳体,该第二钳体包括第二手持部、及与第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部分别对应设置的第二加压功能部和第二撑开功能部,该第二手持部与第二加压功能部和第二撑开功能部的过渡区域分别设置有第二加压连接部和第二撑开连接部。第二加压连接部和第二撑开连接部分别与第一加压连接部和第一撑开连接部对应设置。当第一钳体与第二钳体通过第一加压连接部和第二加压连接部连接时,当第一手持部和第二手持部相对运动,第一加压功能部和第二加压功能部也相对运动,完成加压动作;当第一钳体与第二钳体通过第一撑开连接部和第二撑开连接部 连接时,当第一手持部和第二手持部相对运动,第一撑开功能部和第二撑开功能部做背向运动,完成撑开动作。
本发明提供的双用钳结构简单,在实际操作过程中,分别通过加压连接部、撑开连接部的脱合操作就可方便、快捷地使其在撑开、加压功能之间自由的进行切换。
作为本发明的进一步改进,位于第一钳体上的第一加压功能部外形设置为弧形,第一撑开功能部外形设置为近似直线形;第二加压功能部和第二撑开功能部外形与所述第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部外形对称设置。
在钳子在撑开和加压功能间进行转换时,合适的端部外形能更有效、快捷地对圆棒进行控制。
作为本发明的进一步改进,第一加压连接部和第二加压连接部及第一撑开连接部和第二撑开连接部均通过铰接轴连接。
通过铰接轴连接钳体连接部结构形式简单,拆、装过程方便、快捷。
作为本发明的进一步改进,铰接轴的头部外缘设置为非圆形,通过任一铰接轴连接的两个相对应铰接孔中至少有一个其外缘设置为与铰接轴的头部外缘相吻合的非圆形。
铰接轴的头部外缘及与之相应的至少一个铰接孔采用非圆形设计,且二者相吻合。这样设计使得铰接轴在钳子进行功能转换过程中可方便、快捷地与相应铰接孔脱合,且铰接轴在使用过程中及脱合后不易从铰接孔中窜出。
作为本发明的进一步改进,非圆形优选菱形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,铰接孔内壁均设置有耐磨层。
铰接孔内壁设置的耐磨层有效地降低了铰接孔内壁的磨损,保证了钳子的使用寿命和精度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在第一加压功能部、第一撑开功能部上均设置有与该功能部工作面相垂直的卡槽,且在第二加压功能部、第二撑开功能部上也均开设有与之相对应的卡槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,卡槽设置为U形。
在两钳体功能部的端部设置有上、下对应的卡槽,使得钳子对圆棒的控制更加方便、精准。
作为本发明的进一步改进,第一手持部与第二手持部上均设置有减轻槽或减轻孔。
在钳体手持部上设置的减轻槽或减轻孔在满足其使用强度的前提下,大大降低了其自身重量,从而降低了操作人员的体力负荷及疲劳感。
作为本发明的进一步改进,第一钳体与第二钳体材质均为医用ixef 1022塑料。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明:
为了达到本发明的目的,图1中示出了本发明双用钳的立体结构 示意图。该双用钳包括两个通过铰接轴3相互连接且可自由活动的钳体,分别为第一钳体1和第二钳体2。除了采用铰接轴连接的方式,当然,也可采用其他一切适合的连接形式。第一钳体1和第二钳体2均采用ixef 1022塑料制成。在钳体1、2上可设置减轻槽或减轻孔,这样一来,在满足其使用强度的前提下,大大降低了其自身重量,从而降低了操作人员的体力负荷及疲劳感。在上述第一钳体1的第一加压连接部14和第一撑开连接部15上均开设有铰接孔,与之相对应的,在上述第二钳体2的第二加压连接部24和第二撑开连接部25上均开设有铰接孔;第一钳体1上的铰接孔与第二钳体2上的铰接孔的位置分别一一对应,使用铰接轴3对两钳片1、2进行脱、合操作。上述铰接轴3头部外缘设置为非圆形,通过铰接轴3连接的两个相对应铰接孔中至少有一个其外缘设置为与铰接轴3头部外缘相吻合的非圆形,优选菱形,当然也可选用其他任何适合的形状。铰接轴3头部外缘及与之相应的铰接孔二者相吻合且具有一定的合理间隙。这样的设计使得铰接轴3在钳子进行功能转换过程中,可以方便、快捷地与相应铰接孔进行插入或分离,便于钳子在撑开、加压功能之间进行自由切换,且铰接轴3在使用过程中及脱合后不易从铰接孔中窜出。为了防止铰接孔在长时间使用过程中发生磨损,进而降低钳子的使用寿命和精度,在其内壁上可设置耐磨层。