Abstract
一种层叠式动态画面显示装置,包括导光板(1)、控制器(2)及光源(3),该导光板(1)上设有图文(4),若干块不同图文(4)的该导光板(1)通过层叠形成显示面板组件(5),每块该导光板(1)至少一侧沿均设置有独立控制的光源(3),光源(3)发出的光从侧沿射向该导光板(1)中,该光源(3)与该控制器(2)电连接。该层叠式动态画面显示装置,结构简单、成本低、具有动态显示效果。
Description
本发明涉及显示装置,特别涉及一种层叠式动态画面显示装置。
随着LED技术在过去十年的飞速发展,LED现在除了应用在照明领域外。特别是彩色LED显示技术的日益成熟,LED还应用在越来越多的广告信息的动态显示中。LED显示屏是一种平板显示器,由一个个小的LED模块面板组成,用来显示文字、图像、视频、录像信号等各种信息的设备。应用于显示屏的LED发光材料有以下几种形式:① LED发光灯(或称单灯),一般由单个LED晶片,反光杯,金属阳极,金属阴极构成,外包具有透光聚光能力的环氧树脂外壳。可用一个或多个(不同颜色的)单灯构成一个基本像素,由于亮度高,多用于户外显示屏。② LED点阵模块,由若干晶片构成发光矩阵,用环氧树脂封装于塑料壳内。适合行列扫描驱动,容易构成高密度的显示屏,多用于户内显示屏。③ 贴片式LED发光灯(或称SMD LED),就是LED发光灯的贴焊形式的封装,可用于户内全彩色显示屏,可实现单点维护,有效克服马赛克现象。无论采用何种结构的LED显示屏,由于显示模块采用大量的发光二极管组成,制造工艺复杂,制造要求较高,因而都存在造价较高的问题,在应用于大面积显示时其价格劣势尤其明显。一旦发光二极管有损坏,其维修价格也较高。
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、成本低、具有动态显示效果的层叠式动态画面显示装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种层叠式动态画面显示装置,包括导光板、控制器及光源,所述导光板上设有图文,若干块不同图文的所述导光板通过层叠形成显示面板组件,每块所述导光板至少一侧沿均设置有独立控制的光源,光源发出的光从侧沿射向所述导光板中,所述光源与所述控制器电连接。
进一步地,所述导光板为透光的亚克力板、玻璃板、树脂板、塑料板、水晶或薄膜的一种。
进一步地,所述导光板为圆筒状,若干块圆筒状导光板由里到外层叠设置。
进一步地,相邻两块所述导光板之间的留有空隙,所述空隙的距离不大于1mm。
进一步地,所述图文为下凹和/或者凸起图文,所述光源通过光照射到所述图文折射和/或者反射出光线。
进一步地,所述导光板的表面通过激光打点形成所述图文。
进一步地,所述光源为LED灯珠或LED模块。
进一步地,所述控制器为单片机控制器。
进一步地,所述单片机控制器及光源之间还电连接有PWM驱动电路。
进一步地,相邻两个所述光源的侧沿之间还设置有隔光挡板。
采用上述技术方案,若干块不同图文的导光板通过层叠形成整体的显示面板组件,层叠的导光板上的图文可以设置为由里到外或由外到里形成动态动作的静态帧图文。每块导光板的侧边设有独立的光源穿透照射到对应的导光板上,由于导光板的表面为图文,每个独立的光源照射出导光板上的粗糙图文时,该导光板的图文即可显示被照亮的图文,控制器按设定的控制次序及时间控制各个独立光源的亮灭,几个光源按照控制器的信号依次亮灭分别照射对应导光板,层叠的导光板每层被依次照亮形成连续的动态显示图文,整体结构简单,显示效果良好。上述动态画面显示装置可以应用在各种类型的室内外动态广告牌、指示牌、摆件、装饰物、指示牌等等,其应用范围十分广泛。

图3为为本发明的一种层叠式动态画面显示装置的实施例二的结构示意图。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1-3所示,本发明公开的一种层叠式动态画面显示装置,包括导光板1、控制器2及光源3,导光板1上设有图文4,若干块不同图文4的导光板1通过层叠形成显示面板组件5,每块导光板1至少一侧沿均设置有独立控制的光源3,光源3发出的光从侧沿射向导光板中,光源3与控制器2电连接。若干块不同图文的导光板1通过层叠形成整体的显示面板组件5,层叠的导光板1上的图文可以设置为由里到外或由外到里形成动态动作的静态帧图文4。每块导光板1的侧边设有独立的光源3穿透投射到对应的导光板上,由于导光板1上设有图文4,该图文表面比较粗糙,类似凹凸不平的点,当光线射过该图文点位置时,光的直线路径被干扰,形成折射、漫反射等反光现象,从视觉效果看,相当于图文被照亮并呈现在人们面前,该图文4可以是内凹点,也可以是凸起点,工作时,光源3通过光照射到所图文4折射出光线,或者出现反射出光线到人眼。举例如下:将每块导光板上的图文依次设计成行走的各个连贯燃烧的火焰,奔跑的人物等系列动态动作,每个独立的光源照射出导光板上的图文时,该导光板的图文即可显示出光亮的图文,控制器2各个独立的光源的亮灭,几个光源3按照控制器2的信号依次亮灭分别照射对应导光板1,层叠的导光板1每层被依次照亮使得不同的画面被呈现,从而形成动态显示图文,整体结构简单,显示效果良好。另外,独立光源可以在一块基板上设置多行相对应导光板1的光源,控制器2与各行光源电连接并独立控制每行光源的量灭。
