此外,本领域普通技术人员应当理解,在此提供的附图都是为了说明的目的,并且附图不一定是按比例绘制的。
除非上下文明确要求,否则整个说明书和权利要求书中的“包括”、“包含”等类似词语应当解释为包含的含义而不是排他或穷举的含义;也就是说,是“包括但不限于”的含义。

本申请提供了一种内部具有腔室的设备,例如洗碗机,如图1、图3-4所示,所述洗碗机包括本体01,所述本体01包括内胆02和外壳03, 在所述内胆02内形成有用于处理餐具,例如碗筷的腔室021,所述洗碗机还包括引风系统,用于向所述腔室内引入干燥气流,对腔室021内冲洗过的餐具进行干燥,去除餐具上的水分,方便餐具的卫生和存放。所述引风系统包括气流通道结构1,所述气流通道结构1上设置有出风口11,气流通道结构1内的气流通道通过所述出风口11与所述腔室021连通。优选地,所述气流通道结构1形成为扁形结构,其在厚度方向上的尺寸很小,方便引风系统在内胆02和外壳03之间的布置。具体地,所述气流通道结构1包括通道壳体12,在所述通道壳体12内形成基本封闭的气流通道。优选地,所述通道壳体12为分体结构,包括相互连接的上壳体121和下壳体122,所述上壳体121和下壳体122优选均由两部分扣合而成,分别包括上前壳1211、上后壳1212和下前壳1221、下后壳1222,这样方便对通道壳体12的加工和制造。
优选地,如图2(a)、2(b)、2(c)所示,为了避免腔室021中的洗涤水进入气流通道内,所述气流通道结构1设置成:位于所述出风口11气流流动方向上的上游侧的气流通道段100构造为在气流流动方向上是下降结构或者是下降和水平延伸结构的组合。具体结构可以例如为附图2(a)、2(b)、2(c)中所示,这样,当腔室021中的洗涤水进入出风口11后,由于在出风口11上游侧的气流通道段构造为下降结构或者是下降和水平延伸结构的组合,洗涤水不会进入出风口11上游侧的气流通道内,从而也不会进入气流通道的其它部分,无需在气流通道内设置单向挡片装置也不会对设置于气流通道内的电器元件造成损伤,可降低进入洗碗机洗涤腔内的风阻,降低能耗。
在一个优选实施例中,如图3-4所示,在所述气流通道结构1的上端部分10内形成倒U形或倒V形通道101,所述倒U形或倒V形通道101的位于气流流动方向上的下游侧的侧边构成所述气流通道段100,所述出风口11设置在所述倒U形或倒V形通道101的自由端所在部分102上。,为了减小气流通道结构1在厚度方向上的整体尺寸,所述倒U形或倒V形通道101在所述气流通道结构1的竖向部分14(后面有详细介绍)所在的平面内折弯。这样,倒U形或倒V形通道101的两个侧边内的气流通道之间通过间隔结构103相互隔开,腔室021内的洗涤水不会经所 述出风口11进入到倒U形或倒V形通道的另外一个侧边内的气流通道内,从而避免洗涤水对位于气流通道内的电器元件等(后面有详细描述)造成损害。
优选地,如图3-4所示,在所述倒U形或倒V形通道的自由端所在部分102上设置有安装孔13,用于通过紧固件将所述气流通道结构1固定在所述本体01上,具体为固定在内胆02上。优选地,所述安装孔13构成所述出风口11,也就是说,安装孔和出风口共用同一个开孔。这样,安装孔13和出风口11共用一个结构,可简化整体结构,方便加工和安装,提高生产效率。相对应地,在所述内胆02的侧壁上设置有固定孔022,所述固定孔022与所述安装孔13的位置对应,紧固件21通过所述固定孔022和安装孔13将所述引风系统固定到所述内胆02的侧壁上,为了避免紧固件21和固定孔022之间的间隙漏水,优选地,在所述紧固件21和固定孔022之间设置有密封结构22。所述密封结构22优选为密封圈。
优选地,所述紧固件21为螺母,在所述紧固件21上设置有沿紧固件的轴向延伸的通孔211,所述通孔211连通所述腔室021和气流通道,气流通道内的干燥气流能够通过所述通孔211进入所述腔室021内,对腔室021内的餐具进行干燥或者消毒操作。这种结构,无需在内胆02的侧壁上另外开孔,方便加工,并且,在对引风系统进行固定的同时设置与引风系统进行连通的通道,简化了组装过程。
如图3-4所示,在一个优选实施例中,所述气流通道结构1包括竖向部分14,所述竖向部分14在大致竖向上设置,其上端与所述倒U形或倒V形通道101所在部分位于气流流动方向上的上游侧的端部104相连接或者形成为一体结构。这样,气流可从竖向部分14向上进入所述倒U形或倒V形通道101内,从而从所述出风口11排出到腔室021内,对腔室内的餐具进行干燥或者消毒。
优选地,在所述竖向部分14的下端设置有弯曲或者弯折部分15,所述弯曲或者弯折部分15朝向远离所述竖向部分14所在的平面的方向延伸,优选朝向所述腔室021所在方向延伸。
如图5所示,优选地,在所述弯曲或弯折部分15的气流通道结构 上设置有冷凝水处理结构16,包括集水结构161和/或排水结构,用于收集和排放沿所述气流通道流动的冷凝水;具体地,在所述弯曲或弯折部分15的气流通道结构下侧壁上设置有集水槽1611,用于将沿所述气流通道结构1内的气流流道流动的冷凝水收集起来。或者在所述弯曲或弯折部分15的气流通道结构下侧壁上直接设置一个排水通槽(图中未示出),将冷凝水直接排出气流通道。,当腔室021内作业时,例如用高温水洗涤餐具时,水蒸气会通过所述出风口11进入所述气流通道内,在气流通道内遇冷冷凝,冷凝后的冷凝水会沿着所述气流通道结构1的内壁向下流动,如图5所示,其中箭头为冷凝水流动路线示意图。通过设置冷凝水处理结构16,可将这些冷凝水收集起来或者排出气流通道,避免这些冷凝水继续向下对设置于气流通道内的加热组件、驱动电机等电器元件造成损害。
