技术领域
本申请涉及数据处理领域,具体涉及一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,另一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法以及装置,以及一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统。
背景技术
随着移动互联网的飞速发展和支付软件(如支付宝)的普及,用户支付结算方式也从传统的线下支付转变为更加方便快捷的线上支付,越来越多的用户通过移动终端安装的支付软件进行支付。针对线下场景中的有桌门店,常见的支付结算方式是顾客利用支付软件出示用于支付的二维码,门店通过结算终端设备扫描用户出示的二维码后进行扣款结算,但这种支付结算方式需要用户反复和门店沟通以确认优惠信息、支付信息等,体验较差,因此需要一种方便快捷的支付结算方式。
现有技术针对线下场景中的有桌门店的支付结算方式,通过在门店桌设置二维码,顾客在进行订单支付结算时,打开移动终端安装的支付软件扫描门店桌设置的二维码,从而对顾客在当前门店消费产生的订单进行支付结算。但现有技术针对线下有桌门店的支付结算方式,打开移动终端安装的支付软件进行扫码后直接进入订单页,展示的是顾客在该门店消费产生的订单,顾客无法查看订单中包含的具体消费清单信息,同时在支付时进行门店页面去领取门店的优惠券进行支付,门店的用户体验较差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,以解决现有技术存在的缺陷。本申请同时涉及一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,另一种 基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法以及装置,以及一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统。
本申请提供一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,包括:
接收客户端发送的携带服务识别码信息的订单通知;
获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单;
针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作。
可选的,所述获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单步骤执行过程中或者执行之后,执行如下操作:
确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息;
向所述客户端发送所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息;
根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端。
可选的,所述服务识别码信息由所述门店内的服务识别码图像解析获得;所述门店订单和/或所述优惠券由所述门店的门店结算系统提供;

存储所述服务识别码信息与所述门店订单的对应关系;
若所述门店结算系统的数据库中存储的所述门店订单被更新,则获取更新后的所述门店订单并向所述客户端发送。
可选的,所述根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,采用如下方式实现:
接收所述客户端发送的针对所述门店订单的查询请求;所述查询请求中包含所述客户单基于所述优惠推荐信息提交的优惠券;
根据存储的所述桌号标识与所述门店订单的对应关系以及所述客户端提交的优惠券,对所述门店订单进行优惠计算;

