一种头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,与口罩配合,通过将口罩挂绳挂在挂钩(4)上,从而将头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置固定在后脑勺部位,外部环境中的空气通过通孔(18)进入容纳腔内,通过光源(15)和相机(16)来测量容纳腔内的空气的PM2.5颗粒的浓度,测量得到的空气的PM2.5颗粒的浓度值通过骨传导耳机(3)用于向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,同时液晶屏(11)也可用于显示PM2.5的数量值。头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,使用方便,通过骨传导耳机(3)可及时向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,方便使用者知晓现在的空气质量。

Description

一种头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置 技术领域
本申请涉及一种头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,属于环境检测设备技术领域。
背景技术
PM2.5指环境空气中空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5微米的颗粒物。它能较长时间悬浮于空气中,其在空气中含量浓度越高,就代表空气污染越严重。虽然PM2.5只是地球大气成分中含量很少的组分,但它对空气质量和能见度等有重要的影响。与较粗的大气颗粒物相比,PM2.5粒径小,面积大,活性强,易附带有毒、有害物质(例如,重金属、微生物等),且在大气中的停留时间长、输送距离远,因而对人体健康和大气环境质量的影响更大。
因此,空气中PM2.5的数值是衡量空气质量的重要标准,目前尚无能够实时检测播报空气中的PM2.5数值的装置。
申请内容
本申请为克服上述问题,提供一种使用方便的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置。
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本申请的一种头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,包括:
壳体,具有容纳腔,壳体的后端面为弧形面,壳体的顶面和底面均具有通孔,容纳腔内设置有具有处理器的PCB板和为PCB板供电的电池,容纳腔内还设置光源和拍摄空气中PM2.5颗粒图像的相机,处理器根据相机拍摄的图像计算得到空气中PM2.5颗粒的数量,所述壳体内部位于通孔处设置有挡板,所述挡板位于通孔平面的投影大于通孔的面积;
侧臂,由弹性材料制成,设置在壳体两侧,所述壳体与侧臂的连接处还设置有挂钩;
骨传导耳机,设置在侧臂的末端,所述骨传导耳机用于向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值。
优选地,本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,所述壳体每侧均具有两个挂钩。
优选地,本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,所述光源和相机的中轴线成V字形排布,均朝向壳体的中心。
优选地,本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,所述光源和相机的中轴线与壳体的中轴线呈45度夹角。
优选地,本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,所述壳体的顶面和底面的其中一面还具有USB接口。
优选地,本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,所述壳体的前端面具有液晶屏和电源按钮,液晶屏用于显示PM2.5的数量值。
优选地,本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,所述侧臂中心具有线槽,骨传导耳机通过穿过线槽的线与容纳腔内的PCB连接。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,与口罩配合,通过将口罩挂绳挂在挂钩上,从而将头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置固定在后脑勺部位,外部环境中的空气通过通孔进入容纳腔内,通过光源和相机来测量容纳腔内的空气的PM2.5颗粒的浓度,测量得到的空气的PM2.5颗粒的浓度值通过骨传导耳机用于向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,同时液晶屏也可用于显示PM2.5的数量值。本申请的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,使用方便,通过骨传导耳机可及时向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,方便使用者知晓现在的空气质量。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本申请作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本申请的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本申请有关的构成。
实施例
本实施例提供一种头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,如图1-3所示,包括:
壳体1,具有容纳腔,前端面具有液晶屏11和电源按钮12,后端面为弧形面,顶面和底面具有通孔18,顶面和底面的其中一面还具有USB接口13,容纳腔内设置有PCB板,PCB板包括,处理器、通信模块等,容纳腔内还设置有为PCB板供电的电池14,容纳腔内还设置光源15和拍摄空气中PM2.5颗粒图像的相机16,处理器根据相机16拍摄的图像计算得到空气中PM2.5颗粒的数量,光源15和相机16的中轴线成V字形排布,均朝向壳体1的中心,且与壳体1的中轴线呈45度夹角,所述壳体1内部位于通孔处设置有挡板17,所述挡板17位于通孔18平面的投影大于通孔18的面积,通过挡板防止光进入;
侧臂2,由弹性材料制成,设置在壳体1两侧,中心具有线槽,所述壳体1与侧臂2的连接处还设置有挂钩4,壳体1每侧具有两个挂钩4共4个;
骨传导耳机3,设置在侧臂2的末端,通过穿过线槽的线与容纳腔内的PCB连接。
骨传导耳机3用于向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,液晶屏11用于显示PM2.5的数量值。
本实施例的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,与口罩配合,通过将口罩挂绳挂在挂钩3上,从而将头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置固定在后脑勺部位,外部环境中的空气通过通孔18进入容纳腔内,通过光源15和相机16来测量容纳腔内的空气的PM2.5颗粒的浓度,测量得到的空气的PM2.5颗粒的浓度值通过骨传导耳机3用于向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,同时液晶屏11也可用于显示PM2.5的数量值。本实施例的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,使用方便,通过骨传导耳机3可及时向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值,方便使用者知晓现在的空气质量。

  1. 一种头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体(1),具有容纳腔,壳体(1)的后端面为弧形面,壳体(1)的顶面和底面均具有通孔(18),容纳腔内设置有具有处理器的PCB板和为PCB板供电的电池(14),容纳腔内还设置光源(15)和拍摄空气中PM2.5颗粒图像的相机(16),处理器根据相机(16)拍摄的图像计算得到空气中PM2.5颗粒的数量,所述壳体(1)内部位于通孔处设置有挡板(17),所述挡板(17)位于通孔(18)平面的投影大于通孔(18)的面积;
    侧臂(2),由弹性材料制成,设置在壳体(1)两侧,所述壳体(1)与侧臂(2)的连接处还设置有挂钩(4);
    骨传导耳机(3),设置在侧臂(2)的末端,所述骨传导耳机(3)用于向使用者播报PM2.5的数量值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)每侧均具有两个挂钩(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,所述光源(15)和相机(16)的中轴线成V字形排布,均朝向壳体(1)的中心。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,所述光源(15)和相机(16)的中轴线与壳体(1)的中轴线呈45度夹角。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的顶面和底面的其中一面还具有USB接口(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的前端面具有液晶屏(11)和电源按钮(12),液 晶屏(11)用于显示PM2.5的数量值。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的头戴式PM2.5检测播报装置,其特征在于,所述侧臂(2)中心具有线槽,骨传导耳机(3)通过穿过线槽的线与容纳腔内的PCB连接。
