本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,操作第一组控制键之后才能够操作第二组控制键,从而使家用电器上升或下降。因此,通过本发明的控制操作方法能够避免家用电器上的第二控制键被用户误操作,只有在第一组控制键被操作之后才允许第二组控制键被操作,从而保证了家用电器的正常使用。
进一步,在本发明的优选实施方案中,第一组控制键包括多个按键,第二组按键包括上升按键和下降按键,家用供电器为洗衣机。在同时按下第一组控制键的多个按键之后,或者在按设定的顺序按下第一组控制键的多个按键之后,洗衣机控制面板上的液晶显示屏提示用户进入升降控制界面,此时用户可按下上升按键或下降按键。当上升按键被按下时,洗衣机被举升并借助其底部的行走轮与地面接触,从而使洗衣机能够被用户轻松推动。当下降按键被按下时,洗衣机被降下并借助其底部的固定底脚与地面接触,使洗衣机牢牢地固定到地面上。

本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本节实施方式是结合洗衣机来对本发明的控制操作方法进行说明的,但是本发明的控制操作方法还可以应用于其他家用电器,例如烘干机、烘干一体机、甩干机、冰箱、冰柜等,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的洗衣机主要包括机体1、设置在该机体1顶部的控制面板2、设置在该机体1底部的固定底脚3和两个升降装置4。其中,控制面板2上安装有第一组控制键21和显示屏22。第一组控制键21主要用于控制洗衣机的衣物洗涤和甩干作业。第一组控制键21主要包括图2所示的按键①、按键②、按键③、按键④和按键⑤,通过操作上述按键能够控制洗衣机的洗涤作业。需要说明的是,第一组控制键21还可以是其他任意形式的操作键以及其他任意数量,例如,三 个旋钮键、四个按键、设置在触摸屏上的虚拟按键等。显示屏22用于显示洗衣机的工作状态、运行模式、工作时间、程序指令等。
如图1所示,机体1的底部设置有四个固定底脚3,洗衣机通过该四个固定底脚3与地面接触。由于在机体1底部设置固定底脚3,并使机体1通过固定底脚3与地面接触的技术手段是本领域技术人员的常规技术手段,并且具有固定底脚3的洗衣机在市面上能够买到,所以此处不再做过多说明。两个升降装置4分别设置在机体1的两侧,用于将机体1升起和降下。当机体1被升起时,洗衣机通过行走轮与地面接触,此时用户可手动推动洗衣机行走,将洗衣机移动至目标位置。当机体1被降下时,洗衣机通过固定底脚3与地面接触,此时的洗衣机借助固定底脚3被牢牢地固定到地面上。
如图3至图5所示,本发明的升降装置4主要包括驱动装置(图中未标示)、第一杠杆44、第二杠杆45、第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48。其中,驱动装置固定地设置在机体1的底部,第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48分别沿竖直方向可移动地与机体1的底部滑动连接。为了减少第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48与机体1之间的磨损,机体1上还固定地设置有第一滑套13和第二滑套14。第一支撑脚46沿竖直方向可移动地设置在第一滑套13内,第二支撑脚48沿竖直方向可移动地设置在第二滑套14内。进一步,第一支撑脚46的底部设置有第一万向轮47,第二支撑脚48的底部设置有第二万向轮49。当第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48沿竖直方向向下滑动时,第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49能够与地面相抵,使得机体1能够通过第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49与地面接触,进而通过第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49行走。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49还可以被其他任何形式的行走轮替代,例如,固定脚轮。
继续参阅图3至图5,第一杠杆44的第一端与驱动装置枢转连接,第一杠杆44的第二端与第一支撑脚46的顶部枢转连接,第一杠杆44的枢转端与机体1上的第一支撑架11枢转连接。第二杠杆45的第一端与驱动装置枢转连接,第二杠杆45的第二端与第二支撑脚48的顶部枢转连接,第二杠杆45的枢转端与机体1上的第二支撑架12枢转连接。驱动装置工作时带动第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端上下运动,进而驱动第一杠杆44的第二端和第二杠杆45的第二端上 下运动,进而带动第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48在竖直方向上移动,从而使机体1升起或落下。当机体1被升起之后,洗衣机能够借助第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49移动,被用户轻松推动;当机体1被落下后,洗衣机借助固定底脚3能够被牢牢地固定在地面上。
