Description

护理机及其可穿戴式工作头

技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械领域,例如涉及一种护理机及其可穿戴式工作头。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,因心脑血管等疾病而导致的大、小便不能自理的卧床病人在逐年增加,对家庭、社会带来了很大的压力,由于病人的排便不能自理,需要陪护人员的协助,而病人排便时间的不确定性,增加了陪护人员的工作量,并且对病人的生理、特别是精神上造成很大的痛苦和负担。因此,医疗机构和病患家属往往会使用专用的大小便护理机,通过护理机主机与穿戴式的工作头自动清理人体排泄物及清洗烘干下体。工作头内遗留或凝结的少量水等液体容易误触发小便处理程序,如此,不但使得护理机抽吸清理工作过多启动、浪费资源,频繁清理也影响病人的心理及正常休息。
发明内容
本申请提供了护理机及其可穿戴式工作头,可以防止小便处理程序误触发。
本申请提供一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、小便检测电路,所述小便检测电路包括设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当一个以上的第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当一个以上的第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则所述小便检测电路输出小便信号,当第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器中,仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时,则所述小便检测电路不输出小便信号。
在一实施例中,所述第一小便传感器的数量、第二小便传感器的数量均为 两个,所述小便检测电路包括第一检测电路与第二检测电路,两个所述第一小便传感器归属于第一检测电路,两个所述第二小便传感器归属于第二检测电路,两个所述第一小便传感器都输出检测到液体的信号时所述第一检测电路输出高电平,两个所述第一小便传感器中没有输出检测到液体的信号或只有一个输出检测到液体的信号时所述第一检测电路输出低电平,两个所述第二小便传感器都输出检测到液体的信号时所述第二检测电路输出高电平,两个所述第二小便传感器中没有输出检测到液体的信号或只有一个输出检测到液体的信号时所述第二检测电路输出低电平。
在一实施例中,所述小便检测电路包括小便信号电路,所述小便信号电路接收到第一检测电路或第二检测电路输出的高电平后输出小便信号,所述小便信号电路接收到第一检测电路和第二检测电路输出的低电平后不输出小便信号。
在一实施例中,所述小便信号电路输出的小便信号为低电平,所述小便信号电路不输出小便信号则小便信号电路输出高电平,第一小便传感器输出的检测到液体的信号为低电平,第二小便传感器输出的检测到液体的信号为低电平。
在一实施例中,所述第一组小便传感器位于第二组小便传感器的左侧,所述至少两个第一小便传感器前后排列,所述至少两个第二小便传感器前后排列。
在一实施例中,所述工作头还包括便槽,所述便槽设置为容纳排泄物,所述便槽下方设有多个安装槽,所述至少两个第一小便传感器与安装槽一一对应地设置于对应的安装槽中、所述至少两个第二小便传感器与安装槽一一对应地设置于对应的安装槽中,所述工作头的前穿戴部包括第一壳体,所述安装槽和便槽分别设于第一壳体,所述安装槽与便槽相背设置。

在一实施例中,所述工作头包括前穿戴部,所述前穿戴部包括托盘部,所 述托盘部设置为直接或间接的承载人体臀部,所述托盘部形成有容纳排泄物的便槽,所述托盘部设有位于便槽前方的前沿,所述前沿形成有下凹的对应人体尾椎骨部位的凹陷区域。
在一实施例中,所述凹陷区域向前延伸至托盘部的最前端。
在一实施例中,所述托盘部包括第一壳体,所述便槽形成于第一壳体,所述前沿为第一壳体的一部分,所述第一壳体包括槽底壁、自槽底壁前边缘向上延伸的槽前壁,所述槽前壁一体连接于所述前沿并挡在凹陷区域的后侧。
在一实施例中,所述凹陷区域上面覆盖有缓冲物,所述缓冲物还覆盖所述槽前壁。
在一实施例中,所述槽前壁的上方形成有位于凹陷区域与便槽之间的凹口,所述凹陷区域上面覆盖有缓冲物,所述缓冲物覆盖所述凹口。
在一实施例中,所述缓冲物的覆盖所述凹陷区域的部分厚于所述缓冲物的覆盖所述凹口的部分。
在一实施例中,所述托盘部还设有用以朝向便槽内喷水的左前喷头与右前喷头,所述左前喷头位于凹陷区域的左后方,所述右前喷头位于凹陷区域的右后方。
在一实施例中,所述托盘部还设有第一进水接头、两头的第一连接水管、两头的第二连接水管、三头的第三连接管,所述第一连接水管连接第三连接管的第一头与左前喷头,所述第二连接水管连接第三连接管的第二头与右前喷头,所述第三连接水管的第三头与第一进水接头连接。

在一实施例中,所述工作头包括便槽,所述便槽设置为容纳排泄物,所述前穿戴部设有连通便槽的排泄物入口和烘干吹风孔,补气口位于烘干吹风孔的侧下方,补气口位于排泄物入口的侧上方。

在一实施例中,需要所有第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号,所述小便检测电路才会输出小便信号。
本申请还提供一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、小便检测电路,所述小便检测电路包括设于所述工作头的多个小便传感器,当至少两个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则所述小便检测电路输出小便信号,当仅有一个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则所述小便检测电路不输出小便信号。
本申请还提供一种护理机的可穿戴式工作头,包括小便检测电路所述小便检测电路包括设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当至少两个第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当至少两个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则所述小便检测电路输出小便信号,当仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则所述小便检测电路不输出小便信号。