为了对圆棒的控制更加方便,第一钳体1上的第一加压功能部12外形设置为弧形,第一撑开功能部13外形设置为近似直线形,第二加压功能部22和第二撑开功能部23外形与所述第一加压功能部12和第一撑开功能部13外形对称设置,以便于对圆棒分别进行加压、撑开控制。当然,第一钳体1与第二钳体2上的功能部外形也可以设置为其他满足其使用功能的其他任何形状。在第一加压功能部12、第一撑开功能部13上均设置有与该功能部工作面相垂直的U形卡槽,且在第二加压功能部22、第二撑开功能部23上也均开设有与之相对应的U形卡槽。当然,U形卡槽的具体设计形式也可根据圆棒的外形进行确定,可为其他适合的任何形式。上述U形卡槽的开口尺寸可根据具体圆棒外径确定;为了避免圆棒对U 形卡槽的磨损,可在U形卡槽壁上涂覆耐磨层。
图2是本发明的加压状态结构示意图。当第一钳体1上第一加压连接部14与第二钳体2上第二加压连接部24通过铰接轴3可自由转动,而第一钳体1上第一撑开连接部15与第二钳体2上第二撑开连接部25脱开时,第一加压功能部12与第二加压功能部22就可通过其末端的U型槽使得螺钉的间距减小。
图3是本发明的撑开状态结构示意图。当第一钳体1上第一撑开连接部15与第二钳体2上第二撑开连接部25通过铰接轴3可自由转动,而第一钳体1上第一加压连接部14与第二钳体2上第二加压连接部24脱开时,便可通过其末端U型槽来使得螺钉的间距增大。

  1. 一种双用钳,其特征在于,其包括:
    第一钳体,所述第一钳体包括第一手持部、第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部,在所述第一手持部与第一撑开功能部过渡区域设置有第一撑开连接部,所述第一手持部与第一加压功能部过渡区域设置有第一加压连接部;
    还包括第二钳体,所述第二钳体包括第二手持部、及与第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部分别对应设置的第二加压功能部和第二撑开功能部,所述第二手持部与第二撑开功能部过渡区域设置有第二撑开连接部,所述第二手持部与第二加压功能部过渡区域设置有第二加压连接部;所述第二加压连接部和第二撑开连接部分别与第一加压连接部和第一撑开连接部对应设置;
    当所述第一钳体与第二钳体通过第一加压连接部和第二加压连接部连接时,第一手持部和第二手持部相对运动,第一加压功能部和第二加压功能部也相对运动,完成加压动作;当所述第一钳体与第二钳体通过第一撑开连接部和第二撑开连接部连接时,第一手持部和第二手持部相对运动,第一撑开功能部和第二撑开功能部做背向运动,完成撑开动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双用钳,其特征在于,位于所述第一钳体上的第一加压功能部外形设置为弧形,第一撑开功能部外形设置为近似直线形;所述第二加压功能部和第二撑开功能部外形与所述第一加压功能部和第一撑开功能部外形对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述第一加压连接部和第二加压连接部及所述第一撑开连接部和第二撑开连接部均通过铰接轴连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述铰接轴的头部外缘设置为非圆形,通过所述铰接轴连接的两个相对应铰接孔中至少有一个其外缘设置为与铰接轴的头部外缘相吻合的非圆形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述非圆形优选菱形。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述铰接孔的内壁均设置有耐磨层。
  7. 根根据权利要求1所述的双用钳,其特征在于,在所述第一加压功能部、所述第一撑开功能部上均设置有与该功能部工作面相垂直的卡槽,且在所述第二加压功能部、所述第二撑开功能部上也均开设有与之相对应的卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述卡槽设置为U形。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项中所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述第一手持部与第二手持部上均设置有减轻槽或减轻孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的双用钳,其特征在于,所述第一钳体与第二钳体材质均为ixef 1022塑料。
