本申请公开了一种外勤员工考勤管控方法,该方法包括:每隔预设时间段,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送定位指令;接收所述移动终端反馈的定位信息;判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内;向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送身份确认指令;接收所述移动终端反馈的身份确认信息;根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人,若是所述外勤员工本人,则考勤正常,否则为考勤异常。本申请还提供一种应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质。本申请提供的外勤员工考勤管控方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质能够对外勤员工进行更加严格有效的考勤管控。

外勤员工考勤管控方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2017年11月15日提交中国专利局,申请号为201711131332.3、发明名称为“外勤员工考勤管控方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及数据分析技术领域,尤其涉及一种外勤员工考勤管控方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
现在的考勤方式多种多样,可以是刷卡、指纹识别、脸部识别、网页登录等。但是,对于出外勤的员工,由于考勤地点不固定,且监督不便,目前还缺乏有效的机制进行考勤管理。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提出一种外勤员工考勤管控方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质,以解决如何有效的对外勤员工进行考勤管控的问题。
首先,为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种外勤员工考勤管控方法,该方法包括步骤:
在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送定位指令;
接收所述移动终端反馈的定位信息;
判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内;
当判断出所述外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送身份确认指令;
接收所述移动终端反馈的身份确认信息;及
根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人,若是所述外勤员工本人,则考勤正常,否则为考勤异常。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种应用服务器,包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的外勤员工考勤管控系统,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送定位指令;
接收所述移动终端反馈的定位信息;
判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内;
当判断出所述外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送身份确认指令;
接收所述移动终端反馈的身份确认信息;及
根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人,若是所述外勤员工本人,则考勤正常,否则为考勤异常。
进一步地,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有外勤员工考勤管控系统,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的外勤员工考勤管控方法的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请所提出的外勤员工考勤管控方法、应用服务器及计算机可读存储介质,当员工出外勤时,每隔预设时间段对该外勤员工对应的移动终端进行定位,判断是否在工作地点范围内。同时,向该移动终端发送身份确认指令,根据该移动终端反馈的身份确认信息对该员工进一步进行身份确认,以防止人机分离的状况。当该移动终端在工作地点范围内,且确认为该外勤员工本人在该移动终端附近时,才表示考勤正常,可以对外勤员工进行更加严格有效的考勤管控。

在本实施例中,本申请可应用于包括,但不仅限于,移动终端1、应用服务器2、网络3的应用环境中。其中,所述移动终端1可以是移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置、车载装置等等的可移动设备。所述应用服务器2可以是机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器等计算设备,该应用服务器2可以是独立的服务器,也可以是多个服务器所组成的服务器集群。所述网络3可以是企业内部网(Intranet)、互联网(Internet)、全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、4G网络、5G网络、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、Wi-Fi、通话网络等无线或有线网络。
其中,所述应用服务器2中通过所述网络3分别与一个或多个所述移动终端1通信连接,以进行数据传输和交互。