在一实施例中,需要所有第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号才会视为人体进行了排尿。
本申请还提供一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当大于一个的第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当大于一个 的第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则触发护理机的小便处理程序,当仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则不触发护理机的小便处理程序。

具体实施方式
下面结合本申请实施例的附图对本申请实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明。
发明人发现,工作头内通常会设有多个小便传感器,任意一个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号就会误触发小便处理程序,导致工作头内遗留或凝结的少量水等液体如果移动至或处于其中一个小便传感器的可检测区域中,也会误触发小便处理程序。
参照图1至图21所示,本申请实施例提供的用于护理机的可穿戴式工作头,适于长时间的穿戴于人体胯部,对人体的大小便自动清理,减轻家属及护工的负担,上述可穿戴式工作头通过管路与护理机主机(未图示)连接,管路可以包括排污软管、进水管、数据传输线路等,护理机主机的抽吸设备通过管路将可穿戴式工作头收集的排泄物抽吸到护理机主机内。上述可穿戴式工作头可以包括前穿戴部、后座、凝胶坐垫90、锁扣结构。前穿戴部供穿戴于人体。锁扣结构用于将前穿戴部与后座锁扣在一起。
参考图1-3,前穿戴部可以包括托盘部1、尿罩2、弹性连接件3、凝胶垫圈91,托盘部1形成有便槽10,便槽10可用于容纳排泄物,凝胶垫圈91形成便槽10的用以贴合人体的边框及尿罩2的用以贴合人体的边框。凝胶材质柔软、形状恢复性好、适于卷曲,使得凝胶垫圈91相对于其他材质的缓冲垫圈,能够更好的缓冲工作头与人体间的压力,避免工作头对人体造成过大的压力感,提高人体穿戴工作头后的舒适性,同时,凝胶垫圈91能够更好的适应与贴合人体,防止人体排泄物泄露。工作头用于穿戴于人体来处理人体的排泄物。凝胶垫圈91的一部分是沿着便槽10槽口100外围延伸,凝胶垫圈91还有一部分是沿着尿罩2罩口20外围延伸。凝胶垫圈91弯曲成位于尿罩2与便槽10之间的U形,凝胶垫圈91展开后平铺的状态下呈长形环状。凝胶垫圈91的表面覆盖有防止凝胶溢出的TPU防护薄膜。防护薄膜采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(Thermoplastic Urethane,TPU)材料,可以为透明的或不透明的,凝胶特点之一是容易破损溢出,TPU防护薄膜有效防止凝胶破损及溢出。
托盘部1设置为可以直接或间接的承载人体臀部,便槽10形成于托盘部1,弹性连接件3连接尿罩2与托盘部1,托盘部1、弹性连接件3及尿罩2连在一起构成U形,弹性连接件3位于凝胶垫圈91的后侧,弹性连接件3的左、右两边分别与凝胶垫圈91连接。弹性连接件3的左、右两边分别与凝胶垫圈91紧密贴合。弹性连接件3可以采用橡胶材质,呈乳白色。弹性连接件3可以设有左侧折边30、右侧折边31,左侧折边30、右侧折边31位于弹性连接件3左、右两边,左侧折边30、右侧折边31分别位于凝胶垫圈91后侧并与凝胶垫圈91连接。左侧折边30、右侧折边31分别与凝胶垫圈91密封连接。左侧折边30、右侧折边31分别与凝胶垫圈91粘接连接。尿罩2可以设有从罩口20处凹陷的凹穴21,凹穴21供排尿用,弹性连接件3可以设有连通凹穴21与便槽10的导槽32。凹穴21与导槽32可以平滑对接。凹穴21的内表面可以与导槽32的内表面平滑对接。凹穴21的内表面与导槽32的内表面两者在对接处可以是对齐的。导槽32的横截面可以为弧形。
参考图3-4,弹性连接件3还可以包括主体部33,左侧折边30自主体部33的前侧左边缘向左弯折,右侧折边31自主体部33的前侧右边缘向右弯折,导 槽32设于主体部33。主体部33的横截面可以为弧形。弹性连接件3还可以包括自主体部33的下边缘向后弯折的后侧连接片34、自主体部33的上边缘弯折延伸出的上侧折边35,后侧连接片34连接于托盘部1上端。后侧连接片34可以粘贴于托盘部1上端表面,后侧连接片34可以开设有至少一定位孔340,托盘部1上端可以设有与至少一定位孔340对应的定位凸起11,定位凸起11穿入对应的定位孔340。本方案通过定位孔340与定位凸起11的配合来限定弹性连接件3相对于托盘部1的准确安装位置,弹性连接件3放置到准确的安装位置后再与托盘部1进行粘接。弹性连接件3还可以包括,上侧折边35连接于尿罩2。尿罩2可以设有环绕尿罩2罩口20的环形折边22,上侧折边35连接于环形折边22的后部下表面。尿罩2凹穴21的左、右侧比较平顺,使得人体穿戴本工作头进行左或右侧卧后凹穴21左或右侧的尿液比较容易流走及被吸走,从而即使人体侧卧本尿罩2也不容易形成液体积留。凝胶垫圈91可以与环形折边22的下表面粘接。凝胶坐垫90可以设有用以放置托盘部1的缺口900,凝胶坐垫90可以包括位于托盘部1左侧的左侧部、位于托盘部1右侧的右侧部、位于托盘部1前侧的前侧部、分布于左侧部上表面、右侧部上表面、前侧部上表面的多个凸包901。工作头还可以包括套在凝胶坐垫90外围的坐垫套(未图示),坐垫套的对应缺口900的位置与托盘部1底部相连接,坐垫套的对应缺口900的位置与托盘部1底部之间魔术贴以及可相磁性吸附在一起的磁力扣进行连接。凝胶坐垫90还可以与凝胶垫圈91连为一体,构成一整块凝胶垫。左侧折边30上端与上侧折边35左前端连接,右侧折边31上端与上侧折边35右前端连接。上侧折边35可以粘接于尿罩2,上侧折边35可以呈弧形。左侧折边30、右侧折边31可以呈弧形。
