- the one-time use type is excellent in terms of hygiene because it is used immediately after opening.
- Patent Document 1 a cosmetic sheet provided with a cosmetic (external use agent) layer on a part of the surface of a substrate sheet, and a protective sheet provided with an opening so that the cosmetic layer surface is exposed, The manufacturing method of the cosmetic sample provided with the transparent film layer is described. According to Patent Document 1, it is said that cosmetic samples such as thin and compact foundation and eye shadow can be provided at low cost.
- Patent Document 2 can simultaneously provide a combination of a plurality of cosmetic materials such as foundation, eye shadow, lipstick and the like by stacking a plurality of laminates composed of a sheet-like substrate, a cosmetic and a covering sheet.
- a cosmetic is described in which the cosmetic properties are considered to enhance appeal by cooperatively expressing predetermined characters and figures.
- an oil-based external preparation containing a large amount of oil-based components is used as an external preparation to be contained in a sheet-like external preparation
- the external preparation adheres to the film (or sheet) side coated with the external preparation and is actually used
- the amount of the external preparation that can be made may decrease, or the external preparation attached to the coated film may contaminate the fingers and the surroundings.
- the oil contained in the external preparation separates with time and exudes, and there is also a problem that the quality, appearance, and usability of the sheet-like external preparation are impaired. Therefore, although the oil-based external preparation has the advantage that it can be widely used at various application sites, there have been many problems in providing it in the form of a sheet.
- Patent Document 2 a protective frame sheet is disposed between the sheet-like substrate and the covering film so that the cosmetic and the covering film do not come in direct contact with each other. It has been proposed to provide a gap. Similarly, a configuration in which a gap is provided between the oil-based external preparation and the coating film is proposed in many documents such as Patent Documents 3 and 4. Furthermore, also in Patent Document 1, an aspect in which the protective sheet prevents direct contact between the cosmetic layer and the transparent film layer is illustrated.
- the present invention is a sheet-like external preparation containing an oil-based external preparation that can be used for multiple uses, wherein the oil-based external preparation adheres to the coated film without providing a gap between the coated film and the oil-based external preparation layer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet-like external preparation which is difficult and which is excellent in removing the oily external preparation.
- the present inventor has made it difficult to adhere to a coated film by setting the oil-based external preparation contained in the sheet-like external preparation to a specific composition. It has been found that a sheet-like external preparation excellent in take-off can be obtained, and the present invention has been completed.
- the present invention A substrate sheet, An oil-based external preparation layer formed on at least a part of the surface of the substrate sheet; What is claimed is: 1. A sheet-like cosmetic comprising a coated film laminated to protect the surface of an oil-based external preparation layer,
- the oily external preparation that constitutes the oily external preparation layer is (A) 5 to 60% by mass of silicone oil, and (B) 3 to 45% by mass of powder component, It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet-like external preparation which contains an oil-based external preparation having a hardness of 35 to 170 gf.
- the sheet-like external preparation according to the present invention is capable of suppressing the adhesion of the oil-based external preparation to the coated film by limiting the composition and hardness of the oil-based external preparation, but is also excellent in removing the oil-based external preparation.
- the oil-based external preparation itself has the property of being difficult to adhere to the coating film, it is not necessary to provide a gap between the oil-based external preparation layer and the coating film in order to avoid adhesion. For this reason, it can be set as the simple and thin structure which the oil-based external preparation layer and the coating film directly contacted.
- the sheet-like external preparation according to the present invention has a simple and thin structure as described above, it can be manufactured and provided relatively inexpensively. For this reason, even if a plurality of sheets are stacked and accommodated, they are not bulky and are easy to carry, and a wide audience can be purchased and used casually. It is also suitable for attachment to magazines and flyers as a free sample for advertising. Furthermore, since the sheet-like external preparation according to the present invention has good finger removal, when the oil-based external preparation contains a coloring material, the color development is excellent when applied to the skin or the like. In addition, when the oil-based external preparation contains a flavor, it exhibits an excellent effect also on the persistence of the scent.
- the sheet-like external preparation of the present invention comprises a substrate sheet, an oil-based external agent layer formed on at least a part of the surface of the substrate sheet, and a coated film laminated to protect the surface of the oil-based external agent layer.
