- the nano-micro bubble generator 100 of the present invention may include a nano-micro bubble generator 100 using the principle of relative rotation of the rotor 122 and the stator 124.
- the nano-micro bubble generator 100 uses a collision and friction effect generated by the relative rotation of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 to cause the gas 10 to flow into the fluid 10 So that it can be dissolved more and at the same time more finely.
- the water (or liquid) supplied to the nano-micro bubble generator 100 is supplied by a pump, and at least a part of the conduit connecting the pump and the nano-micro bubble generator 100 has an inlet and an outlet (Hereinafter referred to as " venturi portion 132 ") which is wide and has a relatively narrow inner portion.
- One or more gas / liquid supply portions may be connected to one side of the venturi portion 132 to allow water (or liquid) in the conduit to mix with a predetermined gas (or liquid, for example, a catalyst, etc.) .
- the water (or liquid) supplied by the pump is rapidly flowed while passing through the venturi portion 132, and the gas (or liquid) supplied from the gas supply line 180 becomes strong And is sucked into the venturi portion 132 by the suction force and mixed with water (or liquid) inside the conduit.
- the mixed fluid 10 (hereinafter referred to as "fluid 10") of water (or liquid) and gas (or liquid) flows into the nano-micro bubble generator 100 and is mixed more finely And then flows along the post-discharge line 195.
- the present invention modifies the bubble generation and gas mixing system to process the fluid 10 from a low capacity to a large capacity, and can increase the dissolved rate of the gas selected from the group of gases such as air, oxygen, hydrogen, and ozone Therefore, the amount of gas injected can be reduced, and a gas generating device such as an oxygen generator, a hydrogen generator, or an ozone generator can be downsized.
- Fig. 2 shows a first embodiment of the nano-micro bubble generator 100 of Fig. 1 having a face-contact type uniaxial mesh-type rotor 122.

- the rotor 122 and the stator 124 are preferably provided in a mesh-like structure with a plurality of openings 127 through which the fluid 10 passes, ) Is enough to pass.
- the distance between the rotor 122 and the stator 124 can be set so that the fluid 10 can escape while the surfaces of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 are substantially in contact or almost in contact with each other It is enough.
- the fluid 10 introduced through the fluid inlet 112 provided at one side of the housing 110 in such a configuration is rotated by the relative rotation of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 when the motor is driven, And the stator 124, and at the same time, repeated collision and friction are caused.
- the number of the motor shafts in which the plurality of rotors 122 are installed at regular intervals can be installed in the housing 110 as long as the inner space of the housing 110 allows the shafts or three or more shafts .
- An example of a nano-micro bubble generator 100 having a surface contact type biaxial mesh-type rotor 122 includes a housing 110 of the nano-micro bubble generator 100, And a plurality of rotors 122, which are simultaneously rotated together with the driving of the motor, may be installed at predetermined intervals along the axis.
- the distance between the axes of the motor shafts is preferably such that the rotors 122 arranged on the respective axes are staggered.
- the rotors 122 arranged on the axes are rotors 122 arranged on the counter shaft,
- the interlayer distance of the rotors 122 facing each other in this state is set such that the surfaces of the upper and lower rotors 122 are in contact with each other or substantially in contact with each other, 10) can escape.
- the rotors 122 may be arranged side by side apart from each other, and the outer shape of the housing 110 may be various shapes such as a round circle or a square.
- the fluid 10 introduced through the fluid inlet 112 provided at one side of the housing 110 is rotated by the relative rotation of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 when the motor is driven, And the stator 124.
- the collision and friction action causes the gas 10 to be more dissolved in the fluid 10 and at the same time,
- the water molecules are further atomized to produce micro- or nano-sized ultrafine bubbles.
- FIG 3 shows the mesh structure of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 that may be included in the nano-micro bubble generator 100.
- the mesh structure of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 is a flat plane And it can be seen that it forms a lattice form of structure.
- the mesh structure of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 can be seen to have a lattice structure in which the cross bar 125 and the vertical bar 126 have a constant height difference and are ruggedly staggered.
- the fluid 10 will collide with the crossbars 125 and the vertical base 126 while passing through the mesh openings 127 in the lattice form and in the process will be rotated by the relative rotation of the rotor 122 and the stator 124 By causing collision and friction, the gas can be better dissolved in the fluid 10, and at the same time, the water molecules in the fluid 10 are further atomized to produce micro- or nano-sized ultrafine bubbles.
