상기 개폐부재(54)는, 상기 내용물이송관(52) 내에 수평으로 삽입되는 원형봉(541)과; 상기 수평봉(541)의 일측단에 형성되어 상기 배출구(53)에 밀착되는 폐쇄볼(542)과; 상기 원형봉(541)의 타측단에 형성되어 화장품 내용물의 배출압력에 의해 상기 배출구(53)를 개방하는 방향으로 원형봉(541)이 이동하면서 밀리는 고무재질의 경사원판(543)과; 상기 경사원판(543)의 외주연에 연결 형성되어 상기 내용물이송관(52)의 일측면 내주연에 고정되는 고정원통관(544)과; 상기 고정원통관(544)의 외주연을 감싸는 측면커버(546)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 경사원판(543)의 외측면에 삽입되어 화장품 내용물의 배출 압력 해제시 팽창하여 상기 경사원판(543)을 원상 복귀시키는 원뿔형상의 스프링(545)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐에 의하면, 화장품 용기의 노즐 내부로 공기가 유입되는 것을 차단할 수 있도록 함에 따라 공기가 노즐 내부로 유입되어 발생하게 되는 내용물의 변질과 노즐내에서 내용물이 딱딱하게 굳게 되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 제품의 신뢰도 향상을 꽤할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.

도 3은 본 발명의 화장품 용기를 도시한 조립단면도이며,

도 5는 본 발명의 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐이 작동되는 것을 도시한 조립단면도이다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐은, 화장품 내용물을 수용하며 상부에 내용물의 주입이 가능한 입구부(11)가 형성된 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상단 어깨부에 결합되는 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 숄더부재(20)와, 상기 숄더부재(20)의 상부홀을 통해 삽입되어 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 하부 내주연이 상기 용기본체(10)의 입구부(11)에 나사 결합되는 내캡(30)과, 상기 내캡(30) 내에 삽입되어 내부에서 결합되어 있는 배출펌프(40)와, 상기 배출펌프(40)의 상단에 결합되어 누름 동작에 의해 화장품 내용물을 배출하는 개폐노즐(50)과, 상기 숄더부재(20)의 상측에 결합되는 커버부재(60)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 하부 내주연에 결합되는 피스톤(70)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 하부면과 외주연을 커버하는 하부커버(80)로 이루어진 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐에 있어서, 상기 개폐노즐(50)은, 원통형의 하부몸체(51)와; 상기 하부몸체(51)의 내부에 형성되어 상기 배출펌프(40)에 연결되는 기역자형의 내용물이송관(52)과; 상기 내용물이송관(51) 내에 설치되어 화장품 내용물의 배출 압력에 의해 작동하면서 배출구(53)를 개폐하는 개폐부재(54)와; 상기 하부몸체(51)의 상부에 결합되는 상부몸체(55)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 설명하기로 한다. 첨부된 도면들에서 구성에 표기된 도면번호는 다른 도면에서도 동일한 구성을 표기할 때에 가능한 한 동일한 도면번호를 사용하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어 관련된 공지의 기능 또는 공지의 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략하기로 한다. 그리고 도면에 제시된 어떤 특징들은 설명의 용이함을 위해 확대 또는 축소 또는 단순화된 것이고, 도면 및 그 구성요소들이 반드시 적절한 비율로 도시되어 있지는 않다. 그러나 당업자라면 이러한 상세 사항들을 쉽게 이해할 것이다.