托盘部1还可以设有位于便槽10前方的前沿12,前沿12形成有下凹的对应人体尾椎骨部位的凹陷区域120,凹陷区域120上面覆盖有缓冲物(本实施方式中缓冲物可以为凝胶垫圈91,缓冲物还可以为凝胶垫、硅胶垫、海绵垫、气囊垫等,本实施例中即为凝胶垫圈91覆盖凹陷区域120)。相关技术的前沿12会对人体尾椎骨造成较大压力,穿戴工作头后造成尾椎骨处不适,本方案设置了凹陷区域120,并在凹陷区域120上面覆盖有缓冲物,穿戴工作头后通过凹陷 区域120直接或间接的承载人体尾椎骨部位的压力,极大降低了尾椎骨的不适,提升人体的穿戴舒适性,长久穿戴后尾椎骨的舒适性也有保障。凹陷区域120及其上面覆盖的缓冲物来直接或间接的承载人体尾椎骨部位,提升人体穿戴舒适性。凹陷区域120向前延伸至托盘部1的最前端。参考图8,托盘部1可以包括第一壳体13、第一侧壁14、第二侧壁15、后侧壁16、底侧壁17,便槽10形成于第一壳体13,前沿12为第一壳体13的一部分,第一壳体13材质中可以掺杂有纳米银粒子,起到抑菌和杀菌的效果,降低便槽的异味。第一壳体13、第一侧壁14、第二侧壁15、后侧壁16、底侧壁17组装在一起,在彼此之间的对接处可以通过打胶密封。第一壳体13可以包括槽底壁130、自槽底壁130前边缘向上延伸的槽前壁131、位于便槽10后侧并向上延伸的槽后壁132、自槽底壁130左边缘向上延伸的左侧槽壁133、自槽底壁130右边缘向上延伸的右侧槽壁134,槽前壁131一体连接于前沿12并挡在凹陷区域120的后侧。所述缓冲物还覆盖槽前壁131。所述缓冲物与槽前壁131的顶端粘接。参考图14,槽前壁131的上方可以形成位于凹陷区域120与便槽10之间的凹口135。所述缓冲物覆盖凹口135。所述缓冲物的覆盖凹陷区域120的部分可以厚于缓冲物的覆盖凹口135的部分。所述缓冲物与凹陷区域120的表面可以粘接。槽前壁131可以一体连接前沿12并挡在凹陷区域120的后侧,左侧槽壁133、右侧槽壁134、槽底壁130、槽前壁131、槽后壁132分别为便槽10的一个槽壁。槽前壁131的高度略低于便槽10的其他槽壁。本实施例中凝胶垫圈91可以覆盖槽前壁131,凝胶垫圈91可以与槽前壁131的顶端粘接。
托盘部1还可以设有用以朝向便槽10内喷水的左前喷头18与右前喷头19,左前喷头18位于便槽10的左前侧,右前喷头19位于便槽10的右前侧。如此设计,相对于单独的前喷头,左前喷头18与右前喷头19对便槽10内排泄物的冲排更均衡、充分,对便槽10左、右边缘位置的冲排效果更好。左前喷头18可以位于凹陷区域120的左后方,右前喷头19可以位于凹陷区域120的右后方。相关技术的前喷头通常设置在前沿12中部,导致前沿12中部的高度较大又无法有效减低,本方案设置了凹陷区域120并将前喷头替代为左前喷头18与右前喷头19,使得可以在左前喷头18、右前喷头19附近的合适区域内设置了凹陷 区域120,可以有极大降低了尾椎骨的不适。左前喷头18、右前喷头19分别固定于第一壳体13。左前喷头18位于便槽10的左前侧,右前喷头19位于便槽10的右前侧。
第一壳体13可以包括位于便槽10左前侧的左前安装通槽136、位于便槽10右前侧的右前安装通槽137,左前喷头18安装于左前安装通槽136,右前喷头19安装于右前安装通槽137。左前喷头18、右前喷头19可以分别包括一件式的喷头第一部分180、一件式的喷头第二部分181,喷头第一部分180一体设有第二进水接头182,喷头第一部分180、喷头第二部分181围成喷头水腔183。左前喷头18、右前喷头19均可以通过螺钉固定于第一壳体13,左前喷头18与左前安装通槽136之间、右前喷头19与右前安装通槽137之间均可以通过打胶密封。左前喷头18可以设有若干朝向便槽10并向右后方喷水的出水孔184,右前喷头19可以设有若干朝向便槽10并向左后方喷水的出水孔185,水可经过第二进水接头182进入喷头水腔183后由喷头第一部分180所开设的出水孔184、185喷出。
参考图8,托盘部1还可以设有第一进水接头92、两头的第一连接水管(未图示)、两头的第二连接水管(未图示)、三头的第三连接管93,第一连接水管连接第三连接管93的一头与左前喷头18,第二连接水管连接第三连接管93的另一头与右前喷头19,第三连接水管的第三头连接第一进水接头92。第一进水接头92、两头的第一连接水管、两头的第二连接水管、三头的第三连接管93位于托盘部1内部,第一连接水管、第二连接水管可以采用带连接头的软管,第三连接管93可以为T形或Y形;第三连接水管93的第三头如果不够长,可以通过一根水管与第一进水接头92连接。
参考图4-5,尿罩2可以设有罩壁23,罩壁23外凸,从而罩壁23围成所述凹穴21,凹穴21位于罩壁23的内侧,罩壁23可以开设有连通凹穴21与罩壁23外侧的至少一个通气孔230。如此设计,护理机抽吸工作时,凹穴21内的气压会相对于罩壁23的外侧负压,罩壁23外界的空气可经过通气孔230补入凹穴21,从而凹穴21内的气体比较充足,能够对尿罩2内部形成足够的抽吸气流,促进凹穴21内的小便及冲洗的水等被充分的抽吸干净,从而对尿罩2抽吸 效果好。凹穴21与便槽10相对设置。通气孔230可以设于罩壁23的前部。通气孔230的数量可以为左右间隔的两个或者通气孔230的数量为多个并前后排列。凹穴21从尿罩2的罩口20处凹陷,环形折边22可以环设于罩壁23的边缘,环形折边22环绕罩口20。凝胶垫圈91为缓冲垫圈的一种,凝胶垫圈91构成与环形折边22连接的缓冲垫圈,缓冲垫圈形成尿罩2的用以贴合人体的边框。
罩壁23的内侧表面可以设有裸露且相互间隔的第一导电线路(未图示)与第二导电线路(未图示),人体排尿后,第一导电线路与第二导电线路借由尿液电性连通。第一导电线路附着于尿罩2内侧表面可以采用导电硅胶、铝箔、金属镀层或金属导线,第二导电线路附着于尿罩2内侧表面可以采用导电硅胶、铝箔、金属镀层或金属导线。第一导电线路和第二导电线路之间间隔有至少一个通气孔230。第一导电线路、第二导电线路分别可以将通气孔230圈起来。第一导电线路、第二导电线路分别可以为非封闭的环圈。
参考图3-12,后座可以包括前后相对的前侧壁50与后端壁51、左右相对的左侧壁52与右侧壁53,前侧壁50、后端壁51、左侧壁52、右侧壁53围着内腔58,前侧壁50面向前穿戴部,后端壁51包括后端壁左部510、后端壁右部511,后座包括左壳54、右壳55,后端壁左部510、左侧壁52属于左壳54的一部分,后端壁右部511、右侧壁53属于右壳55的一部分,左壳54、右壳55及前侧壁50围成所述内腔58,左壳54、右壳55及前侧壁50通过所设置的卡条56与卡槽57卡接。后端壁左部510与后端壁右部511左右对接。
