- 根据权利要求36或37所述的设备,其特征在于,所述侦听单元进一步用于:依次在所述M个候选时间位置中的各个候选时间位置之前,监听所述非授权频段上的载波是否空闲,直到在N个候选时间位置之前侦听到所述非授权频段上的载波空闲,或者直到在所述M个候选时间位置中的最后一个候选时间位置之前,对所述非授权频段的载波进行了监听,其中,N为所述网络设备期望发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的数量,所述N为小于或等于M的正整数。
- 根据权利要求37或38所述的设备,其特征在于,在所述各个候选时间位置之前进行载波监听时,所述侦听单元所侦听的第一波束方向与第二波束方向一致,其中,所述第二波束方向为:在所述各个候选时间位置上发 送所述同步信号块时期望采用的发送波束方向。
- 根据权利要求35至39中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:发送第一指示信息,所第一指示信息用于指示所述M个候选时间位置或所述M,和/或指示N,其中,N为所述网络设备期望发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的数量,所述N为小于或等于M的正整数。
- 根据权利要求40所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:通过所述非授权频段上的载波发送所述第一指示信息。
- 根据权利要求40所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:通过授权频段上的载波发送所述第一指示信息。
- 根据权利要求42所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:利用主小区对应的所述授权频段上的载波,发送所述第一指示信息;其中,所述非授权频段上的载波是所述网络设备的辅小区对应的频段上的载波。
- 根据权利要求40至42中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息承载于剩余最小系统信息RMSI中;或,所述第一指示信息承载于无线资源控制RRC信令中。
- 根据权利要求36至44中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:在所述至少一个候选时间位置之后,发送第二指示信息;所述第二指示信息用于指示实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的图样,或实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的数量。
- 根据权利要求45所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息通过指示所述M个候选时间位置中每个候选时间位置是否发送有所述同步信号块,来指示实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的图样。
- 根据权利要求46所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息用于指示实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的图样;所述至少一个候选时间位置中按照排列次序,分别对应到至少一个发送 波束。
- 根据权利要求45至47中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:所述至少一个候选时间位置之后,通过所述非授权频段上的载波发送所述第二指示信息。
- 根据权利要求45至47中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:所述至少一个候选时间位置之后,通过授权频段上的载波发送所述第二指示信息。
- 根据权利要求49所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:利用主小区对应的所述授权频段上的载波,发送所述第二指示信息;其中,所述非授权频段上的载波是所述网络设备的辅小区对应的频段上的载波。
- 根据权利要求36至50中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,在实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置为多个时,多个候选时间位置中任意两个候选时间位置上发送所述同步信号块时,所采用的发送波束不同。
- 根据权利要求35至51中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:按照所述同步信号块的发送周期,周期性根据所述M个候选时间位置,在所述非授权频段上的载波进行侦听。
- 根据权利要求35至52中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元进一步用于:以假定所述M个候选时间位置被所述同步信号块占用的方式,对非所述同步信号块的信道或信号进行速率匹配。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括处理单元和通信单元;所述处理单元用于:确定同步信号块的M个候选时间位置,所述M个候选时间位置是所述同步信号块的L个候选时间位置中的至少部分候选时间位置,所述L个候选时间位置是所述同步信号块的单个发送周期内的全部候选时间位置;所述通信单元用于:基于所述M个候选时间位置,在非授权频段的载 波上进行信号接收,以用于获取所述同步信号块。
- 根据权利要求54所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在所述非授权频段的载波上,依次在所述M个候选时间位置中的各个候选时间位置进行所述同步信号块的检测,直到在N个候选时间位置上获取到了同步信号块,或者直到在所述M个候选时间位置中的最后一个候选时间位置进行了同步信号块的检测,其中,N为网络设备期望发送所述同步信号块的候选时间的位置的数量,所述N为小于或等于M的正整数。
- 根据权利要求54或55所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:接收网络设备发送的第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述M个候选时间位置或所述M,和/或指示N,其中,N为所述网络设备期望发送所述同步信号块的候选时间的位置的数量,所述N为小于或等于M的正整数。
- 根据权利要求56所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在所述非授权频段上的载波,接收所述网络设备发送的所述第一指示信息。
- 根据权利要求56所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在授权频段上的载波上,接收所述网络设备发送的所述第一指示信息。
- 根据权利要求58所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在主小区对应的所述授权频段的载波上,接收所述网络设备发送的所述第一指示信息;其中,所述非授权频段上的载波是所述网络设备的辅小区对应的频段上的载波。
- 根据权利要求56至59中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息承载于剩余最小系统信息RMSI中;或,所述第一指示信息承载于无线资源控制RRC信令中。
- 根据权利要求54至60中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通 信单元进一步用于:接收所述网络设备在至少一个候选时间位置之后发送的第二指示信息,所述至少一个候选时间位置是实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置;所述第二指示信息包括实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的图样,或实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的数量。
- 根据权利要求61所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息通过指示所述M个候选时间位置中每个候选时间位置是否发送有所述同步信号块,来指示实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的图样。
- 根据权利要求61或62所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息用于指示实际发送所述同步信号块的候选时间位置的图样;所述至少一个候选时间位置中按照排列次序,分别对应到至少一个发送波束;所述处理单元进一步用于:根据实际发送所述同步信号块的至少一个候选时间位置的时间顺序,确定所述至少一个候选时间位置中各个候选时间位置上,网络设备发送所述同步信号块所采用的发送波束。
- 根据权利要求61至63中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在所述非授权频段的载波上,接收所述网络设备在所述至少一个候选时间位置之后发送的第二指示信息。
- 根据权利要求61至63中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在授权频段的载波上,接收所述网络设备在所述至少一个候选时间位置之后发送的第二指示信息。
- 根据权利要求65所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:在主小区对应的所述授权频段的载波上,接收所述网络设备在所述至少一个候选时间位置之后发送的第二指示信息;其中,所述非授权频段上的载波是所述网络设备的辅小区对应的频段上的载波。
- 根据权利要求54至66中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:按照所述发送周期,周期性基于所述M个候选时间位置,在非授权频段的载波上进行信号接收。
- 根据权利要求54至67中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元进一步用于:以假定所述M个候选时间位置被所述同步信号块占用的方式,对非所述同步信号块的信道或信号进行速率匹配。
