Description

一种多功能有机垃圾处理一体机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机垃圾处理设备,特别是一种多功能有机垃圾处理一体机。
背景技术
有机垃圾又称湿垃圾,是指生活中含有有机物成分的废弃物,主要包括纸、纤维和厨房垃圾等。一般这类有机垃圾的处理方式主要包括固液分离、烘干和固体粉碎等处理方式,再进行后续处理。
以餐厨垃圾为例,一般都要进行固液分离、油水分离、粉碎处理等方式,现有技术中存在一些将上述处理方式单独或者相互间结合用来处理垃圾的设备,其中大部分设备都是垃圾一次性投入带有研磨刀盘或者滚刀的腔室内,然后进行粉碎处理。由于垃圾在上方的大量堆积,在粉碎过程中很容易卡死研磨刀盘或者滚刀,又由于垃圾在上方的大量堆积,当设备卡死后清理困难,同时大部分设备都是腔室结构,不容易打开,在设备清洗保养时较为困难。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种不容易卡死设备且运行阻力小的有机垃圾处理设备,且该设备具有烘干及粉碎功能,且具有高效清洗功能。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种多功能有机垃圾处理一体机,包括外壳本体;所述外壳本体顶部设有进料口,侧面设有气缸,内部设有工作腔室;所述工作腔室内设有推料板、滚刀和清洗装置;所述推料板位于进料口右侧;所述推料板外轮廓与工作腔室密封 连接;所述气缸活塞杆穿过外壳本体侧面,与推料板固定连接,驱动推料板在工作腔室内左右往复运动;所述推料板上固定设有水平的挡板;所述挡板在工作腔室顶部贴合滑动,可打开和闭合进料口;所述滚刀位于下料口左侧;所述滚刀在工作腔室内高度低于推料板高度;所述滚刀为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向设置在工作腔室内;所述滚刀两端分别通过轴承固定在外壳本体上;所述外壳本体上还设有下料口;所述下料口位于滚刀下方;所述清洗装置包括清洗管路和喷头;所述喷头嵌合在推料板侧面上,喷头朝向左侧;所述清洗管路设在外壳本体外侧,一端穿过外壳本体右侧面,与喷头密封连接;所述清洗管路在工作腔室内的部分为可弯折的软管。
进一步的:在进料口和滚刀之间还设有烘干装置;所述烘干装置竖直设置在工作腔室内;所述烘干装置包括圆柱形保护罩和加热元件;所述加热元件设置于保护罩内;所述烘干装置两端与外壳本体固定连接。
进一步的:所述推料板和挡板组合成L形,所述挡板朝向气缸一侧。
进一步的:所述喷头设有三组,每组两个,在推料板上均匀分布。
进一步的:所述烘干装置为两组,每组3个,在外壳本体上均匀分布。
进一步的:所述外壳本体侧面设有驱动滚刀转动的驱动机构。
进一步的:所述外壳本体上靠近烘干装置处设有排气口。
进一步的:所述清洗管路在工作腔室内的部分为弹性橡胶软管。

由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的多功能有机垃圾处理一体机,采用气缸按设定程序每次推动小部分垃圾进行粉碎,设备运行阻力小,不容易卡死设备,同时在垃圾粉碎前可对垃圾进行烘干处理,喷头方向沿着有机垃圾输送方向,能够对工作腔室内部进行高效冲洗,清洗效果好。

如附图1-3所示为本发明所述的一种多功能有机垃圾处理一体机,包括外壳本体1;外壳本体1顶部设有进料口11,侧面设有气缸2,内部设有工作腔室12;工作腔室内设有推料板3、烘干装置5、滚刀6和清洗装置7;推料板3位于进料口11右侧;推料板3外轮廓与工作腔室12密封连接;气缸活塞杆21穿过外壳本体11侧面,与推料板3固定连接,驱动推料板3在工作腔室12内左右往复运动;推料板3上固定设有水平的挡板4;挡板4在工作腔室顶部贴合滑动, 可打开和闭合进料口11;推料板3和挡板4组合成L形,挡板4朝向气缸一侧。滚刀6位于下料口11左侧;滚刀6在工作腔室12内高度低于推料板3高度;滚刀6为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向安装在工作腔室12内,两端分别通过轴承固定在外壳本体1上;外壳本体1上开设有下料口13;下料口13位于滚刀6下方;清洗装置7包括清洗管路72和喷头71;喷头71嵌合在推料板3侧面上朝向左侧;喷头71有三组,每组两个,在推料板3上均匀分布;清洗管路72穿过外壳本体1右侧面,与喷头71密封连接;清洗管路72在工作腔室12内的部分为可弯折的橡胶软管;烘干装置5竖直设置在滚刀6和下料口11之间;烘干装置5为两组,每组3个,在外壳本体11上均匀分布,包括圆柱形保护罩51和加热元件52;加热元件52设置于保护罩51内;烘干装置5两端与外壳本体1固定连接;滚刀6位于烘干装置5左侧;滚刀6在工作腔室内高度低于烘干装置5高度;滚刀5为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向设置在工作腔室内;滚刀5两端分别通过轴承固定在外壳本体1上;驱动机构8安装在外壳本体11上,驱动滚刀5转动;外壳本体上1还设有下料口7;下料口7位于滚刀5下方;外壳本体11上靠近烘干装置5处设有排气口9,用于排出烘干的水分。
使用时,垃圾从进料口11进入工作腔室12内,此过程中当垃圾含有水分时,水分会经过烘干装置5去除并经过排气口9排出;通过设置合理的工作频率,驱动气缸2左右往复运动,当向前推动时,如图3所示,推料板3推动垃圾进入左侧的滚刀6中粉碎,同时挡板4封住进料口11,垃圾无法进入,减轻了滚刀6粉碎时的阻力;气缸2 返回时,进料口11打开,一部分垃圾进入工作腔室中,左右往复循环,垃圾可连续粉碎;同时在过程中垃圾持续被烘干。
设备运行一段时间后需要保养时,清洗管路72接入外部水源,经过水泵73增压,喷头71持续对工作腔室12内部进行冲洗,由于喷头71是对准垃圾输送的方向,因此冲洗效果更好。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的多功能有机垃圾处理一体机,采用气缸按设定程序每次推动小部分垃圾进行粉碎,设备运行阻力小,不容易卡死设备,同时在垃圾粉碎前可对垃圾进行烘干处理,喷头方向沿着有机垃圾输送方向,能够对工作腔室内部进行高效冲洗,清洗效果好。

  1. 一种多功能有机垃圾处理一体机,包括外壳本体,其特征在于:所述外壳本体顶部设有进料口,侧面设有气缸,内部设有工作腔室;所述工作腔室内设有推料板、滚刀和清洗装置;所述推料板位于进料口右侧;所述推料板外轮廓与工作腔室密封连接;所述气缸活塞杆穿过外壳本体侧面,与推料板固定连接,驱动推料板在工作腔室内左右往复运动;所述推料板上固定设有水平的挡板;所述挡板在工作腔室顶部贴合滑动,可打开和闭合进料口;所述滚刀位于下料口左侧;所述滚刀在工作腔室内高度低于推料板高度;所述滚刀为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向设置在工作腔室内;所述滚刀两端分别通过轴承固定在外壳本体上;所述外壳本体上还设有下料口;所述下料口位于滚刀下方;所述清洗装置包括清洗管路和喷头;所述喷头嵌合在推料板侧面上,喷头朝向左侧;所述清洗管路设在外壳本体外侧,一端穿过外壳本体右侧面,与喷头密封连接;所述清洗管路在工作腔室内的部分为可弯折的软管。
