本发明涉及一种马桶盖快速拆装结构。
背景技术
马桶包括陶瓷本体和盖板组件,盖板组件包括上盖和座圈,盖板组件通常是采用支座和转轴安装在陶瓷本体上的。为了实现盖板组件的快速安装和拆卸,目前已经有多种马桶的快拆结构。但这些结构大多需要按键来操作。通过按键操作时,人需要将手拇指放在按键上进行按压动作,然后再将手移至盖板的其余部分,以便方便用力提起盖板。此操作虽然能实现快速拆卸,但仍然需要两步。而且按键大多设置在盖板根部,容易脏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在问题,提供了一种无需按键快拆的马桶盖,克服背景技术中马桶盖所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,它包括盖板组件,两个支座以及连接盖板组件和支座的转轴,每个转轴上插接有锁杆以及锁杆复位装置,在第一、第二锁杆之间设有一扭簧,所述扭簧第一端可移动的连接在第一锁杆上,第二端连接在第二锁杆上,所述的第二锁杆具有一扭簧固定部;
所述的第一锁杆外端设有锁接板;内端设有可供扭簧第一端移动的滑槽结构,包括:相互连通的V形槽和长条形凹槽;
所述的两支座上均设有一支座顶块,所述支座顶块上设有能够顶推锁杆使锁杆横向移动的滑动部;
所述锁杆被支座顶块顶推互相靠近或远离时,扭簧的第一端能够移动至V形槽底部或长条形凹槽处;所述的锁杆远离支座的锁接凹槽或是锁接在支座的锁接凹槽内。
在一实施例中,所述滑槽结构:第一锁杆内端上表面凸设有V形块,V形块的V形槽后还设有V形的导向面;V形块的侧面设一挡壁,挡壁和V形块之间设有长条形凹槽,长条形凹槽的底部高于第一锁杆的上表面,两者的交界处形成台阶。
在一实施例中,所述台阶的竖直面为左右方向的倾斜面,其和V形块的V形一条臂的正面连接,成为连续的倾斜面。
在一实施例中,所述的第一锁杆内端向内延伸设有两个上下平行的面板,滑槽结构设置在上面板;相应的第二锁杆内端向内延伸设有两个上下平行的面板,扭簧固定部设置在上面板。
在一实施例中,所述的上面板、下面板前端两侧均设有弹性卡。
在一实施例中,还包括一圆柱形套筒固定件,两锁杆内端部的上下板面由两侧分别插入该固定件内,固定件开有卡接槽;套筒固定件的两端轴心处设有弹簧固定柱,装有两复位弹簧。
在一实施例中,所述支座顶块上的滑动部为斜面,锁杆上设置有相应的斜面。
在一实施例中,所述锁杆外端锁接板的下方一体垂直设置有斜面,锁接板前端开有定位卡槽。
在一实施例中,还包括能够限制或解除支座顶块和锁杆之间相互作用的锁接装置。
在一实施例中,所述的锁接装置包括:
阻尼器套,其和阻尼器同步旋转,所述阻尼器套内孔壁一侧设有让位孔;
限位滑块,所述限位滑块设于所述支座顶块上方;所述的限位滑块设有一能够进入让位孔或退出让位孔的滑动凸台;还设有限位勾,限位勾的底部设有让位槽,让位槽的一侧设限位底面。
在一实施例中,所述的支座顶块设有限位筋条,该限位筋条能够进入限位勾的让位槽。
在一实施例中,所述的锁接装置还包括固定转轴,固定转轴其轴向内端开有T形槽,锁杆外端锁接板及垂直斜面插接在T形槽内;其轴向外端下部开有一对导槽,限位滑块的限位勾可在导槽滑动;固定转轴中部下方设有支座顶块导向部。
在一实施例中,还包括一套筒,第一锁杆、套筒固定件、第二锁杆依次设于套筒内。
本发明技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、本发明安装简单,对准支座,垂直按压盖板组件,即可完成快速安装;再次垂直按压盖板组件,可拔起盖板组件,实现盖板组件的快速拆卸。
2、本发明,采用内锁杆结构,拆卸过程要求左右两侧同时垂直受力,以触发解锁功能,异常状态,如左右两侧其一单边受力或盖板组件左右摇晃状态下,无法解锁,提升产品安全稳定性。
3、本发明,采用阻尼套让位孔结构,当盖板组件处于零度状态,让位孔处于开启状态,盖板组件在受向下力的情况下,也不会发生误解锁,双重保障其安全性。

当盖板组件即座圈3与上盖4,处于九十度状态,再次由顶端向下压座圈3与上盖4;左阻尼套2.06同步旋转90°后,让位孔2.06-1逐步由开启状态向关闭过渡,迫使限位滑块2.04上的滑动凸台2.04-1移至平面2.06-2上;同时支座顶块2.01的限位筋条2.01-1和限位滑块2.04的避让槽2.04-3位于同一竖直面上,限位筋条2.01-1能够进入避让槽2.04-3。
在外力作用下,通过支座1作用下迫使支座顶块2.01向上位移,同时斜面2.01-3可以将第一锁杆的斜面顶起(第二锁杆为斜面2.14-1)顶起,迫使第一锁杆2.08第二锁杆2.14向套筒中心移动,在左第二锁杆移动过程中扭簧2.13卡位2.13-1沿着导向面2.08-4移动进入导向面2.08-5,再沿着导向面2.08-5进入V形槽2.08-6底部,第一锁杆2.08和第二锁杆2.14在卡位2.13-1作用下相互锁定,第一锁杆2.08第二锁杆2.14分别与支座组件1分离,完成盖板解锁。
