本发明的另一个优选实施例中,绑条及其自由端的魔术贴与呼吸罩体连接,绑条或附带的魔术贴穿过呼吸罩体上的孔,然后反折回来和绑条或魔术贴粘合,绑条上或呼吸罩体上均还可以设置拉毛布与魔术贴粘合。
绑脚6一面带有魔术贴,绑脚6通过超声波粘合技术粘合在一起,魔术贴在使用中可以极大的方便拆卸工作,绑条或呼吸罩体上的拉毛布能够与魔术贴粘合形成衔接关系,更加耐磨和方便衔接及拆卸。
本发明优选实施例的绑带为双层织物,当双层织物由不同弹性的纱线编织形成时,双层织物内外两层如果使用不同弹性的纱线,可以实现绑带内外两层在整个绑带上形成的牵拉力不同,由此形成整个绑带整体的立体效果。通过调整控制内外两层织物不同的弹性比例,使整个绑带或者在以中心圈环体1上或者中心圈环体1与绑条5衔接处 形成内外两层织物层弹性牵拉力的差值,进而实现内外两层织物形成绷带特定位置的曲面结构。本发明的绑带整个中心圈环体1形成的曲面以更好与呼吸罩体结构或者使用者头部结构匹配贴合。为了更好的控制整个绑带的各个位置曲面弧度,可以通过控制特定位置氨纶等弹性纤维的用料比例来实现。
当双层织物由相同弹性的纱线编织形成时,则可以织造处整体较为平整的绑带。
在本发明优选实施例中,绑条5与脸部皮肤接触的一面上至少部分设有柔性层,柔性层由于采用人体皮肤友好型的面料,其使用的面料表面细滑柔软,并且透气性也更好,其保证绑条5在与脸部皮肤接触时具备较好的舒适性,进一步减缓了长时间佩戴的不适。优选柔性层由蚕丝、棉、羊绒或天丝编织而成;或柔性层由蚕丝、棉、羊绒、天丝中的任意组合混纺编织而成。
柔性层开拆卸的设置在绑条5上,柔性层为易损耗材。柔性层使用可拆卸更换的易损面料,以耗材的形式使用,可以保证不同使用者之间不会产生交叉感染,卫生条件得以提高。同时耗材将使用者皮肤与绑带隔离,也保证绑带本身不容易被污染,清洁维护周期也得以增加。
一种情形下柔性层为平面结构并附着在绑条5的一面;另一种情形下柔性层为套筒结构并套接在绑条5外周。
每个绑条5的中部均设置有拓宽部7,拓宽部7向绑条5的宽度方向延展,使用时拓宽部7是主要与脸部皮肤接触的位置,其在宽度 方向上实现绑条5宽度尺寸的延展;而呼吸罩体在使用时很多情况下需要持续数小时,拓宽就的绑条5便可以减少局部压强,缓解长时间绑压造成的人脸部的不舒适性;另外带有拓宽部7的绑条5位置其可以承受更大的绷紧力,抗拉伸强度得以增强,使用寿命也可以得到提高。
中心圈环体1上还设有标识区,由于绑带使用编织方式制成,其表面的标识区可以方便采用提花形式制作产品的商标等商品标识,也可以在编织过程一次性编织产生,工艺得以简化。
绑带中混纺有氨纶。混纺有氨纶可以提高绑带整体的弹性伸缩能力,进一步中心圈环体1处可以更好的匹配弧形面罩的形状,绑条5可以更好的伸缩长度和调节绑紧的力度。氨纶本身为绑带提供最基础的弹性,为使用者进行特定位置特定长度和特定弹力的佩戴调整,既保证舒适度有保证绑牢的稳定性;另外通过在双层织物上不同位置使用不同数量密度的氨纶可以造就绑带整体形状和局部特定形状的曲面效果,其可以在结构上更加与使用者头部和呼吸罩体结构匹配,使用者佩戴的舒适性可以进一步得到保证。
在上述实施例的基础上,以下四种优选实施例对应有各自的通孔结构和绑条5角度形态:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,分别为本发明第一种优选实施例、第二种优选实施例和第三种优选实施例,中心圈环体1两侧各编织延伸出两个绑条5,总共形成四个绑条5。中心圈环体1的通孔分别使用三角形通孔2、圆形通孔3和椭圆形通孔4或者异形孔。同时 在绑带展平在同一平面内时,相互对应衔接的两个绑条5的轴线相互重合,这样两个绑条5在衔接在一起时形成一个完整的闭环结构,其可以很好的形成一个弹性箍环箍紧在头部上,结构比较稳定。
本优选实施例中的多个绑条5相互间也可成角度设置,以配合头型方便固定,如图4所示。
另外本发明通孔的异形结构不限于第四种优选实施例的形状,异形可以是形状结构更加丰富的闭环性结构,例如闭环形结构可以是五边形,弧形与直线结合的形状,或不规则的多边形等等。
以上依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于,所述绑带为使用编织机一次性编织而成的织物,所述绑带包括:中心圈环体以及从所述中心圈环体边缘编织延伸出的若干个绑条,所述中心圈环体中部设有通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述绑带为使用编织机一次性编织而成的至少双层织物,所述织物由相同弹性或不同弹性的纱线编织形成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述绑条的自由端设有绑脚,且:
    所述绑脚能使相互对应的两绑条相互衔接;或,
    所述绑脚能够通过反折的方式与绑脚自身或绑条衔接;或,
    所述绑条自由端的绑脚能够与呼吸罩体衔接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述绑脚为魔术贴,所述魔术贴与所述绑条自由端通过超声波粘合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述绑条上设有拉毛布。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一权利要求所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述绑条与脸部皮肤接触的一面上至少部分设有柔性层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述柔性层由蚕丝、棉、羊绒或天丝编织而成;或所述柔性层由 蚕丝、棉、羊绒、天丝中的任意组合混纺编织而成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述柔性层为平面结构并附着在所述绑条的一面;或所述柔性层为套筒结构并套接在所述绑条外周。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:每个所述绑条的中部均设置有拓宽部,所述拓宽部向所述绑条的宽度方向延展。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种呼吸罩体用编织绑带,其特征在于:所述通孔为三角形、四边形、圆形、椭圆形或异形。
