由于婴儿在食用奶粉时对于奶粉的量与水的比例控制较为严格,奶粉过多容易造成婴儿消化不良、便秘等症状,奶粉过少则容易造成婴儿营养不良、腹泻等症状,但是在带婴儿外出时候不方便携带一大桶奶粉,且有些环境也不便于打开奶粉桶一勺一勺的添加奶粉,而现有的便携式奶粉盒大多结构比较简单,需要额外带上量勺,否则无法精确控制奶粉量;且现有的便携式奶粉盒只有一个密封盖,因此在添加奶粉时需要频繁打开,容易造成奶粉变质。
申请内容
针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种便携式定容奶粉盒,至少可以精确控制奶粉用量,简化冲奶粉的步骤,节约时间,同时保证奶粉桶使用过程中始终保持密封性,防止奶粉变质。
为实现上述目的,一种便携式定容奶粉盒,包括储存盒、定量盒和密封盖,储存盒一端开口并与定量盒螺纹相连,密封盖安装在定量盒的奶粉出口端,定量盒包括盒体、刻度尺、容量调节杆、开关调节杆、上固定夹板、下固定夹板、隔板、开关板和开关齿轮,刻度尺设在盒体的侧壁外;上固定夹板和下固定夹板均为具有十字骨架的环形板,且上固定夹板和下固定夹板的中心位置和偏心位置具有两个开孔,上固定夹板固定在定量盒的上端,下固定夹板固定在定量盒的下端,所述容量调节杆为空心结构,且其上下两端分别固定在上固定夹板和下固定夹板中心孔处,隔板和开关板均套装在容量调节杆的外端,隔板的内侧壁具有与开关板边缘相配合的凹槽,隔板与容量调节杆螺纹相连,隔板侧壁上开有导向槽,盒体的内壁上具有与隔板上导向槽相适应的导向滑道,开关板和隔板上沿周向均匀开有若干小孔,所述小孔为发散状并将圆形开关板和隔板均分为若干份;开关调节杆的上下两端分别固定在上固定夹板和下固定夹板偏心孔处,开关调节杆的底端伸出定量盒,中间位置通过开关齿轮安装在开关板上,开关板上的扇形孔上具有与开关齿轮相互啮合的齿槽。

  1. 一种便携式定容奶粉盒,包括储存盒(1)、定量盒(2)和密封盖(3),储存盒(1)一端开口并与定量盒(2)螺纹相连,密封盖(3)安装在定量盒(2)的奶粉出口(4)端,其特征在于,定量盒(2)包括盒体(2.1)、刻度尺(2.2)、容量调节杆(2.3)、开关调节杆(2.4)、上固定夹板(2.5)、下固定夹板(2.6)、隔板(2.7)、开关板(2.8)和开关齿轮(2.9),刻度尺(2.2)设在盒体(2.1)的侧壁外;上固定夹板(2.5)和下固定夹板(2.6)均为具有十字骨架的环形板,且上固定夹板(2.5)和下固定夹板(2.6)的中心位置和偏心位置具有两个开孔,上固定夹板(2.5)固定在定量盒(2)的上端,下固定夹板(2.6)固定在定量盒(2)的下端,所述容量调节杆(2.3)为空心结构,且其上下两端分别固定在上固定夹板(2.5)和下固定夹板(2.6)中心孔处,隔板(2.7)和开关板(2.8)均套装在容量调节杆(2.3)的外端,隔板的内侧壁具有与开关板边缘相配合的凹槽,隔板(2.7)与容量调节杆(2.3)螺纹相连,隔板(2.7)侧壁上开有导向槽(2.10),盒体(2.1)的内壁上具有与隔板上导向槽(2.10)相适应的导向滑道(2.11),开关板(2.8)和隔板(2.7)上沿周向均匀开有若干小孔,所述小孔为发散状并将圆形开关板和隔板均分为若干份;开关调节杆(2.4)的上下两端分别固定在上固定夹板(2.5)和下固定夹板(2.6)偏心孔处,开关调节杆(2.4)的底端伸出定量盒(2),中间位置通过开关齿轮(2.9)安装在开关板(2.8)上,开关板(2.8)上的扇形孔上具有与开关齿轮(2.9)相互啮合的齿槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述开关调节杆(2.4)与开关齿轮(2.9)连接部位为三棱体,开关齿轮为环形并与开关调节杆相连,开关齿轮的外环具有四分之一的齿。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,容量调节杆(2.3)的底部具有卡槽,密封盖(3)内具一可与容量调节杆配合的调节杆,所述调节杆上端具有卡扣,卡扣与卡槽相互配合卡接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述卡扣为块状结构。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述调节杆与密封盖(3)可拆卸地连接。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,开关调节杆(2.4)的下端与定量盒(2)相连接部位具有密封套。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,定量盒(2)采用透明材质。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,定量盒(2)的底部结构为倒锥形。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一权利要求所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述刻度尺(2.2)与所述盒体(2.1)的侧壁可拆卸地连接
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一权利要求所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述上固定夹板(2.5)与所述定量盒(2)的上端可拆卸地连接。
  11. 如权利要求1至10任一权利要求所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述下固定夹板(2.6)与所述定量盒(2)的下端可拆卸地连接。
  12. 如权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的便携式定容奶粉盒,其特征在于,