- the base material sheet is a backing sheet for forming an oil-based external preparation layer by applying an oil-based external preparation to a part or the entire surface of the substrate sheet.
- the material of the substrate sheet used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and paper, resin sheet, metal sheet and the like can be used, but the permeation of the oil agent contained in the oil external preparation is avoided. Therefore, it is preferable that the surface on which the oil-based external preparation layer is formed be made of polyester such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- the outer shape and dimensions of the base sheet are not particularly limited.
- a sheet-like external preparation which is not bulky and is also excellent in portability if it is a quadrilateral having a side of 2 to 5 cm on each side and a thickness of 100 to 500 ⁇ m.
- the surface on which the oil-based external preparation layer is to be formed may be roughened in order to prevent the oil-based external preparation layer from slipping or falling off.
- the oil-based external preparation layer is a solid thin film made of an oil-based external preparation formed by applying the oil-based external preparation onto a part or the entire surface of the substrate sheet and drying it.
- a known application method can be used for the application of the oil-based external preparation. Particularly preferred is screen printing.
- the thickness of the oil-based external preparation layer is preferably 10 to 200 ⁇ m, and more preferably 40 to 140 ⁇ m. If the thickness of the oil-based external preparation layer is in this range, it is possible to supply a sufficient amount of finger removal while suppressing the adhesion of the oil-based external preparation to the coated film.
- the oil-based external preparation constituting the oil-based external preparation layer essentially contains (A) silicone oil and (B) powder components, and the hardness at 25 ° C. has a specific numerical range.
- the oil-based external preparation is a composition containing a large amount of an oil component and is applicable to various regions mainly composed of keratin such as the stratum corneum of the skin, hair and nails.
- the use thereof is not particularly limited, and includes cosmetics such as makeup and cleansing, medicines containing various active ingredients such as insect repellent and acne care, quasi-drugs, cosmeceutical products and the like.
- the mode of use is not particularly limited, and includes any mode such as one that is simply applied to the application site, one that is washed off after application, and one that is wiped off.
- the (A) silicone oil used in the present invention is a silicone oil usually used for cosmetics, and one or two or more kinds can be optionally selected and used.
- Preferred silicone oils include dimethicone, trimethylpentaphenyltrisiloxane, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, diphenyl dimethicone, (perfluorooctylethyl / diphenyl dimethicone) copolymer, cyclopentasiloxane and the like.
- silicone oil for example, dimethicone KF-96A-6cs, KF-96-100cs, KF-96-300cs, KF-96-1000cs, KF-96-5000cs (all, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) Methyl phenyl silicone PH-1555 (Toray Dow Corning) which is trimethylpentaphenyltrisiloxane, silicone KF 56 (Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) which is diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, silicone KF 54 which is diphenyl dimethicone, silicone KF-54 HV ( As mentioned above, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., FMPS (Momentative Performance Materials Japan Joint Company) which is a copolymer of (perfluorooctylethyl / diphenyldimethicone), and Execo which is a cyclopentasilox
- the compounding amount of the silicone oil (A) is 5 to 60% by mass, more preferably 10 to 60% by mass, and still more preferably 10 to 30% by mass, based on the whole oil-based external preparation. If the amount is less than 5% by mass, adhesion of the oil-based external preparation to the coated film can not be suppressed, and there is a tendency that sufficient finger removal and color development can not be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 60% by mass, bleeding may occur during storage.
- the powder component (B) used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be used for cosmetics, medicines and quasi drugs.
- powder components for example, inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, chromium oxide etc .; pearling agents such as titanium oxide coated mica, titanium oxide coated borosilicate glass etc; spherical silica, spherical polyethylene, polyamide spherical Spherical powder such as resin powder (nylon spherical powder), crosslinked poly (meth) methyl methacrylate spherical resin powder, etc .; extender pigment such as talc, mica, kaolin, sericite, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, etc .; dimethicone crosspolymer, (dimethicone / Vinyldimethicone) crosspolymer, high molecular silicone powder such as polymethylsilsesquioxane, and the like.
