Abstract

一种具有散热功能的UV灯箱,所述灯箱是长方形的,所述灯箱内以间板(2)分隔设置两并排的UV灯室(4),每个UV灯室(4)设置若干UV灯管;在各灯室顶部布置半导体制冷装置,所述半导体制冷装置包括半导体制冷芯片(22)、冷端换热器(24)、和热端换热器(23),所述冷端换热器(24)置于UV灯室(4)内,所述热端换热器(23)置于UV灯室(4)的顶盖上方。通过风冷+水冷的方式,对灯箱内环境进行降温处理,从而为UV灯管提供了一个良好的工作环境,延长其平均无故障工作时间。

Description

一种具有散热功能的UV灯箱 技术领域
本发明涉及凹版印刷技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种可对印刷品上的UV光油进行烘干、固化的具有散热功能的UV灯箱。
背景技术
在凹版印刷中,为使印刷品表面有光泽,多是采用普通光油,印刷品经过上油后晾干可以增加光亮程度。但随着国家对环保节能的要求更加严格,部分印刷品要求使用的涂料或胶粘剂被硬性要求改为UV体系,因而UV固化灯具将会更广泛地应用。由于UV灯管在产生UV光谱的同时,也会产生可见光和红外线,因此,UV灯管在工作时会产生大量热量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可对印刷品上的UV光油进行烘干固化的具有散热功能的UV灯箱,灯箱内设置降温装置,从而实现节能、高效、低温固化的目的,以克服现有技术所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种具有散热功能的UV灯箱,所述灯箱是长方形的,所述灯箱内以间板分隔设置两并排的UV灯室,每个UV灯室设置若干UV灯管;在各的顶部布置半导体制冷装置,所述半导体制冷装置包括半导体制冷芯片、冷端换热器、和热端换热器,所述冷端换热器置于UV灯室内,所述热端换热器置于UV灯室的顶盖上方。
所述UV灯室的底壁设置若干灯槽,所述灯槽底部开口,所述UV灯管安装在灯槽开口上。
所述灯箱的两侧设置支架。
所述UV灯室的两端设置风管腔,在风管腔与UV灯室之间的间板上设置风口,所述风管腔内对应所述风口设置风管弯头,其中一个风管弯头连接鼓风机风道。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在UV灯箱本体的侧壁上设置了多盏UV灯,从而可以在印刷品上UV光油后及时将其固化,十分方便,且成本低廉。
2、本发明通过半导体制冷的方式,对灯箱内环境进行降温处理,从而为UV灯管提供了一个良好的工作环境,延长其平均无故障工作时间。

参见图1-3,本发明提供一种具有散热功能的UV灯箱,所述灯箱是长方形的,所述灯箱内以间板分隔设置两并排的UV灯室4,每个UV灯室设置若干UV灯管;在各UV灯室的顶部布置有半导体制冷装置,所述半导体制冷装置包括半导体制冷芯片22、冷端换热器24、和热端换热器23。半导体制冷芯片的冷端与冷端换热器接合,半导体制冷芯片的热端与热端换热器接合。因半导体制冷芯片产生的冷量造成冷端换热器处于低温状态,对经过冷端换热器的空气进行降温,使UV灯室的空气温度降低;所述UV灯室的两端设置风管腔1,在风管腔与UV灯室之间的间板2上设置风口21。通过风口向UV灯室内送风,一则加快灯管的降温,二则将在制冷过程中产生的冷凝水汽带走。在所述风管腔内对应所述风口设置风管弯头5,其中一个风管弯头连接鼓风机风道8。
所述UV灯室的底壁设置若干灯槽3,所述灯槽底部开口,所述UV灯管安装在灯槽开口31上。
所述灯箱的两侧设置支架7。
和冷凝水管接头22,所述冷凝水管接头一端连接冷凝水源。

  1. 一种具有散热功能的UV灯箱,其特征在于:所述灯箱是长方形的,所述灯箱内以间板分隔设置两并排的UV灯室,每个UV灯室设置若干UV灯管;在各的顶部布置半导体制冷装置,所述半导体制冷装置包括半导体制冷芯片、冷端换热器、和热端换热器,所述冷端换热器置于UV灯室内,所述热端换热器置于UV灯室的顶盖上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述具有散热功能的UV灯箱,其特征在于:所述UV灯室的底壁设置若干灯槽,所述灯槽底部开口,所述UV灯管安装在灯槽开口上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述具有散热功能的UV灯箱,其特征在于:所述灯箱的两侧设置支架。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述具有散热功能的UV灯箱,其特征在于:所述UV灯室的两端设置风管腔,在风管腔与UV灯室之间的间板上设置风口,所述风管腔内对应所述风口设置风管弯头,其中一个风管弯头连接鼓风机风道。
