本发明涉及卫浴领域,具体涉及一种摇摆触碰感应切换水花花洒。
背景技术
现有的花洒,在调节水花的时候,通常是采用拨钮的方式进行。拨钮可以360度旋转,或是仅能向顺时针或逆时针方向旋转一角度。还有一种方式是采用推钮,例如申请号:CN201020644472.8公开一种三功能推拨切换花洒,包括本体、出水腔体、推拨钮、密封轴和弹性密封垫;在出水腔体上形成两种功能效果的第一组出水口和第二组出水口;在本体内部设置第一水路、第二水路、切换室和总水路,第一水路和第二水路的出水端口分别与第一组出水口和第二组出水口相通,第一水路和第二水路的进水端口通过切换室与总水路相通,本体表面对应切换室还开设切换口;密封轴滑动设置在切换室中;弹性密封垫安装在密封轴上;推拨钮滑动设置在切换口上,且推拨钮与密封轴连接,带动弹性密封垫堵住第一水路的进水端口或第二水路的进水端口或同时开启第一水路和第二水路的进水端口。该发明的推拨切换为直线动作。
以上的拨钮或推钮方式,都存在手指不容易用力,且洗澡过程中容易打滑的不便之处。并且,如果人眼有水的情况下,眼睛也不容易睁开,或是因近视,而洗澡时通常都不会戴眼镜,这样要准确找到拨钮或推钮位置可能会有些费力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种摇摆触碰感应切换水花花洒,其克服了背景技术中拨钮或推钮花洒所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种摇摆触碰感应切换水花花洒,其具有一本体,所述本体内设有水路切换单元,其特征在于:所述本体内还设有摇摆触碰感应切换水花单元,所述摇摆触碰感应切换水花单元和水路切换单元联动;其中,所述的摇摆触碰感应切换水花单元包括一弹簧以及一连接于弹簧上的触碰感应块;还包括一用于驱动水路切换单元的马达,所述触碰感应块在位移过程中能够接通或断开马达驱动电路。
在一实施例中,所述的马达驱动电路包括水力发电机以及用于储存水力发电机产生的电力的基板,所述的弹簧以及触碰感应块设于基板和马达之间的电路上。
在一实施例中,所述的水力发电机的发电轴和一叶轮连接,所述叶轮位于本体的水路进口处。
在一实施例中,手柄和本体的装配腔之间设有用于分隔的挡壁,挡壁上设有通水孔;装配腔内横向设有下水体,所述的下水体在靠近通水孔的上表面设有叶轮,下表面设有水力发电机,发电机的轴密封地穿过下水体并插入叶轮的轴心处,水力发电机的轴和叶轮联动。
在一实施例中,下水体设有触点A和触点B,触点A通过连接电线连接基板,该触点B通过连接电线连接马达;触点A和B分别设在一矩形框的两端,矩形框内设有弹簧和触碰感应块,其中,弹簧的一端和触点B连接,另一端和触碰感应块连接,且触碰感应块能够沿矩形框内左右移动。
在本发明中,所述的触碰感应块优选为金属块。
在一实施例中,所述水路切换单元包括一分水盘,所述的马达驱动分水盘的转动。
在一实施例中,所述的马达输出轴连接齿轮组件,齿轮组件连接分水盘的转轴。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、本发明的摇摆触碰感应切换水花单元和水路切换单元联动;其中,所述的摇摆触碰感应切换水花单元包括一弹簧以及一连接于弹簧上的触碰感应块;还包括一用于驱动水路切换单元的马达,所述触碰感应块在位移过程中能够接通或断开马达驱动电路。这样,只要摇动或甩动花洒,即可使触碰感应块移动而接通或断开马达驱动电路,从而使马达驱动水路切换单元工作,完成水花的切换。这种切换方式无需人眼寻找拨钮的位置,方便使用。

