Abstract

一种筛检试纸读取系统(20),由一筛检试纸(21)、一试纸载具(22)、一输送单元以及一读取单元(26)所组成;筛检试纸(21)上配置有若干反应区(211),可对若干特定检体产生化学反应,并改变其自身的颜色;试纸载具(22)上配置有一承载槽(221),用以容置筛检试纸(21),并使筛检试纸(21)固定于试纸载具(22)上;试纸载具(22)上另配置有若干定位部(222)与一连动部223;输送单元包括一带动装置(25)与一侦测装置(24),当侦测装置(24)侦测到试纸载具(22)上的若干定位部(222)时,则带动装置(25)就会启动并透过连动部(223)使试纸载具(22)移动至对应位置,使读取单元(26)撷取各反应区(211)上的颜色讯号,达到了快速筛检以及保护筛检试纸的功效。

Description

筛检试纸读取系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一筛检试纸读取系统,尤指一种可达到快速筛检以及保护筛检试纸功效之筛检试纸读取系统。
背景技术
随着人类越来越注重自我身体健康状态,筛检,包含生理筛检或环境筛检,就成为了一项非常热门的议题。附图1为一种习用筛检试纸示意图,如图所示:该筛检试纸10上配置有反应区11。当使用者将检体滴于反应区11上后,该反应区11就会与检体起化学反应,而使该反应区11的颜色产生变化。使用者即可根据反应区的颜色变化与对比颜色来分析检体的正常与否。透过人眼辨识颜色变化的精准度非常差,因此进行精密筛检时,大多利用光谱分析仪来进行。
然而,利用光谱分析仪进行筛检时,使用者避居以手动方式将筛检试纸制放于对应的位置供光谱分析仪对反应区进行颜色讯号撷取,此举不但容易造成筛检试纸磨损,更容易导致置放位置不准确而发生无法撷取的窘境,浪费许多时间于筛检试纸位置调校,因此难以堪称实用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种筛检试纸读取系统,以达到快速筛检以及保护筛检试纸之功效。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种筛检试纸读取系统,包含一筛检试纸,其上配置有若干反应区,系可对若干特定检体产生化学反应,并改变其自身的颜色;一试纸载具,其上配置有一承载槽,用以容置该筛检试纸,且该试纸载具上另配置有若干定位部与一连动部;一输送单元,包括一带动装置与一侦测装置;以及一读取单元;其中,当该侦测装置侦测到该试纸载具上之若干定位部时,则该带动装置就会启动并透过该连动部使该试纸载具移动,使该读取单元撷取该各反应区上之一颜色讯号。
根据本发明的一实施例,该输送单元更包含有一限位装置,用以限制该试纸载具于移动时的位置。
根据本发明的一实施例,该带动装置为一直流马达。
根据本发明的一实施例,该带动装置为一步进马达。
根据本发明的一实施例,该连动部为一齿条。
根据本发明的一实施例,该筛检试纸的特定检体应用为唾液、尿液、血、粪便、水、食品、有毒有害物质或微生物。
根据本发明的一实施例,该侦测装置系为红外线侦测器、光侦测器、雷射光侦测器或影像传感器。
根据本发明的一实施例,该读取单元为光学波长分光装置或光谱分析仪。
根据本发明的一实施例,该限位装置进一步包含一开口为『C』、『ㄇ』或『ㄈ』字形外观,系用以限制该试纸载具于移动时的位置。

