Abstract

The present invention relates to the formulation of a mixture, and the associated process, resulting in a liquid degreaser having multiple applications, since it can be used to remove dirt and grease in an efficient manner, as well as for cleaning acid rain, indelible ink and enamel paint stains (graffiti), adhesives stuck to smooth surfaces, rust spots, carbonised oils, shiny metals, scale on porcelain or marble surfaces, inter alia. The chemical mixture consists of 10 moles of nonylphenol ethoxylate, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, monoethanolamine, 2-butoxyethanol, preservative and additives. The degreaser is suitable for industrial and domestic use, and its use poses a low risk according to the NFPA standard system. The invention also relates to the formulation, the production method and the use of the degreaser in different dilutions.
