本发明涉及灯具领域,尤其涉及一种吸顶灯贴及智能吸顶灯贴。
背景技术
目前市场上的吸顶灯基本包括灯罩、灯板、电源、外壳、散热器等几大组件,其中一旦出现某个部件损坏,都将造成整个灯具不能使用,更换成本高。通常,较容易损坏的部件包括灯板、电源,如果能在灯板或电源出现损坏时,只需更换灯板和电源,可保留原来的灯罩、外壳及散热器等组件继续使用,将有助于大大的节约更换成本。
发明内容
本公开的目的是为了解决现有技术中的至少一个技术问题,例如包括提出一种吸顶灯贴及智能吸顶灯贴,以满足市场需求,从而节约更换成本。
本公开采用的技术方案如下:
一种吸顶灯贴,包括灯罩、灯板和电源,所述灯罩设为环形,灯罩的后侧设有灯板安装口,灯罩的环形圈内设有与灯罩连接的电源壳,所述灯板设为与所述灯罩适配的环形,灯板的后侧设有多个磁吸柱,所述灯板从所述灯板安装口设于所述灯罩内,所述磁吸柱伸出于所述灯板安装口外,所述电源设于所述电源壳内。
进一步地,所述灯罩内环设有若干第一卡扣,所述第一卡扣卡设于所述灯板后侧。
进一步地,所述灯罩内还设有若干第一支撑座,所述灯板前侧抵靠于所述第一支撑座上。进一步地,所述第一卡扣设置于所述第一支撑座的上表面,所述灯板沿其厚度方向的两侧分别与所述第一支撑座的上表面和所述第一卡扣的下表面接触。
进一步地,所述灯罩包括底板、第一侧板和第二侧板,所述底板、所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板均为环形,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板分别垂直连接至所述底板的两侧且相对设置,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板上均设置有所述第一卡扣和所述第一支撑座。
进一步地,所述第一侧板上的所述第一卡扣和所述第一支撑座与所述第二侧板上的所述第一卡扣和所述第一支撑座交错设置。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本公开,并不用于限制本公开。
请参照图1-5所示,本公开的实施例公开一种吸顶灯贴,包括灯罩1、灯板2和电源4,灯罩1大致设为环形,灯罩1的后侧设有灯板安装口11,灯罩1的环形圈内设有与灯罩1连接的电源壳3,灯板2设为与灯罩1适配的环形,灯板2的后侧设有多个磁吸柱5,灯板2从灯板安装口11设于灯罩1内,磁吸柱5伸出于灯板安装口11外,电源4设于电源壳3内。
如图1和3所示,灯罩1内环设有若干第一卡扣12,当灯板2从灯板安装口11装入灯罩1内时,第一卡扣12卡设于灯板2后侧,从而将灯板2固定在灯罩1内,以防止其从灯罩1内掉出。灯罩1内还设有若干第一支撑座13,当灯板2被第一卡扣12卡住的同时,灯板2前侧抵靠于第一支撑座13上,从而限位灯板2在灯罩1内的位置固定不动。可以理解的是,第一卡扣12与第一支撑座13之间的间距恰好等于灯板2的厚度,从而达到对灯板2的卡紧作用。在本实施例中,第一支撑座13与第一卡扣12为对应相等的数量,且第一支撑座13对应第一卡扣12的位置设置于第一卡扣12一侧。在其他的实施方式中,第一支撑座13与第一卡扣12的位置及数量并不局限于对应或对等。
具体地,请参阅图3,灯罩1包括底板(图未标)、第一侧板(图未标)和第二侧板(图未标),底板、第一侧板和第二侧板均为环形结构,其中,第一侧板和第二侧板分别垂直连接于底板的两侧且相对设置,也即是,第一侧板、第二侧板和底板围成用于容纳灯板2的腔体,灯板安装口11即是有第一侧板、第二侧板和底板围成的腔体的开口处。上述提及的 第一卡扣12和第一支撑座13对应设置且形成一整体,第一卡扣12设置于第一支撑座13的上表面,灯板2沿其厚度方向的两侧分别与第一支撑座13的上表面和第一卡扣12的下表面接触,也即是,灯板2被卡设于第一支撑座13和第一卡扣12之间。换而言之,第一卡扣12与第一支撑座13之间的间距恰好等于灯板2的厚度。为了实现对灯板2的较佳的固定,本实施例中,第一侧板和第二侧板上均设置有上述第一卡扣12和第一支撑座13,并且第一侧板上的第一卡扣12和第一支撑座13与第二侧板上的第一卡扣12和第一支撑座13交错设置,交错设置使得灯板2的不同位置都得到了较佳的固定,固定效果好,安装稳定。
如图3和5所示,电源壳3与灯罩1之间设有连接臂6,电源壳3通过连接臂6连接在灯罩1上,在本实施例中,连接臂6为多个且均匀分布于电源壳3的侧壁,连接臂6的个数可以为2-6个,优选地,本实施例中连接臂的个数为三个,具体地,连接臂6设有三个分别以120°的夹角等分地设于电源壳3的侧壁。连接臂6上设有连通灯罩1与电源壳3的凹槽61,凹槽61的作用例如包括:用于减轻连接臂6的重量;以及用于电源4与灯板2之间的电源线通过。
电源壳3后侧设有电源安装口31,电源壳3内侧设有第二卡扣32,电源4从电源安装口31设于电源壳3内,且第二卡扣32卡设于电源4上,依靠第二卡扣32将电源4卡设于电源壳3内,以防止其从电源壳3内掉出。电源壳3内还设有若干第二支撑座33,电源4抵靠于第二支撑座33上。第二卡扣32设置于第二支撑座33的上表面,电源4沿其厚度方向的两侧分别与第二支撑座33的上表面和第二卡扣32的下表面接触。第二卡扣32与第二支撑座33的功能及作用以及设置方式可参照第一卡扣12与第一支撑座13,此处不再赘述。
如图3,进一步地,电源壳3内还设有若干固定座8,固定座8上设有螺孔81,电源4对应螺孔81的位置设有固定孔,还包括第一螺丝71,第一螺丝71穿过固定孔与螺孔81配合。
磁吸柱5朝向灯板的一侧设有螺纹连接孔,灯板2上设有穿孔,灯板2还包括第二螺丝72,第二螺丝72从灯板2的前侧穿过穿孔与螺纹连接孔配合。磁吸柱5为铁氧体磁铁、钐钴磁铁或者钕铁硼磁铁。
本实施例还公开一种智能吸顶灯贴,包括吸顶灯贴主体和智能模块,吸顶灯贴主体采用如上所述的吸顶灯贴。智能模块设于电源4上,用于为智能吸顶灯贴提供无线智能控制,包括调光、调色、调色温等。
进一步地,智能模块为Bluetooth模块、ZigBee模块、WiFi模块、Z-Wave模块其中的任一种。