如附图2和3所示,根据本发明的一较佳实施例的一筛检试纸读取系统被阐明,其中该筛检试纸读取系统20,主要由一筛检试纸21、一试纸载具22、一输送单元以及一读取单元26所组成。该筛检试纸21上配置有若干反应区211,系可对若干特定检体(如尿液或血液等等)产生化学反应,并改变其自身的颜色。该试纸载具22上配置有一承载槽221,用以容置该筛检试纸21,并使该筛检试纸21固定于该试纸载具22上。该试纸载具22上另配置有若干定位部222(泛指定位点)与一连动部223(可为一齿条)。该输送单元包括一带动装置25(可为一直流马达或一步进马达)与一侦测装置24,当该侦测装置24侦测到该试纸载具上之若干定位部222时,则该带动装置25就会启动并透过该连动部223使该试纸载具22移动至对应的位置,使该读取单元26撷取该各反应区211上之颜色讯号,上述实施例中的特定检体可应用范围为唾液、尿液、血、粪便、水、食品、有毒有害物质或微生物反应,上述该侦测装置24系可替换为红外线侦测器、光侦测器、雷射光侦测器或影像传感器,上述该读取单元26为光学波长分光装置或光谱分析仪。
此外,为使该试纸载具22于移动时不会与该带动装置25脱离或产生偏移,该输送单元更配置有一限位装置23,其中作动方式使该试纸载具22于移动时,其中该试纸载具22限制于该限位装置23的『ㄈ』字形开口内滑移,以达到上述目的,上述该限位装置23的开口外观可进一步替换为『C』或『ㄇ』等开口。
接续上述实施例,如以检测病患的尿醣数值来说,如果已经确定拿取的筛检试纸为尿醣专用,则可直接进行检测,即将待检尿液与筛检试纸21的反应区211进行接触(通常为滴入或是渗入的方式来进行),反应区211里面的成分就会与待 检尿液产生化学反应,并改变反应区211的颜色。此外,反应区211内可以包含多种不同的检测区,用以检测尿液中的葡萄糖、蛋白质、酸碱值、潜血值或其他生理数值,达到一次筛检多种数值的功效。待检尿液与筛检试纸21的反应区211进行接触反应后,可将筛检试纸21置入试纸载具22之承载槽221内,并将试纸载具22插入光谱分析仪(即本发明之筛检试纸读取系统20)。
当试纸载具22插入一定深度后,侦测装置24就会侦测到该试纸载具上之若干定位部222,如图2在试纸载具22上的圆点外观,此时本发明之筛检试纸读取系统10就会判定有筛检试纸插入而欲进行筛检作业,其中该带动装置25就会启动,上述该带动装置25系为直流马达或步进马达,并透过为齿条的连动部223带动使该试纸载具22移动至对应的位置,巨观来说类似将试纸载具22吸入的态样。由于是筛检试纸21的规格与带动装置25用以带动试纸载具22移动的距离均为固定或设定好的参数,因此该试纸载具22移动至可供读取单元26撷取各反应区211上之颜色讯号的对应位置会相当准确,系一次就定位。随后,读取单元26就会撷取各反应区211上之颜色讯号,并进行分光处理,达到快速筛检的目的。
再者,由于筛检试纸21置入试纸载具22之承载槽221内,并非直接与光谱分析仪接触,因此受到试纸载具22的保护而不易磨损。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种筛检试纸读取系统,其特征在于,包含:
    一筛检试纸,其上配置有若干反应区,系可对若干特定检体产生化学反应,并改变其自身的颜色;
    一试纸载具,其上配置有一承载槽,用以容置该筛检试纸,且该试纸载具上另配置有若干定位部与一连动部;
    一输送单元,包括一带动装置与一侦测装置;以及
    一读取单元;其中,当该侦测装置侦测到该试纸载具上之若干定位部时,则该带动装置就会启动并透过该连动部使该试纸载具移动,使该读取单元撷取该各反应区上之一颜色讯号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该输送单元更包含有一限位装置,用以限制该试纸载具于移动时的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该带动装置为一直流马达。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该带动装置为一步进马达。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该连动部为一齿条。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该筛检试纸的特定检体应用为唾液、尿液、血、粪便、水、食品、有毒有害物质或微生物。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该侦测装置系为红外线侦测器、光侦测器、雷射光侦测器或影像传感器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该读取单元为光学波长分光装置或光谱分析仪。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的筛检试纸读取系统,其中该限位装置进一步包含一开口为『C』、『ㄇ』或『ㄈ』字形外观,系用以限制该试纸载具于移动时的位置。
