本申请属于灯具技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种灯具安装组件。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,灯具所扮演的角色绝不仅仅只在于照明,人们往往要求灯具在具备照明这一基本功能的同时,还应兼具一定的装饰效果,为用户带来美的体验。
对于设于屋顶的大型灯具,人们往往在考虑固定安全性和外观体验性之间处于两难境地,其原因在于,目前的安装框只具有将灯具固定于屋顶或吊顶上的作用,该固定方式通常使安装框外露,或者即使有正面框对安装框进行遮盖,该正面框也因固连于安装框而无法满足其造型灵活性的要求,进而不能满足各种装修风格下的不同外观要求;且传统的安装方式因其结构局限性,尤其对于设于屋顶的大型灯具,在灯具需要更换灯泡或者进行其他维护时,不得不将安装框和正面框一并拆下,从而在使灯具完全裸露的情况下进行维修,而维修之后几乎需要以安装整个灯具组件的工程量才能完全使其恢复全貌,这对于用户和厂家无疑都是十分耗资耗时又耗力的过程。
技术问题
现有技术中的灯具安装结构存在因其正面框固设于其安装框上而无法满足各种装修风格下的不同外观要求,以及因其结构局限性造成的灯具维护过程繁琐、耗资耗时的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本申请采用的技术方案是:提供一种灯具安装组件,安装于屋顶上,所述灯具安装组件包括灯主体,所述灯具安装组件还包括固连于所述灯主体的用于将所述灯主体固定于所述屋顶上的安装框,以及可拆卸连接于所述安装框并遮盖所述安装框的正面框;所述灯具安装组件还包括连接于所述安装框的用于将所述安装框固连于所述屋顶上的长度可调的拉绳组件。
进一步地,所述正面框磁性吸合于所述安装框上。
进一步地,所述安装框上设有角铁,所述正面框上设有磁铁,所述磁铁吸合于所述角铁。
进一步地,所述安装框上开设有安装凹槽,所述灯主体卡设于所述安装凹槽内。

有益效果
本申请提供的灯具安装组件的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请灯具安装组件可通过安装框将灯主体固定于屋顶上,并通过在安装框上加设用于将其遮盖的正面框,使安装框不外露,满足了用户对灯具的装饰要求;另外,通过将正面框与安装框采用可拆卸连接的连接方式,从而,无需更换安装框即可根据装修风格的对正面框进行任意的造型和更换,即在不影响灯具使用安全性的前提下,满足了灯具造型的灵活性,扩宽了整个灯具安装组件的适用场合;再者,由于正面框可拆离于安装框,这样,只需将正面框拆下即可进行灯具的维护,如此,改变了以往需将安装框和正面框一并拆下才能进行灯具维护的局面,解决了因传统灯具安装结构的结构局限性造成的灯具维护过程繁琐且耗资耗时技术问题;此外,通过长度可调的拉绳组件将安装框固定连接于屋顶上,使安装框及灯主体与屋顶之间的相对位置可调,进一步满足各种安装场合下的装配需要。

实施例一:
请一并参阅图1至图10,现对本申请提供的灯具安装组件进行说明。灯具安装组件,安装于屋顶10上,该灯具安装组件包括灯主体20,还包括固连于灯主体20的用于将灯主体20固定于屋顶10上的安装框30,以及可拆卸连接于安装框30并遮盖安装框30的正面框40;该灯具安装组件还包括连接于安装框30的用于将该安装框30固连于屋顶10上的长度可调的拉绳组件50。这里,灯主体20安装固定于安装框30上,安装框30通过拉绳组件50将灯主体20安装于屋顶10上。具体地,拉绳组件50的长度可调,即分别连接于拉绳组件50相对两端的安装框30和屋顶10的之间的相对位置可调,从而满足各种安装场合下的装配需要;另外,安装框30和正面框40相互独立且可拆卸地连接,即在需要维护时只需将正面框40拆下即可对灯主体20进行维护,又由于正面框40遮盖于安装框30,即安装框30在灯具安装组件安装于屋顶10上以后对于用户来说是不可视的,因而灯具的外观很大程度上就取决于正面框40的造型,而正面框40又可拆卸地连接于安装框30,故安装框30可以适配于各种造型的正面框40,即灯具的外观造型得以有效地多样化。优选地,在本实施例中,共包括有分别布设于安装框30四角的四套拉绳组件50,以保证结构的稳定性和平衡性,当然在其他实施例中拉绳组件50的数量以能够保证灯具安装的稳定性和平衡性为准,此处不做唯一限定。