参阅图2所示,是图1中应用服务器2一可选的硬件架构的示意图。本实施 例中,所述应用服务器2可包括,但不仅限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接存储器11、处理器12、网络接口13。需要指出的是,图2仅示出了具有组件11-13的应用服务器2,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,所述存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器11可以是所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元,例如该应用服务器2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器11也可以是所述应用服务器2的外部存储设备,例如该应用服务器2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述应用服务器2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器11通常用于存储安装于所述应用服务器2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如外勤员工考勤管控系统200的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器12通常用于控制所述应用服务器2的总体操作,例如执行与所述移动终端1进行数据交互或者通信相关的控制和处理等。本实施例中,所述处理器12用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的外勤员工考勤管控系统200等。
所述网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口13通常用于在所述应用服务器2与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。本实施例中,所述网络接口13主要用于通过所述网络3将所述应用服务器2与一个或多个所述移动终端1相连,在所述应用服务器2与所述一个或多个移动终端1之间的建立数据传输通道和通信连接。
至此,己经详细介绍了本申请各个实施例的应用环境和相关设备的硬件结构和功能。下面,将基于上述应用环境和相关设备,提出本申请的各个实施例。
首先,本申请提出一种外勤员工考勤管控系统200。
参阅图3所示,是本申请外勤员工考勤管控系统200第一实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统200包括一系列的存储于存储器11上的计算机程序指令,当该计算机程序指令被处理器12执行时,可以实现本申请各实施例的外勤员工考勤管控操作。在一些实施例中,基于该计算机程序指令各部分所实现的特定的操作,外勤员工考勤管控系统200可以被划分为一个或多个模块。例如,在图3中,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统200可以 被分割成发送模块201、接收模块202、判断模块203。其中:
所述发送模块201,用于在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。
具体地,首先根据该外勤员工对应的考勤工作表获取该外勤员工对应的工作时间,然后根据预设的监测频率,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,对该外勤员工进行考勤监测。例如,假设该外勤员工对应的工作时间为8:00~17:00,所述预设时间段为1小时,则早上8:00开始,每隔1小时向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。
所述接收模块202,用于接收该移动终端1反馈的定位信息。
具体地,当该外勤员工对应的移动终端1接收到所述定位指令后,利用GPS等定位功能对当前位置进行定位,并反馈当前的定位信息。接收模块202接收该移动终端1反馈的定位信息。
所述判断模块203,用于判断该外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内。
具体地,根据所述定位信息和所述考勤工作表中的工作地点,可以判断该外勤员工是否在工作地点范围内。例如,假设所述工作地点为A市B子公司,若所述定位信息显示该移动终端1的位置在A市B子公司范围内,则判断该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内;若所述定位信息显示该移动终端1的位置在A市B子公司范围之外,则判断该外勤员工当前不在工作地点范围内,表示考勤异常。
在其他实施例中,还可以根据所述移动终端1不断反馈的所述定位信息,绘制出所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图。然后获取所述外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配。例如当所述外勤员工完成车险报案任务时,该任务的地点应该与所述外勤员工的路线图中对应时间点的位置信息相匹配。若所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点不匹配,表示考勤异常。
所述发送模块201还用于当在考勤地点范围内时,向该移动终端1发送身份确认指令。
具体地,当判断出该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,再向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送身份确认指令。所述身份确认指令用于确认该外勤员工本人当前在所述移动终端1附近,以防止人机分离的状况。所述身份确认指令可以是指纹识别指令、人脸识别指令等。
所述接收模块202还用于接收该移动终端1反馈的身份确认信息。
具体地,当该移动终端1接收到所述身份确认指令后,通知该外勤员工输入身份确认信息,例如输入指纹或者扫描脸部图像,然后反馈所述身份确认信息。接收模块202接收该移动终端1反馈的身份确认信息。
所述判断模块203还用于根据该身份确认信息判断是否为该外勤员工本人。
具体地,当接收到该身份确认信息后,将该身份确认信息与所设置的身 份信息进行对比,判断是否为该外勤员工本人。例如,当所述身份确认信息为指纹时,将接收到的指纹与所设置的身份信息中的指纹进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。同样地,当所述身份确认信息为脸部图像时,将接收到的脸部图像与所设置的身份信息中的脸部图像进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。
