随着液晶显示技术的日益发展,产品的差异化趋势日益明显,不同尺寸的显示面板需要搭配不同的背光模组,从而造成重复开发及开发成本的升高,开发周期也会相应变长。尤其是对于一些面板厂商,在开发液晶面板时,不得不针对不同的显示面板开发不同的背光模组,随着产品更新速度越来越快,这将会不断增加面板厂商的生产成本。因此,需要提出一种可以兼顾不同尺寸的显示面板的背光模组。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种液晶显示器及其背光模组,所述背光模组能够兼顾不同尺寸的显示面板,从而降低成本、节省资源。
本发明提出的具体技术方案为:提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、背光源及胶框,所述背光源设于所述背板上,所述胶框包括固定件和调节件,所述固定件与所述背板固定连接,所述调节件包括沿第一方向相对设置的两个第一边框及沿第二方向相对设置的两个第二边框,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框与所述固定件可拆卸连接,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框用于固定显示面板。
进一步地,所述固定件上相对的两侧均设有扣位,所述两个第一边框上均设有与所述扣位对应的卡钩。
进一步地,两个相邻的第一边框和第二边框呈直角固定连接,所述固定件上设有多个所述扣位,通过将所述卡钩分别与多个所述扣位进行连接调节所述两个第一边框沿第一方向的距离、所述两个第二边框沿第二方向的距离。
进一步地,所述固定件的四侧均设有扣位,所述两个第一边框、所述两个第二边框上均设有卡钩。
进一步地,所述固定件沿第一方向设有多个所述扣位,所述固定件沿第二方向设有多个所述扣位,通过将所述两个第一边框上的卡钩与沿第一方向上的多个扣位进行连接调节所述两个第一边框沿第一方向的距离,通过将所述两个第二边框上的卡钩与沿第二方向上的多个扣位进行连接调节所述两个第二边框沿第二方向的距离。
进一步地,所述第一边框包括沿第一方向设置的第一延伸部、第一连接部及第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、所述第二延伸部分别与所述第一连接部的两端连接,所述卡钩设于所述第一延伸部上,所述第二延伸部用于支撑显示面板。
进一步地,所述第二边框包括沿第二方向设置的第三延伸部、第二连接部及第四延伸部,所述第三延伸部、所述第四延伸部分别与所述第二连接部的两端连接,所述第四延伸部用于支撑显示面板。
进一步地,所述第一边框朝向所述第二延伸部凸设有多个第一定位部,所述第二边框朝向所述第四延伸部凸设有多个第二定位部。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括显示面板及如上任一所述的背光模组。
本发明提出的背光模组包括胶框,所述胶框包括固定件和调节件,所述调节件包括两个第一边框及两个第二边框,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框与所述固定件可拆卸连接,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框用于固定显示面板,在将背光模组应用到不同尺寸的显示面板上时,只需要选择与显示面板对应的调节件即可,从而使得所述背光模组适用于不同尺寸的显示面板,降低了成本、节省了资源。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。在附图中,相同的标号将始终被用于表示相同的元件。
本发明提供的液晶显示器包括背光模组和显示面板,背光模组为显示面板提供光源。背光模组包括背板、背光源及胶框,背光源设于背板上,胶框包括固定件和调节件,固定件与背板固定连接,调节件包括沿第一方向相对设置的两个第一边框及沿第二方向相对设置的两个第二边框,两个第一边框、两个第二边框与固定件可拆卸连接,两个第一边框、两个第二边框用于固定显示面板。
背光模组与最大尺寸的显示面板相匹配,通过选择与不同尺寸的显示面板对应的调节件来使得背光模组适用于不同尺寸的显示面板,从而降低了成本、节省了资源。
本发明提供的背光模组可以是直下式背光模组,也可以是侧入式背光模组。下面以侧入式背光模组为例来对本发明的背光模组进行描述,其中,直下式背光模组的原理与侧入式背光模组的原理类似,这里不再赘述。当然,这里背光模组为侧入式背光模组仅仅只是作为示例示出,不用于进行限定。
实施例1
参照图1、图2,本实施例的液晶显示器包括背光模组1和显示面板2。背光模组1包括背板11、背光源12及胶框13,背光源12设于背板11上,胶框13包括固定件131和调节件132,固定件131与背板11固定连接,调节件132与固定件131可拆卸连接,调节件132用于固定显示面板2。本实施例中的调节件132包括沿第一方向相对设置的两个第一边框100及沿第二方向相对设置的两个第二边框101,两个第一边框100、两个第二边框101与固定件131可拆卸连接,两个第一 边框100、两个第二边框101用于固定显示面板2。其中,第一方向为图1中的x方向,第二方向为图1中的y方向。