参考图7-15,前穿戴部可以设有若干烘干吹风孔98、后侧喷水口94、用以向便槽10内补充空气的补气口40。如此设计,护理机抽吸工作时,便槽10内的会借由补气口40得到有效的补充,能够保障对便槽10内部形成足够的抽吸气流,促进便槽10内的排泄物及冲洗的水等被充分的抽吸干净,从而对便槽10内排泄物抽吸效果好烘干吹风孔98、后侧喷水口94、补气口40设于便槽10的槽后壁132。
工作头还可以包括补气管路4,后座的内腔58与工作头外界是相通的,后座内腔58不是封闭的,外界与后座的内腔58可正常的进行空气交换,左壳54、右壳55及前侧壁50相互对接的部位没有密封,利于内腔58与外界通气。补气 管路4具有相反的第一端与第二端,补气口40构成补气管路4的第一端端口,补气管路4的第二端端口41与后座的内腔58直接连通,内腔58的空气可由第二端端口41进入补气管路4并经过补气口40补入便槽10。补气管路4长度可以大于10厘米,补气管路4截面可以呈圆形,补气管路4的直径约为12mm到14mm。
工作头外界的空气可以通过补气管路4被吸入前穿戴部与人体之间,并且伴随排泄物被经排污管而被吸出。便槽10内的气压相对于工作头外界负压时,工作头外界的空气依次经过后座内腔58、补气管路4补入便槽10。补气管路4的第二端端口41可以位于后座的内腔58之内。补气管路4可以在后座的内腔58内形成有弯折,如此可防止排泄物及清洗的水经过补气管路4泄露,即便少量的排泄物及清洗的水可能进入了补气管路4,只要没有泄露,一旦抽吸工作开始,就能够被从补气口40吸出补气管路4并进一步被抽吸离开工作头。补气管路4的一部分可以在后座的内腔58内向上弯折,或者,补气管路4的一部分可以在后座的内腔58内向左或向右弯折。补气管路4可以包括外部弯折段,外部弯折段位于后座之外,外部弯折段的相反两端分别连接后座。外部弯折段可以呈中空弯管状。外部弯折段可以包括相对接的左部弯折段420与右部弯折段421。第二端端口41可以开设于后端壁右部511并构成右部弯折段421的一端端口。左部弯折段420可以连接于后端壁左部510,右部弯折段421可以连接于后端壁右部511,左部弯折段420与右部弯折段421左右对接。左部弯折段420与右部弯折段421的对接处可以密封处理。右部弯折段421与后端壁右部511可以一体连接,左部弯折段420与后端壁右部511可以一体连接。
补气管路4可以包括一体连接于第一壳体13的第一管段430、一体连接于前侧壁50的第二管段431、与左部弯折段420一体连接的第三管段432,第一管段430与第二管段431对接,第二管段431与第三管段432对接,第二管段431与第三管段432位于后座内腔58内,第一管段430向后穿过前侧壁50进入后座内腔58。
还可以设计为:补气管路4的第二端端口41与工作头外界直接连通,便槽10内的气压相对于外界负压时(护理机抽吸工作时,便槽10内的气压相对于外 界形成负压),工作头外界的空气可由第二端端口41进入补气管路4并经过补气口40补入便槽10。补气管路4由前穿戴部穿入后座并由后座穿出,或者补气管路4由前穿戴部穿入后座并且补气管路4的第二端端口41开设于后座的外壳。与便槽10连通的抽吸管路95穿过后座,抽吸管路95的排泄物入口950设于槽后壁132,排泄物入口950连通便槽10,补气口40位于烘干吹风孔98的侧下方,补气口40位于排泄物入口950的侧上方。
参考图9和20,锁扣结构可以包括设于前穿戴部的第一卡扣件61与第三卡扣件62、设于后座的第二卡扣件63与第四卡扣件64,第一卡扣件61与第二卡扣件63锁扣在一起。第二卡扣件63可以在外力作用下相对于第一卡扣件61移动而与第一卡扣件61解除锁扣。第三卡扣件62与第四卡扣件64锁扣在一起,第二卡扣件63可在外力作用下朝向第四卡扣件64移动而与第一卡扣件61解除锁扣,第四卡扣件64可在外力作用下朝向第二卡扣件63移动而与第三卡扣件62解除锁扣。第一卡扣件61与第三卡扣件62左右对称,第二卡扣件63与第四卡扣件64左右对称。第二卡扣件63可在外力推动下朝向第四卡扣件64平移而与第一卡扣件61解除锁扣,第四卡扣件64可在外力推动下朝向第二卡扣件63平移而与第三卡扣件62解除锁扣。
参考图11-12和20,后座还可以设有贯穿左侧壁52的第一通口520、贯穿右侧壁53的第二通口530,第二卡扣件63可以包括第一作动部630,第一作动部630可在外力推动下顺着第一通口520向第四卡扣件64移动而带动第二卡扣件63朝向第四卡扣件64移动,第四卡扣件64包括第二作动部640,第二作动部640可在外力推动下顺着第二通口530向第二卡扣件63移动而带动第四卡扣件64朝向第二卡扣件63移动。第一通口520、第二通口530分别贯通后座内部与后座外部。第一作动部630包括供外力直接推动的第一外板631、第一侧板632、第一折边633,第一侧板632的外端连接第一外板631,第一折边633自第一侧板632的内端弯折延伸出,第一通口520包括位于其内外两端的第一内端口521与第一外端口522,第一折边633止挡于第一内端口521边缘以防止第一作动部630向外脱离第一通口520。第一通口520、第二通口530也可起到连通内腔58与外界的作用,增进内腔58与外界通气。
第一卡扣件61、第三卡扣件62可以分别为一卡勾,前侧壁50、左侧壁52与右侧壁53分别围在内腔58的一侧,前侧壁50面向前穿戴部,第一卡扣件61、第三卡扣件62分别向后穿过前侧壁50进入后座内腔58,前侧壁50固定连接有位于内腔58内的第一挡位件500与第二挡位件501,后座还设有第一复位弹簧(未图示)、第二复位弹簧(未图示),第一复位弹簧一端被第一挡位件500抵挡、相反另一端被第二卡扣件63抵挡,第二复位弹簧一端被第二挡位件501抵挡、相反另一端被第四卡扣件64抵挡。第一挡位件500与第二挡位件501间隔相对,也可以直接连为一体。第一挡位件500与第二挡位件501分别与前侧壁50一体连接。
第一挡位件500可以设有第一套筒部502,第二卡扣件63设有与第一套筒部502相嵌套的第二套筒部634,第一复位弹簧一端收容于第一套筒部502,第一复位弹簧的相反另一端收容于第二套筒部634。第一复位弹簧呈压缩状态。第二套筒部634一体连接于第一作动部630。第一挡位件500与第二挡位件501可以对称设置。第一套筒部502一端与第一外板可以一体连接。