参阅图4所示,是本申请外勤员工考勤管控系统200第二实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述的外勤员工考勤管控系统200除了包括第一实施例中的所述发送模块201、接收模块202、判断模块203之外,还包括设置模块204。
所述设置模块204用于设置该外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表。
具体地,所述考勤工作表是专为员工外勤期间设置,主要包括岗位类型、工作时间、工作地点等。
所述设置模块204还用于设置该外勤员工的对应的身份信息。
具体地,所述身份信息包括姓名、岗位、工号、指纹或脸部图像等。所述身份信息用于后续确认该外勤员工身份,以确定是该外勤员工本人携带对应的移动终端1进行考勤输入。
所述设置模块204还用于设置监测频率,即预设时间段。
具体地,在该员工出外勤期间,需要每隔一段时间对其考勤进行监测,可以预先设置一个合适的监测频率,即具体每隔多长时间(预设时间段)监测一次。
参阅图5所示,是本申请外勤员工考勤管控系统200第三实施例的程序模块图。本实施例中,所述的外勤员工考勤管控系统200在第二实施例的基础上,还包括生成模块205。
所述生成模块205用于根据判断结果生成该外勤员工的考勤报表。
具体地,当所述外勤员工当天的考勤监测完毕后,根据所述判断结果生成所述外勤员工当天的考勤报表。将该员工的姓名、岗位、工号、工作时间、工作地点、监测时间、定位信息、身份确认信息等数据一起记录到考勤报表中,同时记录考勤正常或考勤异常的判断结果。
将所述考勤报表发送至人资,以便人资对所述外勤员工当天的考勤状况进行管理。另外,当有考勤异常时,同时将所述考勤报表发送至所述外勤员工对应的移动终端1,发送方式可以是邮件等,以通知所述外勤员工上报考勤异常原因。
此外,本申请还提出一种外勤员工考勤管控方法。
参阅图6所示,是本申请外勤员工考勤管控方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,根据不同的需求,图6所示的流程图中的步骤的执行顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
步骤S600,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。
具体地,首先根据该外勤员工对应的考勤工作表获取该外勤员工对应的工作时间,然后根据预设的监测频率,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,对该外勤员工进行考勤监测。例如,假设该外勤员工对应的工作时间为8:00~17:00,所述预设时间段为1小时,则早上8:00开始,每隔1小时向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。本步骤中主要是监测该外勤员工对应的移动终端1的当前位置。
步骤S602,接收该移动终端1反馈的定位信息,判断该外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内。
具体地,当该外勤员工对应的移动终端1接收到所述定位指令后,利用GPS等定位功能对当前位置进行定位,并反馈当前的定位信息。因此,根据所述定位信息和所述考勤工作表中的工作地点,可以判断该外勤员工是否在工作地点范围内。例如,假设所述工作地点为A市B子公司,若所述定位信息显示该移动终端1的位置在A市B子公司范围内,则判断该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内;若所述定位信息显示该移动终端1的位置在A市B子公司范围之外,则判断该外勤员工当前不在工作地点范围内,表示考勤异常。
在其他实施例中,还可以根据所述移动终端1不断反馈的所述定位信息,绘制出所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图。然后获取所述外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配。例如当所述外勤员工完成车险报案任务时,该任务的地点应该与所述外勤员工的路线图中对应时间点的位置信息相匹配。若所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点不匹配,表示考勤异常。
步骤S604,当在考勤地点范围内时,向该移动终端1发送身份确认指令。
具体地,当判断出该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,再向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送身份确认指令。所述身份确认指令用于确认该外勤员工本人当前在所述移动终端1附近,以防止人机分离的状况。所述身份确认指令可以是指纹识别指令、人脸识别指令等。
步骤S606,接收该移动终端1反馈的身份确认信息。
具体地,当该移动终端1接收到所述身份确认指令后,通知该外勤员工输入身份确认信息,例如输入指纹或者扫描脸部图像,然后反馈所述身份确认信息。
步骤S608,根据该身份确认信息判断是否为该外勤员工本人。
具体地,当接收到该身份确认信息后,将该身份确认信息与所设置的身份信息进行对比,判断是否为该外勤员工本人。例如,当所述身份确认信息为指纹时,将接收到的指纹与所设置的身份信息中的指纹进行对比,若匹配 成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。同样地,当所述身份确认信息为脸部图像时,将接收到的脸部图像与所设置的身份信息中的脸部图像进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。
本实施例所提出的外勤员工考勤管控方法,可以当员工出外勤时,每隔预设时间段对该外勤员工对应的移动终端1进行定位,判断是否在工作地点范围内。同时,向该移动终端1发送身份确认指令,根据该移动终端1反馈的身份确认信息对该员工进一步进行身份确认,以防止人机分离的状况。当该移动终端1在工作地点范围内,且确认为该外勤员工本人在该移动终端1附近时,才表示考勤正常,可以对外勤员工进行更加严格有效的考勤管控。