优选地,所述集水槽1611从所述气流通道结构1的下侧壁向远离气流通道内部的方向延伸。这样,在所述集水槽1611内形成容纳冷凝水的空间,方便对冷凝水的收集。更加优选地,在所述集水槽1611的槽壁上设置有排水孔(图中未示出),用于将所述集水槽1611中的水排出。所述排水孔优选设置在集水槽1611的底壁上,方便水的排出。排出的水可流入设备的底座内,因为冷凝水的量一般都比较少,可通过自然蒸发的方式进行挥发。
在一个优选实施例中,在所述弯曲或弯折部分15的气流通道结构的上侧壁上设置有断流结构17,用于截止冷凝水沿所述气流通道结构1的内壁的流动。如图5所示,优选地,所述断流结构17包括形成在所述气流通道结构1的上侧壁上的断壁部171或者挡水部(图中未示出),其中所述断壁部171使得所述上侧壁有一部分断开,不形成连续延伸的内壁面,这样沿所述上侧壁的内壁流动的冷凝水由于没有了可依托的对象而在重力的作用下向下掉落,可截止冷凝水沿所述上侧壁的内壁的流动。优选地,所述上侧壁上与所述断壁部171对应的部分形成有断水槽172,所述断水槽172的槽口构成所述断壁部171;作为可替代的方案,也可以在所述上侧壁上设置挡水部,所述挡水部优选为挡水板,所述挡水板与所述上侧壁的内壁面之间呈一定角度延伸,优选为朝向下方延伸,这 样沿所述上侧壁的内壁流动的冷凝水可在所述挡水板的引导下向下方流动,从而流入所述集水槽1611内或者被排出。
为了使得被断流结构17截止流动的冷凝水能够流入集水槽1611内或者被排出,优选地,在所述气流通道内的冷凝水的流动方向上,所述断流结构17位于所述冷凝水处理结构16的上游侧。这样,沿所述气流通道结构1的上侧壁的内壁流动的冷凝水经所述断流结构17截止流动后在重力作用下落到下侧壁上流动,然后被所述冷凝水处理结构16中的集水结构161收集或排水结构排出。
如图3-5所示,优选地,所述气流通道结构1还包括横向部分18,所述横向部分18通过所述弯曲或者弯折部分15与所述竖向部分14相连接,在所述横向部分18中设置有气流产生结构19、加热组件20等结构。优选地,所述竖向部分14设置在所述内胆02的侧壁和外壳03之间,所述横向部分18设置在所述内胆02的底壁和外壳03之间。由于气流产生结构19、加热组件20等占用空间比较大,这些结构设置在横向部分18上,而横向部分18可以设置在内胆02下方的底座上,有利于对这些结构的布置。
在一个优选实施例中,在所述横向部分18上设置有入风口(图中未示出)。这样可方便经所述气流产生结构19在气流通道内产生气流,气流在气流通道内流动时可选择性地经所述加热组件20加热,从而能够向腔室021内吹入热风或者冷风,对腔室021内的餐具等内容物进行处理。
具体地,所述气流产生结构19包括电机191和叶轮192,优选地,所述电机191设置在所述叶轮192的上侧,用于驱动叶轮192旋转,从而在气流通道内产生气流。所述加热组件20包括电加热装置,电加热装置结构简单,方便控制。
本申请中,位于所述出风口11气流流动方向上的上游侧的气流通道段100构造为在气流流动方向上是下降结构或者是下降和水平延伸结构的组合;在所述气流通道结构1的上端部分10内形成倒U形或者倒V形通道,所述出风口11设置在所述倒U形或倒V形通道101的自由端所在部分102上。这样,通过出风口11进入出风口11所在部分的气流通 道内的洗涤水不会流向气流通道其他部分,无需在气流通道内设置单向挡片装置也不会对设置于气流通道内的电器元件造成损伤,可降低进入洗碗机洗涤腔内的风阻,降低能耗,同时,在同等功率下,能够提高洗碗机的干燥效果,有效保护电器元件。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本发明的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种引风系统,设置在设备的本体(01)上,用于向设备本体(01)内的腔室(021)中引入干燥气流,所述腔室(021)内使用液体进行工作,其特征在于,所述引风系统包括气流通道结构(1),所述气流通道结构(1)上设置有出风口(11),气流通道结构(1)内的气流通道通过所述出风口(11)与所述腔室(021)连通,位于所述出风口(11)气流流动方向上的上游侧的气流通道段(100)构造为在气流流动方向上是下降结构或者是下降和水平延伸结构的组合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述气流通道结构(1)的上端部分(10)内形成倒U形或倒V形通道(101),所述倒U形或倒V形通道(101)的位于气流流动方向上的下游侧的侧边构成所述气流通道段(100)