具体实施方式
参考1至图3,一种摇摆触碰感应切换水花花洒,包括互相扣合的花洒本体15和后盖1,两者之间形成装配腔C。花洒本体的手柄15-1处设有螺牙接头16。所述花洒本体15面盖朝装配腔的一侧设有面盖出水体14。
手柄15-1和装配腔C之间设有用于分隔的挡壁15-2,挡壁15-2上设有通水孔15-3。装配腔C内横向设有下水体9,所述的下水体在靠近通水孔15-3处的上表面设有叶轮6,下表面设有发电机10,发电机10的轴密封地穿过下水体并插入叶轮6的轴心处,发电机10的轴10和叶轮6联动。也即,手柄15-1的水进入装配腔后,推动叶轮6的转动,进而带动发电机10发电。
发电机10通过第一连接电线8电连接具有电力储存单元的基板20,在本实施例中,电力储存单元是电容。在其它实施例中,也可以是其它方式。
基板20通过第二连接电线19连接触点A,所述的触点A设于下水体9上,下水体还设有触点B,该触点B通过第三连接电线21电连接马达2。其中,参见图5至图8,触点A和B分别设在一矩形框9-1的两端,矩形框内设有弹簧24和触碰感应块25,其中,弹簧24的一端和触点B连接,另一端和触碰感应块25连接,且触碰感应块25能够沿矩形框9-1内左右反复移动,并被矩形框限位。 在本实施例中,在初始状态,触碰感应块25与触点A分离。
马达2的输出端2通过齿轮3连接分水盘22。参见图2和图4,在本实施例中,马达2为横放在封水盖4上表面,封水盖4设于下水体9的上表面。
封水盖4扣合在下水体9的后部(靠近进水端),形成密封的第一腔体26,叶轮6、分水盘22等均设置在第一腔体26内;下水体9前端及封水盖4上表面、与后盖1之间界定密封的第二腔体27,基板20、马达2、齿轮组、触碰感应块25等均设置在第二腔体27内;矩形框9-1一体成型在下水体9前端,弹簧24设置在矩形框9-1内,一端与触点B固定连接,另一端连接触碰感应块25;
马达2的输出轴连接第一齿轮3-1,第一齿轮3-1啮合第二齿轮3-2,第二齿轮3-2为分水盘22的转轴,第一齿轮轴向为水平方向,第二齿轮轴向为竖直方向。为一组轴线相互垂直的伞齿轮。这样,马达输出轴水平方向的转动转换为分水盘22竖直方向的转动。

本发明的使用如下:
参考图5至图8,花洒工作原理说明:水由所述螺牙接头3进入所述花洒本体1的手柄,通过通水孔15-3进入第一腔体26内,推动所述叶轮6转动,叶轮6带动发电机10的轴转动使所述发电机10发电,电流通过第一连接电线8通入所述基板20,存入基板20上储电电容;同时水流通过分水盘22、出水孔30(40)由面盖出水体14出水;
需要切换出水方式时,摇动花洒,设在矩形框9-1内的触碰感应块25沿矩形框内部滑动,触碰触点A,从而触点A与触点B通过弹簧、触碰感应块电连接, 由于触点A和基板20电连接,该触点B通过第三连接电线21电连接马达2,此时,电容储存电量瞬间通电连接至马达2,使所述马达2转动一定角度,同时所述马达2输出轴带动与其连接的齿轮转动,进而带动分水盘22转动一定角度进行水花功能切换。
停止摇动,触碰感应块25在弹簧24的拉力下,脱离触点A;等待下次导通切换。
本实施例中的花洒为手持花洒。
参考图7,分水盘转动并以任意状态为第一下水状态,此时第一出水孔30打开,其表示洗澡基本所需的淋浴水流,适合用于简单快捷的淋浴。
参考图8,分水盘转动另一下水状态,此时第二出水孔40打开,其表示水流集中为一条水柱,使皮肤有微麻微痒的感觉,此种洗浴方式能很好地刺激、清醒头脑。

  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种摇摆触碰感应切换水花花洒,其特征在于:还包括一封水盖,封水盖扣合在下水体的后部,形成密封的第一腔体,叶轮、水路切换单元设置在第一腔体内;下水体前端及封水盖上表面、与后盖之间界定一密封的第二腔体,基板、马达、触碰感应块及触点均设置在第二腔体内;矩形框一体成型在下水体前端,弹簧设置在矩形框内,一端与触点固定连接,另一端连接触碰感应块。