如图7所示,是本申请外勤员工考勤管控方法的第二实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述外勤员工考勤管控方法的步骤S706-S714与第一实施例的步骤S600-S608相类似,区别在于该方法还包括步骤S700-S704。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S700,设置该外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表。
具体地,所述考勤工作表是专为员工外勤期间设置,主要包括岗位类型、工作时间、工作地点等。
步骤S702,设置该外勤员工的对应的身份信息。
具体地,所述身份信息包括姓名、岗位、工号、指纹或脸部图像等。所述身份信息用于后续确认该外勤员工身份,以确定是该外勤员工本人携带对应的移动终端1进行考勤输入。
步骤S704,设置监测频率,即预设时间段。
具体地,在该员工出外勤期间,需要每隔一段时间对其考勤进行监测,可以预先设置一个合适的监测频率,即具体每隔多长时间(预设时间段)监测一次。
步骤S706,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。
具体地,首先根据所述考勤工作表获取该外勤员工对应的工作时间,然后根据所设置的监测频率,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,对该外勤员工进行考勤监测。例如,假设该外勤员工对应的工作时间为8:00~17:00,所述预设时间段为1小时,则早上8:00开始,每隔1小时向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。本步骤中主要是监测该外勤员工对应的移动终端1的当前位置。
步骤S708,接收该移动终端1反馈的定位信息,判断该外勤员工是否在该考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内。

在其他实施例中,还可以根据所述移动终端1不断反馈的所述定位信息,绘制出所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图。然后获取所述外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配。例如当所述外勤员工完成车险报案任务时,该任务的地点应该与所述外勤员工的路线图中对应时间点的位置信息相匹配。若所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点不匹配,表示考勤异常。
步骤S710,当在考勤地点范围内时,向该移动终端1发送身份确认指令。
具体地,当判断出该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,再向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送身份确认指令。所述身份确认指令用于确认该外勤员工本人当前在所述移动终端1附近,以防止人机分离的状况。所述身份确认指令可以是指纹识别指令、人脸识别指令等。
步骤S712,接收该移动终端1反馈的身份确认信息。
具体地,当该移动终端1接收到所述身份确认指令后,通知该外勤员工输入身份确认信息,例如输入指纹或者扫描脸部图像,然后反馈所述身份确认信息。
步骤S714,根据该身份确认信息判断是否为该外勤员工本人。
具体地,当接收到该身份确认信息后,将该身份确认信息与所设置的身份信息进行对比,判断是否为该外勤员工本人。例如,当所述身份确认信息为指纹时,将接收到的指纹与所设置的身份信息中的指纹进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。同样地,当所述身份确认信息为脸部图像时,将接收到的脸部图像与所设置的身份信息中的脸部图像进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。
如图8所示,是本申请外勤员工考勤管控方法的第三实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述外勤员工考勤管控方法的步骤S800-S814与第二实施例的步骤S700-S714相类似,区别在于该方法还包括步骤S816。
该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S800,设置该外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表。
具体地,所述考勤工作表是专为员工外勤期间设置,主要包括岗位类型、工作时间、工作地点等。
步骤S802,设置该外勤员工的对应的身份信息。
具体地,所述身份信息包括姓名、岗位、工号、指纹或脸部图像等。所述身份信息用于后续确认该外勤员工身份,以确定是该外勤员工本人携带对应的移动终端1进行考勤输入。
步骤S804,设置监测频率,即预设时间段。
具体地,在该员工出外勤期间,需要每隔一段时间对其考勤进行监测,可以预先设置一个合适的监测频率,即具体每隔多长时间(预设时间段)监测一次。
步骤S806,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。
具体地,首先根据所述考勤工作表获取该外勤员工对应的工作时间,然后根据所设置的监测频率,在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,对该外勤员工进行考勤监测。例如,假设该外勤员工对应的工作时间为8:00~17:00,所述预设时间段为1小时,则早上8:00开始,每隔1小时向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送定位指令。本步骤中主要是监测该外勤员工对应的移动终端1的当前位置。
步骤S808,接收该移动终端1反馈的定位信息,判断该外勤员工是否在该考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内。
具体地,当该外勤员工对应的移动终端1接收到所述定位指令后,利用GPS等定位功能对当前位置进行定位,并反馈当前的定位信息。因此,根据所述定位信息和所述考勤工作表中的工作地点,可以判断该外勤员工是否在工作地点范围内。例如,假设所述工作地点为A市B子公司,若所述定位信息显示该移动终端1的位置在A市B子公司范围内,则判断该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内;若所述定位信息显示该移动终端1的位置在A市B子公司范围之外,则判断该外勤员工当前不在工作地点范围内,表示考勤异常。
