Description
本出願は、参照によりその内容全体を組み入れる、2016年1月15日出願の国際特許出願PCT/IB2016/050207の優先権を主張する。
後、一方のアームに固定係合することができ、一方、他方のアーム内へと着脱可能に係合することができるように作られる。さらに、一変形形態では、ボルト126、128は、孔116、118およびボルト126、128に対応する孔のどれにでもカチッと留めることができ、アーム110、120を滅菌しやすくするために、どの孔からも取り外すことができるように作られる。したがって、ボルト126、128は、両方の端部において対応する孔にカチッと留まるように対称的なデザインを有することができ、すべての孔は、やはり、スナップイン(snap−in)のためにボルトに対応するように同じ相補的なデザインを有することができる。それによって、分解することで滅菌を妨げるあらゆる小さな空隙およびキャビティを回避することができるので、より簡単かつ徹底的な滅菌および清浄のために、伸延圧縮複合クランプ100を、2本のアーム110、120と、アームから取り外される2本のボルト126、127を含む基本的な部材に分解することが可能になる。さらに、以下にさらに述べるように、スナップイン機構を用いれば、クランプ100を簡単に圧縮と伸延の両方用に構成することができる。
Claims (4)
- 移植片、組織、臓器、または骨を拡張、保持するための外科用の圧縮伸延デュアル器具であって:
第1のピボット軸、第2のピボット軸、第1のレバー、および第1の二重目的顎部を有する、第1のアームと;
第3のピボット軸、第4のピボット軸、第2のレバー、および第2の二重目的顎部を有する、第2のアームと;
を含み、
第1のアームと第2のアームの間の旋回可能な連結は、一対の貫通孔と連結ボルトとで行われ、
ここで、第1の位置では、第1のアームは、第1のピボット軸が第3のピボット軸と合わさるように第2のアームに旋回可能に連結され、伸延器具を形成し、
第2の位置では、第1のアームは、第2のピボット軸が第4のピボット軸と合わさるように第2のアームに旋回可能に連結され、圧縮器具を形成する、
前記圧縮伸延デュアル器具。 - 第1のアームの第1および第2のピボット軸に貫通孔が形成されており、第2のアームの第3および第4のピボット軸に連結ボルトが形成されている、請求項1に記載の圧縮伸延デュアル器具。
- 第1のアームおよび第2のアームは、同じ形状および寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の圧縮伸延デュアル器具。
- 連結ボルトは、対応する貫通孔とスナップイン連結するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の圧縮伸延デュアル器具。
