Description

一种灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种设有PCB过线板的灯具。
背景技术
灯具的防水性能是灯具使用寿命的影响因素之一。目前,公知的例如防水等级为IPX5、IPX6、IPX7等灯具,其防水防护通常采用全封闭方式。
当灯具为全封闭方式时,在灯具运行和关闭时,灯具内部会由于温度变化而产生气压变化。在灯具运行时,灯具内部气压升高,灯具内部气体便会从灯体的薄弱部分排出;灯具断电后,灯具内部气压逐渐降低,灯具内部产生负压和虹吸。但是此时,因与灯具连接的线缆内部存在间隙(外皮、线芯之间和线芯、铜丝之间均存在间隙),外面的雨水和潮湿空气等介质会随着线缆的间隙进入灯具内部,长期聚积将会导致灯具的性能失效。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种灯具,用于解决现有技术中水气容易随着线缆内部间隙进入灯具内部而导致灯具失效的问题。
本发明实施例采用下述技术方案:
本发明的灯具,包括:
灯体,内部设有容置槽;
PCB过线板,设置在所述容置槽中;
第一线缆,设置在所述灯体中,一端与所述PCB过线板电连接;
第二线缆,包括第一端和第二端,其中,所述第一端延伸至所述灯体外,所述第二端与所述PCB过线板电连接,通过所述PCB过线板导通所述第一线缆和所述第二线缆;以及
封堵体,设置在所述容置槽中,封堵所述容置槽。
可选的,所述容置槽包括穿设所述第二线缆的第一槽壁,所述灯体包括穿设所述第二线缆的第一侧壁,其中,所述第一槽壁与所述第一侧壁位于所述灯体的同一侧,所述第一槽壁与所述第一侧壁之间留有间隙,所述第一侧壁上设有固定所述第二线缆的紧固件。

在容置槽103的槽底可以设置凸台,PCB过线板2放置在凸台上,使PCB过线板2与容置槽103槽底有一定间隙,以方便设置PCB过线板2。PCB过线板2包括基板和穿设在基板上的电连接线。基板的一侧设有多个焊点,每两个焊点通过一个不同的电连接线连接。第一线缆3和第二线缆4均设有多个铜丝,多个铜丝焊接在基板的同一侧,通过一个电连接线连接的两个焊点分别与第一线缆3的一个铜丝和第二线缆4的一个铜丝连接。
设置好PCB过线板2后,在容置槽103中填充封堵体5,封堵容置槽103。封堵体5可以为灌封在容置槽103中的灌封胶,灌封灌封胶时操作简单,而且灌封胶的密封性好。灌封胶可以填满容置槽103,以提高灯具的密封性。
如图4、图5所示,灯具还包括设置在第一腔体101中的反光杯8和反光纸9。反光杯8设置在光源模组7的周围,反光纸9设置在光源模组7的基板上。通过反光杯8和反光纸9提高光线,并通过反光纸9隔绝光源模组7和反光杯8,增加光源模组7的基板与反光杯8之间的安全距离。
如图6、图7所示,安装好PCB过线板2、光源模组7、电源6、反光杯8和反光纸9等后,在灯体1上扣设玻璃灯罩12,在玻璃灯罩12外侧扣设面盖13。玻璃灯罩12位于光源模组7正面并且玻璃灯罩12与灯体1之间设置有密封胶,以提高灯具的密封性。
玻璃灯罩12的设置密封胶的部位可以不进行丝印,也就是说玻璃灯罩12的该部位为原透明毛坯玻璃,为光滑全透明的,以进一步提高玻璃灯罩12与灯体1之间的密封性,提高灯具的防水性能。
如图7-图9所示,灯具还包括与灯体1连接的支架10,支架10通过齿盘固定结构11与灯体1连接。齿盘固定结构11包括固定在灯体1上并带有齿的第一齿盘1101、一侧带有齿而另一侧带有凸柱1103的第二齿盘1102,并且第一齿盘1101和第二齿盘1102的中部设有连接孔,支架10上设有连接孔和安装凸柱1103的孔。第二齿盘1102扣合在第一齿盘1101上通过齿啮合,支架10的凸柱孔穿设在凸柱1103中,通过固定在连接孔中的固定件1104(例如螺栓)将支架10和齿盘固定结构11固定在一起。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述容置槽包括穿设所述第二线缆的第一槽壁,所述灯体包括穿设所述第二线缆的第一侧壁,其中,所述第一槽壁与所述第一侧壁位于所述灯体的同一侧,所述第一槽壁与所述第一侧壁之间留有间隙,所述第一侧壁上设有固定所述第二线缆的紧固件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中,所述第一槽壁设有槽壁孔,所述第二线缆卡设在所述第一槽壁的槽壁孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述封堵体为灌封在所述容置槽中的灌封胶。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的灯具,其中,所述灯体包括第一腔体和第二腔体,其中,所述第一腔体中设有光源模组,所述第二腔体中设有所述容置槽和与所述光源模组连接的电源,所述电源与所述第一线缆电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,还包括设置在所述第一腔体中并位于所述光源模组正面的反光杯和设置在所述光源模组上的反光纸,其中所述反光纸间隔所述反光杯和所述光源模组。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,还包括扣设在所述灯体上的玻璃灯罩,其中,所述玻璃灯罩与所述灯体之间设置有密封胶,所述玻璃灯罩的设 置所述密封胶的部位为光滑面。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述电源包括带有连接孔的侧翼,所述电源通过设置在所述连接孔的连接件与所述灯体连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的灯具,其中,还包括通过齿盘固定结构与所述灯体连接的支架;
    所述齿盘固定结构包括固定在所述灯体上的第一齿盘、通过齿与所述第一齿盘啮合的第二齿盘,以及穿设在所述支架、第一齿盘和第二齿盘中的固定件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其中,所述第二齿盘上设有凸柱,所述支架上设有穿设所述凸柱的凸柱孔。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其中,所述支架包括与所述灯体连接并位于所述灯体两侧的两个第一连接臂和连接两个所述第一连接臂的第二连接臂,其中,所述第一连接臂和所述第二连接臂的连接部位的宽度较宽。
