本实用新型涉及林业防治设备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型林业防治病虫害熏蒸装置。
背景技术
目前在林业熏蒸过程中,通常是利用熏蒸装置进行树木侧面的熏蒸,树木叶片茂密的程度会严重影响熏蒸的效果,普通熏蒸的设备不能够实现树木的全方位熏蒸,其只是把熏蒸药液在外部进行喷出,有可能会因为树木的叶片太茂密使得熏蒸的药液到达不了树木的主干部分,而主干部分往往是另外一类的害虫的主要栖息场所地,且其熏蒸的角度一般无法进行调节,熏蒸效率低。

本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种新型林业防治病虫害熏蒸装置。

一种新型林业防治病虫害熏蒸装置,包括支架、机箱、调节箱、熏蒸头,所述支架下端两角处设置有万向轮,所述支架下端远离所述万向轮两角处设置有车轮,所述支架上靠近所述万向轮和所述车轮处设置有所述机箱,所述机箱一侧壁上设置有开关、控制旋钮,所述机箱内设置有熏蒸箱、电源、控制器、电机、油箱、油泵,所述机箱上端中部设置有升降杆,所述机箱上端远离所述升降杆一侧设置有软管,所述支架上端设置有支撑台,所述支撑台下端四周设置有肋板,所述肋板远离所述支撑台一侧设置有推杆,所述支撑台上端中部设置有支撑板,所述支撑板上端设置有所述调节箱,所述调节箱一侧壁上侧设置有拨轮、拨槽、卡块、滑槽,所述调节箱内设置有撑轴、套管、导气孔,所述调节箱上端中部设置有导气管,所述导气管上端设置有所述熏蒸头,所述熏蒸 头内设置有熏蒸管、网板。
上述结构中,通过所述推杆可将所述支架推至合适的位置,按下所述开关使所述电源接通,所述电源接通后使所述熏蒸箱工作,所述熏蒸箱工作后将其内部液体加热,所述熏蒸箱内液体汽化后,通过所述软管和所述导气管进入到所述熏蒸头内,经所述熏蒸管喷出,通过转动所述拨轮可调节熏蒸的角度,所述电源接通使所述控制器工作,转动所述控制旋钮,通过所述控制器使所述电机转动,所述电机通过所述油泵使所述升降杆进行升降,进而通过所述支撑板带动所述调节箱进行升降。
为了进一步提高熏蒸效率,所述开关通过卡槽固定于所述机箱侧壁上一侧,所述控制旋钮通过卡槽固定于所述机箱上远离所述开关一侧。
为了进一步提高熏蒸效率,所述机箱内底端一角处设置有所述电源,所述熏蒸箱通过卡槽固定于所述机箱内底端远离所述电源一侧,所述控制器通过卡槽固定于所述电源远离所述熏蒸箱一侧,所述电机通过卡槽固定于所述控制器远离所述电源一侧,所述油泵设置在所述电机远离所述机箱侧壁一侧,所述油箱通过卡槽固定于所述油泵远离所述电机一侧。
为了进一步提高熏蒸效率,所述调节箱一侧壁中部设置有所述拨轮,所述拨槽均匀分布在所述拨轮周围,所述调节箱上靠近所述拨轮一侧设置有所述滑槽,所述卡块卡在所述滑槽内。
为了进一步提高熏蒸效率,所述调节箱内靠近所述拨轮处设置有所述撑轴,所述撑轴中部设置有所述套管,所述套管和所述撑轴内设置有所述导气孔。
为了进一步提高熏蒸效率,所述网板通过卡槽固定于所述熏蒸头内靠近所述导气管一侧,所述熏蒸头内设置有所述熏蒸管,所述熏蒸管卡在所述网板上,所述熏蒸管长度不同。
