Description

卡带式防拆快餐盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品包装盒，尤其是指快餐盒。
 背景技术
我们知道，当快餐盒的底盒装上食物后，会把面盖压着盖上去，这时面盖的扣位会扣住底盒的边，使面盖和底盒扣紧。随着餐饮快送业的快速发展和人们工作的日益繁重、生活节奏的加快，餐饮外卖服务得到蓬勃发展。但由于缺少行业规范标准，以及外卖人员的素质参差不齐，时不时发生送餐员把客户点的菜吃掉或掉换一些较差的饭菜，进而损坏点餐者的利盖、食用安全。为了保障点餐者的利益和食品安全，以及防止饭盒被快餐员轻易打开，我们开发出了一种防轻易拆开的快餐盒。
 技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、更能保障用餐者利益和食用安全的卡带式防拆快餐盒。
 技术解决方案
一种卡带式防拆快餐盒，包括底盒和盒盖，其中：
在所述底盒上边缘的周壁上间隔地设有多个卡扣；在所述卡扣中设有卡带穿孔；在所述盒盖的外边缘上设有能从对应的那个卡扣的卡带穿孔中穿出的卡带，其包括卡带本体和至少一个设在该卡带本体上的防脱凸台；所述防脱凸台包括前端的导向斜面和尾端的防脱挡面；所述防脱挡面能挡在该卡带穿孔的插入端。
在对上述卡带式防拆快餐盒的改进方案中，所述卡扣包括扣位座和压梁；所述卡带穿孔包括由所述压梁和扣位座围成的卡带进孔和开在该扣位座上并与该卡带进孔相面对的凸台孔；所述防脱挡面能挡在该凸台孔的里竖壁上；所述防脱凸台在防脱挡面处的深度和该卡带本体的厚度之和比卡带进孔的进带端的孔口大，但比卡带进孔的出带端的孔口小。
在对上述卡带式防拆快餐盒的改进方案中，所述卡带穿孔包括位于该底盒边缘正下方的凸台孔和位于该底盒边缘以外的卡带进孔；所述防脱挡面能挡在该底盒边缘上；所述防脱凸台在防脱挡面处的深度和该卡带本体的厚度之和比卡带进孔的进带端的孔口大，但比该卡带穿孔下端的孔口小。
 有益效果
由于对底盒和盒盖通过卡带和卡扣方式单向锁紧连接，一旦将卡带从卡扣中穿过并使卡带上的其中一个防脱卡台落入到卡扣的卡带穿孔中，就无法逆向将卡带从卡带穿孔中拉出来开盖，这样在送餐过程中，如果发生人为硬将卡带从卡带进孔中拉出的情况，就会在卡扣或卡带上产生裂纹或划纹等，这样一旦快餐送到点餐者手上时，点餐者就很容易发现在送餐途中有没有人打开过快餐盒，如发现盒盖被打开过，则可以作退餐、投诉处理以保障自身的权益，因此本发明的结构合理、更能保障用餐者的利益和食用安全。

