Abstract

一种多用途浮子安装支架,包括:圆弧板(2)和平面板(8),所述圆弧板(2)设置在平面板(8)的一端,所述圆弧板(2)的外凸面上间隔设置有两个限位柱(1),所述两个限位柱(1)上下分布且中间留有间隙,所述平面板(8)上设置有第一组安装孔(5)和第二组安装孔(4),水泵(12)上设置有与第一组安装孔(5)对应的第一组螺纹孔,所述浮子(11)上设置有与第二组安装孔(4)对应的第二组螺纹孔。通过上述方式,所述的多用途浮子安装支架通过螺栓固定,使得浮子与水泵分别与平面板连接,完成浮子在水泵上的固定,另外,可以利用抱紧装置与水管的配合,把圆弧板固定在水管一侧,然后把浮子固定在平面板上,完成浮子在水管上的固定,转换便利。

Description

一种多用途浮子安装支架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及家用排污泵技术领域,特别是涉及一种多用途浮子安装支架。
背景技术
水泵的工作可以利用浮子进行控制,液面高度的下降会对浮子逐渐失去浮力,从而自动断电,液面高度上升时,浮子开关通过浮力自动闭合,为水泵接通电路。
常规浮子安装支架有两种,一种是固定安装在水泵上,另外一种是固定安装在出水管上,两种浮子安装支架不可以互换,也即是限制了使用的范围,需要改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多用途浮子安装支架,可以把浮子安装在水泵上或者固定安装在出水管,提升使用便利性。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多用途浮子安装支架,包括:圆弧板和平面板,所述圆弧板设置在平面板的一端,所述圆弧板的外凸面上间隔设置有两个限位柱,所述两个限位柱上下分布且中间留有间隙,所述平面板上设置有第一组安装孔和第二组安装孔,所述水泵上设置有与第一组安装孔对应的第一组螺纹孔,所述浮子上设置有与第二组安装孔对应的第二组螺纹孔。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述圆弧板和平面板相垂直。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述圆弧板和平面板为一体化结构或者 分体连接结构,可以采用钢板、其它金属或者非金属材料制成。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述圆弧板和平面板连接处设置有加强筋进行加强。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述圆弧板的两侧边缘分别设置有弧形槽。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,还包括一个抱紧装置,所述水泵的出水端竖直设置有水管,所述圆弧板贴合在水管外壁上,抱紧装置紧固在圆弧板和水管外部,所述抱紧装置分别穿过弧形槽和两个限位柱之间的间隙,且浮子设置在平面板上,利用螺栓穿过第二组安装孔而与第二组螺纹孔连接固定。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述圆弧板上设置有位于两个限位柱之间的冲压槽,所述两个限位柱与圆弧板为一体化结构。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述第一组安装孔位于平面板的前端,所述第二组安装孔相对位于第一组安装孔的后方。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述第一组安装孔和第二组安装孔分别包括至少2个通孔。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述平面板设置在水泵上,圆弧板向下延伸,利用螺栓穿过第一组安装孔而与第一组螺纹孔连接进行平面板的固定,且浮子设置在平面板上,利用螺栓穿过第二组安装孔而与第二组螺纹孔连接固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型指出的一种多用途浮子安装支架,通过螺栓固定,使得浮子与水泵分别与平面板连接,完成浮子在水泵上的固定,另外,可以利用抱紧装置与水管的配合,把圆弧板固定在水管一侧,然后把浮 子固定在平面板上,完成浮子在水管上的固定,转换便利,通用性强,可以匹配不同规格水管,适用范围广泛。