在其他实施例中,还可以根据所述移动终端1不断反馈的所述定位信息,绘制出所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图。然后获取所述外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配。例如当所述外勤员工完成车险报案任务时,该任务的地点应该与所述外勤员工的路线图中对应时间点的位置信息相匹配。若所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点不匹配,表示考勤异常。
步骤S810,当在考勤地点范围内时,向该移动终端1发送身份确认指令。
具体地,当判断出该外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,再向该外勤员工对应的移动终端1发送身份确认指令。所述身份确认指令用于确认该外勤员工本人当前在所述移动终端1附近,以防止人机分离的状况。所述身份确认指令可以是指纹识别指令、人脸识别指令等。
步骤S812,接收该移动终端1反馈的身份确认信息。
具体地,当该移动终端1接收到所述身份确认指令后,通知该外勤员工输入身份确认信息,例如输入指纹或者扫描脸部图像,然后反馈所述身份确认信息。
步骤S814,根据该身份确认信息判断是否为该外勤员工本人。
具体地,当接收到该身份确认信息后,将该身份确认信息与所设置的身份信息进行对比,判断是否为该外勤员工本人。例如,当所述身份确认信息为指纹时,将接收到的指纹与所设置的身份信息中的指纹进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。同样地,当所述身份确认信息为脸部图像时,将接收到的脸部图像与所设置的身份信息中的脸部图像进行对比,若匹配成功则判断为该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤正常;若匹配失败则判断为非该外勤员工本人,表示该外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端1附近,考勤异常。
步骤S816,根据判断结果生成该外勤员工的考勤报表。
具体地,当所述外勤员工当天的考勤监测完毕后,根据所述判断结果生成所述外勤员工当天的考勤报表。将该员工的姓名、岗位、工号、工作时间、工作地点、监测时间、定位信息、身份确认信息等数据一起记录到考勤报表中,同时记录考勤正常或考勤异常的判断结果。
将所述考勤报表发送至人资,以便人资对所述外勤员工当天的考勤状况进行管理。另外,当有考勤异常时,同时将所述考勤报表发送至所述外勤员工对应的移动终端1,发送方式可以是邮件等,以通知所述外勤员工上报考勤异常原因。
上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
以上仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种外勤员工考勤管控方法,应用于应用服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤:
    在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送定位指令;
    接收所述移动终端反馈的定位信息;
    判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内;
    当判断出所述外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送身份确认指令;
    接收所述移动终端反馈的身份确认信息;及
    根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人,若是所述外勤员工本人,则考勤正常,否则为考勤异常。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的外勤员工考勤管控方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人的步骤具体包括:
    当接收到所述身份确认信息后,将所述身份确认信息与所设置的身份信息进行对比;
    若匹配成功则判断为所述外勤员工本人,表示所述外勤员工在对应的移动终端附近,考勤正常;
    若匹配失败则判断为非所述外勤员工本人,表示所述外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端附近,考勤异常。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的外勤员工考勤管控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表,包括工作时间、工作地点;
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的身份信息;
    设置监测频率,即所述预设时间段。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的外勤员工考勤管控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表,包括工作时间、工作地点;
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的身份信息;
    设置监测频率,即所述预设时间段。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的外勤员工考勤管控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    根据判断结果生成所述外勤员工的考勤报表,将所述考勤报表发送至人资,当有考勤异常时,同时将所述考勤报表发送至所述外勤员工,以通知所述外勤员工上报考勤异常原因。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的外勤员工考勤管控方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内的步骤还包括:
