Abstract

一种电子设备,包括:外壳(1),以及设置于外壳(1)内的组件,组件包括具有振膜的发声装置模组(4),外壳(1)与组件之间设有间隙(5),间隙(5)与振膜的正面导通,在外壳(1)上设有与间隙(5)连通的出声孔(100)。该技术方案要解决的一个技术问题是现有模组出声孔与整机出声孔密封相接导致整机出声孔的数量、位置被限定,该技术方案的整机出声孔可以根据整体外观、结构需求、出声需求来进行具体设计。

Description

一种电子设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声转换技术领域,更具体地,本实用新型涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
扬声器模组是便携式电子设备的重要声学器件,用于完成电信号与声信号之间的转换,是一种能量转换器件。
扬声器模组一般装配于电子设备内。现有扬声器模组与电子设备整机之间的装配关系是模组出声孔与整机出声孔密封相接。模组出声孔与整机出声孔之间需要设置有密封泡棉等密封结构,从而将模组出声孔与整机出声孔密封相接。声音直接从扬声器模组的前声腔直接输出到密封相接的模组出声孔和整机出声孔后辐射至电子设备的外面。
现有模组出声孔与整机出声孔密封相接,导致整机出声孔的数量、位置需要根据模组出声孔来进行相应设计。整机出声孔受到模组出声孔的限定,不能根据电子设备的整体外观、结构需求、出声需求来进行具体设计。
因此,有必要对现有电子设备、其内发声装置模组的出声方式进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种电子设备的新技术方案。
根据本实用新型的第一方面,提供了一种电子设备。该电子设备包括:外壳,以及设置于所述外壳内的组件,所述组件包括具有振膜的发声装置模组,所述外壳与所述组件之间设有间隙,所述间隙与所述振膜的正面导通,在所述外壳上设有与所述间隙连通的出声孔。
可选地,所述出声孔的数量为一个或者多个。
可选地,在所述外壳上安装有用于覆盖所述出声孔的防尘网。
可选地,所述发声装置模组包括模组壳体和安装于所述模组壳体内的发声器单体,所述发声器单体将模组壳体内部隔离形成密闭的后声腔,在所述模组壳体上设有与发声器单体的振膜正面连通的出声口。
可选地,所述发声装置模组正出声,所述出声口设于模组壳体的正面,所述振膜的正面正对所述出声口,所述间隙与所述振膜的正面直接导通。
可选地,发声器单体振膜的正面与模组壳体之间形成侧出声腔,所述出声口设于模组壳体的侧面与所述侧出声腔连通,所述侧出声腔与所述间隙直接导通。
可选地,在所述发声装置模组与所述外壳的内表面之间设有弹垫。
可选地,所述组件还包括主板,所述发声装置模组与所述主板连接。
本实用新型提供的电子设备中,在外壳的内部设有若干组件。该组件包括发声装置模组,发声装置模组包括振膜。外壳与设于其内部的组件之间设有间隙,该间隙与振膜的正面导通。在外壳上设有与间隙连通的出声孔。
外壳与其内部组件之间的间隙为与振膜正面导通的腔室,其体积较大。因而与该间隙连通的出声孔的位置、数量并未被限定,能够自由设定。出声孔的设计可使得电子设备整机的外形更为美观。整机出声孔可以根据整体外观、结构需求、出声需求来进行具体设计。
出声孔仅设置于外壳上。模组上不必设有出声孔。不需再将整机出声孔与模组出声孔对接,安装方便。不需再设置密封泡棉等密封结构将整机出声孔与模组出声孔密封对接,结构更优化。
因此,本实用新型所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本实用新型是一种新的技术方案。
通过以下参照附图对本实用新型的示例性实施例的详细描述,本实用新型的其它特征及其优点将会变得清楚。

