L'invention concerne une capsule à deux sections pour substances médicamenteuses comprenant une enveloppe solide se présentant sous forme de parties à connecter d'un corps et d'un couvercle, dans laquelle le corps est ouvert des deux côtés et comporte une cloison interne inamovible qui le sépare en deux longueurs pour charger une substance médicamenteuse dans les deux parties de la capsule; le couvercle est cylindrique avec une extrémité ouverte d'un côté et une extrémité hémisphérique close de l'autre; le corps, du côté des extrémités ouvertes et non loin du bord, comprend une gorge suivant le périmètre externe du cylindre, et le couvercle comporte une protubérance sur le périmètre interne à proximité de l'extrémité hémisphérique close, formant ainsi un verrou assurant le blocage mutuel du corps et du couvercle. Cette capsule peut être soluble dans l'estomac ou soluble dans l'intestin avec une diffusion prolongée de la substance médicamenteuse depuis une des parties, ou une partie de la capsule est soluble dans l'estomac et l'autre est soluble dans l'intestin.