使用状态:当盖板组件即上盖4与座圈3,处于九十度状态,且单边受力的情况下,第一锁杆2.08或第二锁杆2.14其一向套筒中心移动,由于受限于第二锁杆2.14上的扭簧2.13与第一锁杆2.08的相对距离,卡位2.13-1将无法到达导向面2.08-5位置,解锁功能将无法开启;以防止误操作的状态下将盖板组件拔起,提升了产品在使用过程和拆装过程中的安全稳定性。
使用状态:当盖板组件即上盖4与座圈3,处于零度状态,左阻尼套2.06中让位孔2.06-1处于开启状态,在弹簧2.03作用下使得限位滑块2.04上的滑动凸台2.04-1可以沉入让位孔2.06-1中;此时,限位勾2.04-3的限位底面2.04-4位于限位筋条2.01-1上方,限制其向上位移空间,盖板组件在向下受力的情况下第一锁杆2.08及第二锁杆2.14不会受力移动,盖板不会发生误解锁现象。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,安装简单,对准支座,垂直按压盖板组件,即可完成快速安装;再次垂直按压盖板组件,可拔起盖板组件,实现盖板组件的快速拆卸。使用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,它包括盖板组件,两个支座以及连接盖板组件和支座的转轴,其特征在于:每个转轴上插接有锁杆以及锁杆复位装置,在第一、第二锁杆之间设有一扭簧,所述扭簧第一端可移动的连接在第一锁杆上,第二端连接在第二锁杆上,所述的第二锁杆具有一扭簧固定部;
    所述的第一锁杆外端设有锁接板;内端设有可供扭簧第一端移动的滑槽结构,包括:相互连通的V形槽和长条形凹槽;
    所述的两支座上均设有一支座顶块,所述支座顶块上设有能够顶推锁杆使锁杆横向移动的滑动部;
    所述锁杆被支座顶块顶推互相靠近或远离时,扭簧的第一端能够移动至V形槽底部或长条形凹槽处;所述的锁杆远离支座的锁接凹槽或是锁接在支座的锁接凹槽内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:所述滑槽结构:第一锁杆内端上表面凸设有V形块,V形块的V形槽后还设有V形的导向面;V形块的侧面设一挡壁,挡壁和V形块之间设有长条形凹槽,长条形凹槽的底部高于第一锁杆的上表面,两者的交界处形成台阶。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:所述台阶的竖直面为左右方向的倾斜面,其和V形块的V形一条臂的正面连接,成为连续的倾斜面。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:所述的第一锁杆内端向内延伸设有两个上下平行的面板,滑槽结构设置在上面板;相应的第二锁杆内端向内延伸设有两个上下平行的面板,扭簧固定部设置在上面板。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:所述的上面板、下面板前端两侧均设有弹性卡。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:还包括一圆柱形套筒固定件,两锁杆内端部的上下板面由两侧分别插入该固定件内,固定件开有卡接槽;套筒固定件的两端轴心处设有弹簧固定柱,装有两复位弹簧。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:所述支座顶块上的滑动部为斜面,锁杆上设置有相应的斜面。
  8. 如权利要求1或7所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于,所述锁杆外端锁接板的下方一体垂直设置有斜面,锁接板前端开有定位卡槽。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于:它还包括能够限制或解除支座顶块和锁杆之间相互作用的锁接装置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于,所述的锁接装置包括:
    阻尼器套,其和阻尼器同步旋转,所述阻尼器套内孔壁一侧设有让位孔;
    限位滑块,所述限位滑块设于所述支座顶块上方;所述的限位滑块设有一能够进入让位孔或退出让位孔的滑动凸台;还设有限位勾,限位勾的底部设有让位槽,让位槽的一侧设限位底面。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于,所述的支座顶块设有限位筋条,该限位筋条能够进入限位勾的让位槽。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于,所述的锁接装置还包括固定转轴,固定转轴其轴向内端开有T形槽,锁杆外端锁接板及垂直斜面插接在T形槽内;其轴向外端下部开有一对导槽,限位滑块的限位勾可在 导槽滑动;固定转轴中部下方设有支座顶块导向部。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的一种马桶盖快速拆装结构,其特征在于,还包括一套筒,第一锁杆、套筒固定件、第二锁杆依次设于套筒内。