- the blending amount of the powder component (B) is 3 to 45% by mass, more preferably 4 to 40% by mass, based on the whole of the oil-based external preparation. If the amount is less than 3% by mass, it tends to be difficult to suppress the adhesion of the oil-based external preparation to the coated film. Moreover, surprisingly, when an oil-based external preparation contains a fragrance
- the powder component (B) is more than 45% by mass, the amount of the powder is too large to be compatible with the use of mulch, which is an advantage of the oil-based external preparation, and the use feeling is significantly impaired particularly when applied to the lip. .
- the hardness at 25 ° C. of the oil-based external preparation is 35 to 170 gf (0.34 to 1.67 N), more preferably 40 to 150 gf. If the hardness of the oil-based external preparation is less than 35 gf, it tends to be difficult to suppress adhesion and bleeding of the oil-based external preparation on the coated film. On the other hand, when the hardness of the oil-based external preparation exceeds 170 gf, the hardness is too high to take a finger off, the coating can not be applied smoothly and the sticking to the skin etc. tends to be poor, and sufficient color development can not be obtained.
- the hardness in the present invention means that an oily external preparation is heated and dissolved, filled in a 10 ml ointment bath and solidified, then at 25 ° C., a rheotech rheometer (pressure sensitive shaft 1 ⁇ , penetration speed 2 cm / min, It is a value measured at a penetration of 10 mm).
- oils other than silicone oil (A) examples include oils other than silicone oil (A), colorants, thickeners, ceramides, vitamins, UV absorbers, chelating agents, bactericides, preservatives, amino acids, various drugs, Examples thereof include perfumes and lower alcohols such as ethanol.
- oil components other than (A) silicone oil it is preferable to mix solid oil components for adjusting the hardness of the oil-based external preparation.
- the solid oil is an oil which is solid to semi-solid at normal temperature and has a melting point of about 50.degree. C. or more, more preferably 50 to 90.degree. C. as a solid oil. It can be used.
- solid fats and oils such as moclaw and hydrogenated castor oil; waxes such as carnauba wax, beeswax, candelilla wax and jojoba wax: hydrocarbon waxes such as polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, ceresin and microcrystalline wax; behenyl alcohol, cetanol and batyl alcohol And higher alcohols; silicone waxes and the like.
- hydrocarbon waxes such as microcrystalline wax and polyethylene wax are preferable because they are excellent in preventing adhesion to a coated film and preventing bleeding.
- the blending amount is 30% by mass or less, more preferably 5 to 30% by mass, and still more preferably 5 to 20% by mass, based on the whole oil-based external preparation. If the content is more than 30% by mass, the oil-based external preparation becomes too hard to take a finger off, and there is a tendency that sufficient color development can not be obtained when applied to the skin and lips.
- oil components other than solid oil components olive oil, avocado oil, camellia oil, macadamia nut oil, evening primrose oil, jojoba oil, rapeseed oil, egg yolk oil, sesame oil, castor oil, castor oil, safflower oil, cotton seed oil, soybean oil, tea seed oil, rice bran

- An oil-based external preparation (cosmetic agent) having a composition listed in Table 1 below on a substrate sheet made of a PET resin film having a thickness of 135 to 350 ⁇ m is approximately square to have 8 to 20 mg per sheet-like external preparation Was applied by screen printing. This was dried at room temperature to form an oily external preparation layer with a thickness of 40 to 135 ⁇ m. Next, a covering film made of PET resin was put on the oily external preparation layer so as to cover it, and cut to prepare a sheet-like external preparation of 27 mm long ⁇ 27 mm wide. The following items were evaluated about each obtained sheet-like external preparation.
- ⁇ Adhesion rate of oil-based external preparation to coated film> Each sheet-like external preparation was placed vertically and stored at 25 ° C. for 7 days. Next, a finger was placed on one side of the sheet-like external preparation to roll the coated film, and the coated film was completely peeled off from the base sheet. The amount of the oil-based external preparation adhered to the coated film (adhesion rate) was evaluated according to the following criteria. The sheet-like external preparation of 6 sheets was evaluated about each oil-based external preparation, and the thing with the worst evaluation among 6 sheets was made into the evaluation result. Evaluations A to B were judged to pass.
- Evaluation criteria A The weight of the oil-based external preparation attached to the coated film is less than 10% of the total amount of the oil-based external preparation

Abstract