进一步参阅图3至图5,驱动装置主要包括电机41、减速器42和连接件43。其中,减速器42与机体1的底部固定连接,电机41设置在减速器42的输入端,并且电机41的机壳与减速器42的壳体固定连接,电机41的转轴与减速器42的输入轴固定连接。连接件43设置在减速器42输出端,并且连接件43的第一端(图4中所示连接件43的圆心)与减速器42的输出轴固定连接。连接件43的第二端(图4中所示连接件43偏离圆心的位置)与第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端分别枢转连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,连接件43不仅限于图中所示的圆形结构,其还可以是其他任意可行的结构,例如,条状结构、凸轮结构、杆状结构等。此外,在本发明的另一个实施例中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使连接件43的第二端借助任何可行的构件与第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端连接。示例性的,如图6所示,该构件是具有杆状结构的连杆410,该连杆410的一端与连接件43的第二端枢转连接,该连杆410的另一端分别与第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端枢转连接。本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,电机41可以被其他任意可行的动力装置替代,例如液压马达和气动马达。
如图3和图5所示,连接件43的第二端上设置有圆柱销431,连接件43的第二端通过该圆柱销431与第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端分别枢转连接。在连接件43转动时,为了防止圆柱销431与第一杠杆44在水平方向发生干涉,第一杠杆44的第一端设置有第一滑槽441,使圆柱销431与第一滑槽441滑动连接;为了防止圆柱销431与第二杠杆45在水平方向发生干涉,第二杠杆45的第一端设置有第二滑槽451,使圆柱销431与第二滑槽451滑动连接。在连接件43转动的过程中,圆柱销431在与第一滑槽441滑动的同时带动第一杠杆44的第一端上下移动,进而在第一杠杆44的枢转端作为支点的情况下第一杠杆44能够通过该枢转端驱动第一支撑脚46上下运动。在连接件43转动的过程中,圆柱销431在与第二滑槽451滑动的同时带动第二杠杆45的第 一端上下移动,进而在第二杠杆45的枢转端作为支点的情况下第二杠杆45能够通过该枢转端驱动第二支撑脚48上下运动。
如图5所示,第一杠杆44的第二端设置有第三滑槽442,通过销轴(图中未标示)穿过第三滑槽442和第一支撑脚46的顶部实现第一杠杆44与第一支撑脚46的枢转连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第三滑槽442能够避免第一支撑脚46上下移动时,第一支撑脚46和第一杠杆44在水平方向发生干涉。第二杠杆45的第二端设置有第四滑槽452,通过销轴(图中未标示)穿过第四滑槽442和第二支撑脚48的顶部实现第二杠杆45与第二支撑脚48的枢转连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第四滑槽452能够避免第二支撑脚48上下移动时,第二支撑脚48和第二杠杆45在水平方向发生干涉。
需要说明的是,在本发明优选实施方案中,电机41优选地具有断电自锁装置(如电机抱闸装置),当电机41断电时,电机41也能保持在当前角度,进而能够使第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49保持在当前位置。从而使用户能够在洗衣机通电时,使第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49被顶出,洗衣机断电之后能够继续推动洗衣机,进而能够保证洗衣机能够借助第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49被推到任何没有电源的地方。
如图7和图8所示,本发明的减速器42在背离连接件43的一侧上设置有托轮421,并且托轮421与连接件43同轴固定,即托轮421和连接件4绕相同的轴线转动。减速器42的顶部还设置有与该托轮421相匹配的活动开关5,该活动开关5能够被托轮421控制。
具体地,如图9所示,托轮421由两个不同半径的半圆构成,分别记做第一半圆4211和第二半圆4212。第一半圆4211的半径小于第二半圆4212的半径,并且第一半圆4211和第二半圆4212之间平滑过渡。活动开关5上设置有第一接线端子51、第二接线端子52、第三接线端子53和弹性按键54。弹性按键54在弹簧的作用下与托轮421的外圆周始终相抵。当弹性按键54与第一半圆4211的外圆周相抵时,弹性按键54伸出,第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52接通,第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53断开。当弹性按键54与第二半圆4212的外圆周相抵时,弹性按键54缩回,第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52断开,第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53连接。