 本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明为一种卡带式防拆快餐盒，如图1至7所示，包括通过扣位结构1能扣合在一起的底盒2和盒盖3，这跟当前的快餐盒结构一致，所不同的是，为了防止他人轻易拆开，对底盒2和盒盖3通过卡带和卡扣方式单向锁紧连接，于是：
在所述底盒2上边缘的周壁上间隔地设有多个卡扣4；在所述卡扣4中设有卡带穿孔41；
在所述盒盖3的外边缘上设有能从对应的那个卡扣4的卡带穿孔41上端穿进后从下端穿出的卡带5，其包括卡带本体51和至少一个设在该卡带本体51上的防脱凸台52；所述防脱凸台52包括前端的导向斜面52A和尾端的防脱挡面52B；所述防脱挡面52B能挡在该卡带穿孔41的插入端，这样一旦卡带5的其中一个防脱凸台52落入到卡扣4的卡带穿孔41中，就无法逆向将卡带5从带穿孔41拉出。在送餐过程中，如果发生人为硬将卡带从卡带穿孔41中拉出的情况，就会在卡扣4或卡带5上产生裂纹或划纹等，这样一旦快餐送到点餐者手上时，点餐者就很容易发现在送餐途中有没有人打开过快餐盒，如发现盒盖被打开过，则可以作退餐、投诉处理以保障自身的权益，因此本发明的结构合理、更能保障用餐者的利益和食用安全。
 本发明的实施方式
在实施例一中，如图1至4所示，所述卡扣4包括扣位座42和压梁43；所述卡带穿孔41包括由所述压梁43和扣位座42围成的卡带进孔411和开在该扣位座42上并与该卡带进孔411相面对的凸台孔412；所述防脱挡面52B能挡在该凸台孔412的里竖壁（即靠向底盒边缘这一侧的竖壁）上；所述防脱凸台52在防脱挡面52B处的深度和该卡带本体51的厚度之和比卡带进孔411的进带端的孔口大，但比卡带进孔411的出带端的孔口小，于是所述扣位座42在位于该压梁43两侧的表面分别是一高一低，其中里表面A高于外表面B，它们的高度差足以使里表面所在的那段扣位座42挡住防脱挡面52B，而外表面B所在的那段扣位座足以供防脱凸台52从卡带进孔411的出带端沿外表面B滑出凸台孔412。
在如图5至7所示的实施例二中，从下往上看，所述卡带穿孔41包括位于该底盒边缘正下方的凸台孔412和位于该底盒上边缘21以外的卡带进孔411；所述防脱挡面52B能挡在该底盒边缘21上；所述防脱凸台52在防脱挡面52B处的深度和该卡带本体51的厚度之和比卡带进孔411的进带端的孔口稍大，但比该卡带穿孔下端的孔口小，当插入卡带并往下拉动卡带时，在防脱凸台52的作用下，卡扣稍微往上翘，这样就可以使凸台顺利滑落到凸台孔412中。
当防脱凸台52的数量有两个或以上时，可根据卡带5上的防脱凸台52的数量，来决定快餐盒包装的松紧，在实施例一、二中，每个卡带上有2个防脱凸台52。
在本实施例中，底盒2和盒盖3呈长方形，并在每一边上各设一个卡扣4和卡带5。当然底盒2和盒盖3也可以正方形、多边形、圆形或椭圆形等。另外，底盒和盒盖可以是分体的，也可以在连体的；与此同时，也可以通过分格边将底盒和盒盖分成两格或多格式快餐盒。

  1. 一种卡带式防拆快餐盒，包括底盒（2）和盒盖（3），其特征在于：
    在所述底盒（2）上边缘的周壁上间隔地设有多个卡扣（4）；在所述卡扣（4）中设有卡带穿孔（41）；
    在所述盒盖（3）的外边缘上设有能从对应的那个卡扣（4）的卡带穿孔（41）中穿出的卡带（5），其包括卡带本体（51）和至少一个设在该卡带本体（51）上的防脱凸台（52）；所述防脱凸台（52）包括前端的导向斜面（52A）和尾端的防脱挡面（52B）；所述防脱挡面（52B）能挡在该卡带穿孔（41）的插入端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡带式防拆快餐盒，其特征在于：所述卡扣（4）包括扣位座（42）和压梁（43）；所述卡带穿孔（41）包括由所述压梁（43）和扣位座（42）围成的卡带进孔（411）和开在该扣位座（42）上并与该卡带进孔（411）相面对的凸台孔（412）；所述防脱挡面（52B）能挡在该凸台孔（412）的里竖壁上；所述防脱凸台（52）在防脱挡面（52B）处的深度和该卡带本体（51）的厚度之和比卡带进孔（411）的进带端的孔口大，但比卡带进孔（411）的出带端的孔口小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡带式防拆快餐盒，其特征在于：所述卡带穿孔（41）包括位于该底盒边缘正下方的凸台孔（412）和位于该底盒边缘（31）以外的卡带进孔（411）；所述防脱挡面（52B）能挡在该底盒边缘（31）上；所述防脱凸台（52）在防脱挡面（52B）处的深度和该卡带本体（51）的厚度之和比卡带进孔（411）的进带端的孔口大，但比该卡带穿孔下端的孔口小。
