Abstract

一种面板灯,包括面壳(1)、背板(2)、设置于面壳(1)和背板(2)之间的背光组件(3)、以及与背板(2)相连接的吊装组件;吊装组件包括设置于背板(2)顶部的挂梁(4),以及与挂梁(4)可调节连接的挂件,挂梁(4)的两端分别与开设于背板(2)相对两侧壁的两个卡槽(21)相卡接。以此结构设计,在安装时,可方便的使得背板(2)与挂梁(4)相互卡合,之后在将预先调节好的挂件,与待安装面上的安装孔相适配,以此方便快捷的实现面板灯的安装。

Description

一种面板灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种面板灯。
背景技术
现有技术下用于面板灯的吊装组件,结构较为简单,大多通过在面板灯的背光面的边缘设置弹簧夹的方式进行固定,以此方式设计的面板灯的挂件,由于位置固定,不能够调节,因而在于天花板上的安装孔进行安装时,不能方便有效的适用于不同孔径的安装,进而给安装工作带来诸多麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装方便、挂件可调、安装通用性高的面板灯。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种面板灯,包括面壳、背板、设置于所述面壳和所述背板之间的背光组件、以及与所述背板相连接的吊装组件;所述吊装组件包括设置于所述背板顶部的挂梁,以及与所述挂梁可调节连接的挂件,所述挂梁的两端分别与开设于所述背板相对两侧壁的两个卡槽相卡接。
其中,设置于所述背板相对两侧壁的两个卡槽的开口逆向设置。
其中,所述挂梁的上表面沿长度方向依次平行间隔设置有多个定位槽,相邻定位槽之间设置有定位孔。
其中,所述挂件包括穿设于所述挂梁的第一挂座,以及设置于所述第一挂座的第一扭簧,所述第一扭簧的一端与所述定位槽相配合。
其中,所述挂件包括穿设于所述挂梁的第二挂座,以及穿设于所述定位孔与所述第二挂座螺纹连接的螺丝,所述第二挂座的外端设置有第二扭簧。
其中,所述背板的中部设置有凹坑,所述凹坑四周的侧壁周向均布有多个散热孔。
其中,所述背板的边缘周向均布有多个螺丝孔,所述螺丝孔与所述面壳螺纹连接。
其中,所述背光组件包括散热壳体、设置于所述散热壳体内的导光板、设置于所述导光板外周面与所述散热壳体内侧壁之间的发光组件、与所述导光板面的下底面相贴合的扩散板、与所述导光板上表面相贴合的反光膜,所述反光膜与所述散热壳体的内底面相贴合。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型包括面壳、背板、设置于所述面壳和所述背板之间的背光组件、以及与所述背板相连接的吊装组件;所述吊装组件包括设置于所述背板顶部的挂梁,以及与所述挂梁可调节连接的挂件,所述挂梁的两端分别与开设于所述背板相对两侧壁的两个卡槽相卡接。以此结构设计,在安装时,可方便的使得背板与挂梁相互卡合,之后在将预先调节好的挂件,与待安装面上的安装孔相适配,以此方便快捷的实现面板灯的安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
结合图1至图6所示,本实施例中一种面板灯,包括面壳1、背板2、设置于所述面壳1和所述背板2之间的背光组件3、以及与所述背板2相连接的吊装组件;所述吊装组件包括径向设置于所述背板2顶部的挂梁4,以及与所述挂梁4可调节连接的挂件,所述挂梁4的两端分别与开设于所述背板2相对两侧壁的两个卡槽21相卡接。
为了方便安装挂梁的安装,设置于所述背板2相对两侧壁的两个卡槽21的开口逆向设置,安装时,仅需转动灯体或挂梁,即可方便的实现灯体与挂梁的卡合。
进一步的,本实施例中,所述挂梁4的上表面沿长度方向依次平行间隔设置有多个定位槽41,相邻定位槽41之间设置有定位孔42。
作为本实施例的第一实施方式,如图3所示,所述挂件包括穿设于所述挂梁4的第一挂座43,以及设置于所述第一挂座43的第一扭簧44,所述第一扭簧44的一端与所述定位槽41相配合。在对面板灯安装前,可预先通过调节第一扭簧与定位槽之间的配合位置,方便快捷的调节相对两第一挂座之间的间距,进而使其与待安装孔相适应。
作为本实施例的第二实施方式,如图5所示,所述挂件包括穿设于所述挂梁4的第二挂座45,以及穿设于所述定位孔42与所述第二挂座45螺纹连接的螺丝46,所述第二挂座45的外端设置有第二扭簧47。以此结构设计,可通过螺丝46,方便的调节相对两第二挂座之间的间距,进而满足与待安装孔的适配。
本实施例中,所述背板2的中部设置有凹坑22,所述凹坑22四周的侧壁周向均布有多个散热孔221,所述背板2的边缘周向均布有多个螺丝孔23,所述螺丝孔23与所述面壳螺纹连接,所述背光组件3包括散热壳体31、设置于所述散热壳体31内的导光板32、设置于所述导光板32外周面与所述散热壳体31内 侧壁之间的发光组件33、与所述导光板32面的下底面相贴合的扩散板34、与所述导光板32上表面相贴合的反光膜35,所述反光膜35与所述散热壳体31的内底面相贴合。
采用上述结构设计的面板灯,通过第一实施方式和第二实施方式的设置,能够使其满足与待安装面上的不同孔径的适配,进而有效提升面板灯的安装效率。

  1. 一种面板灯,其特征在于:包括面壳、背板、设置于所述面壳和所述背板之间的背光组件、以及与所述背板相连接的吊装组件;所述吊装组件包括设置于所述背板顶部的挂梁,以及与所述挂梁可调节连接的挂件,所述挂梁的两端分别与开设于所述背板相对两侧壁的两个卡槽相卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:设置于所述背板相对两侧壁的两个卡槽的开口逆向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:所述挂梁的上表面沿长度方向依次平行间隔设置有多个定位槽,相邻定位槽之间设置有定位孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:所述挂件包括穿设于所述挂梁的第一挂座,以及设置于所述第一挂座的第一扭簧,所述第一扭簧的一端与所述定位槽相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:所述挂件包括穿设于所述挂梁的第二挂座,以及穿设于所述定位孔与所述第二挂座螺纹连接的螺丝,所述第二挂座的外端设置有第二扭簧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:所述背板的中部设置有凹坑,所述凹坑四周的侧壁周向均布有多个散热孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:所述背板的边缘周向均布有多个螺丝孔,所述螺丝孔与所述面壳螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面板灯,其特征在于:所述背光组件包括散热壳体、设置于所述散热壳体内的导光板、设置于所述导光板外周面与所述散热壳体内侧壁之间的发光组件、与所述导光板面的下底面相贴合的扩散板、与所述导光板上表面相贴合的反光膜,所述反光膜与所述散热壳体的内底面相贴合。