如图10至图13所示,升降装置4的电机41通过活动开关5、供电系统开关6与电源7形成电连接回路。
如图10所示,当电路L1接通且电路L3接通(第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52接通)时,弹性按键54与托轮421的第一半圆4211的外圆周相抵,电机41正转,升降装置4将机体1升起。
如图11所示,当托轮421转动到弹性按键54与托轮421的第二半圆4212的外圆周相抵时,电路L3断开(第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52断开),电路L4接通(第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53接通)。此时电机41与电源7之间不能电导通,电机41停止转动,机体1被顶起,脚轮(第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49)伸出到最大位置。
如图12所示,当电路L2接通且电路L4接通(第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53接通)时,弹性按键54与托轮421的第二半圆4212的外圆周相抵,电机41反转,升降装置4将机体1降下。
如图13所示,当托轮421转动到弹性按键54与托轮421的第一半圆4211的外圆周相抵时,电路L4断开(第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53断开),电路L3接通(第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52接通)。此时电机41与电源7之间不能电导通,电机41停止转动,机体1被降下,脚轮(第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49)收回到最小位置。此时,洗衣机通过固定底脚3与地面接触。
下面结合图14至图18来对上述洗衣机的控制操作方法进行详细说明。
如图14所示,本发明的洗衣机的控制操作方法主要包括:
步骤S100,操作第一组控制键21;
可选的步骤S200,进入升降控制界面;
步骤S300,操作第二组控制键使洗衣机上升或下降。
其中,对于步骤S100,本发明提供了两个实施例。
第一实施例:如图15所示的步骤S110,同时按下多个按键。示例性地,同时按下图2中的按键①和按键③,并使按键①和按键③保持设定时长,该设定时长可以是1秒、2秒、3秒等。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,被操作的按键还可以是其他组合,例如按键①和按键②、按键③和按键④、按键④和按键⑤等;被操作的按键的数量也可以是一个、三个、四个或五个,例如“按键①”、“按键②、按键③和按键④”、 “按键①、按键②、按键③和按键④”、“按键①、按键②、按键③、按键④和按键⑤”等。
第二实施例:如图16所示的步骤S120,顺序按下多个按键。示例性地,依次按下图2中的按键①、按键②和按键③。或者,本领域技术人员也可以按照其他的顺序操作按键①、按键②和按键③,例如依次按下按键②、按键①和按键③。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要对被操作的按键的数量进行适当调整,例如,依次按下按键①、按键②、按键③、按键④和按键⑤五个按键。
如图14至图16所示,在执行完步骤S110或步骤S120之后,执行步骤S200,进入升降控制界面。在本发明的优选实施方案中,升降控制界面指的是,进入控制升降装置4升降的操作指令的控制界面,在该控制界面下,用户能够控制升降装置4将洗衣机顶起或降下。进一步,升降控制界面由图2中的显示屏22显示,用以提示用户洗衣机已进入升降控制界面。
步骤S300包括将洗衣机升起的步骤和将洗衣机落下的步骤。
需要说明的是,第二组控制键包括上升按键和下降按键。如图10至图13所示,上升按键接通时能够控制供电系统开关6将电路L1接通,下降按键接通时能够控制供电系统开关6将电路L2接通。
洗衣机升起时的步骤如图17所示:
步骤S311,按下上升按键。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,该上升按键可以是按键①、按键②、按键③、按键④和按键⑤中的任一个按键,并且显示屏22上会显示与上升按键相对应的上升信息,例如当按键①是上升按键时,下降信息为①。该上升按键也可以是形成在显示屏22上的虚拟按键。
步骤S312,上升按键接通。
步骤S313,供电系统的电路L1接通,电路L2断开。
可选的步骤S314,活动开关5的电路L3接通,电路L4断开。需要说明的是,洗衣机未上升之前,即洗衣机借助固定底脚3与地面接触时,活动开关5的弹性按键54与托轮421的第一半圆4211的外圆周相抵,第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52接通,即活动开关5的电路L3接通。