结合图3所示,本实施例中的调节件132一体成型,即两个第一边框100和两个第二边框101固定连接,调节件132呈矩形的环状结构。具体地,固定件131上相对的两侧均设有扣位131a,即固定件131位于第一方向即x方向的两侧设有扣位131a,两个第一边框100上均设有与扣位131a对应的卡钩133。
本实施例中也可以在固定件131位于第二方向即y方向的两侧设有扣位131a,两个第二边框101上均设有与扣位131a对应的卡钩133。较佳地,两个第一边框100、两个第二边框101上均设有扣位131a,固定件131的四侧均设有卡钩133。这样,可以更好的将调节件132固定于固定件131上。
第一边框100包括沿第一方向即x方向设置的第一延伸部100a、第一连接部100b及第二延伸部100c,第一延伸部100a、第二延伸部100c分别与第一连接部100b的两端连接,卡钩133设于第一延伸部100a上,第二延伸部100c用于支撑显示面板2。两个第一连接部100b之间的距离等于显示面板2的在沿第一方向即x方向上的长度。
第二边框101包括沿第二方向即y方向设置的第三延伸部101a、第二连接部101b及第四延伸部101c,第三延伸部101a、第四延伸部101c分别与第二连接部101b的两端连接,第四延伸部101c用于支撑显示面板2。两个第二连接部101b之间的距离等于显示面板2的在沿第二方向即y方向上的长度。
为了便于散热,第一边框100朝向第二延伸部100c凸设有多个第一定位部100d,第二边框101朝向第四延伸部101c凸设有多个第二定位部101d。多个第一定位部100d等间隔设置,多个第二定位部101d等间隔设置。沿第一方向即x方向两侧的第一定位部100d之间的距离等于显示面板2的在沿第一方向即x方向上的长度,沿第二方向即y方向两侧的第二定位部101d之间的距离等于显示面板2的在沿第二方向即y方向上的长度。通过设置多个第一定位部100d和多个第二定位部101d可以避免显示面板2的边缘与第一连接部100b和第二连接部101b的边缘完全贴合而减弱显示面板2的散热效果。
此外,背板11包括底板110及侧板111,侧板111与底板110垂直。背光模组1还包括导光板14、光学膜片组15及反射片16,导光板14设于底板110的上方, 反射片16设于导光板14与底板110之间,光学膜片组15设于导光板14与显示面板2之间。背光源12与导光板14的入光面相对设置,显示面板2与导光板14的出光面相对设置。
本实施例中的液晶显示器还包括前框3,前框3设于显示面板2和胶框13的外侧,前框3用于固定背光模组1和显示面板2。
本实施例可以通过更换不同的调节件132来将背光模组1应用到不同尺寸的显示面板2上,其中,不同的调节件132中沿第一方向即x方向两侧的第一定位部100d之间的距离和沿第二方向即y方向两侧的第二定位部101d之间的距离不相等,从而对应不同尺寸的显示面板2。
实施例2
参照图3,本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于,两个相邻的第一边框100和第二边框101呈直角固定连接,即相邻的两个第一边框100和第二边框101形成一L形结构,调节件132包括两个L形结构。
固定件131上设有多个扣位131a,多个扣位131a的排列方向与两个L形结构的对角的连线的方向(如图3中的z方向)平行,可以只在一个L形结构上设置卡钩133,也可以在两个L形结构上均设置卡钩133,卡钩133可以设置在第一边框100上,也可以设置在第二边框101上。
只在一个L形结构上设置卡钩133时,通过调节该L形结构上的卡钩133与不同扣位131a进行扣合便可以调节沿第一方向即x方向两侧的第一定位部100d之间的距离和沿第二方向即y方向两侧的第二定位部101d之间的距离。
在两个L形结构上均设置卡钩133时,可以同时调节两个L形结构上的卡钩133与不同扣位131a进行扣合便可以调节沿第一方向即x方向两侧的第一定位部100d之间的距离和沿第二方向即y方向两侧的第二定位部101d之间的距离。
本实施例相对于实施例1可以不用更换调节件132便可以使得背光模组1适用于不同尺寸的显示面板2,从而进一步节省了资源、降低了成本。
实施例3
参照图4,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,两个第一边框100、两个第二边框101之间均不固定。
固定件131的四侧均设有多个扣位131a,两个第一边框100、两个第二边框101上均设有卡钩133。固定件131位于第一方向两侧上的多个扣位131a沿第一方向即x方向呈直线设置,固定件131位于第二方向两侧上的多个扣位131a沿第二方向即y方向呈直线设置,通过将两个第一边框100上的卡钩133与沿第一方向上的多个扣位131a进行连接可以调节两个第一边框100沿第一方向的距离;通过将两个第二边框101上的卡钩133与沿第二方向上的多个扣位131a进行连接可以调节两个第二边框101沿第二方向的距离。
