The selected sulfactants are: dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, iso-propylamine, tridecyl benzene sulfonate, dodecyl potassium sulfonate, benzene and several other compounds.
Chemically the way in which all degreasers work is dissolving the grease, for this the degreasers have a hydrophilic part and a lipophilic part. The hydrophilic part allows us to dissolve all the compounds that are soluble in water and the lipophilic part dissolves all the compounds that are soluble in oils and fats. The degreasers contain in their formulation, detergents that help to clean removing the dirt mainly.
The degreasers that use in their formulation soda (NaOH) as degreaser, it is necessary to wait some time to develop the next saponification reaction.
In which, the soda hydrolyzes the fat to form the lipophilic zone and can dissolve the fat.
The multi-action liquid degreaser efficiently removes dirt and grease, but the main difference with other degreasers is that it also cleans on graffiti based on indelible ink or enamel, on acid rain on facade panels , in tartar of surfaces of porcelain or marble, in spots of adhesive, as well as of cleaning of shiny or chromed metals.
Para la remoción del sarro es común utilizar sarricidas, que son ácidos diluidos y que al reaccionar con los carbonatos ocurre la siguiente reacción: Tartar is the accumulation of carbonate salts mainly, which come from water (CaCO 3 calcium carbonate or MgCO 3 Magnesium Carbonate) and which adhere to surfaces where there is moisture, as time passes. For the removal of tartar it is common to use sarricides, which are diluted acids and when reacting with carbonates the following reaction occurs:
As water, in a certain place, is harder, it means that it contains more carbonates, so tartar builds up more quickly.
The sarricides are elaborated mainly with hydrochloric acid and these get to damage the surfaces of porcelain, marble or stainless steel, burning or oxidizing the surfaces and, mostly, causing an irreversible damage when using these acidic products. The same happens with the acid rain spots on the panels that are placed on the facades, since with the rain and dust they stain easily and most of the products that currently exist on the market, also cause damage to these surfaces irreversibly.
Y este desengrasante remueve eficazmente el sarro y aceite quemado The multi-action liquid degreaser by its formulation removes carbonates (tartar) and fats or oils burned or called carbonized. In the industry there is a great variety where there are problems of carbonization as in kitchens, the lines of the pneumatic system in the transport sector. And this degreaser effectively removes tartar and burned oil