第二卡扣件63可以设有与第一卡扣件61锁扣的第一卡勾部635,第一挡位件500设有一体连接于第一套筒部502与前侧壁50之间的第一连接部503,第一连接部503与第一卡扣件61位于第一卡勾部635的左右两侧。第一卡勾部635一体连接于第一折边633。第一连接部503可以形成有用以容纳第一卡勾部635的第一让位空间504。解锁时第一卡勾部635向第一让位空间504内移动而与第一卡扣件61脱钩解锁。第四卡扣件64可以设有与第三卡扣件62锁扣的第二卡勾部641。第二套筒部634内部可以设有定位突起637,第一复位弹簧一端套在定位突起637上以定位。
装配时,前穿戴部与后座前后对接,第一卡扣件61与第二卡扣件63相卡扣,第三卡扣件62与第四卡扣件64相卡扣;解锁时,可单手同时向内腔58内推第一作动部630、第二作动部640,向后座2内腔21内推动作动部40,从而推动第二卡扣件4移动,使得第一卡勾部635与第一卡扣件61锁扣脱开、第二卡勾部641与第三卡扣件62脱开后,即可前后分开前穿戴部与后座。如此设计,解锁的力左右平衡,减少前穿戴部与后座之间解锁时及对接时的偏斜。
参照图21所示,护理机还可以包括小便检测电路,小便检测电路包括设于工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器96(图21中PEE1、PEE2分别为一个第一小便传感器96),第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器97(图21中PEE3、PEE4分别为一个第二小便传感器97),当大于一个的第一小便传感器96输出检测到液体的信号或者当大于一个的第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号则小便检测电路输出小便信号,当仅有一个第一小便传感器96或者仅有一个第二小便传感器97或者仅有一个第一小便传感器96和一个第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号时则小便检测电路不发出小便信号。如此设计,需要多个第一小便传感器96或者多个第二小便传感器97协同工作才能最终输出小便信号,可以防止工作头内遗留或凝结的少量水等液体移动至或处于其中一个小便传感器的可检测区域中,导致误触发了护理机的小便处理程序,从而可避免小便处理程序的不当启动,避免护理机抽吸清理工作过多启动、浪费资源及频繁清理对病人的心理及正常休息的影响。工作头内部可以设有R5F10369芯片,用来接收小便信号及大便信号,并与主机通讯来启动清理工作,当然在一实施例中,小便信号及大便信号也可以是直接传递至主机。
小便检测电路可以包括第一检测电路、第二检测电路、小便信号电路,PEE1、PEE2归属于第一检测电路,PEE3、PEE4归属于第二检测电路,PEE1、PEE2都输出检测到液体的信号时第一检测电路输出高电平,PEE1、PEE2中没有输出检测到液体的信号时或只有一个输出检测到液体的信号时第一检测电路输出低电平,PEE3、PEE4都输出检测到液体的信号时第二检测电路输出高电平,PEE3、PEE4没有输出检测到液体的信号时或只有一个输出检测到液体的信号时第二检测电路输出低电平。PEE1、PEE2、PEE3、PEE4检测到液体时可以分别输出低电平。第一检测电路可以包括PEE1、PEE2、二极管D1、二极管D2、二极管D3、MOS管Q1、电阻R1、电阻R7,其中,二极管D1、D2和D3的型号可以为1N4148,MOS管Q1的型号可以为2N7002,电阻R1的阻值可以为100R,电阻R7的阻值可以为4.7K。第二检测电路包括PEE3、PEE4、二极管D4、二极管D5、二极管D6、MOS管Q2、电阻R2、电阻R7,其中,二极管D4、D5和D6的型号可以为1N4148, MOS管Q2的型号可以为2N7002,电阻R2的阻值可以为100R。小便信号电路包括MOS管Q3、电阻R3、电阻R8、电阻R10,其中,MOS管Q3的型号可以为2N7002,电阻R3的阻值可以为100R,电阻R8的阻值可以为4.7K,电阻R10的阻值可以为100R。小便信号电路通过输出端输出小便信号(PEE SIGN),PEE1、PEE2、PEE3、PEE4中的VCC为电源输入端,可以为正5伏特,GND为接地端,SIG_N信号端,电阻R4的阻值可以为10K,电阻R5的阻值可以为10K,电阻R6的阻值可以为10K,电阻R9的阻值可以为4.7K。小便信号电路可以接收到第一检测电路或第二检测电路输出的高电平后输出小便信号,小便信号电路接收到第一检测电路和第二检测电路输出的低电平后不发出小便信号。小便信号电路输出的小便信号可以为低电平,小便信号电路不输出小便信号则小便信号电路可以发出高电平。第一小便传感器96、第二小便传感器97均可以为电容传感器。在一实施例中,,需要所有第一小便传感器96输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号,小便检测电路才会输出小便信号。第一小便传感器96输出的检测到液体的信号可以为低电平,第二小便传感器97输出的检测到液体的信号可以为低电平。
第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器可以位于便槽10下方。第一组小便传感器位于第二组小便传感器的左侧,每个第一小便传感器96前后排列,每个第二小便传感器97前后排列。便槽10下方可以设有多个安装槽101,上述至少两个第一小便传感器96与安装槽一一对应地设置于对应的安装槽101中、上述至少两个第二小便传感器97与安装槽一一对应设置于对应的安装槽101。上述至少两个第一小便传感器96、第二小便传感器97可以均被打胶粘接于对应的安装槽101中。安装槽101、便槽10可以分别设于第一壳体13,安装槽101与便槽10相背。上述至少两个第一小便传感器96可以设置在槽底壁130的底面并相对靠近左侧槽壁133而远离右侧槽壁134,上述至少两个第二小便传感器97可以设置在槽底壁130的底面并相对靠近右侧槽壁134而远离左侧槽壁133。小便传感器可以粘接固定于安装槽101,小便检测电路可以设于工作头之内。
当一个以上的第一小便传感器96输出检测到液体的信号或者当一个以上的第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号则可以视为人体进行了排尿,接着会 触发人体排泄物处理动作,当仅有一个第一小便传感器96或者仅有一个第二小便传感器97或者仅有一个第一小便传感器96和一个第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号时则不视为人体进行了排尿,从而不触发人体排泄物处理动作。当一个以上的第一小便传感器96输出检测到液体的信号或者当一个以上的第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号则触发护理机的小便处理程序,当仅有一个第一小便传感器96或者仅有一个第二小便传感器97或者仅有一个第一小便传感器96和一个第二小便传感器97输出检测到液体的信号时不触发护理机的小便处理程序。
