相关技术中,越来越多移动终端具备语音播放功能。目前业界大部分的语音助手产品的语音播放功能都是一问一答式,这样的方式简单,干脆,及时提供用户需要的信息。
但是,这样的方式令语音产品缺乏生机,缺乏交互的亲切感,使人机交互产生距离感,不但违背了智能语音交互的设计初衷,也因为这种不良的体验降低了用户对语音产品的粘度,更有可能舍弃语音产品功能。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种播放语音的方法和装置,能够不需要用户提问,自动播放语音,提高用户体验。
本申请实施例提供了一种播放语音的方法,包括:在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及触发条件;监控所述语音自动播放参数的值,当所述语音自动播放参数的值满足所述触发条件时,通过所述应用自动播放服务信息。
本申请实施例还提供了一种播放语音的装置,包括:
设置模块,设置为在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及触发条件;
监控模块,设置为监控所述语音自动播放参数的值,并当所述语音自动播放参数的值满足所述触发条件时,通知自动播放模块;

在一实施例中,统计用户对所述应用的语音播放功能的使用记录,获取用户对所述语音播放功能的使用习惯,设置符合所述使用习惯的语音自动播放参数及触发条件。例如,假设终端具有天气功能,可以获取用户使用语音产品查询天气的记录。假设用户每天晚上10点都会提问,则可以设置语音自动播放参数为时间,触发条件为晚上10点,使得语音播放功能在每天晚上10点主动向 用户播放天气情况。
所述获取用户对所述语音播放功能的使用习惯,设置符合所述使用习惯的触发条件可以包括如下至少一项:

2)获取用户对所述语音播放功能的使用频率,当所述使用频率满足阈值时,设置所述语音自动播放参数及触发条件,否则,不设置所述语音自动播放参数及触发条件。例如,假设天气查询的自动播放语音功能的阈值为每月4次,如果用户今天使用语音功能查询天气,但是在后续一个月内用户再未使用过语音查询功能,则不设置语音自动播放参数及触发条件。当用户使用的频率达到每月4次后,才会设置语音自动播放参数及触发条件。例如此时可以设置语音自动播放参数包括天气和时间,触发条件为有雨时、晚上十点、有大风时、有雪时等,这些条件可以单独或者结合作为触发条件,即满足上述任一条件或者同时满足若干条件时触发自动语音播放天气。

在一实施例中,当两个以上应用对应的语音自动播放参数和触发条件同时得到满足时,根据预设优先级策略顺序播放与多个应用对应的语音。该优先级 策略可以由用户预先设置,或者终端上设置默认优先级策略,避免同时播放不同应用对应的语音。
在一实施例中,在播放语音之前,终端可以首先提醒用户要自动播放语音信息,该提醒方式可以是一声柔和的通知响铃或者振动的方式,避免突然发音惊吓到用户。或者是其它柔和的方式,比如柔和的语音:“您有新的语音推送,请查看”。
本申请实施例中,终端上可以有多个不同的应用都可以进行自动语音播放,或者仅有单个应用可以进行自动语音播放。例如,终端可以同时具有天气查询、航班查询、以及火车票查询等应用,这些应用都可以通过自动语音播放的方式告知用户相关信息。终端也可以将不同服务集成到一个应用中,例如终端可以采用同一应用提供天气查询、航班查询、以及火车票查询等不同服务,此时只需要为该应用设置语音自动播放参数和触发条件。
在一实施例中,不同应用可以分别对应终端上的一个功能域(Domain),并且为每个应用设置触发条件。当触发条件检测功能(例如时钟功能和定位功能等)检测到某应用的触发条件被满足时,语音播放功能从与触发条件对应的应用获取相关信息,然后以语音播放的方式告知用户。
基于与上述方法实施例相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供一种播放语音的装置,如图2所示,包括:设置模块10、监控模块20和自动播放模块30。

