在驱动装置400交替输出两个相反方向的运动时,该搅水条200带动水流先后产生两个相反方向的运动,从而使水流形成频繁的相向运动,这种相向运动使得水流不会形成漩涡,不会使衣物缠绕在一起,因此不伤衣物,而且这种流动能使衣物在水流中舒展开,保证衣物更充分的与水流和洗涤液进行接触,提高清洗效果。同时,水流所形成的频繁相向运动可以增加水流对衣物的有效揉搓效果,进一步提高对衣物的清洗效果。
如图2所示,一种实施例中,该桶体300竖直放置,通常情况下将桶体300的顶部开口作为取放衣物的窗口。当然,某些实施例中,也可考虑从桶体300的侧方开口作为取放衣物的窗口,但搅水条200的运动 是在水平面内进行。
为了较好地减少容置腔a内形成漩涡水流的可能,尤其是该驱动装置400输出正转和反转运动,例如采用正反转电机时,可驱动搅水条200做旋转、圆弧轨迹的往复运动或圆形轨迹的往复运动。一种实施例中,该正转运动和反转运动的转动角度a不超过360°,即使搅水条200在同一方向上的旋转或运动不超过一圈,从而在水流还未形成漩涡之前就换向运动。
更好的一种方式是,该正转运动和反转运动的转动角度a取值范围为:90°≤a≤270°,例如取180°。
进一步地,请参考图3和4,一种实施例中,该驱动装置400包括电机,电机可通过联轴器与转盘100连接。
请参考图4,在一种实施例中,该洗衣机还包括支架400,该驱动装置400安装在支架400上。请参看图2-4,当洗衣机具有储水桶600和作为滤筒的桶体300时,该储水桶600可以固定在支架400上,而桶体300设置为可以转动的。
另一方面,请参考图4,一种实施例中,该洗衣机还包括排水系统(图中未示出,但并不影响本领域技术人员的理解)和盖体700,该盖体700以可拆卸的方式安装在桶体300或储水桶600上,例如通过可翻转的形式安装在桶体300上。该排水系统具有排水管道和设置于排水管道上的阀门,该排水管道与桶体300连通,用于将桶体300内的水排出。具体地,该排水管道可以与储水桶600底部的如图3所示的排水口601连通。
在其他实施例中,也可以设置进水系统,向桶体300内供水。当然,也可以通过人工的方式向桶体300内加水。
在其他实施例中,盖体700也可以省略或设计为透明,以便观察到桶体300内的清洗情况。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的搅水装置,包括转盘和具有第一搅水面和第二搅水面的搅水条,所述第一搅水面和第二搅水面相背离的设置在搅水条上,所述转盘用于在驱动装置的驱动下转动,所述搅水条为至少两个,且所述搅水条相互独立地竖直设置在转盘上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述第一搅水面和第二搅水面均与转盘上表面垂直。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述搅水条以洗衣桶中心线为旋转对称中心呈旋转对称设置。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的搅水装置,其特征在于,所述转盘上的搅水条自转盘向上凸起的长度不低于容置腔深度的五分之一。
  5. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    桶体;
    转盘,所述转盘与桶体围成用于容置水和衣物的容置腔;
    搅水条,所述搅水条具有相背离设置的第一搅水面和第二搅水面安装在转盘上,所述搅水条为至少两个,且所述搅水条相互独立地竖直设置在转盘上;
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置与转盘连接,用于驱动转盘转动;
    以及控制单元,用于控制驱动装置工作。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述转盘上的搅水条自转盘向上凸起的长度不低于容置腔深度的五分之一。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一搅水面和第二搅水面均与转盘上表面垂直。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述搅水条以洗衣桶中心线为旋转对称中心呈旋转对称设置。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述搅水条具有方形的横截面。
  10. 如权利要求5-9任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置输出正转和反转运动,所述正转运动和所述反转运动的转动角度a不超过360°。