还可设计为:当一个以上的小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则小便检测电路输出小便信号,当仅有一个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则小便检测电路不发出小便信号。当一个以上的小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则视为人体进行了排尿,当仅有一个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时不视为人体进行了排尿。在一实施例中,当一个以上的小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则触发护理机的小便处理程序,当仅有一个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时不触发护理机的小便处理程序。

Claims (45)

  1. 一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、小便检测电路,所述小便检测电路包括设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当一个以上的第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当一个以上的第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则所述小便检测电路输出小便信号,当第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器中,仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时,则所述小便检测电路不输出小便信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述第一小便传感器的数量、第二小便传感器的数量均为两个,所述小便检测电路包括第一检测电路与第二检测电路,两个所述第一小便传感器归属于第一检测电路,两个所述第二小便传感器归属于第二检测电路,两个所述第一小便传感器都输出检测到液体的信号时所述第一检测电路输出高电平,两个所述第一小便传感器中没有输出检测到液体的信号或只有一个输出检测到液体的信号时所述第一检测电路输出低电平,两个所述第二小便传感器都输出检测到液体的信号时所述第二检测电路输出高电平,两个所述第二小便传感器中没有输出检测到液体的信号或只有一个输出检测到液体的信号时所述第二检测电路输出低电平。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的护理机,其中,所述小便检测电路包括小便信号电路,所述小便信号电路接收到第一检测电路或第二检测电路输出的高电平后输出小便信号,所述小便信号电路接收到第一检测电路和第二检测电路输出的低电平后不输出小便信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的护理机,其中,所述小便信号电路输出的小便信号为低电平,所述小便信号电路不输出小便信号则小便信号电路输出高电平,第一小便传感器输出的检测到液体的信号为低电平,第二小便传感器输出的检测到液体的信号为低电平。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述第一组小便传感器位于第二组小便传感器的左侧,所述至少两个第一小便传感器前后排列,所述至少两个第二小便传感器前后排列。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的护理机,其中:所述工作头还包括便槽,所述便槽设置为容纳排泄物,所述便槽下方设有多个安装槽,所述至少两个第一小便传 感器与安装槽一一对应地设置于对应的安装槽中、所述至少两个第二小便传感器与安装槽一一对应地设置于对应的安装槽中,所述工作头的前穿戴部包括第一壳体,所述安装槽和便槽分别设于第一壳体,所述安装槽与便槽相背设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头还包括便槽,所述便槽设置为容纳排泄物,所述工作头的前穿戴部包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体包括槽底壁、自槽底壁左边缘向上延伸的左侧槽壁、自槽底壁右边缘向上延伸的右侧槽壁,所述左侧槽壁、右侧槽壁、槽底壁分别为便槽的一个槽壁,每个所述第一小便传感器设置在槽底壁的底面并相对靠近所述左侧槽壁而远离所述右侧槽壁,每个所述第二小便传感器设置在槽底壁的底面并相对靠近所述右侧槽壁而远离所述左侧槽壁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述小便检测电路设于所述工作头之内,所述第一小便传感器、第二小便传感器为电容传感器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头包括前穿戴部,所述前穿戴部包括托盘部,所述托盘部设置为直接或间接的承载人体臀部,所述托盘部形成有容纳排泄物的便槽,所述托盘部设有位于便槽前方的前沿,所述前沿形成有下凹的对应人体尾椎骨部位的凹陷区域。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的护理机,其中,所述凹陷区域向前延伸至托盘部的最前端。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的护理机,其中,所述托盘部包括第一壳体,所述便槽形成于第一壳体,所述前沿为第一壳体的一部分,所述第一壳体包括槽底壁、自槽底壁前边缘向上延伸的槽前壁,所述槽前壁一体连接于所述前沿并挡在凹陷区域的后侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的护理机,其中,所述凹陷区域上面覆盖有缓冲物,所述缓冲物还覆盖所述槽前壁。