Definitions
- the invention relates to medicine, namely to medical instruments intended for taking biological fluids from a patient for the purpose of subsequent carrying out various types of clinical laboratory studies of samples taken.
- a known vacuum tube for blood collection (US Patent N24856533, Vacuum blood-collection tube, 1989), containing a tubular vessel with a hole through which air can be removed, and a stopper that makes the hole airtight to maintain low pressure conditions inside the specified vessel.
- the vessel is made of polyethylene terephthalate, copolymers of polyethylene terephthalate, or acrylonitrile resin.
- the inner walls of the vessel contain hydrophilic substances that are difficult or impossible to dissolve in water and which prevent the clot from sticking to the inner walls of the vessel.
- test tube is due to the fact that its design is made without the use of a cap that would prevent accidental opening of the test tube. As a result, the safety of operation of the tube decreases, since it becomes possible for medical or other personnel to contact the contents of the tube, for example, with potentially dangerous biological material.
- test tube (US Patent JSTs4465200, Low contamination contamination for blood collection tubes, 1984), consisting of a tubular vessel with an open and closed end, an elastic tube that closes the open end of the vessel, a lid that is fixed on the tube.
- the disadvantage of the prototype is that for the introduction of biological fluid, you must completely remove the cap, thereby breaking the tightness, including the inability to work with the tube, as with a vacuum.
- the existing technical problem is to prevent the tube cap from being accidentally opened while maintaining its tightness.
- the technical result, the achievement of which the claimed invention is directed is to create a tube design that prevents its accidental opening and maintains tightness by improving the fixation of the cap with the stopper on the cylindrical container.
- the vacuum tube includes a container with one open end, a rubber stopper ensuring the tightness of the container, and a lid, while the protrusions are made along the perimeters of the internal and external surfaces of the container.
- the rubber stopper is made with a step transition, its upper part is in contact with the lid, and the lower part is connected with the container.
- FIG. 1 vacuum tube with a closed lid
- FIG. 2 - a fragment of a vacuum tube when opened (enlarged).
- the vacuum tube includes a cylindrical container 1 with one open end, a rubber stopper 2, which ensures the tightness of the container, and a cover 3.
- Capacity 1 in the region of the open end along the perimeter of the outer surface has a protrusion 4, and along the perimeter of the inner surface has a protrusion 5.
- Rubber stopper 2 is made with a stepped transition 6: the upper part with a larger diameter is in contact with the inner surface of the cover, the lower part with a smaller diameter is in contact with the inner surface of the cylindrical tank 1.
- Rubber stopper is made with the possibility of piercing the needle. To facilitate this process in the upper part there is a cavity 7.
- the cover 3 is made with a central hole 8 to allow piercing of the rubber stopper 2 with a needle.
- a rectangular protrusion 9 On the inner surface of the lid around the perimeter there is a rectangular protrusion 9, which interacts with a stepped transition 6 of the plug 2 and an additional protrusion 10 located below.
- the height of the lower part of the tube is greater than the distance from the rectangular protrusion 9 of the lid to its additional protrusion 10.
- Preventing the accidental opening of the vacuum tube is as follows.
- the cover 3 When the cover 3 is displaced upwards relative to the cylindrical container 1, the rectangular protrusion 9 of the krttttkn interacts with the stepped transition 6 of the plug 2, displacing the plug up until the contact of the protrusion 4 on the outer surface of the container 1 with the additional protrusion 10 on the inner surface of the cover.
