Abstract

L'invention concerne un film mince transparent anti-rayures, un article de revêtement résistant aux rayures et une feuille composite. Le film mince transparent anti-rayures comprend une couche de PMMA située sur une couche supérieure et une couche de PET disposée sur la surface inférieure de la couche de PMMA. La couche de PET est choisie parmi des couches de PETG (PET copolymérisé non cristallin), d'APET (PET amorphe) ou de CPET (PET cristallin). L'épaisseur de la couche de PMMA représente 5 à 40 % de l'épaisseur totale, et l'épaisseur de la couche de PET représente 20 à 95 % de l'épaisseur totale. Une couche de PMMA, une couche de PC, ou une couche de PC et une couche de PMMA peuvent en outre être disposées sur la surface inférieure de la couche de PET. L'utilisation d'une couche de PMMA comme couche de revêtement externe d'articles de revêtement ou de matériaux d'emballage offre une bonne résistance aux rayures, une meilleure résistance aux intempéries et une meilleure résistance à la température, et en même temps, à l'aide d'une couche de PET à mélanger directement avec une couche de PMMA, fait disparaître également les défauts de fragilité et réduit le coût élevé de la couche de PMMA proprement dite.