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的护理机,其中,所述槽前壁的上方形成有位于凹陷区域与便槽之间的凹口,所述凹陷区域上面覆盖有缓冲物,所述缓冲物覆盖所述凹口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的护理机,其中,所述缓冲物的覆盖所述凹陷区域的部分厚于所述缓冲物的覆盖所述凹口的部分。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的护理机,其中,所述托盘部还设有用以朝向便槽内喷水的左前喷头与右前喷头,所述左前喷头位于凹陷区域的左后方,所述右 前喷头位于凹陷区域的右后方。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的护理机,其中,所述托盘部还设有第一进水接头、两头的第一连接水管、两头的第二连接水管、三头的第三连接管,所述第一连接水管连接第三连接管的第一头与左前喷头,所述第二连接水管连接第三连接管的第二头与右前喷头,所述第三连接水管的第三头与第一进水接头连接。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的护理机,其中,所述托盘部包括第一壳体,所述便槽形成于第一壳体,所述前沿为第一壳体的一部分,左前喷头、右前喷头分别固定于第一壳体,所述第一壳体包括位于所述便槽左前侧的左前安装通槽、位于所述便槽右前侧的右前安装通槽,所述左前喷头安装于所述左前安装通槽,所述右前喷头安装于所述右前安装通槽。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的护理机,其中,所述左前喷头、右前喷头均包括喷头第一部分、喷头第二部分,所述喷头第一部分一体设有第二进水接头,所述喷头第一部分、喷头第二部分围成喷头水腔,所述喷头水腔设置为使水可经过第二进水接头进入喷头水腔后由喷头第一部分所开设的出水孔喷出。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的护理机,其中,所述左前喷头、右前喷头均固定于第一壳体,所述左前喷头与左前安装通槽之间、右前喷头与右前安装通槽之间均通过打胶密封。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的护理机,其中,所述左前喷头设有至少一个朝向便槽并向右后方喷水的出水孔,所述右前喷头设有至少一个朝向便槽并向左后方喷水的出水孔。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头包括前穿戴部,所述前穿戴部设有补气口。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头包括便槽,所述便槽设置为容纳排泄物,所述前穿戴部设有连通便槽的排泄物入口和烘干吹风孔,补气口位于烘干吹风孔的侧下方,补气口位于排泄物入口的侧上方。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头还包括与前穿戴部组装在一起的后座、补气管路,当便槽内的气压相对于工作头外界为负压时,所述工作头设置为使工作头外界的空气依次经过后座内腔、补气管路补入便槽。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头还包括与前穿戴部组装在一起的后座、补气管路,后座的内腔与工作头外界是相通的,补气管路具有相反的第一端与第二端,补气口构成补气管路的第一端端口,补气管路的第 二端端口与后座的内腔直接连通,所述工作头设置为使后座的内腔的空气可由第二端端口进入补气管路并经过补气口补入便槽。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的护理机,其中,补气管路包括外部弯折段,外部弯折段位于后座之外,外部弯折段的相反两端分别连接后座。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的护理机,其中,外部弯折段包括相对接的左部弯折段与右部弯折段。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的护理机,其中,后座包括前后相对的前侧壁与后端壁、左右相对的左侧壁与右侧壁,前侧壁、后端壁、左侧壁、右侧壁围着内腔,前侧壁面向前穿戴部,后端壁包括后端壁左部、后端壁右部,左部弯折段连接于后端壁左部,右部弯折段连接于后端壁右部,后端壁左部与后端壁右部左右对接,左部弯折段与右部弯折段左右对接。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的护理机,其中,前穿戴部包括第一壳体,所述便槽形成于第一壳体,补气管路包括一体连接于第一壳体的第一管段、一体连接于前侧壁的第二管段、与左部弯折段一体连接的第三管段,第一管段与第二管段对接,第二管段与第三管段对接,第二管段与第三管段位于后座内腔内,第一管段向后穿过前侧壁进入后座内腔。
  29. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述工作头包括前穿戴部、后座、用以锁扣前穿戴部与后座的锁扣结构,锁扣结构包括设于前穿戴部的第一卡扣件、设于后座的第二卡扣件、设于前穿戴部的第三卡扣件、设于后座的第四卡扣件,第一卡扣件与第二卡扣件锁扣在一起,第三卡扣件与第四卡扣件锁扣在一起,第二卡扣件可在外力作用下朝向第四卡扣件移动而与第一卡扣件解除锁扣,第四卡扣件可在外力作用下朝向第二卡扣件移动而与第三卡扣件解除锁扣。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的护理机,其中,第二卡扣件可在外力推动下朝向第四卡扣件平移而与第一卡扣件解除锁扣,第四卡扣件可在外力推动下朝向第二卡扣件平移而与第三卡扣件解除锁扣。
