Description

一种可调光式的环绕顶灯及其灯光调节方法 技术领域
本发明涉及LED方面的领域,包括LED顶灯的结构方面要求的改进和设计,尤其涉及到一种可调光式的环绕顶灯及其灯光调节方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们在日常的要求上也日益增加,人们对照明方面的要求就相对较高,因此在对LED灯的加工也越来越复杂,尤其是LED灯光的调节方面,在以往是灯光的强度是固定的,不能进行随意调节,现阶段能够即使对灯光强度调节一般都是通过调节亮灯的数量进行调节,使用这种调节方式需要对LED灯珠进行多次开起和关闭,因此增加了LED灯珠的启动次数,在很大程度上增加了LED灯珠的使用损耗,增加LED灯珠损坏的概率,降低了LED灯使用寿命。
因此,提供一种可调光式的环绕顶灯及其灯光调节方法,以期能够通过对LED灯壳的结构进行改进,通过在LED灯壳内添加可以调节高度的散光盘,通过调节散光盘与LED灯珠之间的水平夹角,以改变散光盘的折射角度,来调节LED灯的光照强度,能够有效的降低LED灯珠的启动次数,降低使用损耗,延长LED灯珠的使用寿命,同时调节简单方便,提高光照调节效率,就成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种可调光式的环绕顶灯及其灯光调节方法,以期能够通过对LED灯壳的结构进行改进,通过在LED灯壳内添加可以调节高度的散光盘,通过调节散光盘与LED灯珠之间的水平夹角,以改变散光盘的折射角度,来调节LED灯的光照强度,能够有效的降低LED灯珠的启动次数,降低使用损耗,延长LED灯珠的使用寿命,同时调节简单方便,提高光照调节效率。
为解决背景技术中所述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种可调光式的环绕顶灯,包括灯壳和灯罩,所述的灯壳设为圆形结构,所述的灯壳与灯罩组成封闭的LED顶灯结构,灯壳内侧壁上均匀设有多组LED灯珠,灯壳的底座中心上设有用于LED灯光散光调节的散光盘,所述的散光盘与灯壳底座之间设有散光调节装置,所述的散光调节装置包括调节套和调节杆,调节套固定在散光盘底面,调节杆的一端嵌入到调节套上,调节杆另一端与灯壳底座上的连接柱连接,调节套上设有调节触手,灯壳底座通过顶紧螺旋杆与屋顶板连接。
优选地,所述的散光盘上设有向外凸起的圆弧状反光的散光球盘,散光盘的边沿均匀同间隔设有多组反光球,通过散光盘对LED灯珠发出的光线进行反射,能够有效的将LED灯珠的灯光进行打散,增加光线照射的角度,提高光照强度。
优选地,所述的散光球盘上均匀设有多组透明状的折光块,且所述的折光块设为弧状凸起结构,通过透明状的折光块能够有效的增加烦光线照射的光线条数,以增加光照强度。
优选地,所述的LED灯珠与灯壳内侧壁之间通过调节卡槽连接,所述的调节卡槽内壁上均匀设有三角形的咬合齿牙,所述的咬合齿牙与LED灯珠的连接座咬合连接,通过调节卡槽既能够对LED灯珠进行有效的固定,又能够对LED灯珠的固定位置进行调节,以提高光照调节的效率和范围。
优选地,所述的顶紧螺旋杆顶端的螺帽设为圆弧形结构的螺帽,并且螺帽的表面涂有均匀的反光层。
优选地,所述的灯壳的底座与侧壁连接处设有向内凹陷的弧状反光板,所述的反光板上设有均匀的折楞,通过底座与侧壁连接处的反光板能够避免 灯壳内出现光照盲区,提高光照强度。
一种可调光式的环绕顶灯的灯光调节方法,其灯光调节方法为:

优选地,其特征在于,所述的散光盘与LED灯珠的水平夹角控制在5—30度,且散光盘上的散光球盘的最低位置不能高于LED灯珠的水平位置。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)、通过在LED灯壳内添加可以调节高度的散光盘,通过调节散光盘与LED灯珠之间的水平夹角,以改变散光盘的折射角度,来调节LED灯的光照强度,能够有效的降低LED灯珠的启动次数,降低使用损耗,延长LED灯珠的使用寿命。

请参考图1、图2,一种可调光式的环绕顶灯,包括灯壳1和灯罩17,所述的灯壳1设为圆形结构,所述的灯壳1与灯罩17组成封闭的LED顶灯结构,灯壳1内侧壁上均匀设有多组LED灯珠4,灯壳1的底座中心上设有用于LED灯光散光调节的散光盘14,所述的散光盘14与灯壳1底座之间设有散光调节装置,所述的散光调节装置包括调节套7和调节杆9,调节套7固定在散光盘14底面,调节杆9的一端嵌入到调节套7上,调节杆9另一端与灯壳1底座上的连接柱8连接,调节套7上设有调节触手11,灯壳1底座通过顶紧螺旋杆5与屋顶板连接。
进一步的,所述的散光盘14上设有向外凸起的圆弧状反光的散光球盘15,散光盘14的边沿均匀同间隔设有多组反光球13,通过散光盘14对LED灯珠4发出的光线进行反射,能够有效的将LED灯珠4的灯光进行打散,增加光线照射的角度,提高光照强度。
进一步的,所述的散光球盘15上均匀设有多组透明状的折光块16,且所述的折光块16设为弧状凸起结构,通过透明状的折光块16能够有效的增加烦光线照射的光线条数,以增加光照强度。
进一步的,所述的LED灯珠4与灯壳1内侧壁之间通过调节卡槽2连接,所述的调节卡槽2内壁上均匀设有三角形的咬合齿牙3,所述的咬合齿牙3与LED灯珠4的连接座10咬合连接,通过调节卡槽2既能够对LED灯珠4进行有效的固定,又能够对LED灯珠4的固定位置进行调节,以提高光照调节的效率和范围。
进一步的,所述的顶紧螺旋杆5顶端的螺帽6设为圆弧形结构的螺帽6, 并且螺帽6的表面涂有均匀的反光层。
进一步的,所述的灯壳1的底座与侧壁连接处设有向内凹陷的弧状反光板12,所述的反光板12上设有均匀的折楞,通过底座1与侧壁连接处的反光板12能够避免灯壳1内出现光照盲区,提高光照强度。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调光式的环绕顶灯,其特征在于,所述的散光盘上设有向外凸起的圆弧状反光的散光球盘,散光盘的边沿均匀同间隔设有多组反光球。
