Claims (12)
- 스피커를 구비하는 드럼 본체부;상기 드럼 본체부의 상부에 결합되며, 드럼 연주 시 가해지는 충격을 드럼연주 신호로 감지하는 센서를 포함하는 드럼 패드부;상기 드럼 본체부의 하부에 착탈 결합되는 지지부;사용자의 휴대 단말기를 거치하는 거치부;사용자의 휴대 단말기와 통신을 수행하는 통신모듈부;상기 센서에서 감지된 연주 신호를 상기 스피커를 통해 출력하는 한편 상기 통신모듈부를 통해 사용자의 휴대단말기로 전송하는 사운드모듈부를 포함하며, 사용자의 휴대단말기는 상기 통신모듈부를 통해 수신한 연주 신호를 이용하여 시각적인 디스플레이를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 연주 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드럼 본체부의 하부와 상기 지지부 사이에 구비되는 것으로서, 상기 드럼 본체부에 비해 작은 직경을 가지고 상기 지지부에 비해 큰 직경을 갖는 디스크 형상의 충격흡수부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 연주 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 거치부는, 상기 드럼 본체부 및 상기 드럼 패드부 중 적어도 하나에 착탈 결합되며, 길이 조절 및 각도 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 연주 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지부는 다수 개의 조립 몸체를 포함하며, 상기 다수 개의 조립 몸체는 상기 드럼 본체부의 필요 높이에 따라 상하로 조립 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 연주 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드럼 본체부, 상기 드럼 패드부, 상기 거치부, 및 상기 지지부를 분해하여 수납하는 것으로서, 수납 공간을 갖는 본체부와 상기 수납 공간을 밀폐시키도록 상기 본체부에 개폐 가능하게 결합되는 커버부를 구비하는 케이스부를 포함하며,상기 수납 공간의 내측 중앙에 상기 지지부의 하단이 고정 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 연주 장치.
- 스피커를 구비하는 드럼 본체부와, 상기 드럼 본체부의 상부에 결합되며 드럼 연주 시 가해지는 충격을 드럼연주 신호로 감지하는 센서를 포함하는 드럼 패드부와, 상기 드럼 본체부의 하부에 착탈 결합되는 지지부와, 사용자의 휴대 단말기를 거치하는 거치부와, 사용자의 휴대 단말기와 통신을 수행하는 통신모듈부와, 상기 센서에서 감지된 연주 신호를 상기 스피커를 통해 출력하는 한편 상기 통신모듈부를 통해 사용자의 휴대단말기로 전송하는 사운드모듈부를 포함하며, 사용자의 휴대단말기는 상기 통신모듈부를 통해 수신한 연주 신호를 이용하여 시각적인 디스플레이를 수행하는 드럼 연주 장치;상기 드럼 연주 장치에서 드럼 연주 중인 사용자의 생체신호를 입력 받아 생체정보를 생성하는 생체정보 생성부;상기 생체정보 생성부로부터 생성된 생체정보를 전송 받아 저장하며, 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 사용자의 생체정보를 전송하고, 드럼 연주에 따른 소모칼로리를 산출하고 산출된 결과를 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 전송하는 피트니스 관리서버를 포함하는 피트니스 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 생체정보 생성부는,적어도 하나의 드럼 연주 동작을 촬영하여 적어도 하나의 모션 정보를 추출하여 제1생체정보를 생성하는 제1생체정보 생성부;적어도 하나의 드럼 연주 동작에 대한 근전도 신호를 추출하여 제2생체정보를 생성하는 제2생체정보 생성부;적어도 하나의 드럼 연주 동작에 대한 심박수 및 호흡가스 분석을 통해 연산된 에너지 소모량을 이용하여 제3생체정보를 생성하는 제3생체정보 생성부중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피트니스 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 피트니스 관리서버는,상기 생체정보 생성부로부터 생성된 다수의 사용자에 대한 생체정보를 저장하여 생체정보 데이터베이스로 기록 보관하고,사용자의 생체정보에 매칭되는 다수의 피트니스 코칭정보 컨텐츠를 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 제공하여 사용자로 하여금 적어도 하나의 피트니스 코칭정보 컨텐츠를 선택하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피트니스 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 피트니스 관리서버는, 선택된 적어도 하나의 피트니스 코칭정보 컨텐츠에 따라 드럼 연주 중인 사용자의 실시간 생체정보를 상기 생체정보 생성부로부터 전달 받아 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 전송하여 디스플레이하고 사용자의 운동이력 데이터베이스에 기록 보관하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피트니스 시스템.
- 스피커를 구비하는 드럼 본체부와, 상기 드럼 본체부의 상부에 결합되며 드럼 연주 시 가해지는 충격을 드럼연주 신호로 감지하는 센서를 포함하는 드럼 패드부와, 상기 드럼 본체부의 하부에 착탈 결합되는 지지부와, 사용자의 휴대 단말기를 거치하는 거치부와, 사용자의 휴대 단말기와 통신을 수행하는 통신모듈부와, 상기 센서에서 감지된 연주 신호를 상기 스피커를 통해 출력하는 한편 상기 통신모듈부를 통해 사용자의 휴대단말기로 전송하는 사운드모듈부를 포함하며, 사용자의 휴대단말기는 상기 통신모듈부를 통해 수신한 연주 신호를 이용하여 시각적인 디스플레이를 수행하는 드럼 연주 장치; 드럼 연주 중인 사용자의 생체신호를 입력 받아 생체정보를 생성하는 생체정보 생성부; 상기 생체정보 생성부로부터 생성된 생체정보를 전송 받아 저장하며, 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 사용자의 생체정보를 전송하고, 드럼 연주에 따른 소모칼로리를 산출하고 산출된 결과를 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 전송하는 피트니스 관리서버를 포함하는 시스템을 이용한 피트니스 서비스 방법으로서,상기 생체정보 생성부는 상기 드럼 연주 장치를 이용하여 드럼 연주를 하는 사용자의 생체정보를 생성하고, 상기 피트니스 관리서버는 상기 생체정보생성부로부터 사용자의 생체정보를 전달 받아 생체정보 데이터베이스를 생성 및 저장하는 단계;사용자의 요청에 따라 상기 피트니스 관리서버에 저장된 생체정보를 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 전송하는 단계;상기 피트니스 관리서버가 사용자의 생체정보를 이용하여 드럼 연주에 따른 소모칼로리를 산출하고 산출된 결과를 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 피트니스 서비스 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 생체정보 생성부에서 생성하는 사용자의 생체정보는, 드럼 연주 동작을 촬영하여 적어도 하나의 모션 정보를 추출하여 생성되는 제1생체정보, 드럼 연주 동작에 대한 근전도 신호를 추출하여 생성되는 제2생체정보, 드럼 연주 동작에 대한 심박수 및 호흡가스 분석을 통해 연산된 에너지 소모량을 이용하여 생성되는 제3생체정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피트니스 서비스 방법.
