Description

一种滚轮清洁装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种滚压生产线设备,特别是一种滚轮清洁装置。
背景技术
门框上条、导轨使用的生产工艺为滚压,将成卷铁料按滚轮的形状拉动成型,因产品形状复杂,需由多组滚轮逐步成型达到最终产品所需形状。现生产过程中,由于铁料出厂本身涂有防锈油,铁料穿过滚轮后与滚轮摩擦会使部分防锈油贴在滚轮表面上,累积一段时间后形成油垢,容易将铁料压出印痕,影响产品品质,故开机一段时间后需要停机后人工去除油垢,增强了员工劳动强度和降低生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种滚轮清洁装置,其实时对滚轮进行擦拭清洁,使油垢堆积在一个地方,不粘在滚轮表面上与铁料接触,减少停机清洁时间和降低员工劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种滚轮清洁装置,包括两个安装座以及位于固定在两个安装座之间的连接件,所述连接件的上端面从下往上依次布置有底座、清洁件和顶座,所述底座和顶座将清洁件的大部分主体遮挡,清洁件中余下部分裸露,各所述安装座上布置有一个安装槽,各所述安装槽的侧壁上布置有紧固单元。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,各所述安装座上布置有一连接孔,所述连接件的两端分别插入到相应的连接孔内后被第一锁紧螺栓固定。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接件包括两个直杆以及呈U状的杆体,各所述直杆的一端固定在杆体的一侧,各直杆的另一端插入到安装座的连接孔内,所述底座固定在杆体上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述底座和顶座之间通过至少两根第二锁紧螺栓连接,所述第二锁紧螺栓依次穿顶座和底座相应的调整槽后与螺母旋接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述清洁件为百洁布或者海绵块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述清洁件中裸露部分延伸出底座外5~10mm。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述紧固单元为至少一个紧固螺钉,所述安装槽的侧壁上布置有数量与紧固螺钉匹配的紧固孔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述清洁件中裸露部分和安装座的安装槽位于同一侧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过清洁件的裸露部分与滚轮紧贴,当产品在滚压时,滚轮转动时表面与清洁件进行摩擦,将表面的油垢堆积在与清洁件接触的点上,防止油垢附在滚轮表面而导致压伤产品。本发明适用于汽车零部件的滚压生产中。

参照图1~图2,一种滚轮清洁装置,包括两个安装座1以及位于固定在两个安装座1之间的连接件2,所述连接件2的上端面从下往上依次布置有底座3、清洁件4和顶座5,所述底座3和顶座5将清洁件4的大部分主体遮挡,清洁件4中余下部分裸露,各所述安装座1上布置有一个安装槽,各所述安装槽的侧壁上布置有紧固单元11。所述清洁件4中裸露部分和安装座1的安装槽位于同一侧。
通过清洁件4的裸露部分与滚轮紧贴,当产品在滚压时,滚轮转动时表面与清洁件4进行摩擦,将表面的油垢堆积在与清洁件4接触的点上,防止油垢附在滚轮表面而导致压伤产品。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,各所述安装座1上布置有一连接孔,所述连接件2的两端分别插入到相应的连接孔内后被第一锁紧螺栓10固定。安装时,可以旋转连接件2,调节连接件2与水平面的角度,进而调整清洁件4与水平面的角度,使得本发明适用于不同环境的滚压生产线中。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述连接件2包括两个直杆21以及呈U状的杆体20,各所述直杆21的一端固定在杆体20的一侧,各直杆21的另一端插入到安装座1的连接孔内,所述底座3固定在杆体20上。所述底座3和顶座5之间通过至少两根第二锁紧螺栓6连接,所述第二锁紧螺栓6依次穿顶座5和底座3相应的调整槽后与螺母旋接。具体地,第二锁紧螺栓6依次穿顶座5和底座3相应的调整槽后位于杆体20的U形槽中,螺母也位于U形槽中。U状的杆体20设置,即减轻连接件2的重量,也避免在连接件2中钻孔。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述清洁件4为百洁布或者海绵块。当然,清洁件4也可以采用其他便于将油污阻挡的柔性件。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述清洁件4中裸露部分延伸出底座3外5~10mm,避免滚轮与底座3或顶座5干涉,影响滚轮的滚压生产。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述紧固单元11为至少一个紧固螺钉,所述安装槽的侧壁上布置有数量与紧固螺钉匹配的紧固孔。安装本发明时,通过安装槽嵌在滚压生产线的滚轮架上后,通过紧固螺钉穿过安装槽侧壁上的紧固孔后固定在滚轮架上,此时,清洁件4的裸露部分与滚轮架上中最靠近的滚轮紧贴。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:包括两个安装座以及位于固定在两个安装座之间的连接件,所述连接件的上端面从下往上依次布置有底座、清洁件和顶座,所述底座和顶座将清洁件的大部分主体遮挡,清洁件中余下部分裸露,各所述安装座上布置有一个安装槽,各所述安装槽的侧壁上布置有紧固单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:各所述安装座上布置有一连接孔,所述连接件的两端分别插入到相应的连接孔内后被第一锁紧螺栓固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:所述连接件包括两个直杆以及呈U状的杆体,各所述直杆的一端固定在杆体的一侧,各直杆的另一端插入到安装座的连接孔内,所述底座固定在杆体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:所述底座和顶座之间通过至少两根第二锁紧螺栓连接,所述第二锁紧螺栓依次穿顶座和底座相应的调整槽后与螺母旋接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清洁件为百洁布或者海绵块。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清洁件中裸露部分延伸出底座外5~10mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:所述紧固单元为至少一个紧固螺钉,所述安装槽的侧壁上布置有数量与紧固螺钉匹配的紧固孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滚轮清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清洁件中裸露部分和安装座的安装槽位于同一侧。