在一实施例中,设置模块10设定自动触发语音播放的规则。设置规则两种方式,一种是自动设定规则,一种是用户手动设定规则。当用户选择手动设置规则时,设置模块10需要显示出应用的语音自动播放参数范围和触发条件参数范围值供用户选择。当用户打开自动设定规则开关时,由设置模块10自动设定规则。规则的具体内容可以有两种模式,第一种是单个应用的参数设定,第二种是结合多个应用的关联匹配设定,以终端具有天气功能、订机票和火车票功能、以及酒店功能为例说明如下:
(一)单个应用的参数设定:
(1)天气应用。当天气存在较大的变化时,比如存在变恶劣的趋势,需要及时的推送天气信息给用户,此时的规则里包括量化天气状况的参数,这些参数包括:温度区间范围,是否有雨、有雪,紫外线参数,以及空气质量参数等。设定的语音自动播放参数为天气信息,触发条件包括:气温低于或者高于某个设定的阈值,紫外线的强度超出阈值,雾霾超过正常范围等。
(2)订机票和火车票应用。此时的规则可以包括对用户位置的定位以及推送信息的类型。推送信息的内容,比如出发地和目的地选择可以参考用户曾经使用过的数据,设定的语音自动播放参数为位置信息,触发条件包括特定位置例如机场(火车站),此时触发语音自动播放相关机票(火车票)信息。
(3)酒店应用。此时的规则包括对用户位置的定位以及推送酒店信息的类型,根据用户曾经使用过的记录,设定的语音自动播放参数为酒店星级、价格区间、以及地理位置等,触发条件包括例如四星级、500人民币、以及海边等, 做到更精准推送。
(二)多个应用的关联匹配设定:
这种设定方式当某个应用的自动语音播放功能被触发时,可以为用户提供更多的关联的信息。比如对于订机票应用,除了推送机票的信息外,用户可能还会关心目的地的天气以及酒店信息,此时规则里除了包含对用户位置的定位和机票信息外,还需要设定出目的地的天气概况以及酒店信息。对于酒店应用,除了推送酒店信息以外,用户可能还会关注酒店周边的旅游地、美食街、以及天气概况等,这些都可以加入到规则里,这种关联设定丰富了推送的内容,进一步提升了用户体验。此时,可以设置不同应用包含相同的语音触发参数和触发条件中,例如设置语音触发参数和触发条件分别为位置和机场,当前位置为机场时,触发机票应用播放机票信息并触发天气应用播放预先设定的某地天气信息。
本申请实施例中,在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及触发条件,检测到满足所述触发条件时,自动播放语音,从而不需要用户提问就可以自动向用户播放语音,提高用户体验。
下面通过一个示例进一步描述本申请实施例提供的播放语音的方法,如图4所示,包括:步骤401至步骤404。
在步骤401中,统计用户对语音播放功能的使用记录。
用户在持续使用了语音助手一段时间以后,后台记录保存了每一次用户使用的功能域(每一功能域对应一种应用)的信息,每个功能域信息里可以选择保存不同的字段信息,比如,天气功能域(即天气应用),可以选择保存地名,天气指数;机票功能域(即机票应用),选择保存出发地和目的地;酒店功能域(即酒店应用),选择保存酒店名字,价格,以及星级等。
在步骤402中,向用户呈现语音播放功能的使用记录。
用户可以进入语音助手的自动播放语音设置界面,该界面里可以有一个命名为“刷新语音指令历史记录”的选项,当点击该选项以后,终端将最新的语音指令历史记录作为原始数据按照规则统计出多项功能域的数据,并呈现给用户。每个功能域可以有一个开关,用来打开和关闭该功能域的自动播放语音功能,比如可以打开天气功能域、订机票功能域,则打开了天气功能域和订机票功能域的自动播放语音功能。
在步骤403中,终端监控自动播放语音的语音自动播放参数和触发条件。
例如,当用户打开了天气功能域的自动播放语音功能后,后台监控模块就要和天气服务器(可以为第三方设备)进行通讯传递自动语音播放天气信息的语音自动播放参数和触发条件,这些语音自动播放参数包含了位置信息、温度区别、以及天气指数等,触发条件包括地名、特定温度区间值、以及天气指数值等。
在步骤404中,触发条件被满足,终端自动播放语音。
天气服务器推送信息指示天气情况有变,温度有明显变化,终端后台监控模块捕获到该推送信息,检测到满足天气功能域的自动播放语音的触发条件。此时,终端的定位功能也发现到用户到机场位置附近了,满足订机票功能域的自动播放语音的触发条件。
此时,终端的自动播放语音功能获知天气功能域和订机票功能域的自动播放语音的触发条件都得到满足,根据预设优先级策略排列天气功能域和订机票功能域要自动播放的语音内容,并顺序播放对应语音内容。例如,终端可以首先发出柔和的提示信息“你有新的天气语音推送,请查看”,当得到用户的“请说”的回复后,启动语音播放流程,将天气的提示信息播报给用户。天气信息播报结束后,再次给出提示信息“您有新的机票语音推送,请查看”,用户再次确认播报后,启动语音播放流程,将订机票的相关信息以及其他附加信息比如机场周边的天气及酒店信息播放给用户查看。
本申请实施例中,在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及触发条件,检测到满足所述触发条件时,自动播放语音,从而不需要用户提问就可以自动向用户播放语音,提高用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。在一实施例中,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现,相应地,上述实施例中的多个模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种播放语音的方法,包括:
    在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及所述具备语音播放功能的应用的触发条件;
    监控所述语音自动播放参数的值,当所述语音自动播放参数的值满足所述触发条件时,通过所述应用自动播放服务信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述语音自动播放参数包括以下至少之一:时间、地点和所述应用所提供的所述服务信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及所述具备语音播放功能的应用的触发条件包括:
    统计用户对所述应用的语音播放功能的使用记录,获取用户对所述语音播放功能的使用习惯,设置符合所述使用习惯的语音自动播放参数及触发条件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及触发条件包括:
    获取所述终端的用户对所述应用的语音播放功能的使用频率,当所述使用频率满足阈值时,设置所述语音自动播放参数及所述具备语音播放功能的应用的触发条件,否则,不设置所述语音自动播放参数及触发条件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及所述具备语音播放功能的应用的触发条件包括:
    接收用户在所述终端的人机交互界面上设置的所述语音自动播放参数及所述触发条件。
  6. 一种播放语音的装置,包括:
    设置模块,设置为在终端内部设置具备语音播放功能的应用的语音自动播放参数及所述具备语音播放功能的应用的触发条件;
    监控模块,设置为监控所述语音自动播放参数的值,并当所述语音自动播放参数的值满足所述触发条件时,通知自动播放模块;
    所述自动播放模块,设置为接收到所述监控模块的通知后,通过所述应用自动播放服务信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述设置模块设置为:将时间、地点和所述应用所提供的所述服务信息中的至少之一设置为所述语音自动播放参 数。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,还包括统计模块,设置为统计用户对所述应用的语音播放功能的使用记录;
    所述设置模块还设置为:根据所述使用记录获取用户对所述语音播放功能的使用习惯,设置符合所述使用习惯的语音自动播放参数及触发条件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述设置模块还设置为:获取所述终端的用户对所述应用的所述语音播放功能的使用频率,当所述使用频率满足阈值时,设置所述语音自动播放参数及触发条件,否则,不设置所述语音自动播放参数及触发条件。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的播放语音的装置,其中,所述设置模块还设置为:提供人机交互界面,接收用户在所述界面上设置的所述语音自动播放参数及所述触发条件。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的播放语音的方法。
