Abstract

본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 유체의 유출입이 가능한 하우징, 하우징의 내부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 복수의 회전자, 및 하우징의 내부에 고정되며 복수의 회전자와 번갈아 배치되는 복수의 고정자를 포함하고, 회전자 및 고정자 중 적어도 어느 하나는, 유체의 유동 통로가 격자형으로 다수 배치된 메쉬형 구조를 갖고, 회전자와 고정자는 유동 통로를 통해 유동하는 유체에 회전자의 회전에 의한 충돌, 마찰 및 캐비테이션이 발생되도록 인접하게 배치되어, 유체에 나노 버블 및 마이크로 버블 중 적어도 어느 하나를 발생시키는 나노-마이크로 버블 발생 장치가 제공된다.
