Description

一种用于纺纱机的纱筒传输存储设备 技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱设备技术领域,具体为一种用于纺纱机的纱筒传输存储设备。
背景技术
纺纱学是研究将纺织短纤维加工成纱线的一门科学,纱线一般都是由许多长度不等的短纤维通过捻接的方法制成的,还有由很长的连续单丝捻合而成。纺纱机是用于纱线纺织成线而后卷绕的一种设备,目前在市场上纺纱机,其纱筒满载后多由人工收取,人工成本高,生产工艺落后;有些车间使用机械手收取,但是设备制造成本高昂。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一种用于纺纱机的纱筒传输存储设备。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种用于纺纱机的纱筒传输存储设备,其包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架顶面设置有固定板,所述固定板上设置有纱筒传输组件,所述纱筒传输组件的后部设置有一容置箱,所述机架顶面于所述容置箱的后部开设有一矩形槽,所述机架内的底面平行设置有两滑轨,所述滑轨位于所述矩形槽的下方,所述滑轨上设置有能够随滑轨移动的收集箱;所述机架的两侧面均对应设置有一机械抓手,所述机械抓手包括水平设置于机架侧面的X向导轨,所述X向导轨上垂直连接有Y向导轨,所述Y向导轨上连接有一能够随所述Y向导轨上下移动的机械臂,所述机械臂的前端均向下设置有一夹 爪。
进一步的,所述纱筒传输组件包括有两组平行设置于所述机架顶面的支撑架,两支撑架的顶面均水平连接有一滑动导轨,每个滑动导轨上均间隔设置有前滑动块和后滑动块,两所述后滑动块的顶部均设置有支座,所述支座上均开设有通槽,所述通槽内设置有轴承,两轴承之间连接有辊轴,所述辊轴上套接有一固定板,所述固定板的顶面连接有能够随所述辊轴旋转的移动板,所述移动板的底面前侧位于所述前滑动块的上方,两所述前滑动块的顶面均设置有一气缸,两所述气缸均连接于所述移动板的底面前侧。
进一步的,所述移动板的顶面设置有一层陶瓷层。
进一步的,所述移动板的两侧面均垂直设置有一挡板。
进一步的,所述夹爪上设置有一感应器。
进一步的,所述前滑动块和所述后滑动块之间均通过连杆相连。
进一步的,所述机架侧面于所述滑轨的一端开设有一进出口,所述进出口上设置有一移动门。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的纱筒传输存储设备用于承接和传输从纺纱机上纺纱完毕的纱筒而后进行下一步的存储,在纺织加工开始之后,将机架移动至纺纱机的对应一侧面,通过在机架顶面设置的导轨来驱动前滑动块和后滑动块的前后移动来带动移动板的前后移动,在纺织机的纱筒加工完毕后,移动板向前移动来承接从纺织机上加工完毕的纱筒,移动板在前侧的气缸驱动下倾斜,使纱筒向后滚动完成纱筒的传输,在传输带转动的过程中,导轨驱动整个移动板向后 复位,当纱筒传输到移动板后部尽头时,移动板复位,使纱筒滚落到容置箱内,而后再由两组机械抓手共同将纱筒抓取至机架内部的收集箱中,收集箱收集满纱筒后,通过滑轨移动更换空置的收集箱继续收集,以此循环。本发明结构简便,运行稳定,成本低廉,有效降低人工与设备制造成本,可广泛用各种类纺机设备。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种用于纺纱机的纱筒传输存储设备,其包括机架1,机架1顶面设置有固定板4511用于纱筒传输组件2的连接,纱筒传输组件2包括有两组平行设置于机架1顶面的支撑架21,两组支撑架21相互平行设置且水平连接于固定板4511上,两支撑架21的顶面均水平连接有一滑动导轨22导轨,每个滑动导轨22导轨上均间隔设置有前滑动块3和后滑动块4,前滑动块3和后滑动块4之间均通过连杆53连接,使前滑动块3和后滑动块4能够连为一体,相互共同运动,前滑动块3和后滑动块4和导轨接触的面积较小,使摩擦力减小,减小阻力和设备的磨损,延长设备的使用寿命。
两后滑动块4的顶部均设置有支座41,支座41上均开设有通槽,通槽内设置有轴承43,两轴承43之间连接有辊轴44,辊轴44能够通过轴承43自由旋转,辊轴44上套接有一固定板4511,固定板4511 随辊轴44自由旋转,固定板4511的顶面连接有移动板5,移动板5能够随辊轴44自由旋转,移动板5的底面前侧位于前滑动块3的上方,两前滑动块3的顶面均设置有一气缸31,两气缸31均连接于移动板5的底面前侧,气缸31能够向上移动驱动移动板5的前端向上移动,使移动板5倾斜,移动板5的顶面上设置有一层陶瓷层51,使纱筒在移动板5上滚动时更为平滑,避免纱筒被刮碰损伤,影响质量;移动板5的两侧面均垂直设置有一挡板52用于固定纱筒滚动位置,防止纱筒向移动板5的两侧滚动。
纱筒传输组件2的后部设置有一容置箱6,容置箱6用于暂时容置从移动板5滚落下来的纱筒,而后待机械抓手8抓取,机架1顶面于容置箱6的后部开设有一矩形槽7,机架1内的底面平行设置有两滑轨71,滑轨71位于矩形槽7的下方,滑轨71上设置的收集箱72能够随滑轨71移动,收集箱72用于收取纱筒;机架1侧面于滑轨71的一端开设有一进出口9用于收集箱72的进出,进出口9上设置有一移动门91用于开关进出口9;机架1的两侧面均对应设置有一机械抓手8,机械抓手8包括水平设置于机架1侧面的X向导轨81,X向导轨81上垂直连接有Y向导轨82,Y向导轨82能够随X向导轨81前后水平位移,Y向导轨82上连接有一机械臂83能够随Y向导轨82上下移动,机械臂83的前端均向下设置有一夹爪84,夹爪84上设置有一感应器85用于感应夹爪84的位置,方便精密的抓取纱筒,当纱筒移动至容置箱6内后,两夹爪84在感应器85的监测下通过X向导轨81和Y向导轨82的驱动来到纱筒的上方夹取纱筒的两端,而 后再通过X向导轨81和Y向导轨82移动至收集箱72的上方将纱筒堆放至收集箱72内。
本发明的纱筒传输存储设备用于承接和传输从纺纱机上纺纱完毕的纱筒而后进行下一步的存储,在纺织加工开始之后,将机架1移动至纺纱机的对应一侧面,通过在机架1顶面设置的导轨来驱动前滑动块3和后滑动块4的前后移动来带动移动板5的前后移动,在纺织机的纱筒加工完毕后,移动板5向前移动来承接从纺织机上加工完毕的纱筒,移动板5在前侧的气缸31驱动下倾斜,使纱筒向后滚动完成纱筒的传输,在传输带转动的过程中,导轨驱动整个移动板5向后复位,当纱筒传输到移动板5后部尽头时,移动板5复位,使纱筒滚落到容置箱6内,而后再由两组机械抓手8共同将纱筒抓取至机架1内部的收集箱72中,收集箱72收集满纱筒后,通过滑轨71移动更换空置的收集箱72继续收集,以此循环。本发明结构简便,运行稳定,成本低廉,有效降低人工与设备制造成本,可广泛用各种类纺机设备。
