针对上述已有技术状况,本发明申请人做了大量反复而有益的探索,最终产品取得了有效的成果,并且形成了下面将要介绍的技术方案。

升降底板7四个角固定连接,所述的升降底板7中心设有一个定位槽71,所述的定位槽71内设有底椅腿51,所述的底椅腿51包括底腿上臂511、底腿下臂512、折叠转口513、底腿限位槽514和轴接圆柱515,所述的折叠转口513设置在底腿上臂511下部,所述的底腿上臂511上对应折叠转口513的内壁两侧分别设有一个长条状底腿限位槽514,所述的底腿下臂512通过顶部两侧设置的轴接圆柱515安装在底腿限位槽514内,所述的底腿限位槽514顶点高于折叠转口513。
所述的底腿上臂511顶端设有椅座5,所述的椅座5上侧设有椅座安装槽53,所述的安装椅腿52包括安装上臂521、安装下臂522、安装限位槽523和配合板524,所述的安装下臂522轴接在安装上臂521底部的安装限位槽523中,安装上臂521底部一侧设有开口,所述的安装限位槽523顶点高于安装上臂521底部开口,所述的安装上臂521底部未设有开口一侧还设有朝向下方的配合板524,所述的安装椅腿52通过配合版524安装在椅座安装槽53内,所述的底腿上臂511顶端设有椅座5,所述的安装椅腿52和椅座5的组合重叠安装。
所述的安装外壁8内部设有四个回转电机6,所述的回转电机6输出端连接有二级减速器61输入端,所述的二级减速器61输出端连接有缠绳轮62,所述的缠绳轮62上设有绳缆63,所述的绳缆63分别穿过安装外壁8内部设置的通孔连接在升降底板7顶侧的四个角上。
所述的安装外壁8顶部两侧还设有导轨83,所述的密封端盖2通过导轨83滑动安装在安装外壁8顶部,所述的安装外壁8上设有横向的液压缸82,所述的液压缸82输出端连接密封端盖2侧部,所述的回转电机6和液压缸82均配有遥控开关,遥控开关配合有红外接收器,红外接收器电连接车载电源。
该实施例的有益效果:不占用车内空间,同时在不影响正常升降的同时,能同时携带多个可折叠椅至车顶9,伸缩杆81起到了导向的作用,运行平稳,折叠椅可以在展开后稳定地支承,不会因折叠设置而导致弯折,同时可方便地收起并稳定的重叠安装,大大节省了空间,实用性强。
该装置在使用时,打开遥控开关,液压缸82伸展并推动密封端盖2向侧面滑动,露出安装外壁8顶部开口,同时回转电机6转动进而传动二级减速器61,二级减速器61带动缠绳轮62朝预定方向旋转,使绳缆63逐渐下降,升降底板7在重力作用下向下移动并带动伸缩杆81伸展,直至底部接触地面,坐或站至最顶部安装椅腿52上的椅座5上。
操作遥控开关,回转电机6反向旋转,绳缆63上升,伸缩杆81收缩,升降底板7上升至安装外壁8,走上车顶9并依次取下底椅腿51和椅座5组合以及安装椅腿52和椅座5组合伸展开,即可。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下,对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
- 房车内用升降承载装置,包括车顶,车顶预制有开口,其特征在于:还包括密封端盖、定位口体、承载体以及底板体,所述的定位口体设置在车顶开口上,所述的承载体设置在定位口体内部的开口中,所述的密封端盖设置在定位口体顶部,所述的底板体设置在车顶开口底部。
- 如权利要求1所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的定位口体设为安装开口体,所述的承载体设为伸缩楼梯,所述的底板体设为底承载板,所述的安装开口体中间设置开口,底部设有固定板,所述的固定板安装在车顶开口上,所述的安装开口体口中设有伸缩楼梯,所述的底承载板轴装在房车顶部预制开口的底侧,所述的伸缩楼梯顶部连接在安装开口体上,底部搭载在底承载板上,所述的安装开口体顶部一侧轴接有密封端盖,所述的密封端盖和安装开口体之间以及底承载板和房车顶部之间均设有气缸,两个所述的气缸连接控制开关,控制开关与车载电源相连接,所述的伸缩楼梯上还设有驱动杆,所述的底承载板上远离轴接点一侧与驱动杆相连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的伸缩楼梯底部还设有防滑支承脚,所述的安装开口体顶部位于边侧还设有扶手,所述的密封端盖顶部设有把手。
- 如权利要求1所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的定位口体设为安装外壁,所述的承载体设为底椅腿以及底椅腿顶部设置的椅座,所述的底板体设为升降底板,所述的安装外壁设置在车顶开口上,所述的安装外壁内部设有连通车内与外部的矩形通腔,所述的矩形通腔上部向内收缩预定距离,所述的安装外壁上部朝向下方固定有四个伸缩杆,所述的升降底板对应安装在安装外壁内部矩形通腔的底部,所述的伸缩杆分别与升降底板四个角固定连接, 所述的升降底板中心设有定位槽,所述的定位槽内设有底椅腿,所述的底椅腿顶端设有椅座,所述的安装外壁内部设有四个回转电机,所述的回转电机输出端连接有二级减速器输入端,所述的二级减速器输出端连接有缠绳轮,所述的缠绳轮上设有绳缆,所述的绳缆分别穿过安装外壁内部设置的通孔连接在升降底板顶侧的四个角上,所述的密封端盖安装在安装外壁顶部。
- 如权利要求4所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的底椅腿包括底腿上臂、底腿下臂、折叠转口、底腿限位槽和轴接圆柱,所述的折叠转口设置在底腿上臂下部,所述的底腿上臂上对应折叠转口的内壁两侧分别设有长条状底腿限位槽,所述的底腿下臂通过顶部两侧设置的轴接圆柱安装在底腿限位槽内,所述的底腿限位槽顶点高于折叠转口,所述的底腿上臂顶端设有椅座。
- 如权利要求4所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的底椅腿的椅座上方还设有安装椅腿。
- 如权利要求6所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的椅座上侧设有椅座安装槽,所述的安装椅腿包括安装上臂、安装下臂、安装限位槽和配合板,所述的安装下臂轴接在安装上臂底部的安装限位槽中,安装上臂底部一侧设有开口,所述的安装限位槽顶点高于安装上臂底部开口,所述的安装上臂底部未设有开口一侧还设有朝向下方的配合板,所述的安装椅腿通过配合版安装在椅座安装槽内,所述的底腿上臂顶端设有椅座,所述的安装椅腿和椅座的组合重叠安装。
- 如权利要求4所述的房车内用升降承载装置,其特征是,所述的安装外壁顶部两侧还设有导轨,所述的密封端盖通过导轨滑动安装在安装外壁顶部,所述的安装外壁上设有横向的液压缸,所述的液压缸输出端连接密封端盖侧部, 所述的回转电机和液压缸均配有遥控开关,遥控开关配合有红外接收器,红外接收器电连接车载电源。