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请。但是本申请能够以很多不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本申请内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本申请不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
本申请提供一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,以及一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,另一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法以及装置,以及一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统。以下分别结合本申请提供的实施例的附图逐一进行详细说明,并且对方法的各个步骤进行说明。
本申请提供的一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法实施例如下:
参照附图1,其示出了本申请提供的一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法实施例的处理流程图,参见附图2,其示出了本申请提供的一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理过程的示意图。
步骤S101,接收客户端发送的携带服务识别码信息的订单通知。
本申请提供的所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,在基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统中执行,所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统包括客户端、服务端、门店端、支付端和门店结算系统。具体的,所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法基于所述服务端实现。在线下门店进行业务处理时,离不开线下门店的门店结算系统,所述门店结算系统是线下门店配置的用于进行订单管理、用户管理、支付、结算等操作的系统,比如常见的门店结算系统有ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning企业资源计划)管理系统和CRM(Customer  Relationship Management,客户关系管理)系统。但是,实际应用中线下门店配置的门店结算系统往往是独立运行的,其数据无法与第三方业务系统打通,比如线下门店想通过第三方业务系统实现,实现诸如扫码点餐、自助结单等业务功能,则需要将门店业务数据复制或者迁移到第三方业务才能实现,并且基于第三方系统实现的业务功能与线下门店自身配置的门店结算系统的业务功能是相互独立的,不利于门店在线上的营销推广和业务延伸。
针对这种情况,本申请提供的所述种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统,通过在线下门店的门店结算系统上安装一个插件,即门店端插件,通过所述门店端插件将所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统与线下门店的门店结算系统打通,从而使线下门店在基于自身配置的门店结算系统进行相应业务处理的过程中,还能够通过所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统,基于门店设置的服务识别码实现扫码点餐、自助结单等操作。比如线下的餐饮门店,基于餐桌上设置的二维码,顾客通过扫描二维码即可实现扫码点餐,还可以通过扫描二维码实现自助结单和打印小票等操作。另一方面,对线下门店而言,还可在顾客结单后通过所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统实现自动清台以及桌台状态的自动播报等操作,从而来提升线下有桌类门店的服务效率和顾客体验,并能在此过程中提升线下门店的营销效果和触达能力,从而使线下门店的业务与当前主流的移动支付场景结合,成为移动支付在线下场景的重要延伸。所述服务识别码是指条形码、二维码、三维码等由图像识别元素按照特定编码规则组成的服务识别码,比如在实际应用中,所述服务识别码可设置在餐饮门店的桌上,可根据其用途称之为桌码,或者在KTV的包厢内,作为包厢码。
本申请实施例所述客户端,用于将门店内采集到的服务识别码图像解析为对应的服务识别码信息,向服务端发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通知,接收所述服务端发送的所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单,以及所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息,根据所述优惠推荐信息包含的优惠券向所述服务端提交被选定的优惠券,并接收所述服务端返回的基于所述被选定优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算的计算结果。在具体实施时,所述客户端可以是顾客的智能手机上安装的应用程序,比如顾客在线下门店点餐时使用的点餐APP,或者包含扫码点餐功能的生活类APP。
所述门店端,用于根据所述服务端发送的所述订单通知携带的服务识别码信息,从所述门店的门店结算系统的数据库查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对 应的门店订单,并将所述门店订单发送至所述服务端。在实际应用中,所述门店端可以是安装在线下门店的门店结算系统上的一个插件,即门店端插件,该门店端插件需联网,通过该门店端插件可以将线下门店的门店结算系统与所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统打通,并实现二者的业务功能融合,所述门店端以插件形式安装在所述门店结算系统上,不仅安装简单方便,通用性也更强。例如,通过门店端插件来破解线下门店的门店结算系统的数据库和数据结构,并根据数据库以及数据结构读取指定服务识别码的门店订单门店结算系统的数据库中的门店订单源于门店服务人员提交或者顾客通过扫码点餐自助提交等。此外,顾客通过客户端完成门店订单的支付后可通知门店端插件,由门店端插件根据订单结算权限来改写门店结算系统中的桌台状态以及进行订单打印操作。
本步骤中,由所述服务端接收所述客户端发送的携带服务识别码信息的订单通知,如附图2所示;优选的,所述服务识别码信息由所述门店内的服务识别码图像(如门店内设置的二维码)解析获得;所述门店订单和/或所述优惠券由线下门店的门店结算系统提供。并且,所述门店订单和所述优惠券是由所述门店端插件在门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单。例如,顾客通过APP扫描线下餐饮门店的餐桌上设置的二维码后,启动该餐饮门店的店铺页面并在APP上展示;此后,APP通过服务端配置的网关向服务端发送订单通知(URL),并在订单通知(URL)中携带各种参数,比如顾客ID、线下餐饮门店ID以及服务识别码信息(桌号),服务端可从订单通知(URL)中将各参数的值解析出来;服务端成功接收到订单通知(URL)后返回确认消息,若无返回则客户端会重试几次。
此外,在上述获取到所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单后,本申请实施例提供的一种优选实施方式中,还可以存储所述服务识别码信息与所述门店订单的对应关系。基于此,顾客在当前线下门店所在餐桌对应的门店订单被提交并存储至线下门店的门店结算系统的数据库之后,并且在该门店订单进行结单操作之前,如果顾客在提交门店订单后追加菜品或者取消已点菜品中的一个或者多个菜品,此时,菜品的变化会被更新到门店结算系统的数据库中,即:更新门店结算系统的数据库中存储的顾客所在餐桌对应的门店订单。相应的,如果所述门店结算系统的数据库中存储的所述门店订单被更新,则需要重新获取更新后的所述门店订单,并将获取的更新后的所述门店订单并向所述客 户端发送。
