在显示面板制作中,光阻剂是必需用品。光阻剂主要由树脂(Resin)、感光剂(Sensitizer)及溶剂(Solvent)等不同的成分混合而成,VCD(Vacuum Dry,即真空干燥)工艺的主要作用是将光阻剂成分中的溶剂利用抽压的方式进行抽取完成初步干燥,然后利用HP(加热装置)、CP(冷却装置)完成后续制程。
现有的冷却装置通常包括冷却箱和缓冲箱,缓冲箱设置于冷却箱的顶部。一般而言,缓冲箱几乎占用冷却箱顶部的全部面积,冷却箱顶部无法满足工作人员进行作业的站立空间。然而,缓冲箱长时间不能彻底有效清洁时,缓冲箱内会堆积大量的颗粒(Particle),该颗粒会极易造成面板表面存在颗粒等异物。而冷却箱的高度在5m以上,冷却箱的开口在背向加热装置的一侧并且冷却箱内也没有提供工作人员的作业空间,工作人员在对缓冲箱内进行清洁时必须登高梯作业,这将十分困难且登高作业存在一定危险性。
发明内容

参照图4,当对缓冲箱1000进行清洁等作业时,通过控制使8个承载机构230在第一滑轨210和第二滑轨220上进行滑动,从而使这8个承载机构230都彼此紧靠在一起。而紧靠在一起的8个承载机构230的8个支撑板231的宽度等于A1~A16区中8个区的宽度,且等于B1~B16区中8个区的宽度,从而可以将A1~A16区中另外8个区的宽度以及B1~B16区中另外8个区的宽度空出,以提供给工作人员进行作业的空间。当A1~A16区中每个区的宽度和B1~B16区中每个区的宽度都大于每个支撑架230的支撑板231的宽度时,紧靠在一起的8个承载机构230的8个支撑板231的宽度小于A1~A16区中8个区的宽度,且小于B1~B16区中8个区的宽度,这样提供给工作人员进行作业的空间将会更大。
图5是根据本发明的实施例的面板冷却装置的结构示意图。
参照图5,根据本发明的实施例的面板冷却装置包括冷却箱2000和上述的缓冲箱1000,缓冲箱1000设置于冷却箱2000的顶部。
综上所述,根据本发明的实施例,将缓冲箱内的固定支撑架改装成智能驱动进行滚动的支撑架,清洁保养缓冲箱或处理缓冲箱破片时,支撑架通过外部控制进行滚动而全部紧靠在一起,从而为工作人员提供足够大的作业空间,从而提高工作人员的作业安全性。此外,由于缓冲箱内能够得到及时有效地快速清洁,且清洁效果更好,缓冲箱内不会存在大量的颗粒,因此会明显改善面板表面的品质,从而提高产品良率。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于面板冷却装置的缓冲箱,其中,包括箱体以及设置于箱体内的承载机构,所述承载基板包括第一滑轨、第二滑轨和多个支撑架,所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨彼此相对且固定于所述箱体内,所述支撑架架设于所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨上,并且所述支撑架能够相对于所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨进行移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述承载机构的数量为至少两个,至少两个所述承载机构在所述箱体的高度方向上间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述支撑架包括支撑板、与所述支撑板的第一端连接的第一滚轮以及与所述支撑板的第二端连接的第二滚轮,所述第一滚轮设置于所述第一滑轨上,所述第二滚轮设置于所述第二滑轨上,所述支撑板的第一端和第二端彼此相对。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述支撑架包括支撑板、与所述支撑板的第一端连接的第一滚轮以及与所述支撑板的第二端连接的第二滚轮,所述第一滚轮设置于所述第一滑轨上,所述第二滚轮设置于所述第二滑轨上,所述支撑板的第一端和第二端彼此相对。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述支撑架还包括第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述第一连接杆连接于所述支撑板的第一端和所述第一滚轮之间,所述第二连接杆连接于所述支撑板的第二端和所述第二滚轮之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述支撑架还包括第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述第一连接杆连接于所述支撑板的第一端和所述第一滚轮之间,所述第二连接杆连接于所述支撑板的第二端和所述第二滚轮之间。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述第一滚轮和所述第二滚轮通过电磁驱动以分别在所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨上进行滚动。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述第一滚轮和所述第二滚轮通过电磁驱动以分别在所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨上进行滚动。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的缓冲箱,其中,当所述多个支撑架的支撑板彼此紧靠时,紧靠在一起的多个支撑板的总宽度等于或小于所述第一滑轨的长度。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的缓冲箱,其中,当所述多个支撑架的支撑板彼此紧靠时,紧靠在一起的多个支撑板的总宽度等于或小于所述第一滑轨的长度。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述第一滑轨包括第一水平板以及由所述第一水平板的相对所述第二滑轨的一端弯折形成的第一竖直板,所述第一滚轮设置于所述第一水平板上;
    所述第二滑轨包括第二水平板以及由所述第二水平板的相对所述第一滑轨的一端弯折形成的第二竖直板,所述第二滚轮设置于所述第二水平板上。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的缓冲箱,其中,所述第一滑轨包括第一水平板以及由所述第一水平板的相对所述第二滑轨的一端弯折形成的第一竖直板,所述第一滚轮设置于所述第一水平板上;
    所述第二滑轨包括第二水平板以及由所述第二水平板的相对所述第一滑轨的一端弯折形成的第二竖直板,所述第二滚轮设置于所述第二水平板上。
  13. 一种面板冷却装置,其中,包括冷却箱和权利要求1所述的缓冲箱,所述缓冲箱设置于所述冷却箱的顶部。