  31. 根据权利要求29所述的护理机,其中,后座还设有相对的左侧壁与右侧壁、贯穿左侧壁的第一通口、贯穿右侧壁的第二通口,第二卡扣件包括第一作动部,第一作动部可在外力推动下顺着第一通口向第四卡扣件移动而带动第二卡扣件朝向第四卡扣件移动,第四卡扣件包括第二作动部,第二作动部可在外力推动下顺着第二通口向第二卡扣件移动而带动第四卡扣件朝向第二卡扣件移动。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的护理机,其中,第一作动部包括供外力直接推动的第一外板、第一侧板、第一折边,第一侧板的外端连接第一外板,第一折边自第一侧板的内端弯折延伸出,第一通口包括位于第一通口内外两端的第一内端口与第一外端口,第一折边止挡于第一内端口边缘。
  33. 根据权利要求29所述的护理机,其中,后座设有内腔、前侧壁、相对的左侧壁与右侧壁,前侧壁、左侧壁与右侧壁分别围在内腔的一侧,前侧壁面向前穿戴部,第一卡扣件向后穿过前侧壁进入后座内腔,前侧壁固定连接有位于内腔内的第一挡位件,后座还设有第一端被第一挡位件抵挡、相反的第二端被第二卡扣件抵挡的第一复位弹簧。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的护理机,其中,第一挡位件设有第一套筒部,第二卡扣件设有与第一套筒部相嵌套的第二套筒部,第一复位弹簧第一端收容于第一套筒部,第一复位弹簧的相反第二端收容于第二套筒部。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的护理机,其中,第二卡扣件设有与第一卡扣件锁扣的第一卡勾部,第一挡位件设有一体连接于第一套筒部与前侧壁之间的第一连接部,第一连接部与第一卡扣件位于第一卡勾部的左右两侧。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的护理机,其中,第一连接部形成有用以容纳第一卡勾部的第一让位空间。
  37. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,其中,所述小便检测电路包括第一检测电路、第二检测电路、小便信号电路,所述第一小便传感器归属于第一检测电路,第一检测电路包括第一金属氧化物半导体MOS管,所有第一小便传感器并列连接且连接至第一MOS管的同一电极,所述第二小便传感器归属于第二检测电路,第二检测电路包括第二MOS管,所有第二小便传感器并列连接且连接至第二MOS管的同一电极,小便信号电路包括第三MOS管,第一检测电路与第二检测电路并列连接且连接至第三MOS管的同一电极。
  38. 根据权利要求1所述的护理机,需要所有第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号,所述小便检测电路才会输出小便信号。
  39. 一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、小便检测电路,所述小便检测电路包括设于所述工作头的多个小便传感器,当至少两个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则所述小便检测电路输出小便信号,当仅有一个小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则所述小便检测电路不输出小便信号。
  40. 一种护理机的可穿戴式工作头,包括小便检测电路所述小便检测电路包括设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当一个以上的第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当一个以上的第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则所述小便检测电路输出小便信号,当仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则所述小便检测电路不输出小便信号。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的工作头,其中,需要所有第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号,所述小便检测电路才会输出小便信号。
  42. 一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当一个以上的第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当一个以上的第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则视为人体进行了排尿,当仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则不视为人体进行了排尿。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的护理机,需要所有第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号才会视为人体进行了排尿。
  44. 一种护理机,包括可穿戴式工作头、设于所述工作头的第一组小便传感器与第二组小便传感器,所述第一组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第一小便传感器,所述第二组小便传感器包括相间隔的至少两个第二小便传感器,当大于一个的第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者当大于一个的第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号则触发护理机的小便处理程序,当仅有一个第一小便传感器或者仅有一个第二小便传感器或者仅有一个第一小便传感器和一个第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号时则不触发护理机的小便处理程序。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的护理机,需要所有第一小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号或者所有第二小便传感器输出检测到液体的信号才会触发护理机的小便处理程序。
