该桶体100和转盘300之间可以是分离的,且两者之间形成动密封,使转盘300转动时与桶体100之间能够保持密封。驱动装置400可以单独带动桶体100进行转动。在某些实施例中,该桶体100不开设滤孔,转盘300与桶体100围成容置腔a。
该驱动装置400输出单方向旋转或交替输出两个相反方向的运动,其可以通过单独的动力部件,如电机来实现,也可以通过动力部件加传动机构的方式来实现。
在驱动装置400交替输出两个相反方向的运动时,该搅水条200带动水流先后产生两个相反方向的运动,从而使水流形成频繁的相向运动,这种相向运动使得水流不会形成漩涡,不会使衣物缠绕在一起,因此不伤衣物,而且这种流动能使衣物在水流中舒展开,保证衣物更充分的与水流和洗涤液进行接触,提高清洗效果。同时,水流所形成的频繁相向 运动可以增加水流对衣物的有效揉搓效果,进一步提高对衣物的清洗效果。
如图1和4所示,一种实施例中,该桶体100竖直放置,通常情况下将桶体100的顶部开口作为取放衣物的窗口。当然,某些实施例中,也可考虑从桶体100的侧方开口作为取放衣物的窗口,但搅水条200的运动是在水平面内进行。
为了较好地减少容置腔a内形成漩涡水流的可能,尤其是该驱动装置400输出正转和反转运动,例如采用正反转电机时,可驱动搅水条200做旋转、圆弧轨迹的往复运动或圆形轨迹的往复运动。一种实施例中,该正转运动和反转运动的转动角度a不超过360°,即使搅水条200在同一方向上的旋转或运动不超过一圈,从而在水流还未形成漩涡之前就换向运动。
更好的一种方式是,该正转运动和反转运动的转动角度a取值范围为:90°≤a≤270°,例如取180°。
进一步地,请参考图2和3,一种实施例中,该驱动装置400包括电机,电机可通过联轴器与转盘300连接。
请参考图2,在一种实施例中,该洗衣机还包括支架400,该驱动装置400安装在支架400上。请参看图2-4,当洗衣机具有储水桶600和作为滤筒的桶体100时,该储水桶600可以固定在支架400上,而桶体100设置为可以转动的。
另一方面,请参考图2,一种实施例中,该洗衣机还包括排水系统(图中未示出,但并不影响本领域技术人员的理解)和盖体700,该盖体700以可拆卸的方式安装在桶体100或储水桶600上,例如通过可翻转的形式安装在桶体100上。该排水系统具有排水管道和设置于排水管道上的阀门,该排水管道与桶体100连通,用于将桶体100内的水排出。具体地,该排水管道可以与储水桶600底部的如图3所示的排水口601连通。
在其他实施例中,也可以设置进水系统,向桶体100内供水。当然,也可以通过人工的方式向桶体100内加水。
在其他实施例中,盖体700也可以省略或设计为透明,以便观察到桶体100内的清洗情况。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的搅水装置,包括筒状的桶体和搅水条,所述桶体用于在驱动装置的驱动下转动,所述搅水条凸起设置在桶体的内侧壁上,用于随桶体运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条呈条状结构,其竖直设置在桶体的内侧壁上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条具有用于在运动过程中带动水流动的第一搅水面和第二搅水面,所述第一搅水面和第二搅水面均与桶体的内侧壁垂直,且所述第一搅水面和第二搅水面相背离的设置在搅水条上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条为两个以上,所述搅水条以桶体中心线为旋转对称中心呈旋转对称设置。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条自桶体内侧壁向桶体内部凸起的高度不低于2cm。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条自桶体内侧壁的最下端竖直向上设置。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条在竖直方向上的长度不少于所述桶体深度的二分之一。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,还包括转盘,所述桶体与转盘为一体结构或者固定连接在一起,并且所述桶体与转盘围成用于容置水和衣物的容置腔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,还包括转盘,所述桶体具有滤孔,用于水液进出所述桶体。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-9任一项所述的搅水装置;
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置驱动桶体转动;
    以及控制单元,用于控制驱动装置工作。