또한, '전면', '후면', '상면', '하면' 등과 같은 도면에 보이는 것을 기준으로 기술된 상대적인 용어들은 '제1', '제2' 등과 같은 서수들로 대체될 수 있다.
'제1', '제2' 등의 서수들에 있어서 그 순서는 언급된 순서나 임의로 정해진 것으로서, 그 순서는 필요에 따라 임의로 변경될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용한 용어는 단지 특정한 실시 예를 설명하기 위해 사용된 것으로, 본 발명을 한정하려는 의도가 아니다. 단수의 표현은 문맥상 명백하게 다르게 뜻하지 않는 한, 복수의 표현을 포함한다. 본 출원에서, "포함하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는 명세서상에 기재된 특징, 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 특징들이나 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함해서 여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 의미를 가지는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 아울러 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
[실시예]
도 1은 본 발명의 화장품 용기를 도시한 외관 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 화장품 용기를 도시한 분해사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 화장품 용기를 도시한 조립단면도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐을 도시한 분해사시도이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐이 작동되는 것을 도시한 조립단면도이다.
도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 화장품 용기는, 화장품 내용물을 수용하며 상부에 내용물의 주입이 가능한 입구부(11)가 형성된 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상단 어깨부에 결합되는 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 숄더부재(20)와, 상기 숄더부재(20)의 상부홀을 통해 삽입되어 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 하부 내주연이 상기 용기본체(10)의 입구부(11)에 나사 결합되는 내캡(30)과, 상기 내캡(30) 내에 삽입되어 내부에서 결합되어 있는 배출펌프(40)와, 상기 배출펌프(40)의 상단에 결합되어 누름 동작에 의해 화장품 내용물을 배출하는 개폐노즐(50)과, 상기 숄더부재(20)의 상측에 결합되는 커버부재(60)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 하부 내주연에 결합되는 피스톤(70)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 하부면과 외주연을 커버하는 하부커버(80)로 이루어진다.
상기 개폐노즐(50)은, 원통형의 하부몸체(51)와, 상기 하부몸체(51)의 내부에 형성되어 상기 배출펌프(40)에 연결되는 기역자형의 내용물이송관(52)과, 상기 내용물이송관(51) 내에 설치되어 화장품 내용물의 배출 압력에 의해 작동하면서 배출구(53)를 개폐하는 개폐부재(54)와, 상기 하부몸체(51)의 상부에 결합되는 상부몸체(55)로 이루어진다.
상기 개폐부재(54)는, 상기 내용물이송관(52) 내에 수평으로 삽입되는 원형봉(541)과, 상기 수평봉(541)의 일측단에 형성되어 상기 배출구(53)에 밀착되는 폐쇄볼(542)과, 상기 원형봉(541)의 타측단에 형성되어 화장품 내용물의 배출압력에 의해 상기 배출구(53)를 개방하는 방향으로 원형봉(541)이 이동하면서 밀리는 고무재질의 경사원판(543)과, 상기 경사원판(543)의 외주연에 연결 형성되어 상기 내용물이송관(52)의 일측면 내주연에 고정되는 고정원통관(544)과, 상기 경사원판(543)의 외측면에 삽입되는 원뿔형상의 스프링(545)과, 상기 스프링(545)의 외측을 안착함과 동시에 상기 고정원통관(544)의 외주연을 감싸는 측면커버(546)로 이루어진다.
상기 경사원판(543)은 플랙시블한 고무재질로 되어 있어 화장품 내용물의 배출압력에 의해 밀리게 된다.
다음에 상기한 바와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작동에 따른 효과를 설명한다.
먼저 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위하여 상부의 커버부재(60)를 열고, 개폐노즐(50)을 누르게 된다. 개폐노즐(50)의 상부몸체(55)를 누르면, 하부몸체(51)도 동시에 하강하여 내용물이송관(52)의 수직부에 삽입되어 있는 배출펌프(40)를 작동시키게 된다. 상기 배출펌프(40)의 작동에 의해 용기본체(10) 내의 화장품 내용물이 내용물이송관(52) 내로 유입되고, 유입되는 압력에 의해 수평봉(541)이 경사원판(543)측으로 밀리게 되고, 밀리면서 배출구(53)에 밀착되어 있던 폐쇄볼(542)이 배출구(53)에서 이탈, 즉 배출구(53)를 개방하게 된다.
순간적으로 개방된 배출구(53)로 일정량의 화장품 내용물이 배출되고, 개폐노즐(50)의 누름을 해제하면 내용물이송관(52) 내의 배출 압력이 적어지므로 경사원판(543)의 외측면에 삽입되는 원뿔형상의 스프링(545)이 팽창되면서 원형봉(541)이 배출구(53) 측으로 이동하여 다시 폐쇄볼(542)이 배출구(53)를 폐쇄하게 된다.
이와 같이, 화장품 내용물을 배출시킬 때만 배출구(53)를 개방하고, 사용하지 않을 때에는 배출구(53)를 폐쇄함으로써 공기가 노즐 내부로 유입되어 발생하게 되는 내용물의 변질과 노즐내에서 내용물이 딱딱하게 굳게 되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 제품의 신뢰도 향상을 꽤할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다할 것이다.
본 발명의 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐에 의하면, 화장품 용기의 노즐 내부로 공기가 유입되는 것을 차단할 수 있도록 함에 따라 공기가 노즐 내부로 유입되어 발생하게 되는 내용물의 변질과 노즐내에서 내용물이 딱딱하게 굳게 되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 제품의 신뢰도 향상을 꽤할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 화장품 내용물을 수용하며 상부에 내용물의 주입이 가능한 입구부(11)가 형성된 용기본체(10)와, 상기 용기본체(10)의 상단 어깨부에 결합되는 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 숄더부재(20)와, 상기 숄더부재(20)의 상부홀을 통해 삽입되어 상하부가 개구된 원통형상의 부재로서, 하부 내주연이 상기 용기본체(10)의 입구부(11)에 나사 결합되는 내캡(30)과, 상기 내캡(30) 내에 삽입되어 내부에서 결합되어 있는 배출펌프(40)와, 상기 배출펌프(40)의 상단에 결합되어 누름 동작에 의해 화장품 내용물을 배출하는 개폐노즐(50)과, 상기 숄더부재(20)의 상측에 결합되는 커버부재(60)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 하부 내주연에 결합되는 피스톤(70)과, 상기 용기본체(10)의 하부면과 외주연을 커버하는 하부커버(80)로 이루어진 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐에 있어서,
    상기 개폐노즐(50)은, 원통형의 하부몸체(51)와;
    상기 하부몸체(51)의 내부에 형성되어 상기 배출펌프(40)에 연결되는 기역자형의 내용물이송관(52)과;
    상기 내용물이송관(51) 내에 설치되어 화장품 내용물의 배출 압력에 의해 작동하면서 배출구(53)를 개폐하는 개폐부재(54)와;
    상기 하부몸체(51)의 상부에 결합되는 상부몸체(55)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 개폐부재(54)는, 상기 내용물이송관(52) 내에 수평으로 삽입되는 원형봉(541)과;
    상기 수평봉(541)의 일측단에 형성되어 상기 배출구(53)에 밀착되는 폐쇄볼(542)과;
    상기 원형봉(541)의 타측단에 형성되어 화장품 내용물의 배출압력에 의해 상기 배출구(53)를 개방하는 방향으로 원형봉(541)이 이동하면서 밀리는 고무재질의 경사원판(543)과;
    상기 경사원판(543)의 외주연에 연결 형성되어 상기 내용물이송관(52)의 일측면 내주연에 고정되는 고정원통관(544)과;
    상기 고정원통관(544)의 외주연을 감싸는 측면커버(546)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 경사원판(543)의 외측면에 삽입되어 화장품 내용물의 배출 압력 해제시 팽창하여 상기 경사원판(543)을 원상 복귀시키는 원뿔형상의 스프링(545)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기용 배출펌프의 개폐노즐.