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述倒U形或倒V形通道(101)的自由端所在部分(102)上设置有安装孔(13),用于通过紧固件(21)将所述气流通道结构(1)固定在所述本体(01)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的引风系统,其特征在于,所述安装孔(13)构成所述出风口(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的引风系统,其特征在于,所述气流通道结构(1)包括竖向部分(14),所述竖向部分(14)的上端与所述倒U形或倒V形通道(101)所在部分位于气流流动方向上的上游侧的端部(104)相连接或形成为一体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述竖向部分(14)的下端设置有弯曲或弯折部分(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述弯曲或弯折部分(15)的气流通道结构(1)下侧壁上设置有集水结构(161)和/或排水结构,用于收集和排放沿所述气流通道流动的水。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的引风系统,其特征在于,所述集水结构(161)包括集水槽(1611),所述集水槽(1611)从所述气流通道结构(1)的下侧壁向远离气流通道内部的方向延伸;所述排水结构包括排水通槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述集水槽(1611)的槽壁上设置有排水孔,用于将所述集水槽(1611)中的水排出。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述弯曲或弯折部分(15)的气流通道结构(1)的上侧壁上设置有断流结构(17),用于截止水沿所述气流通道结构(1)的内壁的流动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的引风系统,其特征在于,所述断流结构(17)包括形成在所述气流通道结构(1)的上侧壁上的断壁部(171)或者挡水板,其中,所述断壁部(171)使得所述上侧壁不形成连续延伸的内壁面,所述挡水板与所述上侧壁的内壁面之间呈一定角度延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的引风系统,其特征在于,在所述气流通道内的水的流动方向上,所述断流结构(17)位于所述集水结构(161)和/或排水结构的上游侧。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的引风系统,其特征在于,所述气流通道结构(1)还包括横向部分(18),所述横向部分(18)通过所述弯曲或者弯折部分与所述竖向部分(14)相连接,在所述横向部分(18)中设置有气流产生结构(19)和/或加热组件(20)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的引风系统,其特征在于,
    所述气流产生结构(19)包括电机(191)和叶轮(192),所述电机(191)设置在所述叶轮(192)的上侧;
    所述加热组件(20)包括电加热装置。
  15. 一种洗碗机,包括内胆(02)和外壳(03),在所述内胆(02)内形成处理餐具的腔室(021),其特征在于,在所述外壳(03)和内胆(02)之间设置有权利要求1-14之一所述的引风系统。
  16. 一种洗碗机,包括内胆(02)和外壳(03),在所述内胆(02)内形成处理餐具的腔室(021),其特征在于,在所述外壳(03)和内胆(02)之间设置有权利要求3或4所述的引风系统,在所述内胆(02)的侧壁上设置有固定孔(022),所述固定孔(022)与所述安装孔(13)的位置对应,紧固件(21)通过所述固定孔(022)和安装孔(13)将所述引风系统固定到所述内胆(02)的侧壁上,优选地,在所述紧固件(21)和固定孔(022)之间设置有密封结构(22)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,在所述紧固件(21)上设置有沿紧固件(21)的轴向延伸的通孔(211),所述通孔(211)连通所述腔室(021)和气流通道,所述干燥气流能够通过所述通孔(211)进入所述腔室(021)内。
  18. 一种洗碗机,包括内胆(02)和外壳(03),在所述内胆(02)内形成处理餐具的腔室(021),其特征在于,在所述外壳(03)和内胆(02)之间设置有权利要求13-14之一所述的引风系统,所述竖向部分(14)设置在所述内胆(02)的侧壁和外壳(03)之间,所述横向部分(18)设置在内胆(02)的底壁下侧。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,在所述横向部分 (18)上设置有入风口。
