Abstract
一种一次性防拆快餐盒，包括底盒和盒盖，在底盒上边缘设有多个间隔分布的套入圈，并在套入圈的内周壁上设有由至少两个分隔开的向下倾斜的弹力卡臂组成的套入孔；在盒盖的外边缘上设有能插入到对应套入孔中的单向卡头，这样就可以将锥凸台穿过套入孔来包装好快餐盒，一旦装好，受倾斜的弹力卡臂的阻碍，就无法拔出单向卡头，从而防止在送餐过程中被人为打开，因此本发明的结构更合理，更能保障用餐者利益和食用安全。
Description
本发明涉及一种食品包装盒，尤其是指快餐盒。
我们知道，当快餐盒的底盒装上食物后，会把面盖压盖上去，这时面盖的扣位会扣住底盒的边，使面盖和底盒扣紧。随着餐饮快送业的快速发展和人们工作的日益繁重、生活节奏的加快，餐饮外卖服务得到蓬勃发展。但由于缺少行业规范标准，以及外卖人员的素质参差不齐，时不时发生送餐员把客户点的菜吃掉或掉换一些较差的饭菜，进而损坏点餐者的利益、食用安全。为了保障点餐者的利益和食品安全，以及防止饭盒被快餐员轻易打开，我们开发出了一种防轻易拆开的快餐盒。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、更能保障用餐者利益和食用安全的一次性防拆快餐盒。
一种一次性防拆快餐盒，包括底盒和盒盖，其特征在于，在所述底盒上边缘的周壁上设有多个间隔分布的套入圈；在所述套入圈的内周壁上设有由至少两个分隔开的弹力卡臂组成的套入孔；所述弹力卡臂向下倾斜；在所述盒盖的外边缘上设有能插入到对应套入孔中的单向卡头，其包括插入柱和间隔设在该插入柱上的若干个锥凸台；所述套入孔的中心孔孔径比该插入柱大，但比该锥凸台小；相邻两个锥凸台之间的距离大于该弹力卡臂的高度。
在对上述一次性防拆快餐盒的改进方案中，所述盒盖由内往外依次包括一体成型的盒盖主体、撕拉带和外缘；所述撕拉带与盒盖主体和外缘的连接边处薄壁连接；在所述撕拉带的一端设有撕拉把手。
1）、由于在底盒上边缘设有多个间隔分布的套入圈，并在套入圈的内周壁上设有由至少两个分隔开的向下倾斜的弹力卡臂组成的套入孔；在盒盖的外边缘上设有能插入到对应套入孔中的单向卡头，这样就可以将锥凸台穿过套入孔来包装好快餐盒，一旦装好，受倾斜的弹力卡臂的阻碍，就无法拔出单向卡头，从而防止在送餐过程中被人为打开，因此本发明的结构更合理，更能保障用餐者利益和食用安全；2）、在优选方案中，由于在盒盖上设有撕拉带，这样当要打开盒盖时，手捏在撕拉带的撕拉把手上将整条撕拉带撕下，就可以打开盒盖的盒盖主体来用餐，这种通过撕下撕拉带来打开盒盖的方式，大大方便了人们使用快餐盒，因此本发明的较佳方案在使用时更方便。

本发明为一种一次性防拆快餐盒，如图1至５所示，包括底盒2和盒盖3，这跟当前的快餐盒结构一致，所不同的是，为了防止他人轻易拆开，在所述底盒2上边缘的周壁上设有多个间隔分布的套入圈21；在所述套入圈21的内周壁上设有由至少两个分隔开的弹力卡臂22组成的套入孔23；所述弹力卡臂22向下倾斜；在所述盒盖3的外边缘上设有能插入到对应套入孔23中的单向卡头31，其包括插入柱311和间隔设在该插入柱311上的若干个锥凸台312；所述套入孔23的中心孔孔径比该插入柱311大，但比该锥凸台312小；相邻两个锥凸台312之间的距离大于该弹力卡臂22的高度，以足以让弹力卡臂在复位状态下卡在这两个锥凸台之间的空间中。当单向卡头31的插入柱311对准套入圈21的中心孔并插入去时，锥凸台312将弹力卡臂22往外推后就可以顺利穿过中心孔，锥凸台312一旦穿过完成，弹力卡臂22在自身的弹性力作用下复位，以此逐一对每一套单向卡头和套入圈进行套接后就完成了快餐盒的打包过程。当要打开盒盖来用餐时，人为拧动卡头直至扭断，就可以打开盒盖；当然，点餐者在收到快餐时也可以直接碰坏掉套入圈21来打开盒盖。