本实用新型提供了一种电子设备,参考图1,该电子设备包括围有内腔的外壳1以及设置于所述外壳1内的组件。所述组件包括发声装置模组4。所述发声装置模组4用于将电信号转换为声信号。所述发声装置模组4包括用于发声的振膜。所述发声装置模组4的具体结构可采用现有技术,在此不作赘述,例如所述发声装置模组4可以是扬声器模组等。
所述外壳1与其内部组件之间设有间隙5。所述间隙5与所述振膜的正面导通。在所述外壳1上设有与所述间隙5连通的出声孔100。所述振膜发出的声音从所述间隙5输出至所述外壳1上的出声孔100后辐射至电子设备的外面。
所述外壳1与其内部组件之间的间隙5为与所述振膜正面导通的腔室,其体积较大。所述出声孔100能与体积较大的所述间隙5导通即可实现出声,因而所述出声孔100的具体位置、数量能有较大选择空间。所述出声孔100数量、位置的设计可考虑使所述电子设备整机的外形更为美观。
所述出声孔100仅设置于所述外壳1上。不必在所述发声装置模组4上设有出声孔100,不需将整机出声孔100与模组出声孔100对接,安装方便。不需再设置密封泡棉等密封结构将整机出声孔100与模组出声孔100密封对接,结构更优化。
本实用新型中,所述出声孔100的数量可根据出声需求、外形美观需求自由选择。所述出声孔100的数量可以为一个。或者,所述出声孔100的数量也可以为多个。
参考图2至图5,所述外壳1与所述组件之间设有间隙5,所述间隙5与所述振膜的正面导通。所述出声孔100的数量可以为三个,三个所述出声孔100均与所述间隙5连通。
为避免灰尘等杂质通过所述出声孔100进入所述模组外壳的内腔,优选地,参考图1、图2,在所述出声孔100位置可以设有防尘网2。所述防尘网2完全覆盖所述出声孔100。所述防尘网2安装于所述外壳1上。例如,所述防尘网2可以粘贴于所述出声孔100的内表面上。
所述发声装置模组包括模组壳体和安装于所述模组壳体内的发声器单体。所述发声器单体将模组壳体内部隔离形成密闭的后声腔。在所述模组壳体上设有与发声器单体的振膜正面连通的出声口。发生器单体产生的声音从出声口发出。
所述发声装置模组4的出声方式可以有多种。
一个例子中,所述发声装置模组4采用正出声方式,所述出声口设于模组壳体的正面,所述振膜的正面正对所述出声口,所述间隙5与所述振 膜的正面直接导通。所述振膜的正面正对所述间隙5。所述振膜发出的声音直接输入至所述间隙5。
该实施例中,所述间隙5与所述振膜的正面直接导通,所述出声孔100与所述间隙5连通。所述间隙5形成前声腔。
另一个例子中,参考图3,所述发声装置模组4采用侧出声方式。发声器单体振膜的正面与模组壳体之间形成侧出声腔40,所述出声口设于模组壳体的侧面与所述侧出声腔连通,所述侧出声腔40与所述间隙5直接导通。所述振膜发出的声音经所述侧出声腔40后输入至所述间隙5。
该实施例中,所述间隙5通过所述侧出声腔40与所述振膜的正面导通。所述侧出声腔40与所述间隙5直接导通,无声道结构。所述侧出声腔40与所述间隙5共同形成前声腔。
优选地,参考图1,在所述发声装置模组4与所述外壳1的内表面之间设有弹垫6。所述弹垫6能对所述发声装置模组4进行缓冲,防止所述发声装置模组4碰撞所述外壳1。
优选地,参考图1,所述组件还包括主板3。所述发声装置模组4与所述主板3连接。所述发声装置模组4连接于所述主板3上,所述主板3能对所述发声装置模组4输入电信号。所述主板3与所述发声装置模组4的具体电连接方式可以采用现有技术,在此不作赘述。
优选地,所述发声装置模组4安装于所述外壳1内,其具体安装的方式可以有多种。例如,所述发声装置模组4可与所述外壳1卡接。例如,所述发声装置模组4可以螺纹连接于所述外壳1上。例如,所述发声装置模组4可以粘接于所述外壳1上。
本实用新型并不限定所述外壳1的具体结构。可选地,参考图1,所述外壳1包括机壳10、中壳11和下壳12。所述机壳10、中壳11和下壳12共同围成所述内腔。例如图2至图5所示,在所述机壳10上可以设有多个所述出声孔100。例如,所述弹垫6可以安装于所述下壳12上。

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳(1),以及
    设置于所述外壳(1)内的组件,所述组件包括具有振膜的发声装置模组(4),所述外壳(1)与所述组件之间设有间隙(5),所述间隙(5)与所述振膜的正面导通,在所述外壳(1)上设有与所述间隙(5)连通的出声孔(100)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述出声孔(100)的数量为一个或者多个。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述外壳(1)上安装有用于覆盖所述出声孔(100)的防尘网(2)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述发声装置模组包括模组壳体和安装于所述模组壳体内的发声器单体,所述发声器单体将模组壳体内部隔离形成密闭的后声腔,在所述模组壳体上设有与发声器单体的振膜正面连通的出声口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述发声装置模组(4)正出声,所述出声口设于模组壳体的正面,所述振膜的正面正对所述出声口,所述间隙(5)与所述振膜的正面直接导通。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,发声器单体振膜的正面与模组壳体之间形成侧出声腔(40),所述出声口设于模组壳体的侧面与所述侧出声腔连通,所述侧出声腔(40)与所述间隙(5)直接导通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述发声装置模组(4)与所述外壳(1)的内表面之间设有弹垫(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述组件还包括主板(3),所述发声装置模组(4)与所述主板(3)连接。