本申请提供的灯具安装组件,与现有技术相比,本申请灯具安装组件通过安装框30将灯主体20固定于屋顶10上,并通过在安装框30上加设用于将其遮盖的正面框40,使安装框30不外露,满足用户对灯具的装饰要求,且正面框40通过可拆卸的方式与安装框30连接,从而,在无需更换安装框30的前提下,可拆卸的正面框40可以根据装修风格的需要任意造型和更换,即在不影响灯具的使用安全性的前提下,满足灯具的造型灵活性,扩宽整个灯具安装组件的适用场合,且由于正面框40可拆离于安装框30,只需将正面框30拆下即可进行灯主体20的维护,改变了以往需将安装框30和正面框40一并拆下才能进行灯具维护的局面,解决了因传统灯具安装结构的结构局限性造成的灯具维护过程繁琐且耗资耗时技术问题;此外,通过长度可调的拉绳组件50将安装框30固定连接于屋顶10上,使安装框30及灯主体20与屋顶10之间的相对位置可调,进一步满足了各种安装场合下的装配需要。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1至图5,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,正面框40磁性吸合于安装框30上。该装配方式简单牢固且成本低廉,更重要的是十分方便于用户从下方将正面框40拆下,使其可以轻松地更换不同造型的正面框40或将正面框40拆下对灯主体20进行维护。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,正面框40还可以通过其他如卡合等其他方式可拆卸连接于安装框30,此处不作唯一限定。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1至图5,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,安装框30上设有角铁S1,正面框40上设有磁铁S2,磁铁S2吸合于角铁S1。具体地,在本实施例中,角铁S1为直角碳铁角码,该碳铁角码通过螺丝和垫片固定于安装框30上,磁铁S2通过自攻螺丝固定于正面框40上的与该碳铁角码对应的位置,在安装过程中,将磁铁S2吸合于该碳铁角码上,从而将正面框40固定于安装框30上;在本实施例中,角铁S1和磁铁S2共有四套且分别设于正面框40和安装框30的四角,当然在本申请的其他实施例中,角铁S1和磁铁S2可以互换位置,即将角铁S1固设于正面框40上,将磁铁S2固设于安装框30上,以能够满足使正面框40磁性吸合于安装框30上为准,此处不作唯一限定。
进一步地,请一并参阅图2和图9,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,安装框30上设有安装凹槽H1,灯主体20卡设于安装凹槽H1内。具体地,在安装框30的四侧内壁上设有分别向安装框30中心延伸的凸板311,该凸板311与该安装框30的四侧内壁围合形成一与灯主体20尺寸相适配的安装凹槽H1,该灯主体20上的相应位置设置有可卡合于该安装凹槽H1内的凸起(图未示),从而使灯主体20简洁而稳定地固连于安装框30上。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,灯主体20还可以通过如螺钉连接、铰接或磁性连接等其他连接方式固连于安装框上,此处不作唯一限定。
进一步地,请一并参阅图4,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,安装框30包括设有安装凹槽H1的安装内框31和可拆卸连接于安装内框31的安装外框32,安装内框31与拉绳组件50固连,安装外框32遮盖拉绳组件50。具体地,在本实施例中,灯主体20安装于设于安装内框32内侧的安装凹槽H1内,且安装内框31通过拉绳组件50固连于屋顶10上,拉绳组件50位于安装内框31的外侧,安装外框32通过螺钉固连于安装内框31上,并与安装内框31围合形成有一半开放式容置空腔H2,该拉绳组件50位于该容置空腔H2内,故安装外框32将拉绳组件50遮盖,使拉绳组件50在用户的视角范围内不可视,从而确保灯具安装组件的外观不受影响。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,安装外框32的结构形状以能够遮盖该拉绳组件50为准,此处不作唯一限定;安装外框32与安装内框31的连接方式也不限定为螺钉连接方式;优选地,本申请提供的灯具安装组件还可以通过更换不同造型的安装外框32以丰富灯具给人的视觉体验,此处不作唯一限定。