在送餐过程中，如果发生人为揭开过盒盖，此时单向卡头31就会折断或存在裂纹，这样一旦快餐送到点餐者手上时，点餐者就很容易发现在送餐途中有没有人打开过快餐盒，如发现盒盖被打开过，则可以作退餐、投诉处理以保障自身的权益，因此本发明的结构合理、更能保障用餐者的利益和食用安全。
在本实施例中，所述盒盖3由内往外依次包括一体成型的盒盖主体32、撕拉带33和外缘34；所述撕拉带33与盒盖主体32和外缘34的连接边处薄壁35连接；在所述撕拉带33的一端设有撕拉把手331。这样当要打开盒盖时，手捏在撕拉把手331将整条撕拉带33撕下，就可以打开盒盖的盒盖主体32来用餐，这种通过撕下撕拉带来打开盒盖的方式，大大方便了人们使用快餐盒。
在本实施例中，如图4所示，在所述插入柱311的根部设有挡台36，其与最靠近它的那个锥凸台312之间的距离稍大于该弹力卡臂22的高度；在所述套入圈21的上、下端分别设有挡供该挡台36落入其中的挡台落入圈24和供该锥凸台312落入其中的凸台落入圈25，它们的孔径分别大于该挡台36和锥凸台312的大小，这样单向卡头31在安装到位，即快餐盒打好包在送餐期间，送餐人员根本无法在不损坏单向卡头31或套入圈21的情况下打开盒盖，也就进一步提高了防拆性能。
在本实施例中，底盒2和盒盖3呈长方形，并连成一体，并在盒盖2上设有筷子槽37、汤匙槽38等，并在槽的侧立面上间隔地设有夹紧条39；底盒则分成多格。当然，底盒2和盒盖3也可以正方形、多边形、圆形或椭圆形等。另外，底盒和盒盖可以是分体的。
单向卡头31可以是竖直朝下的，这样就可以直接对准套入圈来插入；当然，它也可以是水平的，当要插入时，它单向卡头折弯后对准套入圈来插入，我们知道，快餐盒是塑料的，具有一定的弹性，这样折弯不会影响使卡头产生折痕或折断。
尽管参照上面实施例详细说明了本发明，但是通过本公开对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是，而在不脱离所述的权利要求限定的本发明的原理及精神范围的情况下，可对本发明做出各种变化或修改。因此，本公开实施例的详细描述仅用来解释，而不是用来限制本发明，而是由权利要求的内容限定保护的范围。
Claims (3)
- 一种一次性防拆快餐盒，包括底盒（2）和盒盖（3），其特征在于，在所述底盒（2）上边缘的周壁上设有多个间隔分布的套入圈（21）；在所述套入圈（21）的内周壁上设有由至少两个分隔开的弹力卡臂（22）组成的套入孔23；所述弹力卡臂（22）向下倾斜；在所述盒盖（3）的外边缘上设有能插入到对应套入孔中的单向卡头（31），其包括插入柱（311）和间隔设在该插入柱（311）上的若干个锥凸台（312）；所述套入孔（23）的中心孔孔径比该插入柱（311）大，但比该锥凸台（312）小；相邻两个锥凸台（312）之间的距离大于该弹力卡臂（22）的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一次性防拆快餐盒，其特征在于，所述盒盖（3）由内往外依次包括一体成型的盒盖主体（32）、撕拉带（33）和外缘（34）；所述撕拉带（33）与盒盖主体（32）和外缘（34）的连接边处薄壁（35）连接；在所述撕拉带（33）的一端设有撕拉把手（331）。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性防拆快餐盒，其特征在于，在所述插入柱（311）的根部设有挡台（36），其与最靠近它的那个锥凸台（312）之间的距离稍大于该弹力卡臂（22）的高度；在所述套入圈（21）的上、下端分别设有挡供该挡台（36）落入其中的挡台落入圈（24）和供该锥凸台（312）落入其中的凸台落入圈（25），它们的孔径分别大于该挡台（326）和锥凸台（312）的大小。