步骤S102,获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单。
本步骤所述获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单,是指在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单。本申请实施例提供的一种优选实施方式中,所述在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单操作由所述门店端实现。具体的,服务端在接收到客户端发送的携带服务识别码信息的订单通知后,服务端需要使用订单回流接口向门店端插件发送该携带服务识别码信息的订单通知,由门店端插件根据该订单通知从门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单,并将读取到所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单返回给服务端。同时,所述门店端还具有所述门店结算系统的订单结算权限,所述门店端基于所述订单结算权限在所述门店内进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。
步骤S103,针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作。
上述步骤S102通过所述门店端插件获取到所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单,在该步骤的执行过程中或者执行之后还可以针对获取到的所述门店订单进行优惠推荐以及优惠计算处理等操作,即:在本步骤针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作执行之前、执行过程中或者执行之后,对获取到的所述门店订单进行优惠推荐以及优惠计算处理等操作。本申请实施例提供的一种优选实施方式中,在执行所述针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作步骤的过程中进行优惠推荐以及优惠计算处理操作,即:在针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作的同时进行优惠推荐以及优惠计算处理操作,具体实现如下:
1)确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息。
上述步骤S102通过所述门店端插件获取到所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单后,此处,根据获取到所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单,确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息。本申请实施例提供的一种优选实施方式中,本步骤确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息,具体实现如下:
a)读取所述门店订单中记录的菜品种类、菜品单价和/或订单总额;
b)根据所述优惠券的属性特征确定所述门店内与所述菜品种类相匹配的优惠券;
c)从确定的优惠券中筛选出与所述门店订单中记录的菜品单价和/或订单总额匹配度大于匹配阈值的优惠券;
d)根据筛选出的优惠券与所述菜品种类、菜品单价和/或订单总额的匹配度,确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息。所述优惠推荐信息包含下述至少一项:所述优惠券的描述信息,所述优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配信息,所述门店内菜品的推荐信息。
例如,服务端通过门店端插件获取到顾客所在餐桌对应的门店订单后,根据顾客消费产生的门店订单中记录的菜品种类和菜品单价,并根据获取到的当前线下餐饮门店的优惠券,通过匹配计算,推荐顾客使用所点菜品能够使用的单品优惠券,向顾客推荐当前所点各个菜品种类已经能够使用的单品优惠券,如果顾客所点菜品种类的额度尚未达到使用单品优惠券的程度,可以向顾客推荐额度大于顾客所点菜品单价的单品优惠券,提醒顾客多消费可使用相应单品优惠券。此外,也可以根据顾客消费产生的门店订单的订单总额,向顾客推荐当前订单总额已经能够使用的全场优惠券,同时,还可以向顾客推荐凑单菜品。
2)向所述客户端发送所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息。
上述确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息之后,本步骤将上述获取到的所述门店订单以及确定的所述优惠推荐信息向所述客户端发送。相应的,所述客户端在接收到所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息推荐之后,会显示接收到的所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息,比如服务端在完成门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息回流后,顾客点击店铺页面上指令按钮(如“服务卡片”)时,会跳转到该门店订单的订单详情页面地址,该地址为顾客访问地址加上业务相关参数(如二维码参数、用户ID等)。
3)根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端。
上述提供的实施方式中,所述服务端将所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息发送至所述客户端,相应的,所述客户端会显示接收到的所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息,此后,顾客在进行结单时,会结合自身消费产生的所述门店订单,从所述优惠推荐信息中选择合适的优惠券,并基于选择的优惠券进行结单 操作。顾客选择的优惠券通过所述客户端提交至所述服务端之后,所述服务端会根据客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端。
本申请实施例提供的一种优选实施方式中,所述根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,具体采用如下方式实现:接收所述客户端发送的针对所述门店订单的查询请求;所述查询请求中包含所述客户单基于所述优惠推荐信息提交的优惠券;根据存储的所述桌号标识与所述门店订单的对应关系以及所述客户端提交的优惠券,对所述门店订单进行优惠计算;将所述优惠计算的计算结果发送至所述客户端。例如,服务端将根据回流的菜品种类、菜品单价和订单总额,以及顾客当前提交的单品\全场优惠券情况做优惠计算,并将优惠计算的结果返回至所述客户端,由所述客户端在所述门店订单的订单详情页面显示当前所使用的优惠券以及优惠明细。
本申请实施例提供的另一种优选实施方式中,在上述步骤根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端执行后,可执行针对所述门店订单的支付操作,如附图2所示,所述支付操作具体由所述客户端与支付端协同完成,支付完成后,所述服务端会接收到所述支付端发送的所述门店订单支付成功的订单支付消息,所述服务端会基于所述订单支付消息通知所述门店端插件进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。
综上所述,所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,在进行门店订单处理时,根据客户端发送的订单通知携带的服务识别码信息获取该服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单,并根据所述门店订单和所述门店提供的优惠券,向所述客户端推荐优惠券,最后根据客户端在推荐的优惠券中选择的优惠券进行优惠计算,并且在优惠计算的同时进行订单结算操作,使线下门店的订单处理与移动支付场景结合,减少线下门店服务处理过程中人工沟通的人力成本和时间成本,从而来提升线下门店的服务效率和顾客体验。