将两个第一边框100及两个第二边框101同时设置为与固定件131可拆卸连接,从而可以使得两个第一边框100及两个第二边框101均位于显示面板2四个侧边的中间位置,使得显示面板2受力均匀,提升了液晶显示器的稳定性。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种背光模组,其中,包括背板、背光源及胶框,所述背光源设于所述背板上,所述胶框包括固定件和调节件,所述固定件与所述背板固定连接,所述调节件包括沿第一方向相对设置的两个第一边框及沿第二方向相对设置的两个第二边框,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框与所述固定件可拆卸连接,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框用于固定显示面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述固定件上相对的两侧均设有扣位,所述两个第一边框上均设有与所述扣位对应的卡钩。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,两个相邻的第一边框和第二边框呈直角固定连接,所述固定件上设有多个所述扣位,通过将所述卡钩分别与多个所述扣位进行连接调节所述两个第一边框沿第一方向的距离、所述两个第二边框沿第二方向的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述固定件的四侧均设有扣位,所述两个第一边框、所述两个第二边框上均设有卡钩。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述固定件沿第一方向设有多个所述扣位,所述固定件沿第二方向设有多个所述扣位,通过将所述两个第一边框上的卡钩与沿第一方向上的多个扣位进行连接调节所述两个第一边框沿第一方向的距离,通过将所述两个第二边框上的卡钩与沿第二方向上的多个扣位进行连接调节所述两个第二边框沿第二方向的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一边框包括沿第一方向设置的第一延伸部、第一连接部及第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、所述第二延伸部分别与所述第一连接部的两端连接,所述卡钩设于所述第一延伸部上,所述第二延伸部用于支撑显示面板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述第二边框包括沿第二方向设置的第三延伸部、第二连接部及第四延伸部,所述第三延伸部、所述第四延伸部分别与所述第二连接部的两端连接,所述第四延伸部用于支撑显示面板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一边框朝向所述第二延伸部凸设有多个第一定位部,所述第二边框朝向所述第四延伸部凸设有多个第二定位部。
  9. 一种液晶显示器,其中,包括显示面板及背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、背光源及胶框,所述背光源设于所述背板上,所述胶框包括固定件和调节件,所述固定件与所述背板固定连接,所述调节件包括沿第一方向相对设置的两个第一边框及沿第二方向相对设置的两个第二边框,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框与所述固定件可拆卸连接,所述两个第一边框、两个第二边框用于固定显示面板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述固定件上相对的两侧均设有扣位,所述两个第一边框上均设有与所述扣位对应的卡钩。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示器,其中,两个相邻的第一边框和第二边框呈直角固定连接,所述固定件上设有多个所述扣位,通过将所述卡钩分别与多个所述扣位进行连接调节所述两个第一边框沿第一方向的距离、所述两个第二边框沿第二方向的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述固定件的四侧均设有扣位,所述两个第一边框、所述两个第二边框上均设有卡钩。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述固定件沿第一方向设有多个所述扣位,所述固定件沿第二方向设有多个所述扣位,通过将所述两个第一边框上的卡钩与沿第一方向上的多个扣位进行连接调节所述两个第一边框沿第一方向的距离,通过将所述两个第二边框上的卡钩与沿第二方向上的多个扣位进行连接调节所述两个第二边框沿第二方向的距离。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述第一边框包括沿第一方向设置的第一延伸部、第一连接部及第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部、所述第二延伸部分别与所述第一连接部的两端连接,所述卡钩设于所述第一延伸部上,所述第二延伸部用于支撑显示面板。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述第二边框包括沿第二方向设置的第三延伸部、第二连接部及第四延伸部,所述第三延伸部、所述第 四延伸部分别与所述第二连接部的两端连接,所述第四延伸部用于支撑显示面板。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述第一边框朝向所述第二延伸部凸设有多个第一定位部,所述第二边框朝向所述第四延伸部凸设有多个第二定位部。