下面将对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1~图3,本实用新型实施例包括:
一种多用途浮子安装支架,包括:圆弧板2和平面板8,所述圆弧板2设置在平面板8的一端,所述圆弧板2和平面板8相垂直,所述圆弧板2和平面板8为一体化钢板弯折结构,结构牢固,生产便利,所述圆弧板2和平面板8连接处设置有加强筋7焊接加强,提升了结构稳定性,避免变形问题。
所述圆弧板2的外凸面上间隔设置有两个限位柱1,所述两个限位柱1上下 分布且中间留有间隙,所述圆弧板2上设置有位于两个限位柱1之间的冲压槽3,所述两个限位柱1与圆弧板2为一体化结构,利用冲压工艺使得冲压槽3中的材料向外翻转得到的限位柱1,结构牢固,生产便利。
所述平面板8上设置有第一组安装孔5和第二组安装孔4,所述第一组安装孔5位于平面板8的前端,所述第二组安装孔4相对位于第一组安装孔5的后方。所述水泵12上设置有与第一组安装孔5对应的第一组螺纹孔,所述浮子11上设置有与第二组安装孔4对应的第二组螺纹孔,连接方便,所述第一组安装孔5和第二组安装孔4分别包括至少2个通孔,选择灵活,通用性好,适合正反方向安装。
多用途浮子安装支架的两种使用方式:
第一种,浮子利用多用途浮子安装支架安装在水管上,所述圆弧板2的两侧边缘分别设置有弧形槽6,所述水泵12的出水端竖直设置有水管10,所述圆弧板2贴合在水管10外壁上,利用抱紧装置9紧固在圆弧板2和水管10外部,所述抱紧装置9分别穿过弧形槽6和两个限位柱1之间的间隙,限位效果好,避免滑脱问题,然后把浮子11设置在平面板8上,利用螺栓穿过第二组安装孔4而与第二组螺纹孔连接固定,结构牢固,抱紧装置9可以采用抱箍、绳索或者绳索,使用便利;
第二种,浮子利用多用途浮子安装支架安装在水泵本体上,所述平面板8设置在水泵12上,圆弧板2向下延伸进行浮子11的避让,利用螺栓穿过第一组安装孔5而与第一组螺纹孔连接进行平面板8的固定,把浮子11设置在平面板8上,利用螺栓穿过第二组安装孔4而与第二组螺纹孔连接固定。
综上所述,本实用新型指出的一种多用途浮子安装支架,圆弧板2和抱紧装置配合的结构设计适合不同规格的管材,连接方便可靠,将原有的两种安装 支架结合成一种支架,方便管理,节约成本,有利于客户在各种环境下的安装使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多用途浮子安装支架,用于水泵与浮子的相对固定,其特征在于,包括:圆弧板和平面板,所述圆弧板设置在平面板的一端,所述圆弧板的外凸面上间隔设置有两个限位柱,所述两个限位柱上下分布且中间留有间隙,所述平面板上设置有第一组安装孔和第二组安装孔,所述水泵上设置有与第一组安装孔对应的第一组螺纹孔,所述浮子上设置有与第二组安装孔对应的第二组螺纹孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述圆弧板和平面板相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述圆弧板和平面板为一体化结构或者分体连接结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述圆弧板和平面板连接处设置有加强筋进行加强。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述圆弧板的两侧边缘分别设置有弧形槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,还包括一个抱紧装置,所述水泵的出水端竖直设置有水管,所述圆弧板贴合在水管外壁上,抱紧装置紧固在圆弧板和水管外部,所述抱紧装置分别穿过弧形槽和两个限位柱之间的间隙,且浮子设置在平面板上,利用螺栓穿过第二组安装孔而与第二组螺纹孔连接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述圆弧板上设置有位于两个限位柱之间的冲压槽,所述两个限位柱与圆弧板为一体化结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一组安装孔位于平面板的前端,所述第二组安装孔相对位于第一组安装孔的后方。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一组安装孔和第二组安装孔分别包括至少2个通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途浮子安装支架,其特征在于,所述平面板设置在水泵上,圆弧板向下延伸,利用螺栓穿过第一组安装孔而与第一组螺纹孔连接进行平面板的固定,且浮子设置在平面板上,利用螺栓穿过第二组安装孔而与第二组螺纹孔连接固定。