优选地,在本实施例中,容置空腔H2内还可以用于置放分别与灯主体20电连接的电源(图未示)和信号控制器(图未示),换言之,安装外框32可用于遮盖该电源和信号控制器,使其在用户的视角范围内不可视,从而确保灯具安装组件的外观不受影响。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,该容置空腔H2还可以用于安置其他可能影响灯具整体外观的零部件,也就是说,安装外框32可以在其与安装内框31围合形成的容置空腔H2的容纳能力允许的前提下,用于遮盖其他任何可能影响灯具整体外观的零部件,此处不作唯一限定。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,拉绳组件50包括拉绳51,连接于拉绳51一端的用于将其固定于屋顶10上的固定件52,以及连接于拉绳51的另一端的用于调节拉绳51长度的调节件53,调节件53固连于安装内框31。具体地,固定件52和调节件53分别设置于拉绳51的两端,固定件52将拉绳51的一端固定于屋顶10上,调节件53将拉绳51的另一端固定于安装内框31上,从而将安装内框31固定连接于屋顶10上;调节件53在具备固定连接功能的同时还具备调节拉绳51长度的功能,即通过调节件53调节拉绳的长度,从而调整安装框30与屋顶10的相对位置,使其进一步满足各种安装场合下的装配需要。

进一步地,请参阅图4至图5,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,调节件53包括分别固连于拉绳51的另一端和安装内框31上的连接部531,以及设于连接部531一端的用于调节拉绳51长度的调节部522,安装外框32遮盖连接部531,正面框40遮盖调节部532。具体地,连接部531包括外壳(图未标),开设于外壳相对两端的供拉绳穿过的拉绳过孔(图未示),设于外壳内的一端将拉绳51卡死的卡子(图未示),设于该外壳一端的调节部532通过弹簧(图未示)抵顶配合与该卡子的另一端,通过按压连接部531使弹簧推动卡子的另一端运动,从而使卡子的一端易位并松开拉绳51,使拉绳51可以在拉绳过孔内自由地上下运动,运动至需要的位置时,即可松开调节部532使拉绳51再次被卡死;这里连接部531位于安装内框31的外侧,可以通过安装外框32将其遮盖,调节部532位于安装内框31的内侧,可以通过正面框40进行遮盖,从而整个调节件53均不出现在用户的视角范围内。需要重点说明的是,在需要更换灯泡或者做其他维护时,可以取下正面框40,使调节部53裸露,从而可以按压调节部53使卡子松开拉绳51,安装框30及灯主体20相对于屋顶10下移,在方便维护的位置松开调节部522使其停下,从而大大加大了灯具安装组件的维护便捷度。
进一步地,请一并参阅图4和图10,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,灯具安装组件还包括分别连接于正面框40和安装内框31的锁链组件60,正面框40遮盖锁链组件60。这里,锁链组件60的加入主要是为了进一步确保正面框40与安装内框31之间的连接稳定性,即在正面框40与安装框30磁性连接的同时加入锁链组件,避免磁性连接可能因失磁或其他外力作用带来的安全风险。具体地,锁链组件60包括分别固连于正面框40和安装内框31的9字钉61,分别可拆卸连接于9字钉61上的8字扣62,以及两端分别扣设于8字口62上的不锈钢链63,上述锁链组件60在本实施例中共有两套,分别位于灯主体20相对两侧。当然,上述锁链组件60的数量和结构组成以能够进一步确保正面框40与安装内框31之间的连接稳定性为准,此处不作唯一限定。此外,正面框40遮盖于锁链组件60,即锁链组件60在灯具安装组件安装于屋顶上后,对用户来说是不可视的,如此在满足使用安全性的条件下还能保证良好的外观,带来较好的用户体验。
实施例二:
本实施例相对于实施例一的区别在于安装框30不仅通过拉绳组件50连接于屋顶10,还通过连接件Z固定于屋顶10下方的吊顶70上,且由于吊顶70的加入,将拉绳组件50隔断在用户的视角范围之外,故将上述实施例中可拆卸连接于安装内框31上的用于将拉绳组件50遮盖的安装外框32取下。与上述实施例相同的技术方案在此便不再赘述,其具体实施方式如下所述:

进一步地,请一并参阅图8至图10,作为本申请提供的灯具安装组件的一种具体实施方式,灯具安装组件还包括分别可拆卸连接于正面框40和安装框30的锁链组件60,正面框40遮盖锁链组件60。这里,锁链组件60的加入主要是为了进一步确保正面框40与安装框30之间的连接稳定性,即在正面框40与安装框30磁性连接的同时加入锁链组件,避免磁性连接可能因失磁或其他外力作用带来的安全风险。具体地,锁链组件60包括分别固连于正面框40和安装框30的9字钉61,分别可拆卸连接于9字钉61上的8字扣62,以及两端分别扣设于8字口62上的不锈钢链63,上述锁链组件60在本实施例中共有两套,分别位于灯主体20相对两侧。当然,上述锁链组件60的数量和结构组成以能够进一步确保正面框40与安装框30之间的连接稳定性为准,此处不作唯一限定。此外,正面框40遮盖于锁链组件60,即锁链组件60在灯具安装组件安装于屋顶上后,对用户来说是不可视的,如此在满足使用安全性的条件下还能保证良好的外观,带来较好的用户体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 灯具安装组件,安装于屋顶上,所述灯具安装组件包括灯主体,其特征在于:所述灯具安装组件还包括固连于所述灯主体的用于将所述灯主体固定于所述屋顶上的安装框,以及可拆卸连接于所述安装框并遮盖所述安装框的正面框;所述灯具安装组件还包括连接于所述安装框的用于将所述安装框固连于所述屋顶上的长度可调的拉绳组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述正面框磁性吸合于所述安装框上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装框上设有角铁,所述正面框上设有磁铁,所述磁铁吸合于所述角铁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装框上开设有安装凹槽,所述灯主体卡设于所述安装凹槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装框包括开设有所述安装凹槽的安装内框和可拆卸连接于所述安装内框的安装外框,所述安装内框与所述拉绳组件固连,所述安装外框遮盖所述拉绳组件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述拉绳组件包括拉绳,连接于所述拉绳一端的用于将其固定于所述屋顶上的固定件,以及连接于所述拉绳的另一端的用于调节所述拉绳长度的调节件,所述调节件固连于所述安装内框。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述固定件包括固定片,穿过所述固定片的用于将所述固定片固定于所述屋顶上的射钉,以及设于所述固定片一侧的用于将所述拉绳的一端固定于所述固定片上的紧固螺母。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述固定件包括挂钩,将所述挂钩固定于所述屋顶上的膨胀螺丝,所述拉绳的一端挂设于所述挂钩上。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述调节件包括分别固连于所述拉绳的另一端和所述安装内框上的连接部,以及设于所述连接部一端的用于调节所述拉绳长度的调节部;所述安装外框遮盖所述连接部,所述正面框遮盖所述调节部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述灯具安装组件还包括分别可拆卸连接于所述正面框和所述安装内框的锁链组件,所述正面框遮盖所述锁链组件。
  11. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述灯具安装组件还包括设于所述安装框上的用于将所述安装框固定于吊顶上的连接件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装内框上开设有通孔,所述连接件穿过所述通孔并用于将所述安装内框固连于所述吊顶上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述连接件穿过所述通孔并在所述通孔内的位置可调。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述拉绳组件包括拉绳,连接于所述拉绳一端的用于将其固定于所述屋顶上的固定件,以及连接于所述拉绳的另一端的用于调节所述拉绳长度的调节件,所述调节件固连于所述安装框上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的灯具安装组件,其特征在于:所述灯具安装组件还包括分别可拆卸连接于所述正面框和所述安装框的锁链组件,所述正面框遮盖所述锁链组件。