综上所述,本公开的吸顶灯贴及智能吸顶灯贴,用作市场上大多数吸顶灯损坏时的更换配件,跟换时只需拆下所损坏的吸顶灯的灯罩,即可将本吸顶灯贴通过磁吸的方式安装入吸顶灯内,然后盖上原灯罩即可使用,更换操作方便,且保留原来的灯罩、外壳及散热器等组件继续使用,大大的节约更换成本。
只要不违背本公开创造的思想,对本公开的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本公开公开的内容;在本公开的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本公开创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本公开的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本公开的吸顶灯贴及智能吸顶灯贴,用作市场上大多数吸顶灯损坏时的更换配件,跟换时只需拆下所损坏的吸顶灯的灯罩,即可将本吸顶灯贴通过磁吸的方式安装入吸顶灯内,然后盖上原灯罩即可使用,更换操作方便,且保留原来的灯罩、外壳及散热器等组件继续使用,大大的节约更换成本。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,包括灯罩(1)、灯板(2)和电源(4),所述灯罩(1)设为环形,所述灯罩(1)的后侧设有灯板安装口(11),所述灯罩(1)的环形圈内设有与所述灯罩(1)连接的电源壳(3),所述灯板(2)设为与所述灯罩(1)适配的环形,所述灯板(2)的后侧设有多个磁吸柱(5),所述灯板(2)从所述灯板安装口(11)设于所述灯罩(1)内,所述磁吸柱(5)伸出于所述灯板安装口(11)外,所述电源(4)设于所述电源壳(3)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)内环设有若干第一卡扣(12),所述第一卡扣(12)卡设于所述灯板(2)后侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)内还设有若干第一支撑座(13),所述灯板(2)前侧抵靠于所述第一支撑座(13)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣(12)设置于所述第一支撑座(13)的上表面,所述灯板(2)沿其厚度方向的两侧分别与所述第一支撑座(13)的上表面和所述第一卡扣(12)的下表面接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述灯罩(1)包括底板、第一侧板和第二侧板,所述底板、所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板均为环形,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板分别垂直连接至所述底板的两侧且相对设置,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板上均设置有所述第一卡扣和所述第一支撑座。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述第一侧板上的所述第一卡扣和所述第一支撑座与所述第二侧板上的所述第一卡扣和所述第一支撑座交错设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述电源壳(3)与所述灯罩(1)之间设有连接臂(6),所述连接臂(6)上设有连通所述灯罩(1)与所述电源壳(3)的凹槽(61)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述连接臂(6)为多个且均匀地分布于所述电源壳(3)的侧壁。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述电源壳(3)后侧设有电源安装口(31),所述电源壳(3)内侧设有第二卡扣(32),所述电源(4)从所述电源安装口(31)设于所述电源壳(3)内,且所述第二卡扣(32)卡设于所述电源(4)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述电源壳(3)内还设有若干第二支撑座(33),所述电源(4)抵靠于所述第二支撑座(33)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述第二卡扣(32)设置于所述第二支撑座(33)的上表面,所述电源(4)沿其厚度方向的两侧分别与所述第二支撑座(33)的上表面和所述第二卡扣(32)的下表面接触。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任一项所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述电源壳(3)内还设有若干固定座(8),所述固定座(8)上设有螺孔(81),所述电源(4)对应所述螺孔(1)的位置设有固定孔,还包括第一螺丝(71),所述第一螺丝(71)穿过所述固定孔与所述螺孔(81)配合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述磁吸柱(5)朝向所述灯板(2)的一侧设有螺纹连接孔,所述灯板(2)上设有穿孔,所述灯板(2)还包括第二螺丝(72),所述第二螺丝(72)从所述灯板(2)的前侧穿过所述穿孔与所述螺纹连接孔配合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述磁吸柱(5)为铁氧体磁铁、钐钴磁铁或者钕铁硼磁铁。
  15. 一种智能吸顶灯贴,包括吸顶灯贴主体和智能模块,其特征在于,所述吸顶灯贴主体采用如权利要求1-14任一项所述的吸顶灯贴。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的智能吸顶灯贴,其特征在于,所述智能模块为Bluetooth模块、ZigBee模块、WiFi模块和Z-Wave模块中的任一种。
