  • the content of silicon (Si) is 0.1 to 0.5% by weight.
  • Silicon (Si) is an element to be added as a deoxidizing element, and as the content of the ferrite phase forming element increases, the ferrite phase stability increases. When the content of silicon (Si) increases, the formula potential and oxidation resistance increase. In the present invention, silicon (Si) is contained in an amount of 0.1% or more. However, when the content of silicon (Si) is excessive, problems such as increase of silicon steel inclusions and surface defects may occur, so that the maximum content is 0.5%.

  • the upper limit of the content of chromium (Cr) is preferably limited to 18%.
  • the content of titanium (Ti) is 0.15 to 0.5% by weight or less.
  • Titanium (Ti) is an element that prevents generation of intergranular corrosion by fixing carbon (C) and nitrogen (N). However, if the ratio of titanium (Ti) / (carbon (C) + nitrogen (N)) is low, there is a problem that corrosion resistance is lowered due to generation of grain boundaries in the welds. Accordingly, it is preferable to control the titanium (Ti) to at least 0.15% or more. However, if the amount of titanium (Ti) added is too high, the inclusion of rigid inclusions may increase, causing surface defects such as scabs to be generated and clogging the nozzle during performance. It is preferable to control the upper limit to 0.5%.