可选的,所述服务识别码信息由所述门店内的服务识别码图像解析获得;所述门店订单和/或所述优惠券由所述门店的门店结算系统提供;相应的,所述门店订单获取单元302,具体用于在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单。
可选的,所述门店订单获取单元302基于门店端运行;其中,所述门店端具有所述门店结算系统的订单结算权限,所述门店端基于所述订单结算权限在所述门店内进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。
可选的,所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,包括:
订单支付消息接收单元,用于接收所述门店订单支付成功的订单支付消息;
通知单元,用于基于所述订单支付消息通知所述门店端进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。
可选的,所述优惠推荐信息确定单元,包括:
读取子单元,用于读取所述门店订单中记录的菜品种类、菜品单价和/或订单总额;
确定子单元,用于根据所述优惠券的属性特征确定所述门店内与所述菜品 种类相匹配的优惠券;
筛选子单元,用于从确定的优惠券中筛选出与所述门店订单中记录的菜品单价和/或订单总额匹配度大于匹配阈值的优惠券;
优惠推荐信息确定子单元,用于根据筛选出的优惠券与所述菜品种类、菜品单价和/或订单总额的匹配度,确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息;
其中,所述优惠推荐信息包含下述至少一项:所述优惠券的描述信息,所述优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配信息,所述门店内菜品的推荐信息。
可选的,所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,包括:
对应关系存储单元,用于存储所述服务识别码信息与所述门店订单的对应关系;
门店订单更新单元,用于在所述门店结算系统的数据库中存储的所述门店订单被更新时,获取更新后的所述门店订单并向所述客户端发送。
可选的,所述优惠计算单元,包括:
查询请求接收子单元,用于接收所述客户端发送的针对所述门店订单的查询请求;所述查询请求中包含所述客户单基于所述优惠推荐信息提交的优惠券;
优惠计算子单元,用于根据存储的所述桌号标识与所述门店订单的对应关系以及所述客户端提交的优惠券,对所述门店订单进行优惠计算;
计算结果发送子单元,用于将所述优惠计算的计算结果发送至所述客户端。