    根据所述定位信息绘制所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图,并获取所述 外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配;
    若所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点不匹配,表示考勤异常。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的外勤员工考勤管控方法,其特征在于,所述身份确认指令为指纹识别指令或人脸识别指令。
  8. 一种应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的外勤员工考勤管控系统,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送定位指令;
    接收所述移动终端反馈的定位信息;
    判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内;
    当判断出所述外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送身份确认指令;
    接收所述移动终端反馈的身份确认信息;及
    根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人,若是所述外勤员工本人,则考勤正常,否则为考勤异常。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人的步骤具体包括:
    当接收到所述身份确认信息后,将所述身份确认信息与所设置的身份信息进行对比;
    若匹配成功则判断为所述外勤员工本人,表示所述外勤员工在对应的移动终端附近,考勤正常;
    若匹配失败则判断为非所述外勤员工本人,表示所述外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端附近,考勤异常。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表,包括工作时间、工作地点;
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的身份信息;
    设置监测频率,即所述预设时间段。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表,包括工作时间、工作地点;
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的身份信息;
    设置监测频率,即所述预设时间段。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    根据判断结果生成所述外勤员工的考勤报表,将所述考勤报表发送至人资,当有考勤异常时,同时将所述考勤报表发送至所述外勤员工,以通知所 述外勤员工上报考勤异常原因。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内的步骤还包括:
    根据所述定位信息绘制所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图,并获取所述外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配;
    若所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点不匹配,表示考勤异常。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述身份确认指令为指纹识别指令或人脸识别指令。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有外勤员工考勤管控系统,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:
    在工作时间内,每隔预设时间段,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送定位指令;
    接收所述移动终端反馈的定位信息;
    判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内;
    当判断出所述外勤员工当前在工作地点范围内时,向所述外勤员工对应的移动终端发送身份确认指令;
    接收所述移动终端反馈的身份确认信息;及
    根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人,若是所述外勤员工本人,则考勤正常,否则为考勤异常。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份确认信息判断是否为所述外勤员工本人的步骤具体包括:
    当接收到所述身份确认信息后,将所述身份确认信息与所设置的身份信息进行对比;
    若匹配成功则判断为所述外勤员工本人,表示所述外勤员工在对应的移动终端附近,考勤正常;
    若匹配失败则判断为非所述外勤员工本人,表示所述外勤员工当前不在对应的移动终端附近,考勤异常。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的考勤工作表,包括工作时间、工作地点;
    设置所述外勤员工的对应的身份信息;
    设置监测频率,即所述预设时间段。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述外勤员工考勤管控系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    根据判断结果生成所述外勤员工的考勤报表,将所述考勤报表发送至人资,当有考勤异常时,同时将所述考勤报表发送至所述外勤员工,以通知所述外勤员工上报考勤异常原因。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述判断所述外勤员工是否在对应考勤工作表中的工作地点范围内的步骤还包括:
    根据所述定位信息绘制所述外勤员工在上班期间的路线图,并获取所述外勤员工上报的已完成工作任务,判断所述路线图与所述已完成工作任务的地点是否匹配;