步骤S315,脚轮(47和49)开始伸出。执行完步骤S313和步骤S314之后,电机41正转驱动脚轮(47和49)伸出机体1。
步骤S316,活动开关5的电路L3断开,电路L4接通。此时托轮421转动到弹性按键54与托轮421的第二半圆4212的外圆周相抵,第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52断开,第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53接通。
步骤S317,脚轮(47和49)伸出到最大位置。
洗衣机下降时的步骤如图18所示:
步骤S321,按下下降按键。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,该下降按键可以是按键①、按键②、按键③、按键④和按键⑤中除上述上升按键外的任一个按键,并且显示屏22上会显示与下降按键相对应的下降信息,例如当按键③是下降按键时,下降信息为③。该下降按键也可以是形成在显示屏22上的虚拟按键。
步骤S322,下降按键接通。
步骤S323,供电系统的电路L1断开,电路L2接通。
可选的步骤S324,活动开关5的电路L3断开,电路L4接通。需要说明的是,洗衣机未下降之前,活动开关5的弹性按键54与托轮421的第二半圆4212的外圆周相抵,第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53接通,即活动开关5的电路L4接通。
步骤S325,脚轮(47和49)开始回收。执行完步骤S323和步骤S324之后,电机41反转驱动脚轮(47和49)收回机体1。
步骤S326,活动开关5的电路L3接通,电路L4断开。此时托轮421转动到弹性按键54与托轮421的第一半圆4211的外圆周相抵,第一接线端子51和第二接线端子52接通,第一接线端子51和第三接线端子53断开。
步骤S327,脚轮(47和49)收回到最小位置。
在本发明的另一个实施方案中,步骤S200可以不被执行,与该步骤相对应的显示屏22也可以不予设置。示例性地,为按键①、按键②、按键③、按键④和按键⑤中的两个分别设置不同颜色的背景灯。例如,为按键④设置红色背景灯,为按键⑤设置绿色背景灯。在执行完步骤S100之后,按键④的红色背景灯和按键⑤的绿色背景灯被点亮。此时,按下按键④时洗衣机上升,按下按键⑤时洗衣机下降。
综上所述,本发明的洗衣机在同时按下第一组控制键21的多个按键之后,或者在按设定的顺序按下第一组控制键21的多个按键之后,洗衣机控制面板2上的显示屏22提示用户进入升降控制界面,此时用户按下上升按键或下降按键,升降装置4才能执行相应的操作。因此,本发明的控制操作方法能够避免洗衣机的上升按键和下降按键被用户误操作,只有在第一组控制键21被按特定顺序操作之后才允许上升按键和下降按键被操作,从而保证了洗衣机的正常使用。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
- 一种便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,所述家用电器设置有能够将其升降的升降装置,其特征在于,所述控制操作方法包括以下步骤:操作第一组控制键以便进入升降控制界面;操作第二组控制键以使所述家用电器上升或下降。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,所述第一组控制键包括多个按键。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,“操作第一组控制键”的步骤进一步包括:同时按下所述多个按键,并保持设定时长。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,“操作第一组控制键”的步骤进一步包括:按设定的顺序依次按下所述多个按键。
- 根据权利要求4所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,所述第二组按键包括上升按键和下降按键,所述上升按键与所述升降控制界面上显示的上升信息相对应,所述下降按键与所述升降控制界面上显示的下降信息相对应。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,“操作第二组控制键以使家用电器上升或下降”的步骤进一步包括:当所述上升按键被按下时,所述升降装置使所述家用电器上升;当所述下降按键被按下时,所述升降装置使所述家用电器下降。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,所述家用电器是衣物处理设备。
- 根据权利要求7所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备是洗衣机。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的便于移动的家用电器的控制操作方法,其特征在于,所述家用电器的底部设置有行走轮,当所述家用电器被升起时,所述行走轮伸出所述家用电器,使得所述家用电器能够借助所述行走轮移动。
