本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环保纤维机,具备环保节能的优点,解决了纤维在加工的过程中造成的环境污染和资源浪费的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种环保纤维机,包括纤维机本体,所述纤维机本体包括进料装置、磨削装置、除尘装置和水循环系统,水循环系统包括水箱、喷头和集水槽,纤维机本体的顶部设置有进料装置,进料装置的底部连接设置在纤维机本体上侧的磨削装置上,磨削装置的顶部设置有喷头,磨削装置下侧的纤维机本体内设置有过滤筛,过滤筛的下侧设置有传送带,传送带的一端上设置有出料口,传送带上相对于出料口的一端上设置有电机,传送带的下侧设置有集水槽。

所述磨削装置5包括驱动电机51、皮带52、下传送轮53、送料板54、上送料轮55、安装架56、磨削轮57和链条58,驱动电机51通过皮带52连接下传送轮53,下传送轮53和上送料轮55之间设置有送料板54,送料板54的上侧通过安装架56固定安装有若干个磨削轮57,磨削轮57之间通过链条58传动连接,便于对物料进行磨削,可以通过磨削获得无污染的物料纤维,所述除尘装置6包括除尘风机61、风管62和空气过滤器63,除尘风机61固定安装在纤维机本体1的一侧上,除尘风机61通过风管62连接空气过滤器63,可有效地将纤维加工过程中产生的灰尘吸除纤维机本体1,并进行过滤后再排入大气中,避免对大气造成的污染,提高纤维机的环境环保功能,所述喷头3通过水管4连接水箱8,水管4上设置有增压水泵7和流量计15,水箱8的底部通过出水管9与集水槽11的出水口连接,集水槽11和水箱8之 间的出水管9上设置有水净化设备,有利于水资源的循环使用,有利于环境的保护,节约成本,所述进料装置2包括进料斗21和导流槽22,进料斗21设置在磨削装置5的顶部,导流槽22的一端连接进料斗21,且其另一端与送料板54接触,便于物料进入送料板54,避免物料的掉落。