步骤S401,将门店内采集到的服务识别码图像解析为对应的服务识别码信 息;
步骤S402,向服务端发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通知。
可选的,所述向服务端发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通知步骤执行后,执行如下操作:
接收所述服务端发送的所述桌码信息对应的门店订单,以及所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息;
根据所述优惠推荐信息包含的优惠券向所述服务端提交被选定的优惠券;
接收所述服务端返回的基于所述被选定优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算的计算结果
可选的,所述接收所述服务端返回的基于所述被选定优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算的计算结果步骤执行后,执行如下操作:
根据所述门店订单进行优惠计算的计算结果,向支付端发送支付消息;
接收所述支付端返回的支付成功消息。
可选的,所述门店订单和/或所述优惠券由所述门店的门店结算系统提供;并且,所述门店订单由门店端在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单;
其中,所述门店端具有所述门店结算系统的订单结算权限,所述门店端基于所述订单结算权限在所述门店内进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。

门店订单接收单元,用于接收所述服务端发送的所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单,以及所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息;

支付消息发送单元,用于根据所述门店订单进行优惠计算的计算结果,向支付端发送支付消息;

可选的,所述门店订单和/或所述优惠券由所述门店的门店结算系统提供;并且,所述门店订单由门店端在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单;

本实施例描述得比较简单,相关部分请参见上述提供的方法实施例中关于所述基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统的对应说明即可。下述描述的实施例仅仅是示意性的。
本申请提供一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统,包括:
客户端601、服务端602以及门店端603;
其中,所述客户端601,用于将门店内采集到的服务识别码图像解析为对应的服务识别码信息,向所述服务端602发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通 知;
所述服务端602,用于将所述客户端601发送的所述订单通知向所述门店端603转发,接收所述门店端603发送的所述订单门店,并针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作;
所述门店端603,用于根据所述服务端602发送的所述订单通知携带的服务识别码信息,从所述门店的门店结算系统的数据库查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单,并将所述门店订单发送至所述服务端602。
可选的,所述服务端602还用于确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息,向所述客户端601发送所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息,根据所述客户端601提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端601。
可选的,所述客户端601,还用于接收所述服务端602发送的所述桌码信息对应的门店订单,以及所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息,根据所述优惠推荐信息包含的优惠券向所述服务端602提交被选定的优惠券,接收所述服务端602返回的基于所述被选定优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算的计算结果。

计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信 息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括非暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
本领域技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收客户端发送的携带服务识别码信息的订单通知;
    获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单;
    针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单步骤执行过程中或者执行之后,执行如下操作:
    确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息;
    向所述客户端发送所述门店订单和所述优惠推荐信息;
    根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述服务识别码信息由所述门店内的服务识别码图像解析获得;所述门店订单和/或所述优惠券由所述门店的门店结算系统提供;
    相应的,所述获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单,采用如下方式实现:
    在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述在所述门店结算系统的数据库中查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单步骤基于门店端实现;
    其中,所述门店端具有所述门店结算系统的订单结算权限,所述门店端基于所述订单结算权限在所述门店内进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,并将计算结果返回至所述客户端步骤执行后,执行如下操作:
    接收所述门店订单支付成功的订单支付消息;
    基于所述订单支付消息通知所述门店端进行订单打印操作和/或清台操作。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任意一项所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述门店的优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配度,并根 据所述匹配度确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息,采用如下方式实现:
    读取所述门店订单中记录的菜品种类、菜品单价和/或订单总额;
    根据所述优惠券的属性特征确定所述门店内与所述菜品种类相匹配的优惠券;
    从确定的优惠券中筛选出与所述门店订单中记录的菜品单价和/或订单总额匹配度大于匹配阈值的优惠券;
    根据筛选出的优惠券与所述菜品种类、菜品单价和/或订单总额的匹配度,确定所述门店订单的优惠推荐信息;
    其中,所述优惠推荐信息包含下述至少一项:所述优惠券的描述信息,所述优惠券与所述门店订单的匹配信息,所述门店内菜品的推荐信息。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单步骤执行后,执行如下操作:
    存储所述服务识别码信息与所述门店订单的对应关系;
    若所述门店结算系统的数据库中存储的所述门店订单被更新,则获取更新后的所述门店订单并向所述客户端发送。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述客户端提交的优惠券对所述门店订单进行优惠计算,采用如下方式实现:
    接收所述客户端发送的针对所述门店订单的查询请求;所述查询请求中包含所述客户单基于所述优惠推荐信息提交的优惠券;
    根据存储的所述桌号标识与所述门店订单的对应关系以及所述客户端提交的优惠券,对所述门店订单进行优惠计算;
    将所述优惠计算的计算结果发送至所述客户端。
  9. 一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    订单通知接收单元,用于接收客户端发送的携带服务识别码信息的订单通知;
    门店订单获取单元,用于获取所述服务识别码信息在对应门店的门店订单;
    门店订单结算单元,针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作。
  10. 一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    将门店内采集到的服务识别码图像解析为对应的服务识别码信息;
    向服务端发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通知。
  11. 一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    服务识别码信息解析单元,用于将门店内采集到的服务识别码图像解析为对应的服务识别码信息;
    订单通知发送单元,用于向服务端发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通知。
  12. 一种基于服务识别码的门店订单处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    客户端、服务端以及门店端;
    其中,所述客户端,用于将门店内采集到的服务识别码图像解析为对应的服务识别码信息,向所述服务端发送包含所述服务识别码信息的订单通知;
    所述服务端,用于将所述客户端发送的所述订单通知向所述门店端转发,接收所述门店端发送的所述订单门店,并针对所述门店订单进行订单结算操作;
    所述门店端,用于根据所述服务端发送的所述订单通知携带的服务识别码信息,从所述门店的门店结算系统的数据库查找并读取所述服务识别码信息对应的门店订单,并将所述门店订单发送至所述服务端。