如图1所示的实施例一,该实施例的导光板1为透光的亚克力板,亚克力板的表面通过激光打点形成图文4。例如:几块导光板1上的图文可以设计成凤凰飞翔的系列连贯动作的静态帧,各个独立的光源3依次照射对应的导光板1,层叠的导光板1每帧依次照亮形成凤凰飞翔的连贯动态动作,该实施方法效果逼真。在实施该实施例时还可以采用玻璃板、树脂板、塑料板、水晶或薄膜等透光板材。导光板1的表面还可以通过印刷、刻画或使用模具出模制作导光板1表面粗糙的图文。
如图2所示的实施例二,该实施例的导光板1为圆筒状,若干块圆筒状导光板1由里到外层叠设置,另外导光板1可以根据显示的实际需要设计扇形、梯形、四方形或平面图形,使用场景大大增加。导光板1控制器2采用单片机控制器。该实施例上的导光板1上的图文为火焰燃烧的系列动作的静态帧,各个独立的光源3通过控制器2控制依次或乱序控制亮灭,层叠的导光板1上不同火焰图案被照亮,乱序照亮不同的导光板1可以排列组合成不同的形态动态燃烧火焰,火焰的点亮效果逼真。导光板1的两侧设置相同的光源3,两个光源3电连接同一个单片机控制器的信号输出端口,光源3接收相同频占比信号,点亮或熄灭光源3的时间一致,提高照射图文的亮度,导光板1上的图文更加清晰。
另外,光源3可以采用LED灯珠或LED模块,LED模块电连接驱动电源,单片机控制器2及光源3之间还电连接有PWM驱动电路,单片机控制器输出控制信号控制PWM驱动电路输出控制光源3依次或乱序亮灭的信号,PWM输出信号稳定,使照射导光板1的图案更加连贯顺滑。相邻两块导光板1之间的留有空隙,空隙的距离不大于1mm,减少相邻的光源3对导光板1的影响,减少出现残影的不良效果。相邻两个导光板1所对应的光源3之间的还设置有隔光挡板。避免光源3漏光投射到相邻的透光板1上出现残影。相邻两块导光板1之间下部的外表面还可以设置有隔光层。隔光层可以是涂设于其中一块导光板下部的涂层,也可以是设于相邻两块导光板下部的隔光膜等材料,隔光层设于导光板下部接近根部处,能更好的防止相邻两个导光板之间光线互相干扰。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:包括导光板(1)、控制器(2)及光源(3),所述导光板(1)上设有图文(4),若干块不同图文(4)的所述导光板(1)通过层叠形成显示面板组件(5),每块所述导光板(1)至少一侧沿均设置有独立控制的光源(3),光源(3)发出的光从侧沿射向所述导光板(1)中,所述光源(3)与所述控制器(2)电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)为透光的亚克力板、玻璃板、树脂板、塑料板、水晶或薄膜的一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)为圆筒状,若干块圆筒状的导光板(1)由里到外层叠设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:相邻两块所述导光板(1)之间的留有空隙,所述空隙的距离不大于1mm。
- 根据权利要求1任一所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:光源所述图文(4)为下凹和/或者凸起图文,所述光源(3)通过光照射到所述图文(4)折射和/或者反射出光线。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)的表面通过激光打点形成所述图文(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:所述光源(3)为LED灯珠或LED模块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:所述控制器(2)为单片机控制器。
- 根据权利要求8所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:所述单片机控制器及光源(3)之间还电连接有PWM驱动电路。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的层叠式动态画面显示装置,其特征在于:相邻两个所述光源(3)的侧沿之间还设置有隔光挡板。
