Description

一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器 技术领域
本实用新型属于电路板电性连接技术领域,具体涉及一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,人们对于消费性电子产品越来越依赖,电子产品上的USB2.0和USB3.0接口远远不能满足消费性电子产品的发展,因此,USB3.1应运而生。
USB3.1中的Type-C连接介面大幅缩小了实体外形,深受消费者喜欢;然而,现有此类产品分为上下两排接触端子,组装后焊脚呈一排式,焊脚及脚距太小,当电源线较粗时,焊线后相邻的焊脚之间容易发生短路。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,通过转接模块的设置将电源焊脚单独引到连接器的背面并加宽焊接,减小了相邻焊脚因脚距太小而引起的短路问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其包括外壳、第一端子模块、第二端子模块以及转接模块,所述第一端子模块和第二端子模块固持在外壳内且具有延伸至外壳外的电源焊脚,所述转接模块与第一端子模块连接用于引出并加宽所述电源焊脚。
本实用新型的特点还在于,
所述转接模块包括转接金属片和保险丝,所述保险丝与转接金属片连接用于对该连接起进行过载保护。
所述第一端子模块包括第一绝缘塑胶以及与所述第一绝缘塑胶连接为一体的第一端子排。
所述第二端子模块包括第二绝缘塑胶以及与所述第二绝缘塑胶连接为一体的第二端子排。
所述第一端子排和第二端子排均包括至少两个PIN端子。
所述转接金属片穿过第一绝缘塑胶与第一端子排和第二端子排接触。
所述外壳为金属屏蔽外壳。
所述第一端子排上设置有接触电阻R。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型使用时,通过转接模块将电源焊脚单独引到连接器的背面并加宽焊接,使焊接更加方便,且可增加相邻焊脚之间的间距,保证焊点的稳定性。

本实用新型实施例1提供一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,如同1所示,其包括外壳1、第一端子模块2、第二端子模块3以及转接模块4,第一端子模块2和第二端子模块3固持在外壳内且具有延伸至外壳1外的电源焊脚,转接模块4与第一端子模块2连接用于引出并加宽电源焊脚,这样,通过转接模块4将电源焊脚单独引到该连接器的背面并加宽焊接,使焊接更加方便。
本实用新型实施例2提供一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,如同2-4所示,其包括外壳1、第一端子模块2、第二端子模块3以及转接模块4,第一端子模块2和第二端子模块3固持在外壳内且具有延伸至外壳1外的电源焊脚,转接模块4与第一端子模块2连接用于引出并加宽电源焊脚,这样,通过转接模块4将电源焊脚单独引到该连接器的背面并加宽焊接,使焊接更加方便。
转接模块4包括转接金属片41和保险丝42,保险丝42与转接金属片41连接,这样,当连接器的温度升高到一定程度时保险丝42内部会断开,停止充电,从而起到过载保护作用。
第一端子模块2包括第一绝缘塑胶21以及与第一绝缘塑胶21连接为一体的第一端子排22,第二端子模块3包括第二绝缘塑胶31以及与第二绝缘塑胶31连接为一体的第二端子排32,第一端子排22和第二端子排32均包括至少两个PIN端子,这样,通过第一绝缘塑胶21和第二绝缘塑胶31分别对第一端子排22和第二端子排32进行保护,避免其裸漏在外被氧化或者因带电对人体造成伤害。
转接金属片41穿过第一绝缘塑胶21与第一端子排22和第二端子排32接触,这样,通过转接金属片41将第一端子排22和第二端子排32引出至第一绝缘塑胶21的外表面,可在第一绝缘塑胶21的外表面实现焊脚的焊接。
外壳1为金属屏蔽外壳,这样,减少了外界因素对该连接器内部结构的影响。
第一端子排22上设置有接触电阻R。
采用第一述方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型使用时,通过转接模块将电源焊脚单独引到连接器的背面并加宽焊接,使焊接更加方便,且可增加相邻焊脚之间的间距,保证焊点的稳定性。
以第一所述,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

  1. 一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,其包括外壳、第一端子模块、第二端子模块以及转接模块,所述第一端子模块和第二端子模块固持在外壳内且具有延伸至外壳外的电源焊脚,所述转接模块与第一端子模块连接用于引出并加宽所述电源焊脚。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述转接模块包括转接金属片和保险丝,所述保险丝与转接金属片连接用于对该连接起进行过载保护。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子模块包括第一绝缘塑胶以及与所述第一绝缘塑胶连接为一体的第一端子排。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述第二端子模块包括第二绝缘塑胶以及与所述第二绝缘塑胶连接为一体的第二端子排。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子排和第二端子排均包括至少两个PIN端子。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述转接金属片穿过第一绝缘塑胶与第一端子排和第二端子排接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳为金属屏蔽外壳。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有过载保护功能的Type-C PLUG连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子排上设置有接触电阻R。
